It worked for me!!. I'm not looking to do the challlenges in Fitbit. I just needed my Apple Watch to sync to my Fitbit for an app the our Special Olympic athletes use This app syncs with Fit bit but not the Apple Watch. My wife bought me and Apple Watch for my birthday!! I love it but still wanted to be a Unified Partner with my nephews fitness club. It synced like a charm and all the steps were transferred.

Not Useful if You Are Tracking Steps with Friends. As many reviews note below me, this app is useless if you are looking to track 7 day step totals and compete with friends and family. They do not list contact information for refunds either which is quite annoying. I will be contacting apple for a refund.

Will not Sync. Period.. Shame on me for paying $5 only to discover it doesn’t work. Do not waste you time and money. I had used the Sync Solver for Fitbit to Health and had a good experience so I decided to try the Sync from Health to Fitbit so I could use my Apple Watch to track but the Fitbit app instead of Health on my phone...mistake! It keeps saying there is nothing to synchronize even though there clearly is.

DOESN'T WORK!!!!. Just downloaded this to try to get my steps to sync and it's not working at all. Sure wish I could get a refund! Also, there is nowhere on the website to directly contact the app developer!!! What kind of person doesn't put contact info on their site? The kind that knows their app isn't working and doesn't want to be contacted, that's who.

Worthless and don’t expect any support. This app is worthless if your trying to get your step history imported over to Fitbit. It misses most of the steps. It will skip days completely and if it works at all it will miss huge chunks of steps for most days. Complete waste of money. Reached out to support a couple times and received zero response. Don’t waste your money.

Absolute Trash. Have to use the app due to employer health plan requirements and I can honestly say I have not had a worse experience with an application on any platform. Lose steps and data all the time. Constantly have to delete the app and reinstall to try to get any data to sync. Still rarely works properly. This would be a sorry excuse for a free application and developers should be embarrassed at this performance. Updated 2020, app is still garbage! Most recent update the dates to sync back to are blacked out. Still complete trash of an app. No developer response or support. Do not pay money for an app made by these scam artists.

Doesn't work. After reading the app would only prevent challenge tracking but would track everything else I decided to give it a try as I loved using my Fitbit app for years and had many friends on my list. I currently have a new Apple Watch and didn't want to give up tracking my weekly and daily steps with friends on Fitbit. I paid and downloaded sync solver and it seemed to work but when I opened Fitbit my steps etc did not show up on my daily or weekly totals. When you try to get app support it only gives you common questions but no one to contact. I'm contacting Apple in hopes to get my money back as this app is useless. Don't waste your time or money. I would have given a zero star if I was able to Buyer beware

Works well for what it does. First, I came in knowing that it would not sync data for challenges. My job offers discounts on health insurance if you meet certain activity levels. Fitbit is one of the trackers it accepts but after I got an Apple watch there was no need to wear a Fitbit and the watch - this allows me sync my steps from the Apple Watch to the Fitbit and then to my work wellness challenges. It does take some work to setup but I understand that-height and weight is private info and there are a couple of permissions that need to be enabled, if one is missed then it won't work. My only issue is that it promises to sync periodically but I usually end up having to click the sync button once a week. That's the reason it didn't get 5 stars.

Does not work. I downloaded the app as a way to sync to Fitbit, to keep up with my friends who don't have an Apple watch. After several attempts to sync it, and the app reporting success, I saw none of my data from the Apple watch synced with Fitbit. You're better off enabling Fitbit's mobile sync; it's not as accurate as the Apple watch, access needs to be on you the whole time, but better than nothing if you want to use the Fitbit platform for tracking

Mediocre. I’ve had this app for a year and a half and I have to pretty much uninstall and reinstall once a month now. Super annoying. Works well, when it works.

Not syncing at all??. I downloaded the other sync solver for FB ➡️ health and was really happy with it and the only thing that I was frustrated with was that I’d have to enter my water intake into my phone app and then Fitbit as well. So I downloaded this app. I went to set it up and... nothing. I deleted the app and tried again. I messed with all the settings I could think of and still nada. I had no trouble with the other app so I just don’t know what to do. Anyway, I wish I hadn’t paid for this.

Should get No Stars!! 1 star is 1 star too many for this pointless app!!. Read about this app online and ignored the poor rating, cause I thought it would allow me to reconnect with friends on Fitbit for challenges. NOPE! NADA! NOTHING! I missed the FAQ that it wouldn't sync to allow me to do challenges. Should have read the reviews, but I was excited for this solution. App was a waste of $ and time. Don't buy it!! Should have said in the comments and description that it doesn't allow for challenges!!

No heart rate to fitbit. I read the reviews and thought I would use this to get my heart rate into fitbit. I was ok with not using getting the steps in the challenges. But after looking at the instructions there was clearly a place to allow heart rate!!! After I purchase and go through troubleshooting steps I find out I’m accepting the heart rate in ANTICIPATION of this app being allowed to work with Fitbit that way. I want my money back. At this point I feel like the developer owes us money. There’s no need. This does the same thing my fitnesspal does. Save your money. Trust the reviews.

Sometimes works. It doesn't always sync my data when I manually sync it. It also never syncs throughout the day like it says at the bottom of the app. Lately it just crashes and syncs less than 10% of the time. Don’t waist your money. This app’s quality just keeps going down hill.

Does what it said it would do. I attended a an event all day and forgot my Fitbit at home but had my phone with me, so this was a great option to sync those steps. I wish I could specify the time period I wanted synched. To sync today, I had to lose yesterday as well. That wasn't so good. But I got all my 12k steps today. Yay!

Doesn't work. Totally useless. I read all the reviews ahead of time and still thought it would work for me. It doesn't. It does nothing, even after you play with all the settings, permissions, etc. What a waste of money. It's alluring because it claims to do exactly what you want, which is put all your Apple Watch data into the Fitbit app, since that app is way better than the apple health app. Surprise! Doesn't work at all. DO NOT BUY!!

Doesn’t work. I paid for this app with the hopes it would sync my Apple Watch steps to Fitbit. Because I use Fitbit to sync to several other apps. It sporadically worked for awhile, and it would catch up but now it won’t sync at all. I’ve followed all of the FAQs to trouble shoot but nothing works and there is no way to contact anyone to see what else I need to do. Thumbs down on this app!

Syncs with no issue. Read the app details before purchasing. After purchasing make sure you allow all health services to be read. I set it up to read my watch and it has no issues syncing. There's a 4 step difference between my phone and Fitbit but I can't trace if that's related to this app or not. Thanks for building a solution that gets me what I needed!

Be Aware of Limitations!. I was thrilled with this prospect - using my new Apple watch and still keeping my FitBit app updated and sharing with my FitBit friends. This app does not work well for that. It will only sync a little bit of data at a time, so of my 10,000 steps yesterday, only 2,000 were synced. It does not let these steps count for weekly totals nor for the challenges. It only shows in your dashboard.

Periodic app reinstall. So far I’ve had to delete/reinstall this app 3 times (over past couple of years) when it stops syncing activity and steps from Health into Fitbit. That seems to be only option that works. Also can’t delete previous devices (Apple Watch, iphone) from selection in app.

I had three different step counts for 1 day.... I purchased this app to be able to use my Apple Watch with the Fitbit app so that I could do the daily and weekly challenges with my family who use fit bits. Not only did the app not sync all my steps but I had 3 different step counts for the day Apple Watch Activity app showed 12,502 steps Fitbit app Dashboard showed 10,698 steps Fitbit app challenge page showed 9,757 steps... I lost the challenge even though I walked over 2,000 steps more then anyone else in the challenge.. needless to say I am not pleased and wish I could return the app for a refund. What a waste.

Trouble since Beginning of July. Overall I've had success with this app. I an sync my Apple Health data to FitBit. But since July 3 its stopped. Not taking anything - sleep, steps, water - tried turning the app off & back on in Health, tried force sync - nothing. Looks like we're in need of an update guys 💁🏻‍♀️

I was wary but it works!. I was wary because of all the negative reviews. But I went for it because I wanted my data from my new apple watch to show up in FitBit. I carefully read each prompt and gave it the permissions I wanted including steps coming from my apple watch. So far, it's working without any problem and I'm so excited!

Sort of works but doesn’t sync automatically. Step counts totally wrong. Despite what the app claims, it does not sync to Fitbit automatically. You have to manually sync it. Update: the step counts transferred to Fitbit are wildly inaccurate. In a day where I have 5,000 steps worth of activity, only 1200 steps would sync to the Fitbit. This may be due to me having both an Apple Watch and motion tracking on the phone, but regardless of the limitations the app has to deal with, it doesn’t do the things it claims to well enough to justify using it. The fact of the matter is that with the way things are between Apple and Fitbit at the moment, you have to pick one or the other. This app is a bandaid at best and comes with sufficient compromises that it is not worth using, despite the admirable efforts by the developer

It worked however some missing feature. This worked just fine; however I found that the sleep analysis portion only has overall hours slept rather than detailed info.

I Should Have Read The Reviews!. PLEASE DON'T BUY!!! My Fitbit Charge HR recently broke, so for Valentines Day, my sweet husband surprised me with an Apple Watch! I was beyond excited! However, I was also sad about deserting all of my Fitbit friends. I went online looking for a solution in order to sync my Health Kit data to my Fitbit account and this app was suggested over and over again. I was thrilled when it seemed as though everything was being synced, but when I opened the Fitbit app, there was hardly anything there. I thought I must be doing something wrong. Finally, I visited the developer site and went through the FAQ sheet. Apparently, Fitbit has barred Sync Solver from accessing almost any data from Apple Health Kit. When I saw that I had just wasted $3, I tried to file a report with iTunes, but that just sent me straight to the FAQ sheet I had already read, with no option to request my money back. If you made it this far through my review, I repeat, "PLEASE DON'T BUY!!!"

Does what it says. Not sure why so many people have problems. It does what it says it does.

Should be free. This sync app should be free because it is so limited. Sure, this is an outcome of the fit bit policy but unless you read all these reviews carefully you are likely to be disappointed with the app at large. Your steps will not be counted as steps in fit bit. Rather, they will be counted as activity. Stair flights are not synchronized. Sleep details are limited. And worst of all because of limitations in the number of uploads allowed by fit bit per hour you are going to be hugely disappointed if you thought you were going to synchronize more than a few days of data. The app offers to synchronize back years but doesn’t bother to tell you that you will likely destroy your screen with screen burn waiting the 70 hours it may take to complete. It isn’t until you get into the support details that you discover all of these limitations imposed by the fit bit website. By contrast the other rap that synchronizes fit bit data to the Apple health app is phenomenal and highly recommended.

"Nothing to sync". It says the "last data point" was several days ago, despite its source (Apple Watch) still recording nearly up-to-the-second information. I shouldn't have to delete and reinstall every time it stops being able to read Health data. And yes, deleting and re-installing does seem to fix the issue. The app should have some way of clearing its internal data/cache/settings. After a reinstall the app will re-request Health access and Fitbit account access, and syncing will suddenly work again. Why can't I manually trigger that from within the app?

Worked for a few weeks and now won’t sync. Won’t sync, there’s clearly a bug when you go advanced to sync back. The screen is black and you can’t see the numbers to change the date to sync to that date. But regardless of that issue, it’s just not working at all. I’ve deleted it and re downloaded it, revoked Fitbit access and re synced and it still will not sync. I sent a message through Facebook which seems to be the only way to message anyone (or Twitter), but there has been no response since January 2020. This app gets one star only because it did work initially and I cannot give it 0 stars.

Fitbit. This app clearly explains the limitations of the Fitbit API... in the support after you buy it. Make sure you read the support docs on their site because it's very limited in what it can do. It's not the developers fault, but Fitbits. They should likely lower the price of this app or more clearly indicate what it can do in the description.

Doesn’t actually work. As other reviews say- it’s not necessarily these apps’ faults- Fitbit just won’t allow 3rd party info into their app. The only way to get your Fitbit steps “counted” (as in, competing with friends, etc) is to have a Fitbit device. Save your money trying to find a sync app that works- none of them do.

Works Just OK. It does sync the watch and or iPhone health to Fitbit. Unfortunately it can be finicky such as needing to be forced to sync a few times before it actually does and once it does download items such as steps they it never all gets updated to Fitbit. I have read the reasons why it does t always work and it seems to be related to the Fitbit 3rd party interface but the inaccuracies and should be stated much more clearly for an app that charges.

No Steps / Sleep. It doesn’t really matter to me whether it’s Fitbit’s fault or SyncSolver’s developer; the only fact that matters is that the app DOES NOT do what it is advertised to do. If you’re like me, you were wondering why the original SyncSolver stopped working and just crashes, so you came here and found this. I didn’t read the notes. I should have. I bought a bundle of apps based on what they used to do, but cannot any longer. Do not purchase this app if you want your steps and sleep info imported into Fitbit; it’ll never happen and Fitbit is insistent that it will never happen. Fitbit is so adamant about keeping their ecosystem closed that it makes me uninterested in ever buying another of their devices.

Continually loses connection. As the title says - and does not tell you it’s happening. So while it works when it works, it will just stop working for no discernible reason. And this has happened over several months (almost a year) now, so it’s not being fixed in updates. What happens: 1. Connect Sync Solver to Shapa & Fitbit 2. Sync - for a month or so, works beautifully. 3. Check weight in Apple Health - yep, that also works. 4. Wait. 5. One day, use Sync Solver, get “nothing to sync” 6. Check Apple Health - yep, that still connects fine to Shapa. 7. Check Fitbit - nope, nothing getting synced. 8. Delete Sync Solver. 9. Re-add Sync Solver. 10. Re-connect Sync Solver. 11. Repeat steps 1-10 ad Infinitum, ad nauseam.

Don’t waste your money. Occasionally I leave my Fitbit on the charger when I leave home. I got this, hoping I could do what it says it does and move my data from Apple Health to Fitbit. This app is both overly simplistic and tedious. You start on the main screen with a giant Sync Now button. If you do this without taking any additional steps it can erase a lot of data from Fitbit; you have to go to Advanced Settings first and tell it how far back you want it to go. But, oops, actually, now it’s not working at all! “Nothing to Sync!” it says. “Already Synced” it promises. You check Fitbit and nothing has changed, but Apple Health says 8,000 steps. It’s terrible. Save yourself five bucks. Don’t bother.

No Steps/Sleep in Fitbit. This is straight from a lengthy chat with Fitbit Support. They were nice enough, but were very clear that you will NOT see Steps data unless you buy one of their device or use your iPhone as your only tracker writing data directly into Health (inadvisable if you’re swimming or don’t want to live/sleep with your phone on your body). Even though Fitbit’s Exercise tile shows it’s getting duration and distance data from Health, and using that to calculate calories burned — and although you give Fitbit your walking/running stride measurements during setup — they say it will still NEVER use that data to calculate Steps. The same seems to go for Sleep, even if you approve all the correct read/write Privacy Settings for these types of data — without a Fitbit device, you CANNOT include those stats in your tiles/Dashboard. Fitbit will function merely as a weight loss, food, water, calories consumed/burned tracker ... not fitness/activity nor sleep, which is what I care about. I see this more a defect in their app and not Sync Solver, which appears to be doing what it should, but still I wasted $3 on this app. For me, it’s back to Jawbone’s purple-icon UP app ... tedious and limited after years of use, but the only one I’ve found that reads/charts my Steps/Sleep (as well as Weight) data to/from Health accurately most days without undue fuss, setup or other apps (like this one).

Not a Fan. I have to delete the app and reinstall it every couple months because it says there is nothing to sync. I have an Apple Watch and my work uses Fitbit for their wellness. It is the only reason I use it. It would be great if they could fix the bug that won’t sync data.

Seems to be working great.... Was hesitant to purchase given the reviews, but decided to try all the same and I am happy that I did. Everything synced seamlessly...👍🏻

Update - Description not clear but does work. Just let people know... You will only sync "Activities" .. Buy you will have have your steps added to your "Step Total". I had to delete and reload app, but seems my total steps are accounted for. Thanks to the developer

Mobile track will connect your iPhone to Fitbit, making this app unnecessary. I am an Apple Watch user who wanted the Fitbit app to compete in pointless competition with my internet friends. A google search told me that I needed this app in order for my iPhone to talk to Fitbit. This is not true. When you set up the Fitbit app, choose “I don’t yet have a device” and the select the “mobile track” option. This enables a connection between the app and the health data collected by your phone—and only your phone. So far as I can tell, nothing, including this app, will result in the step recorded on your Apple Watch syncing with FitBit. Spend your $3 on a latte or put it in a 401k.

Apple Watch Users:. If you want to import your Apple Watch Data to the Fitbit App, this app writes data, but very inaccurately. This is mostly the Fitbit App’s fault though. Most importantly the Fitbit app will not let you use the data collected from your Apple Watch for competitions and other various activities- which is probably why you want to import into the Fitbit app in the first place. I don’t recommend this app but not at it’s developers fault.

It DOES work!. I just got an Apple Watch but didn't want to stop using my Fitbit. I like them both for different reasons. Fitbit is my "source of truth" for activity. I don't use both devices at the same time. I am able to sync my activity (steps) from my watch to the Fitbit app w no problems. *(saw this on the developers support page after I purchased. Fitbit restriction)The only thing I DON'T like is that it in addition to the overall step count, it adds items to the daily exercise log. It uploads the Apple Watch steps as exercises, 1 per hour. So I have a 7am exercise, 8am exercise, 9am exercise etc with the Apple Watch steps for that hour. (It's not double counting overall steps..it's just showing them as an 'exercise' as well) I also purchased the Sync for Fitbit to Health for the OTHER items Fitbit has and Health doesn't. Weight etc (from Fitbit Aria scale), sleep from Fitbit auto sleep tracking. Works great all around! I'm making sure I don't sync the SAME items between both and create an endless loop! :) I don't use Fitbit challenges so it wasn't a concern for me. Love it! Thanks!

“Nothing to sync”. After my app randomly stopped syncing and is saying “nothing to sync” I’ve read the FAQ’s, tried those solutions, still doesn’t work. I’ve contacted “support” repeatedly and never hear back from them. Pretty annoying considering I’m in a program that I get compensated for my steps and it hasn’t synced since January 30th.

WORKS!!!. Just like the other person, I was hesitant to try this because of the poor reviews l. I couldn't see anything really comparable out there, so I gave it a shot and am happy I did. Works like a charm!!!

Keep having to reinstall. After the 30 day Fitbit permission expires I can never deauthorize it. It continues to not allow me to sync weight data even though here is data to sync. The methods described in the faq yo log out don’t work. It just logs me out of Fitbit, and i end up having to reinstall it over and over. If I hadn’t paid for it I would be switching to a different app.

Total deceit - once downloaded (and paid) on line support says steps do NOT sync. Apple Store description of this app says it downloads / syncs steps (just not to the challenges ...which was ok with me...as I just wanted to be able to see the weekly totals and compare with friends). Once downloaded and paid for, it didn't work and their on line in app support says that it no longer syncs steps. Just totally wrong and deceitful descriptions to get people to buy. They should refund people's money until this is fixed. I would give this app "zero" stars if I could. Just so wrong!!!

Used to work. May need some updates. As some of the other reviewers noted it used to sync throughout the day but no longer does. It also doesn’t sync steps accurately. For $4.99 and one of the only paid apps it should work much better. I’ve had this app for a long time and it doesn’t feel like the developers have tried to keep I current and fix the bugs.

Does the job as described. This app just does the job as described. Just visit the support page to see how to setup stuff. Its not straightforward as you have to do advanced settings to make the stuff happen. But it will work. I am able to sync steps data to fitbit accurately. Be aware it syncs only once an hour. So you gotta be patient for it to work.

Doesn't work. Doesn't work at all. Don't waste your money or time. While the app does state Fitbit won't count your Health data in challenges, the app doesn't import anything into Fitbit anyway. It's has never once worked for me. Stick to Mobile Track within the Fitbit app. Still not ideal but it's far more reliant and it's free.

Didn't work! :-(. Bought it. Tried it. Didn't sync the data. :-(

Couldn’t the app to work. Reached out to support and never heard back from them

Great solution. Works as advertised!

It doesn't work!. I bought this app thinking it would sync data from my iPhone health app to my Fitbit dashboard. It doesn't work! Don't waste your money

No good. Installed, didn't work. Waste of money. It's really that simple.

Only syncs one way!. I bought this app assuming it would sync the Health and FitBit apps, but it only syncs one way. To do both you have to buy two apps .. what a scam .. I deleted this app rather than give the developer any more money.

Does not work. This app does not work as promised. The screen grabs shown on the first screen simply aren't possible, therefore this app should be removed from the store as it is promising to do something that it simply cannot.

Marvelous app!. As perfect a solution as you can get to an annoying problem. The caveats are a pain but not Sync Solver's fault.

Works well. I used to have a Fitbit device but switched to a Garmin when the Fitbit fell apart. I think Garmin make better quality devices but I hate their app and love the Fitbit app/dashboard. I had already been using the other sync solver app to sync from Health to Fitbit so I purchased this to sync from my Garmin device to Health for steps. It’s been working great for the last couple of years and the few times I’ve had sync issues I contacted the developer for support and got a response within 24 hours providing an answer that actually resolved the problem.

Doesn’t work. App doesn’t work, when you try to sync it says it’s successfully completed sync immediately but then afterwards it also says that nothing has been synced in the past.

Love it, simple and perfect - combines two great technologies. If you like the idea of Apple Watch but love your Fitbit and the Fitbit ecosystem with apps etc, this app does what it says and syncs your Apple Watch health stuff (most importantly steps) with your Fitbit account! Love it!

Waste of space...!. Just upgraded to an iwatch after several years of being a Fitbit owner, thought this was going to be great way of keeping up with my Fitbit friends. Cannot get any of my ihealth steps to sync with my Fitbit account. Don’t waste your money, look elsewhere for a solution that works..!

Great App. It's a great app. It didn't work before. But after I deleted it and reinstalled, I realised I didn't choose the source and it work fine afterward.

Dont buy it. Fuk knows why i bought this it is redundant. Just use mobiletrack in the fitbit app. Wot a waste of $$$

Good app to keep your source up to date. Great app; it is simple to use and it works since the first installation day. Helps me to keep my Fitbit and health in sync.

Waste. Used the app once, such a waste. Does not track actual steps but transfers them as an activity. Doesn’t really do what it is described as.

Simply doesn’t work!. Not to say it doesn’t sync steps and calories, but only write them as activities, it simply doesn’t work saying ‘Nothing to synchronise’ and there is no access to support. What a waste of money!

Worst app. Bought this app and honestly wasted my money. No data from any Apple app was transferred to the Fitbit app.

Great app no heart rate sync. Be great to sync heart rate as well.

Doesn't really work. This may be more of a Fitbit issue but it doesn't sync reliably and data doesn't show up on Fitbit - Just use Mobile Tracker and connect phone to Fitbit app

Excellent!. A great way to track my Apple Watch fitness data while still competing with friends on Fitbit.

Hopeless. Doesn't Sync Step count to Fitbit App and then the disclosure that it doesn't is in tiny writing Fraudulent App and should be removed if it can't do as intended!!

Solved all my problems. Does what advertised

Works!. Seems to work great, very simple to set up :)

Steps don't appear it Fitbit dashboard. It was clear that steps synced with this app wouldn't be used in challenges, etc., but they don't even appear on the Fitbit dashboard. What the heck is the point in having steps synced if they are logged as separate 1-hour activities that you have to add up on your own? Waste of money!

Feeling ripped off. I paid for this thinking I could add the steps off my health app on my phone onto my Fitbit. No dice. A total waste of money. Read what the CANT do before buying

Disappointed. I purchased the app for $4.50 (with taxes) and was not overly impressed. Sure it transfer data into the Fitbit app, but it erased all the previous data I had. And after I sync my watch to the app, it displays the steps, but it does not register them for challenges (which is the only reason I bought this). Did not find it was worth the $3.99

COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!. It doesn’t sync anything but blank data. No steps are showing up at all. I have changed where it syncs from (health or Apple Watch) and still no difference. I can’t believe I paid money for this!!!

Doesn’t Work. Worked the first time, but hasn’t worked since. Deleted the app and tried again a few times, still no avail. Very disappointed in having to pay $10 for this. Zero stars needs to be an option or have the app removed completely.

Disappointed. The steps aren’t accurately transferring from Health app to FitBit app (even by end of day) and then they don’t update the challenge with friends either. Disappointed because I thought I read on a web board that this is how someone still stayed in touch with FitBit friends, participated in challenges. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Confusing name, does not work. Fitbit will not accept results from this app in their challenges.

Horrible. I downloaded this 5 minutes ago and have already deleted the app. It did not sync to my phone/Fitbit at all. Don’t waste your money :(

It's ok. The only way to have steps show up in your Fitbit app, while syncing from this app is if you had/have a Fitbit linked to your Fitbit app already. Or else steps don't show up it seems. Also, the steps and calories that show up in health aren't the same as what shows up in Fitbit even if synced after the day is over. Frustrating

Needs some work in my opinion. I have had this app for about 5 or so months now. At the beginning it used to sync my data to Fitbit in the background. I found it was not working as it should and now have to sync the data manually each day. Also, the step count does not count towards challenges (which I was aware of upon purchase) but it also doesn't show up in my recent activity, or "friends" list on Fitbit. Therefore, it shows that I have no recent activity even though I have been achieving close to or above my daily step goal. I would be willing to provide more details in order to have this app perform as a better medium between Apple Watch (which records on "health") and Fitbit. Be aware before purchasing, please read the reviews and be aware of what this app will and will NOT do. I am giving two stars as it is user friendly, and has never crashed.

Doesn't work. Wasted $3.50 on it - this app doesn't work. Nothing has been synced anywhere, even after reading support.

So far so good!. It does what it says and syncs all data from your health app to Fitbit. It will automatically sync data throughout day but I like to sync it a few times. Steps go right on Fitbit app right away. Doesn’t do it for challenges as they stated but I just wanted it for the weekly steps with friends. Will change star rating if experience any problems but so far so good!

Frustrating. Every month it stops syncing and have to delete the app, reinstall and set it back up with Fitbit so that it registers again.

Also disappointed. I should have read the first review. This thing doesn't register the iwatch data either. Save your money!!!

I don't like this one. Don't download this app

Got the wrong app!. Wanted to sync my Fitbit to health but got the one that syncs health to Fitbit.. the icons are same and confusing... doesn't serve my purpose now... disappointed... is there a way to switch apps?

Waste of money. I totally regret paying $4 for this app. I can’t sync any steps from my Apple Watch/Strava App? What did I just pay for?

No response from syncsolver support. App was working fine for about 2 months then it suddenly stopped syncing my Apple Watch data to the Fitbit app. Emailed support two times and still no response. Not impressed with the lack of customer service. Too bad as the app was the best one I have tried.

Good idea, poor execution. Sounded like the perfect solution, but came up quite short. Wish I could get a refund after two weeks of frustrating usage. Information is inconsistent and unusable. Would have loved to stay in the Fitbit ecosystem, but it really just isn’t worth it if the data isn’t there. Will be looking for new alternative.

Doesn’t sync. I can’t see it sync data from Apple Health or iWatch...

Wish it worked. Wish it worked

Does not sync to challenges. Very disappointed to find out after I paid for app that it doesn’t sync to Fitbit challenges. The whole reason I wanted to sync was to keep my Fitbit friends after making the switch to Apple Watch.

App Don’t Work. I wish I could give -0 this app don’t work and the support button on the app does nothing, no way to reach the developer he’s just collecting FREE money with no support or no way to be reached..... pure sad ... I’m reaching out to Apple this app needs to be pulled off market 😡😡😡

No support. I got it to sync weight from iHealth to Fitbit. Unfortunately it stopped working and there’s no way to get support. Apple should not allow apps without support in the App Store.

Don’t get this....no longer works to sync. Does not help you sync anymore from Apple Watch to Fit Bit for challenges :-(

Does not sync sleep. I bought this to sync sleep based on the description and it does not work. No support contact and the support button in the App Store does not work.

Doesn't work - developer doesn't respond. Don't buy this app! It stopped working a month ago and the developer hasn't responded to my emails.

Good. It works very well for what I want.

Works perfectly. Perfectly syncs my Apple Health data back to FitBit app. Thank you thank you!!!

Doesn’t work. It used to work but is now a complete waste of money. I am not sure why they still sell these apps if this is supposed to work. I unfortunately bought the bundle. None of them work.

Doesn't work. Didn't sync step data even though everything is enabled. Don't care about challenge just need steps logged!

It did work. I haven’t been syncing it in awhile but I tried today and it doesn’t want to. It used to work but doesn’t anymore. Update I still amy not super happy with the app but I deleted and rebooted and it started working again.

Don't waste your money. This app does not work. Nothing gets synced. None of the steps listed in their website to make it sync work.

So many problems! I hate having to log back in every 30 days. It’s so annoying.. I have to keep logging into my Fitbit dashboard so many times because it keeps saying nothing to sync, but there is clearly data to sync. So frustrating.

Was Great, Stopped Working. It doesn’t sync anymore. I’ve tried the troubleshooting multiple times over the last week and every time I get “Nothing to Sync.”

Have to delete and reload monthly. Every time the apps token with Fitbit expires it stops syncing. It used to request a new one, now it just fails.

Love my Fitbit!. Wearing my Fitbit makes me aware of my activity. My minimum is3500 steps per my physician but need to do 5000 daily

Good. Did the job perfectly

How do I log out?. This isn’t working. I keep trying to download the data but check FitBit app and nothing new is there. The sync did not work!!!

It doesn’t work. The difference in steps between the iwatch count and what moves to the Fitbit app is not small, the closest it has gotten is 2500 steps difference. Not worth the cost of the app.

Worked once and then never after.. Worked once and then never after. Tried deleting app from iphone and fitbit account and the redoing everything. Did not work.

Do not purchase!. I bought this a few days ago and it does not work at all! I want a refund! This shouldn't even be available for purchase because it will not sync to Fitbit. The steps do not even get logged under activities. EXTREMELY disappointed and feel like I got scammed.

Tiredofbuyingbogusapps. I haven't been able to sync my data for months the app just kicks me out. Waste of money. I knew it would override my Fitbit data but sync something!

Crap. Crap. Crap.. This deserves zero stars. I want my money back. If I get 10,000 steps on my Apple Watch, the synced steps only shows like 6,000. Sometimes less! Not okay! And the app is glitchy. Super upset I didn't listen to the other reviews. DO NOT BUY!

My worst app Ever. The app doesn't sync properly and you cannot even join Fitbit challenges. One is better of using the iPhone as a mobile tracker

Stopped working. Every few weeks i had to delete and reinstall this app to work. with ios 14 , it completely stopped working.

Wondering. Just testing to see if it works

Problems. Constantly have to delete and reinstall the app, because it will just stop syncing data.

Crashing. Hi friends! I am trying to sync my steps to the fitbit app and this app keeps crashing. Tried to reach out via developer site and there isn't an option. Any help is appreciated! 😊

This app is CRAP! Don’t bother!. This app hardly worked for the first two weeks, then after the two weeks it doesn’t work AT ALL! Don’t waste your time or your money. It doesn’t work! And I want my money back! This is a scam!

Doesn't accurately log steps in Fitbit. I have over 12,000 steps logged on my Apple Watch and in Apple health. And even though Sync Solver says that it has synced all data, my Fitbit app only shows 10,700. This happens all the time! Do not buy this app.

Wish I can get my money back. If you were looking for an app that can transfer your Apple Watch steps into challenges in the fitBit it won't work!!! BEWARE!!!!!

Doesn’t work. Will not sync. App crashes when I try to. It worked the first two or three days but not since then. FYI when syncing Apple Watch data each set of steps recorded shows up in Fitbit as an independent walking workout which is strange.

Doesn't work. Don't download.. First I bought the wrong sync solver app which was not clearly labeled. Then I bought this one only to find out in their own FAQs they say that it won't do what it says it will do. The developer should've had the integrity to remove the App.

Total waste of money. Bought to sync my steps to my activity feed so that I could continue to engage with my Fitbit friends. I missed their 2015 FAQ that said that the sync doesn't actually go into your activity feed. Which completely defeated the purpose of me downloading the app. Complete waste of money.

This does not work to move weight from health to Fitbit. Have tried FAQ’s resetting, reloading, nada. The Fitbit to health works, but not this one. App support button is broken- hoping to get a refund

It doesn’t work. I am having the same issues everyone else is.

Regretting this purchase.. Waste of money. The steps are not accurately and consistently synced. I should've read the reviews before making the purchase.

Not what you need it to do. This app does not add your steps to the weekly total, so if that is the reason to download it like it was for me then save your money because this is not the solution.

Hasn’t worked in over a month and no support. Hasn’t worked in over a month and no support

Lots of Buttons that do Nothing. Literally does nothing. Press sync (nothing happens), select source (nothing happens), sync history... you guessed it. Nothing Happens. No syncing. Nothing works. Want money back please.

It's all good. Not sure what people are saying, all in all I'm happy with it. Spend three dollars and see for yourself.

Total Crap, don't waste your money. How do I get a refund? This app does not work. Why would anyone want to only sync from health to Fitbit. All the data is already gathered by Fitbit, why would I want to lose that data by having my phone overwrite my Fitbit. Totally stupid and I want my money back.

Only last few days were synced. This app synced only last 10 days of step info. App gives you option to select historical data (advanced settings), but this function does not work. If you want to sync more data do not use this app. This app is useless!

Worst EVER. This app constantly says “no data to sync” when you look up how to fix it you have to uninstall, turn your phone off, back on, reinstall, reconnect your Fitbit account. And then cross your fingers and hope that works. Seriously a piece of garbage app don’t waste your time!

Sync solver. I love the app but the only thing I hate is every 30 days I have to reinstall the app.

Surprisingly easy to use!. Apple Watch sharing data to Fitbit app to handle all friends. Done!

Inaccurate. It’s sending gibberish to my Fitbit app from the Motiv ring and health app on my iPhone X. Nothing matches. Nothing is consistent enough to understand even its limitations. Support gets you a link to their caveat page. This is not ready for prime time and a waste of $$$

App is Completely Retarded. What a waste of money!!!! I have to keep rebooting phone for app to work properly. And only some times it allows health to sync, other times it says I have to give permissions(which I have already and after reboot it shows I have). Don't waste money. Doesn't sync throughout day!

Waste. It states that the steps won't show up in Fitbit challenges, but fails to mention they also won't show up in 7-day totals. So basically you can see your steps, but no one else can. Useless. That should have been disclosed before I paid $2.99 and saw it in their support section.

Waste of money , I want a refund. How can I get my money back? This app doesn’t do anything really. I can’t compete with my Fitbit friends because it doesn’t record real steps . The app doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money

Doesn't work at all. Doesn't work as advertised.. I see 0 steps after repeated attempts at syncing.
