Why not include all your promotions within this app. I am sick and tired to call TVG or log in the long way to TVG internet site to cash in your latest promotions, get with the program.

Trash. Be nice if I could’ve made any bet but this app was / server was trash. Spent two hours + trying to just place a bet but just errors and refreshes makes you log back in but then your not logged in so you have to try again only to fail. Rinse and repeat.

So much improved. The app and live simulcasting is so much better I just wish it was on a more consistent television schedule

Glitchy and scammy. $5 fee to deposit my own money??? I’ve never had any sports betting app charge me to deposit my own money ever and I’ve used quite a few; what a rip off. Promos have glitched and I've missed out on things on big days like Kentucky derby etc. I’m probably going to start looking into other apps.

TVG Best Teller. Some of the gaming sites don’t have good tellers.

Unacceptable!!!!. In the middle of kentucky derby day, the app just stops working. No access to place bets, no access to account balances.

Needs improvement. I don't understand why if it's a last race at whichever track, I cannot click the play button to watch the race once it has started. I either have to hope tvg is airing it on tv or go onto my computer. I love using the app but that drives me nuts. Every single race, if its the last race and that race has started you cannot watch it, you have to wait to see the results.

Solid. Pretty straightforward never had much of an issue, no fee deposits through ECheck and occasional cash back or deposit bonus promotions which are offered are nice. Winnings withdraw take 2-3 days for me to show up which isn’t terrible. Only problem is I wish more international races were available (Argentina, Japan, etc) as they are available on TVG but not on 4NJBETS :( . Would add some variety. More promotions would be nice too

NJ Bets App. The team that put this app together (design and development) did an outstanding job. The features are great, and the responsiveness exceptional. Historical videos is a great feature and usability also very, very good. The only thing I could think of that would be a killer upgrade would be if the drf or brisnet past performances could be incorporated. I know you guys have past performances embedded but they are not as detailed and the navigation (back and forth across horses) is somewhat cumbersome.

Can’t live stream. This app is the worst for live streaming. Always the same pattern. Works well the beginning of race but gets blurry and freezes up or goes black screen at the end of the race. It’s like who cares about the beginning of the race we want to see the end of the race. Nothing like having money in a race and not knowing what happens at the end and having to wait until it’s official. Get your act together.

Convenience !. It is so much more convenient then traveling to Casino in AC or PA.

Screen. When you have the 4njbets app open and switch to another app. The screen goes black and you have to restart The 4njbets app.

Maybe its time to physically go back to the track. This website cannot handle the heavy wagering days. You completely shut down for two full hours during the Breeders Cup with no explanation to the customers, and the site obviously needs a full overhaul. It is undependable at the times it is most needed and cannot be trusted.

Should be lower. I can’t even give it a 1 star review. How does a site if this magnitude go down every single year during big races. Absolute crap.

Despicable. It honestly disgusts me that this firm has a monopoly over NJ horse betting and it should be an antitrust violation because it’s doing the community a huge disservice. On the biggest horse betting day of the year, this app seems to fail its customers every time. The owners should be ashamed of themselves and other competitors should enter the market immediately because it will drive this app out right away. Despicable.

Stay Away - Just Terrible. Tried to put $50 in my account with a prepaid debit card. They deducted the money then refused the card. I am out $50 and when I contact them to try to resolve they just repeat the same line multiple times. Best to stay away. Only giving one star because zero stars is not an option

Love the access, live stream unreliable. Nearly every race either freezes soon after the start or buffers and blurs. Rarely see a race from gate to wire. I am quite close to my WiFi signal and it is strong. What is being done about this?!

Last race video. I experienced the same difficulty. Go into results and hit the last race. You will be able to get back into the video.

APP IS BUGGY. Push alerts don’t work and the MTP never updates unless you go into the race. I’ve tried to chat with support but can’t get anyone to help. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app so many times and nothing works.

Repeated “Location Services Error”. Repeated error message every time I try to log in stating that my location can’t be verified, despite setting app permissions to “Always”. Persistent hang when trying to make a deposit. Live chat customer service is through FanDuel and unresponsive 3 hours before the Kentucky Derby. Maybe I’ll rent a horse tomorrow with the $50 I was planning to waste on a bet.

Live streaming Issue NJ Bets App. I never had an issue with live streaming races. Started about two months ago . During a race 99% of the time the video screen either locks up or blurry out. Race normally starts out fine but deteriorates during or near the end of a race. Operating Apple IPad, IMAC and IPhone 8. I OS 11.3.1. I have been a customer for years without video issue, now support gives me all of these responses such as use the logout button, clear your history. This is not the issue. Something occurred with either the last updated app and or compatibility with iOS 11.3.1. It is getting frustrating to watch a race through the top of the stretch to have it freeze. Sometimes it comes back sometimes it does not.

TVG app. The worst app ever. Not compatible on an iPhone at all. While your trying to make a bet screen goes solid blue or solid white. Race videos always freeze half way through the race. It’s a shame TVG always trying to promote the app. Bring back bookies.

Can’t make contact with 4NJBets for a deposit. Made deposit after giving them my information, then informing me that I don’t qualify because I live in NJ. Duh, way take the deposit? Any suggestions?

Winning. Easy to navigate but scary because it’s SO easy. Only problem is getting winnings faster. Takes too long!

Location and Notifications. Every so often I’ll get a Geolocation issue that my location cannot be confirmed even though my phone is set at precise location. And suddenly I am unable to use the notifications. Deleted the app and re-downloaded it but still doesn’t show up under my notification settings or provide a “allow notifications” option within the app.

Terrible Platform. I won't even discuss how the site crashed on Kentucky Derby day, as it has been well documented what a disaster that was. My problem is with something so simple as making a deposit and experiencing trouble at nearly every attempt. Call customer service to seek a resolution and guess what? No help at all. I've given up at this point and will be seeking a different source with my gambling dollar.

Almost thrilled. Would be 5 star if better organized. Example: 'My Bets' (active) should be listed by post time of race (earliest first) , not when bet was placed. Also, would like a total of dollars bet for the day to go along with money won so I can tell at a glance if I won or lost. I suggest TVG gets input from user focus group. I would be willing to help.

Not great. Works perfect sometimes. Half of the day today it is trying to find my location. One minute it works and one minute it doesn't. Now I can't even get it to load bc it is constantly trying to find my location. I'll be going somewhere else to place my horse bets.

Awesome App with Live streaming. This app is awesome! It streams every race you bet on! Plus set up direct deposit and you get your winnings in one day and since its a NJ app its totally secure

Age Verification. If you are under 21, it is a little difficult to verify your age so you could bet. You have to send in a copy of your license and complete a W-9 form for them. Although, after completing the verification, I enjoyed how simple the app was. The deposits and withdrawals were also easy to do. Overall, a fun little app for horse betting unless you lose a lot of money.

Need more work. Ok waiting for major updates, first of all when i try to check out your website i get redirected to the app. Also the way you operate making the process of withdrawing cash a major production going to a special window filling of withdrawal slip is this a bank? Putting money in is simple and quick....i had an account in nyra when i lived in ny all you need to do is make a voucher and cash it at any window, my other major problem is on super days triple crown and breeders cup the system slows down and crashes you been in buisness many years cant you do better job

4NJBets. This app is the classic overpromise and underdeliver. Since this is the only approved on-line betting service in New Jersey, this is VERY unfortunate. While the software and functionality of the app exceed expectations and would be worth four stars, the administration falls way short. On big racing days like Derby and Breeders Cup, the app fails because of heavy user usage. Major Race Tracks like Churchill Downs, Fairgrounds and Turfway Park video are unavailable. Sometimes the app only provides racing RESULTS for tracks rather than scheduled racing. Add it all up and One Star is the rating. Update for May 30:. Still having an issue with the video feeds cutting off. Screen just goes blank intermittently. Tried reinstalling without success. So now ZERO stars!!

What happens when you give one company a monopoly. I tried to make a bet on a race from Saratoga and it said I had to be in a state that allowed wagering. I couldn't even check my balance when out of state. The app logs you out too frequently. Don't they understand that some bettors bet on races once every 20 minutes? It is very inconvenient to have to login each time you want to bet, assuming it validates your location properly you are lucky to get a bet in on time.

Less info...TVG is becoming the pick 3. I know I was spoiled with the speed and level of information from the state run 4NJBets site of yore. How I long for the days of information!!!...this app is TRULY 5 steps backward! No age of horses???...come on

Mr.. This system is loaded with unnecessary complication. Just because a coder can add an item doesn't make it useful. Have the coders use the system, making real bets with their own money. They will find the flaws much quicker that way.

Good... Be careful. I use this app, and for the most part it's good. However there has been occasions where deposits have gone in twice or multiple times when it says it didn't go through. Very frustrating to deal with, Just make sure you check your accounts, however with that said customer service is good though and will help you through issues.
