Radar inaccurate. So it’s raining, not drizzle, at my location and the app radar shows no rain… not the first time either …. AccuWeather shows it the though

Channel 5 Weather App. Great app! Very helpful especially when stormy weather is forecasted during overnight.

Help. I don’t find it that time accurate 😔

App will not reopen.. The app won’t reopen after initially opening it. It must be force closed in order to open it. This must be done every time. This problem began two updates ago. It seems the app becomes more unreliable with each update.

Dead dog??. The wearer app told me it was not going to rain tonight so I left my miniature poodle outside and it was gone the next morning. Thanks a lot David.

Doesn’t always work. Sometimes the radar shows clear weather when it’s storming in the area. Not reliable.

Weather in FL is sometimes minute to minute!!. When I need to see what’s coming my way and what’s happening I open storm track 5.

Fear of storms!. I can trust channel 5 when the weather gets rough!! The radar is hands down the best out there! I have 12 apps and watch them all the time-5 is THE BEST!!!! And the chief meteorologist has the best forecast - I’m petrified of storms and know what to do when looking at 5 on your side app!! MUST HAVE!!!!!!!!

Channel 5 App. Use this weather app the most. Map pictures are clear and bright. Information is listed better than others. Would recommend to everyone. Best app for viewing as a storm is heading towards your location.

Good app. I like the app, has been a good source to depend on weather for me! I really wished they would go back to the original time lapse on the radar though, 30 min increments is too much .

Good app.. So far I had been using the weather app that always put me 30 minuets away from where I live. Now I have to say really miss the air quality allergens and cold and flu updates .. but by far this app puts me exactly where I am . Just waiting to see if it really alerts me in threatening weather.

Comment. Radar right now shows heavy rain in and around Franklin County Kansas. Not a cloud in the sky or on the horizon!!!

Stuck on splash screen. UPDATE - no longer getting stuck on the splash screen. Now my favorite weather app! Alert options very customizable, radar displays quickly, great filter / daily options on weather map. ORIGINAL REVIEW - I love this app when it works, but recently it has become stuck in the splash screen when I attempt to launch it.

Useless during weather events. If there is weather around, it’s guaranteed to crap out.

Radar doesn’t work. My radar was working fine until a few days ago. Now all I get is what’s happening right now. I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling to no avail. Also. 3 of our phones have it and at times it’s showing completely different info on each phone.

Good when it works. It just doesn't work so much of the time! Sometimes I am unable to pull it up several days in a row, so I have to depend on other weather apps. However, when it does work it is detailed and informative.

App freeze. Last update caused app radar to freeze. Has become useless to see approaching weather. Have to close app and restart to get minimum information.

Doesn’t Reload. 3 days ago, when the new release updated, the app stopped reloading. To open it, one has to first terminate the occurrence of the app. A real pain in the neck!

StormTrack 5. My iPad is a year old, & it wont open. I’ve deleted it & downloaded it again many times since the first of year. I did it this afternoon & now it won’t open. It is VERY annoying!!! What can I do???

It’s a great app when it works. It’s a great app when it works but about 3 out of 10 times it doesn’t work

Update. The recent update has ruined a app that was functioning well. The new radar is not accurate and no longer shows where the rain was before the current time. Now I use accuweather for my weather app since this app has become useless. It can be storming outside and the app not show anything on radar. Again this has become a useless tool.

Radar. Storm tracker used to be wonderful, now the radar never works, just sits there and then suddenly flies across and goes away

Go back two plus updates. I can no longer rotate my phone and see a wider weather view which I could two or three updates ago. Why!!!

Great local weather app. Storm track 5 is great to have and it’s good to keep up with your weather and it’s accurate. No matter where you travel. It give you the weather at the local town you’re in. 😀😀.

Doesn’t always load. Agree with other reviewers. It’s a great app when it works, but I’ve had major problems numerous times recently where it just won’t load.

New Update. Why does the new update zoom out so far when you first open the app? It shows like most of the country. I liked it better when it was zoomed into my city/area. Is there a setting that I'm not seeing?

Memphis. Up until several months ago Memphis was predominate city when I opened up my weather map. Now when I open up the weather map the city of Southaven is the predominate city that shows up. Why is that? Please make the city of Memphis predominate again or I will drop the app and recommend others who have this app and has recognized this also to do the same. We live in Memphis and not in Southaven.

Not Accurate Anymore. This used to be my go to app for weather information but in the last month or so it hasn’t been accurate at all and I don’t mean some of the time right and some wrong. It’s absolutely never correct. I had to start using the weather channel app.

Storm track 5. Very helpful for planning!!!!!

Best weather report. We count on news 5 for updates on the area weather. The most accurate in the viewing area. We check out little station against their Doppler. Does good.

Won’t load on my iPhone 7s.. I have VPN installed on my iPhone and the weather app won’t load. Really liked the app but am not gonna turn VPN off to check the weather, to many other apps that work.

Daily Goto. Have my home city of course, then entered other family members and friends cities. Easy to use, and accurate, within reason. Food spot to hang out at.

Not accurate. Most days the rain percent is only 5 or 15% and it still rains.

The Weather Everywhere!. I’ve had this app for years. Whenever I travel it goes there too! My location list tracks the weather in Ireland, Scotland, the next town down the road. It’s improved my geographical knowledge no end! It’s easy to use and is rarely inaccurate, but that’s more to do with that 15% of rain actually fooling us all! I hang out my laundry to dry, so it’s an essential resource for tracking “good drying” days. I recommend this app for the sheer sense of connectedness it’ll bring you to the rest of our planet, because we all have the weather to keep an eye on!

Works “OK”. The Radar feature of this app is mostly accurate. Amazed how it can be cloudy over our city but the radar shows clear skies. Not the worst radar app, but not the best.

Great local weather app. I like the radar view and all of the options available. The hourly forecast is nice and I like the option to add multiple cities to my favorites. I also enjoy reading the local forecast blog.

Crashes with this new update. The app just updated to the new version and now the app opens and closes. Had this app for awhile now but please check the version on it. I have an iPhone 6splus with the new IOS version.

Weather App. App looks good so far. Would like to see a lightning map added or in the map layers one. Keep up the good work!

DON'T LIKE!!. Loved the previous, this new one is just shuffled around where the map is so tiny cant get the hourly as far along as before, all they did was move things around & the previous map was large could see all around, so prob look on app store find another one that has larger map, very unhappy with this one , should have left alone, it was great the way it was

Could be.. Should be good but needs work. With brain piercing alarms in the middle of the night for flash flood warnings ..not once.. but 3 times waking me from a much-needed sleep, I finally said "enough". I doubt many people were driving at 2, 3 and 4 in the morning but the hellish alarms were waking the entire city. We NEED ear piercing middle-of-night TORNADO ALERTS to jar us from bed but not multiple flash flood warnings. Like me, everyone I know turned the app off. Too bad they can't engineer it better to focus it on tornadoes.

Good Weather Prediction App. It's a pretty useful app for keeping up with the weather and helped me out a lot with snow days last winter. It's probably not the fanciest app of its kind, but it serves it's purpose and it's free. So this is hardly a bad deal. :)
