Bugs. This app has lots of bugs I’m not sure how to explain it but it would automatically just quit in the middle of scrolling don’t know what to do about it

Great app. I love this app! It gives me a little peace just knowing where they live. I understand their is no tracker on them to know their exact location. But that’s prying into their privacy so I understand. But I realized that some offenders residence has not been updated this year! That is a very serious manner. And I think action should be taken immediately! Thank you For creating this app

Map not populated with locations of offenders. Just downloaded now and took a quick look at St. Paul Mn area. Tapped on map to provide a point around which to search. A label pops up telling how many offenders are in the area but no indication of the boundaries of the area. I finally was able to place a pin and get a hit that said "9 results" (nothing shows on map, which is counter to what the description pictures show). Clicked on "results" and got a list, less than half showed a photo. Clicked on the individual hoping to see details but details were minimal. At the bottom of the page was a button for more info which took me to the website/page for what looks like a booking page with much more detail like "last known address" and more description (height, weight....) Should have more data in the app like a pin or icon showing perps location. Trying to find a safe location for my daughter to live. This is somewhat helpful but could be much better. I will watch for improvements.

Please fix the problem. No mater where you search it times out and don’t work properly… what’s the point of having this app if you can’t search in your area

Not very useful. We live in northern IL. The map on the app does show anything. You can get a list of names per zip code or searching for a specific name. I felt the map would be the most useful.

Not mappable. Chicago is apparently unmappable . Shows a list of offenders in a zip area.

Limited Search capabilities. I’ve also emailed this suggestion through their website: The app is very good except for the limited options for the Search features. For Search By Location it seems you have to enter a full address including zip code. If you don’t do this you get an error: “Oops! Please Insert All Details” Evidently you can just enter the zip plus state for 10 states that don’t have “location based searching”, but for the other 40 states this doesn’t work. Search By Location suggestions, for ALL states: - when clicking the “i” info button explain the search by location options - default the drop-down distance to one of the choices - allow a search by street name, city and state only (without house number and/or zip) - allow a search by city and state only - allow a search by zip code only (state would never be needed for this) - allow a search by full address If the user doesn’t meet the proper criteria, have the error message state the minimum amount of data needed Search By Name suggestions: If you search for a name with many matches (unknown how many that number is) you’re told to visit the website instead. Allow the Search By Name to include: - last name and first name only - last name with state - last name and first name with state - last name with city and state - last name and first name with city and state - last name with zip code - last name and first name with zip code

Wow. This is all bad. It 'works' as long as you have jurisdiction, so you don't even get to see anything for where you live! Half way across the country yeah but not where it's important. How do you not have jurisdiction to share your files in a location? It's a good concept but not there yet

Range too small. On the full website, the range can be set at 5 miles maximum. But on the app, the maximum is only 1 mile, that's hardly enough. Sex offenders have cars, you see, they don't have to live within walking distance to post a threat to your family.

Glitching. Still glitches on searches

Waste of time!. It hang on: Searching... and finds nothing.

Not Current. I downloaded this app to find sex offenders in my area and it literally says there are no offenders in the area or the whole town, the neighboring towns. You can’t tell me there are no offenders in a 100 mile radius with 3 decent size towns in that radius.

Doesn’t work. No matter where I search keeps saying try at other moment. Every time is the same thing nothing shows up at least here in Puerto Rico.

One sex offender in Phoenix AZ. This app was junk. No sex offenders in my city? Google search gave me 10 in my county when I wasn’t even googling for that. Mug shots included. Unfortunately this app isn’t showing me anything helpful.

Mostly useless. The app has a map feature but it seems disabled in the majority of areas so you're only ever looking at list of offender names and nothing else (no pictures or crime details). Overall useless.

Useless in northern VA please fix!. We can't see faces or addresses in a map. Only a list that says there are some nearby. Excellent initiative but Please fix this for the safety of our kids. Thanks you!!

Works great for most states.. I live in Florida and the mapping and searching work great. It looks like that does not work in all states and the website gives a good explanation for why that is and has a map showing what states the mapping feature works in. The app does tell you what is going on though if you are in a state where mapping does not work. Hopefully all the states will work the same soon.

No Map Points. Useless without being able to view on map.

Dru's Law NOT being honored with this app. Not a SINGLE pin on the map for my area code of more than 100,000 residents in the suburbs of Nashville. This is a DANGEROUS app because it misleads people that their area is free of sex offenders.

This app works. Period.. Not sure what other reviewers are speaking of. If you're concerned for the safety of your family, this is a useful download. I recommend dropping a pin on the in-app map. That is how you get the results to come up. I subtracted one star because that part was not immediately intuitive when using the app. Overall, this app serves the purpose.

App does function properly. You have to try a few times to get the search results. The app will freeze several times.

Missing. There are many, so many names missing. Also, you can only search a max of one mile. LogSat Software LLC Has a much better web page. Check theirs out. You can find it in the app search under “SexOffenders”!

Not accurate. It says that there are Too Many offenders that it cannot scan it..

Excellent!. I love that most of these offender’s pictures are shown. Now we know exactly who & where they are, as to avoid them for the safety of our children. The sad thing is that the police station doesn’t stop them from being in places they shouldn’t be. At least with NSOPW, we are well aware of these disgusting humans.
