Good app, bad service. I was delivered the wrong model of phone and I must go out of my way, a 20 minute drive, to drop the return off in another neighborhood. The taxi cost would be 50%+ of the product cost (it was a basic phone). I chatted to request a pickup instead and there was never a response. I’m just glad I didn’t make a larger purchase. I’ll avoid Jumia in the future whenever I can.

Express means nothing to these guys. After ordering a bunch of items of which two were supposed to be delivered within 24hrs(express), I get a quote that goes beyond 24 hrs and I figured it was for the whole cart and not the particular items that were supposedly express delivery items. It’s been over 5 business days now and still no delivery notice and to make things worse two items from the order end up being cancelled as out of stock. Why wasn’t this indicated during checkout? I called their customer care yesterday and got different messages, one says deliver will be made today other says today their deliver staff don’t work. Like seriously, this is so messy. I have never received any item on the exact day it’s expected. This is why I never use mobile money to make payments on your store as you are still lacking at so many levels to be trusted to deliver.

Unable to load product images. I keep clearing the app and login in to it again just so I could get the images of the products but still wouldn’t load any image but would load other texts!!

Bad app ever 🥲. They’re the worst app ever and them need to close this app immediately. I ordered like 4 items and all of them has been cancel which them never return my money till now. This is unfair Jumia is not capable of what they’re doing and they’re scammed people 😩 fuvk you

Read before you download. This app isn’t perfect but it’s the best you can get right now regarding E commerce in the underdeveloped world. However, they have the same issues that plague every other third world business. Once they dominate they begin to get complacent, I ordered a cocktail shaker set today and it turned out incomplete without the shaker itself and all they could tell me was to wait about 6 days before I can hear from them regarding this issue. I went back on the app to give the order a rating it deserved only to find out the order no longer exists on the platform, so the merchant was a scammer and what’s shocking is that he/she was allowed to sell on the platform, kinda shows the level of scrutiny they give their merchants. I’ll still make my orders on Jumia, until we get a Jumia killer that is. It’ll happen eventually. A piece of advice to anyone lucky enough to read this before downloading, do not buy any product that doesn’t have at least 5-10 verified purchase ratings on the product. This way you know that’s a legitimate seller, make sure you find out about the merchant’s ratings as well. Don’t purchase without doing this or you’ll regret it because their customer service is very poor and you’ll lose whatever’s left of your product and if luck’s on your side you might get a refund. Hopefully we get a real Jumia competitor to put these guys on their toes.

This is the best way to shop.. You can pay in cash on delivery or you can choose to prepay with Orange Money, Mobile Money and Bank Transfer. The delivery is fast and you can return product when you are not satisfy. To have tried it, it is the best in Cameroon. Just download it ant please an order.

Love Jumia. Jumia is the best shopping app so far it really make my life easier !, to who says bad comment I think they never tried the app or understand , I wish just when it comes to sales and Black Friday will be more items not very limited, I wish you all the best to the team Jumia and developers!

PAYMENT PROBLEMS. This app needs a major update. It’s been good the whole year but just these few months it’s very bad. I have been using only one mobile number for purchase and recently I make purchase and the feedback is your bank has rejected the transaction. I have never paid with any bank I always use my MTN mobile money. So what’s wrong?

Minor bug with Facebook Messenger sharing.... Hello. There is one minor bug with Facebook Messenger sharing. If you share a product from inside the iOS app using the Facebook Messenger extension, there is no link to the product. The only thing that is created is some text - no url to the product page. You are losing business if people can’t share using Facebook Messenger.

So disappointed. How could I purchase a digital optical audio cable for GH48 and pay for a shipping fee of GH17 and then another international shipping fee of GH36 this is way too much on KiKUU you never ever have to pay for any fee.. stop this crime I am going to share this on all my my social media platforms.. you’re thieves...

Purchases online with American dollars. I use this platform a lot. I would love to see an option for me to use my American debit or credit cards to purchase things directly for my family. At times sending money to my family to purchase items with shillings at the pick up center can become an inconvenience with the time difference and the platform used to send money.

Jumia took out pay on delivery option from my profile. It’s so sad that am being forced to pay before getting my deliveries, I have been patronizing this platform for a very long time without any issues until I noticed the pay on delivery was taken out of my options, I clicked to know why and was told I probably had a failed delivery at some point which I don’t remember having any except a delivery guy who said I should come and meet him somewhere different from the location I Input online which I refuse cos it’s far from my location, he sounded very rude and told me I’ll come and pick my package up myself when am ready, and if that was the case it’s so sad that jumia representatives never even called me to ask me questions before flagging my account... if this is the way you want to treat ur esteemed customers then I guess I wouldn’t be a part of that... thanks

Worst. I ordered 4 items then I cancelled 2 items one was delivered to me, the 2 items I cancelled my money is not yet in my bank and it’s has Been 3 weeks now, should I call that fraud or what? Then the last item that was supposed to be delivered to me, your logistics didn’t call me and it is been 3 weeks too now, I have called your customer care multiple times, i think your logistics are criminal now I hate your business this is the worst thing of my life I lost all my money 😡😡😡😡😡😡

The Best 9ja Online Shop..... To me, those five stars aren't enough to convey my utmost satisfaction for this app.... I've been using Jumia just since last year and never for once have I ever had the cause to even frown while using this app..... It's a very risky app cos you might even end up buying what you didn't plan for😂🤣 This app has saved me twice the money I should have spent (if converted to stress) if I was to go to the market and purchase most of the items I've bought.... Great App. Ive got many good deals through the app so can't complain. For those 'saying out of stock' on e.g. Black Fridays etc, u need to know when the deal is too good to be true, our 'Nija' people esp are 'xtremly sharp' in taking them and so u must. It's not Jumia's fault. If I must be critical, it is that whenever u return to the app after a few mins, it reloads all the way to the homepage which isn't so with the website and the website is generally more up to date. All in all..Kudos! I'm from Nigeria!

Jumia Delivery Agent refused to refund the money I over paid him.. I wasn't home when the package arrived because the delivery agent didn't meet the time he promised, so he had to leave it with my neighbor. I then paid the delivery agent in full for the three items I ordered from Jumia, not realizing that only one item from my order had been delivered. The agent then had to reschedule the delivery of the remaining packages for the following day which he failed to deliver until the order was cancelled. I have complained to customer service several times over a month ago, but they have yet to refund my money even after I provided all the necessary proof. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😠😠😡😡😡

Terrible App. Am not sure what kind of quality control an on-line shopping app have while there are tons of issues in the last update. 1- Search is not functioning at all, you never ever find what you are looking for from search! 2- when you are searching for something what you type is invisible on all IOS devices!? So when u make a mistake good luck, even thought the search is non existent 3- Jumia delivery is the worst on the planet, if there runners failed to reach u they automatically cancels your order without any one contacting you!

Order not delivered. Jumia why is it that I placed an order and was supposed to be delivered but was not delivered latter I got a mail from u saying attempt to deliver my good failed mean while I did not even receive a message or mail from you with the delivery drivers phone number as usual indicating the day the product will be delivered. Instead ur mailed says after 2 unsuccessful attempts to deliver my order will be canceled. Please Jumia come and deliver my product. The last time I ordered for something and u brought something else when I filled a return form u did not comeback for it. Please come and deliver my good.

Order canceled without notification of delivery. I placed an order and I didn’t get any notification that it was delivered but just received a mail that it was canceled because I didn’t pick up. I contacted customer service to lodge a complaint and asked if I can get compensation as I want to re-order and the price has increased from the same vendor but they just said no and ended the chat rudely. I am very disappointed and unhappy with this service!

Jumia now have a scam staff in their company. I ordered for an item Lexus es 330 dashboard they bring Lexus es 350 dashboard so I return it waiting for them to refund me and they send me a message saying they have refund me mean we’ll I didn’t get the money I text them chat with them up till today i didn’t get refunded and no one attended to me again Have been buying things from jumia for a very long time but this time around their staffs are stealing people refund money they will text you that their have refund you mean we’ll it a lie They’re suppose to send me a receipt of payment if truly their have refund me then I will go and show that in my bank but he’ll no their didn’t

Most irritating app I’ve seen in a while. For real I don’t understand why a big company like Jumia will invest so little in the maintenance of their mobile app. Front-end is basically their website Enclosed in an “app” which is really poor. some pages like the flash sales page don’t load fully. A lot and lot of bugs that’ll make you wonder if this is the Jumia that went public last year 🤦‍♂️smh. You guys can do much more better

Worst service ever!!. If you ever want to get frustrated in life then order anything from Jumia and expect what they propose as a scheme of non intelligent play. How can you order a door delivery and the person that’s supposed to deliver refuse to come to your location and even blocked your line. I called customer care and they scheduled another delivery. I just got the package now and there’s only one item in the package. Instead of two. I ordered charger and iPhone 13 porch. Now it’s just a charger. 🤦🏽‍♂️ Hey!!👋 I still haven’t received any response to come pick up my phone porch..

Worst shopping experience. No customer service, if you have any problem you will be left with no assistance, they don’t answer on facebook, twitter even their website contact request. Not good experience at all, only if you want to get headache then use this app. About 2 months and still didn’t receive my refund, sent them on every possible way to contact but they ignore me, better to never shop for clothes as you won’t be able yo return or change size

This app is frustrating sometimes. I order an item about two weeks ago after ordering it I see another item that I prefer the one I chose later on i cancel it so since then have been complaining about my refunding of my money but this is frustrating, since then I haven’t see my money back an it I chat their customer service they always says they will pay my money back but they haven’t pay my money back since two weeks now

Worst experience ever. First off I’ve ordered a couple of stuff from Jumia before and I didn’t find a problem with it. My last order the delivery guy called to ask about the address. He didn’t know where it was so he started shouting at me. Then the customer service called giving me the lamest excuse that he has hearing difficulties. I said I asked him why he was shouting he didn’t mention anything about hearing difficulties. Worst experience ever, no respect for the clients whatsoever. I uninstalled and won’t order anything from it again.

not at all user-friendly. the services provided by Jumia are quite useless (eg. customer service number, info about track and return.. etc.) they hardly solve any problems or answer any questions. the application interface has tons of errors and glitches. the sellers provide false info in some descriptions. honestly a lot needs to be fixed with this application/entire business because it’s not working with full potential. Jumia has a variety of good products but these errors are making it hard to be a regular user

Scammer. This is the biggest scammer on earth ! They say there is 1 unite in this Black Friday. But in reality it doesn’t even exist!! At 00:00 i try to order, the not responding on my iPhone Xr 🤣 Then! They ask me to close it and open it again to get the offer, still don’t exist, and after that…. Boom product don’t exist :) I’ll never use this app again Edit: after receiving an answer from you, I’ll say it again, the problem is not the offer, but the way you set it up!! Why ask us to close the app and open it again? Just to see that the offer is no longer available? You can easily set a timer where the offer activate automatically, the 1st to get it (congrats!). I hope you get the idea 😊 But to ask us that we need to close the app and open it again!! To see that the product is not yet available after 1min (i have a screenshot if you want it) this is what i hated the most… Anyway I’m not using ur services again, not because it’s bad, the app is great (well done to the developers) But the way you use it is the real problem…

Can i get my order??????????. I think Jumia are not really doing well when it’s comes to delivering your order especially when u already pay with credit card that’s going to take months,imagine two months now I’m still expecting i order two packages which has one order no, the brought just one is just like buying a shoe and they brought one leg .. Poor customer service. Empty Xbox one game disc. I purchased an item , an Xbox one console cd to be precise and on receiving my package I discovered that it was empty , empty !!! This is ridiculous, I’ve ended up requesting for a return of my package so I can get my money back but that also seems to be a problem now , your delivery agent failed to pick up my package on Friday and now I’ve received a mail saying I have only one chance left to return this package or my return request will fail , this is very terrible service from you guys and I expect a solution quickly.

High Level of Crashing after Update. Ever since I reinstalled Jumia it has kept on crashing not doing a thing and I wanna order a product the developer needs to do something

Treasure hunt. You guys are the worst . I can’t be awake all night just because of treasure hunt and after being awake jst for me to find the treasure at 12:02 on the dot , the product had been sold out I mean all the products . So I left dat one and waited for 6pm jst for me to login , Jumia decided to waste my time I couldn’t open the treasure hunt jst for about two minutes ooo, around 6:04 it opened,just for me to see the treasure it was all sold out 😫😫😫😡😡 . I bet Jumia knows wat they re doing or the workers know wat they are doing because this is not fair . I hate u Jumia 😭😭😭😭

Worst delivery service. I have been waiting all day to get my package and I even have to complain to the customer service that the delivery guy has not called me so I’ll know when to move out. And after he has delayed me the delivery guy later called and tell me he can’t come in my estate that if I can’t come and meet him outside my bus stop that will return the goods even has I told him that is the same address all my packages are being delivered to me he still refuses to come inside my estate and returned the packages that I’ve been waiting for days to get here. As I complain to the customer service they don’t do anything but ask me to reorder it so I’ll have to wait for days again to the package.

My experience. First of all, i was doubt about the QUALITY of the products , so i chose some of the products that i like , than before i purchased them , i went to the original store by googling them , i compared the PRICES and QUALITIES, after that i came back to JUMIA store , i did purchasing, i ticked the PAIEMENT after DELIVERY... then yeaaah i got my products after few days .. they look good as i wanted them to BE Ps: the only problem is that the delivery time was late by 2 days as scheduled.. but it's OKEY

Failed shopping experience.. Found only a single payment method available ( mtn mobile money) . Tried contacting customer service on a Monday morning and got no replies after several tries. Using both numbers i found on the website, i couldn’t get any response from any. Form for submission of inquiries must include an order number. That means you only serve those who have ordered. What about those having issues ordering?

Good Service and Customer Care. Am reviewing both Jumia as a service & the App, I use the app on IOS devices and have no complaints, all my deliveries have always arrived, stuff I paid for that become out of stock before shipping,I get instant refunds, faulty products are collected -no questions asked, only once did I get a product that was different from what was advertised -a kids watch(girls), got a totally diff one from the advert pic,I simply gave it to a teenager. For now I am quite satisfied, and I am not someone easy to please. Capt R.E

Please stop updating your app. Each time you update this app, I get logged out and forced to sign-in to my account like it's the first time I'm ever doing it on my device. I patiently do it but then after few days it logs me out. I recently did the last update and boom I can't sign-in using the app. It keeps saying Safari can't open this link. I clicked the link to open in another browser and it's still same issues. I am forced to uninstall the app and sign-in from normal browser to avoid taking unnecessary space on my device.

Apple fix this. I found out that you are obligated that you put I understand to use the app apple fix this (After I updated my iPhone to the latest iOS 14.7 I wanted to open this app and I am surprised with this notification that appeared about that they need your authorization to track you and track your data and give only one choice that you understand and you accept with no other way to use the app if you don’t click on it

App is great. Have been using Jumia for a long time now and i have to say that it has been a wonderful experience, haven’t even used the return policy before because I always get what I ordered, the delivery agent is super nice and cool. Jumia need to develop their app on the side of payment. Jumia need to develop their app on the side of payment. Not everybody are using debit card to purchase their product, at least they should be able to add a direct bank transfer on the app for a second option in order for non card user to send money directly for shopping via the app and boom order made easy for us. Now let me explain. What I mean is this; on the option of using debit card, they should add bank transfer so every user can choose their respective bank and enter their account number with the total amount of the order and Jumia will debit the respective amount on the purchase.

Because of mariam i will rate jumia one star is that how jumia trend mariam to chat with customers on live chat this girl end my chat without any notice without asking me whether i am satisfied with what am asking for,she doesn't support to work with jumia that is all she is a bad female she can not even type fast i type more than her. Second problem i can not change my Gmail account i lose my password to my old Gmail account buy but jumia don want to let me change it why why,tell me why I can not change my Gmail;and don't tell me to open another jumia account,i can not link my new Gmail to my jumia account;you have to do something so people can change their Gmail,Encase the lose access to thier old Gmail.

Reliable. I really like that you can actually request a return if you don’t like what was delivered and you can get virtually everything on Jumia, though some of their commodities can be ridiculously expensive but all in all #JumiaDelivers

Shopping made easy. No stress of going to different stores to look for something I can easily get just by tapping my phone. Jumia is absolutely the best online shopping experience I’ve had. 90% of the time I shop on jumia stressless. Their return policy is so easy no stress in case I change my mind or don’t like what I see.

No good customer relation. I bought a smart Tv on Jumia sometimes around October it got delivered the third day I was impressed, after few month I gave the tv to my brother purchased another on the 5th of June that got delivered the next day, on the 12th of June i noticed the remote stopped working, I called I texted I did almost everything, they didn’t respond to me.. I bought a 177k smart Tv that has been useless since then.. I was a regular buyer on Jumia.. but have promised myself I’ll never use the app anymore in my life.. my tv has been useless for 1 week now.

Complaint. Jumia is a scam If you place for a return just forget about it, they’ll keep on giving excuses till the last day you can’t rerun it then say you can’t return it And if you’re meant to get a refund also forget about it cause I’ve been asking for my refund for the past 5months. They debited me and didn’t deliver I’ve been calling to complain since they’ll say they’re forwarding it to their finance team yet they won’t give me my refund. Jumia is a fraud

SHAMBLES AS USUAL. this app will stress you for no reason. have an item you wanna order? ok open up the app and you realize it won't load. go to the jumia website and then you find out it's down as well. you can guess how easy it is to keep track of your items with such an epileptic service. just pray they don't cancel your prepaid order because it will take you MONTHS (literally months) to get a refund. don't bother emailing support because i assume the department is full of cardboard placeholders that do a whole lotta nothing. not for the faint of heart. this app and their service generally deserves zero stars. once solid competition enters the market, best believe you can kiss your slice of Nigerian pie goodbye 👍🏾

Terrible office. Got message that my package is ready for collection on Friday, went to your office and nobody to even attend to us on Saturday, I’m here again since 8am today and nobody is there again to attend to me. No banner or sign post to identify the office, so you have to ask. Only one person in that office. I’m talking about your office in Federal Poly Ede, now the lady is here now as I am typing and says a package of Friday his yet to get to this office, she said they are yet to bring it to Ede from Osogbo. Jumia is terrible company. The lady there said I should even call customer care. U guys are terrible. I wish I can give minus -1 star

Pay on delivery option. I love jumia, I've been shopping on jumia with ease and without problem but ever since the "pay on delivery" option was scrapped, it has become difficult to trust and patronize jumia because most times they don't deliver to ur location so we have to go to Jumia's office to collect our items after paying to deliver to ur doorstep and secondly, sometimes what u ordered is not what u get and these customers service now have the opportunity to be rude their esteemed customers... We can't afford to get insults on top our own money... #BringBack pay on delivery .. Thank you!

Package Too Delay and cancelled eventually. Since 2016 that I’ve been doing business with Jumia I felt really disappointed this time,43 inches Polystar Curve Tv,PS4 and Tv wall bracket that I paid almost #400,000 online by quotation was cancelled. I always pay on deliver but what I was buying was more than #200,000. It takes 3 to 4 weeks to get the package and instead of Jumia to make me happy upon the delay they still cancelled my order while I’ve paid. I hate paying online. I hope this new way of treating customers is changed before you all start losing good customers of yours. I hope they resend my order or I have my money back. You guys really frustrate me this time.

Coupons ? Promotions ? 👎🏾. Les coupons ne marchent pas. Les promotions sont ridicules par exemple un truc qui coûte normalement 50dhs dans un magasin ici ils mettent promotion à 80dhs au lieu de 300!!! Ça ne vaut pas la peine, c’est une perte de temps et d’argent déplacez vous au magasin et faites vos achats.

No refund. I don’t know if Jumia operates a no refunds after payment policy which I am not aware of. I ordered 4 times and paid via bank transfer, I canceled two items almost immediately when I discovered the delivery time was too far apart from the other items. App says 1 -3 business days but it’s past 10 business days now and I have got not refund to my bank account . I don’t want to believe Jumia is a scam . Please refund my money

False advertising and an awful experience THREE TIMES!. Most recently I ordered a mobile phone. On the delivery date, the rider called to say he's in Karen whereas my home is in Lavington (the delivery options do not mention Lavington or any other recognizable area - the areas listed are so obscure... please take a look: there's no Lavington, or Gitanga road, or CBD???). So he said he'd deliver the next day. The next day he doesn't call or deliver. Nor the next day... fast forward TWO WEEKS later he never called again not did he deliver. The app claims you can track your parcel. But I couldn't find anywhere on the app where this is possible = FALSE ADVERTISING The customer service staff said they'd give me a 500/- voucher. It was for only 250/-. Again false information. A few months ago I bought a laptop. It took THREE weeks to get to me! And this as only after I CALLED EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR 10 DAYS... spoke to numerous staff, was promised many delivery dates, none of which were fulfilled. JUMIA! REALLY? I'm trying so hard to use you, to support online shopping, but you are making it impossible and creating a bad repualtation for the online shopping experience in Kenya.

Jumia used to be my one stop online shop!!. I have had pretty good deals on jumia until despicable customer service experiences pushed me to shop elsewhere! They dared to victimize me further by putting restrictions on my account for complaining about traumatizing customer experiences. I wasn’t so worried about the occasional inferior products but after sales services. Jumia employees don’t hold back when it comes to victimizing customers as per my own ordeal. Amazon is Amazon today because they “worship” their customers. Jumia should spend time and money to train and appropriately groom their employees and continue to flag sellers who seek to send broken products to customers. Thanks!

I ordered 3 time and i recived nothing at all First order i called 2 times and they confirm me all is good and i will get my order on time after 22 days i reached them again to say that the product is out of stock and they even didnt try to inform me or say anything Than a orderd the second time in Black Friday they cancel my order even without informing me i called the after 3 week to ask where is the items they say with cold blood it’s called

Disappointed Disappointed. I bought a table top fridge and I was told it will be delivered 3-5 working days. I paid for the item and I was called to confirm the purchase so they can deliver it, but is almost a month now and No one has called me from Jumia. Anytime i call customer service their line is busy and is still been busy. Am very disappointed and I will never use this app again.

Complaint of payment. I made an order using the transfer method and my transfer was successful and I was debited but my order was cancelled… I made a complaint about it and Jumia isn’t doing anything about it for the past 4 days. No refund or response on how to fix this even after providing ever evidence… is it that I’ve been scammed and will never get my money back?

Add a question and answer section. The app works very well and I use it for purchases on a regular basis. A lot of problems and complaints could be avoided if provision was made for a simple question and answer section.

Good thing gone bad. Used to be one of the best with good customer care, now customer care answer how they want quoting policies instead of helping with solutions and worst when you bundle products so that shipping is convenient they split it up so that they charge more. I’m so disappointed with my last three orders looking for other options. No longer my Togo to online store. :(

Fraud. I downloaded the jumia app last month. I shopped alot. Which i paid with delivery with my bank card. Could you imagine that the orders where taged pay on delivery. After my payment on the app with my Zenith card. They have been canceling most of my orders on the app currently with no refunds. Hundreds of thousands of naira. Am deleting the app

Efficient. Does everything well if patient but delays tonnes if you request a refund. I have a refund request still processing for about 2 weeks now before this review

Failed to return my money back into my KUDA account. I placed an order and make payment with my KUDA card, which Jumia canceled it, now it’s Over a Month I’ve been expecting jumia to refund my money back to my account, but nothing has been sent to my account, I’ve called, emailed even live chat them but no response, this is terrible

Jumia is not getting worst and worst everyday. I placed an order on jumia , I make a transfer as payment, then my order was cancelled after payment, going to two months now , they don’t want to refund my money, their customer service are saying they won’t give me my money and there is nothing I can do about it , because I don’t know where their office is.

TO THE MANAGEMENT!. The management needs to review and always confirm the authentication of their sellers products before delivering them to customers! Especially fabrics—it’s a No for me! Low quality at the highest order I stopped buying anything from Jumia long ago due to these reasons! The management needs to rebuild the trust of their customers to buy things from Jumia. Pick up station issue. Most of all goods I bought from Jumia was delivered to a pick up station until I bought an electronic gadget that was delivered to my destination, since then I can change the delivery style to a pick up station again and it’s really getting me tired cos home delivery is very cost for me to afford.

They are scam. You need to talk to your sellers. I ordered for 23 items, 7 items was cancelled for no reason and I later found out that they cancelled the items cuz the sellers has increased the price. This is very wrong and secondly,a seller once called me to cancel my order and that he can deliver the item to me and I will pay him in cash when he deliver.

A very bad customer service with no respect for their customers Every time i made an order after it’s delivery to my town they told me that the driver couldn’t deliver your order “ which is a silly cause “ although i’ve made tens of orders with other shopping companies & websites And all of them delivered successfully So I advise everyone not to shop with this very bad company

Don't use this app. The Worst online shopping app I've ever used in my life. Take care that they give you the ability to return products during 30 days which is not true at all. I requested a return to a product after 30 minutes of arriving and they didn't accept the return request untill now (50 days).

Pick up station moved for poor service. So Jumia moved the pickup station from Ho in the Volta region of Ghana because the station manager complained about poor conditions of service. Now I’d have to order to a different town and make arrangements for it to be brought to Ho, I almost lost a package plus the extra charges. Delivery is poor. Delivery in Accra is very poor this days, the riders are rude and we call they are coming and showing up is a big problem, the delivery guys need to be cautioned, waited for my order all day and the rider keep saying I’m coming and never came after waiting the entire day as if i have no other things to do😡😡😡
