App Quality.. This is an amazing app and i hope they continue to give it updates and better services but until then im going to be happy with what i have out of the Developer.

Scam! Not free!!!!. This app description says free but it is NOT true at all-the entire app only goes as far as the subscribe button “oh cancel in 3 days!!” option but no skip option and use the app as limited version to only free functionality. There is no free functionality there is no free mode its subscription-only. Apple doesn’t do a refund either so don’t let them think you can cancel in 3 days for refund. There is way too much shady tactics going on to get anything from this developer. There is no cancel subscription from inside the app If you did subscribe and want to end it do so outside the app from iOS. Settings -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions. iOS changes a lot so if you have one and not there go to itunes & app store then again on apple id, tap it again, then after signing in again there’s subscription settings. lol.

Horrible customer support. Print (pdf creation) functionality hasn’t worked for months for me. Have emailed their “support” 3 different times and even includes a video demonstrating the error, but no response. I have been using this product for over 3 years, and it works 40-50% of time. Don’t waste your time for the $30/year that I’m now stuck paying as it automatically renewed a few days ago.

Awe full web conversion. Bought full prices app for webpage conversion. It only works if you view the web page in the app, not in safari. And when u do the conversion, doesn't converter the mobile site, but the full site view. Which isn't a problem except that all the pages are cut off in odd locations. They look like a view you'd get with a desktop site viewed on a phone. So I have a converted file I can't read because all the pages are truncated. Save ur money if you want it for web page conversion

Great app but free version has lots of ads. This app works great! It's easy to use and very user friendly. I never have issues with it. The only downside is that it has tons of ads and pop ups. I guess that what you get for using the free version. It does get frustrating to get asked to get the pro version every time you open up the app.

Don't make me think!!!!. For goodness sake, if I'm trying to throw money at you for purchase of the full app, don't make me waste 5 whole minutes tapping on every icon and link every link on every page view of the UI to accomplish that! Even if it turns out this app is the to-die-for I've spent months looking for (after buying just about every crap PDF converter on the planet to find a good one that delivers on promises), this app gets only 3-stars just for making it a slog to buy.

Keeping hostage. I have an iPhone 7. There’s an app called files or something. It’s where pdf’s are put after saving them. I find it extremely unfortunate that I am forced to use this app as the converter. They say it’s free, that may be so, however in order for you to use it you have to go through an add for this app. The one you are in. You have to wait until an x appears for you to tap for the add to disappear. They said it’s free but there’s a bunch of stuff you can buy, which can be great for some people. I think it’s pretty f_cked that apple is forcing me to use this converter app. I would not buy it let alone use it if I didn’t have to. I hope I’m not seeing the big picture here. I hope that there’s something about this pdf conversion Apple relationship that I don’t know about and I am very wrong about everything.

Good initiative!. I've had this APP for 3 years and now all of a sudden to make a PDF into a email I have to make 2 because I have to have one to waste( loose) to get to email one. Can you fix this? Can I fix this? Also games come on I have to struggle to get rid of when all In trying to do is get my work done. I do not want games I want my PDF file to send and get on with it. WhT in the world is going on? I'm frustrAted.

Worst ever. I paid for the pro version of this app about 1 year ago. It only works about 50% of the time at best. After owning it all this time now I’m getting pop ups and games and I’ve had to turn OFF my phone to get out of. NOW-its asking me to pay again to go back to the Lite version?? Pop ups trying to sell me on the Lite version hoping i wouldn’t notice? Can’t delete this fast enough.

Awesome app. I do a great deal of drawings for friends and family and this app helps me to save the image references into PDF format so that I can maintain a high resolution when I print them to use as visual references while drawing! I LOVE IT!!!

good app.. it did what i needed ...convert an email to pdf. had to copy the email to clipboard then use the app to convert clipboard to pdf. the alternative is to connect your email to the app but i did not have time to set that up. only a suggestion for next release... have the app Auto integrate to email on ipad ...while in email and hit print your app to save as pdf would apear. thx nice app as is. got the job done!

Very useful. Like this app. Easy to use and useful in my work. I only wish if resolution was a bit higher for better quality PDF

Unauthorized Billing. I was extremely upset when viewing my Apple subscriptions that this App claiming FREE, billed me an annual subscription. I was reviewing multiple apps similar to this app, even deleting it since it didn’t meet my specific need. I always manage free trials, and only noticed PDF Converter recently. I noticed any purchase I made would have been done within the app opposed to paying within the App Store.

Won’t Let You To Try If You’re Not Subscribed. Sincerely, I cannot say if this application is worthy to buy. I wanted to see how it worked by converting a Docs file to a PDF file but I couldn’t because immediately I pressed enter to begin the conversion, the application popped up a message saying that you have to subscribe first to see the results. Consequently I deleted the application before I ended subscribing to a program that I don’t know if it is worthless.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!. This app was great when I first purchased it on my iPad. I was able to download zip files from my google drive and open/convert them without any issues. Out of nowhere I can no longer connect to google drive bc apparently the owner of the app hasn’t renewed or updated their contact with google. Don’t even try to contact the creator bc it gets you nowhere. Now it is telling me that I have to pay 2.99 to purchase the option to download from drive. I have already paid my 2.99 and they still haven’t updated their google drive option. Worthless waste of money and time.

Essential App. It fills in a huge gap in what should have been built into the iPad. I found it a little confusing to use, since there are no instructions. I use it to convert Word files to PDFs to be opened in iBooks. I wish it had a more intuitive interface. Though I did eventually figure it out.

Great!! Easy to convert anything to PDF. I've been using to convert images to PDF, I'm able to rearrange the images in the order I wish and after creating the file I can also add notes to it. Very nice! The only downside is not being able to go back to the original file (where you can rearrange the images) if you already exited and created your PDF. If you want to add later on an image for example, you have to do it all over again.

Subscription loss. It did convert my image to pdf which was good but the resolution on it was horrible (even though I chose high resolution). I’m guessing it’s bc they want you to subscribe to their plans but I always try things out first and this didn’t make me want to subscribe.

LIFE SAVER FOR ME TODAY. I was inside my security guard small little enclosed room thinking about how to send a PDF important documents ASAP for family court, they said is the only format they take for this kind of matter, then suddenly I started telling myself, hey you yes you, you have an I phone six plus and paid a lot for it!😔😔😔THEN YOU BETTER USE IT PROPERLY, just freaking LEARN! SO THEN FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS GREAT APP! Thanks

B+. This app is reliable and versatile, and it allows me to do a lot of work in very few steps. The only issue I have is that sometimes it changes the orientation from portrait to landscape, cutting off parts of the pages. There's no way to correct it, and force-quitting doesn't help. I have to delete the document and import it all over again.

Did exactly what I needed it to. I wish you were able to Copy and Paste into the Notes section, but overall the app works flawlessly and easy to navigate. +1 for you OP!

IS FREE BUT NOT FREE. Not much you can do with the free version you have to pay to do most things so when it says 100% free their right but lying at the same time free to download maybe that’s about it one or two features are included but to get what you actually need from the app you have to pay

My opinion. Thaw app deserves a 5 star for it’s abilities however, I downloaded it because I needed a free one because I simply don’t have the funds. It read “absolutely free”. That was a lie. You all can deal and do business with liars but I won’t. So instead of purchasing this product that if I had the funds I would consider, I will do what I need in the free trial and cancel the delete this app and never download anything from this company again

Free Trial Scam. The product does not work as intended and takes an extensive amount of time to even locate the file for conversion and even when you do find it only certain files are supported. Beware of the “free trial”. It’s yet another bait and switch app on the apple platform to get you to download and then quickly charge you a full year subscription. Apparently I had download the junk app over a year ago and because it was downloaded, never used and quickly canceled the Free Trail that they advertised when I downloaded it this time was not actually free because it had been Dow loaded before. They certainly had the platform to quickly charge me after seeing I had downloaded prior but not a smart enough platform to remove the bait and switch “Free Trail” from my display and or even letting me know that I would be immediately billed.....wait this is apple, they should be able to help support such a process but are apparently ok with app developers taking advantage of their customers.

In an ideal world..... I loved this app. I paid for it with no qualms. It was almost perfect ... There are WAY TOO MANY bugs. And no one responds if you contact support. If you can convert a pic from your camera but not from existing photos (no option after you select the image !) You can convert a page in excel but a multi tab document becomes an empty folder that you cannot open and you cannot delete. So close and yet so far ....

Best PDF Converter app. Best app been using this for about 8 years now even with access to a scanner it’s just so much easier to use and manage my files

Great app!. Just switched my iPhone to a Galaxy J7 (for its no-limits-to-what-you-can-do-with-your-phone-customization), while still maintaining an ipadair & ipad2, and bought downloaded this app to backup my contacts in hard-copy. In seconds, I had several PDF pgs of my contacts with columnar field-output! It's quick, efficient, and does what it says. The only improvement I suggested to developer was to wrap the text in the first field. Love the app though!

Handy Educational Tool. I love that I can take a picture of notes for my students, change it into a PDF, and easily email or post it to a classroom website. Great app!

PDF converter- awesome!!. I use the free version of this PDF converter. You can also convert to an image, but it works great every single time without fail. I depend on this since the scanner on my printer in my office broke. This is a great app.

Handy. Cool little app.. does the job. I haven't figured out how to use pictures from my phone's saved files. I had to snap a photo within the app which does not offer editing (cropping, brightness, etc). Other than that, it's good.

Super streamlined design!. I was able to do my taxes very quickly by using the PDF creator straight from mobile to a shared Dropbox.

Something is wrong. I’ve been using this app for a very long time with zero issues until recently, whenever I try to make a pdf I keep getting a pop up and even after ignoring the pop up it won’t allow me to create a pdf! Please help.

Sorry, Needs improvements. This app is poorly made. Can save files only. Cannot retrieve without buying the program. No way to opt out of screen once PDF is created. Have to close and reopen the program to get to home screen. Not interconnected. No buttons to move about the Program. No instructions. Waste time trying to navigate something that only find by exiting screen and opening program again. Waste of time unless buy the full program. Just need one access avenue. Will not recommend. Sorry! Disappointing.

Won't delete files or rename files.... Trying to delete or rename files is a pain in this app. All I ever get is a translucent grey overlay over my screen and nothing happens! I let it sit for a minute or two in hopes it will actually allow me to confirm a delete or allow me to input a new name for a file but nope! Disappointing...

PDF Converter. BRILLIANT! BRILLIANT! BRIKLIANT! I wanted to send an email but didn't want the text to be open to being altered at the other end. I had to purchase the full app but am so glad I did. It worked terrifically and I'll definitely be using it a lot more in the future.

Not a free app! Hard to use. Claims to be a "completely" free app but once you get the app and start on a document it then asks you to pay $1.49 to use 1 of its functions!!! There is a msg at bottom saying you can buy ALL the features for $1.99 but when I tired that it wants an additional $4.49!! DON'T RECOMMEND THIS APP, I will keep looking for a better app; It's a shame Apple doesn't have the features standard that you can print to PDF from a safari page to IBooks!

Does not do anything!. All I get is a start page that I can slide between three simulations. I get nothing to click on! This is not a free app, it’s a demo.

Terrible app didn’t work and still charging me. I used the compulsory 3 day free trial and it didn’t work how I wanted. To change a PDF to individual photos. I went to cancel my free trial and they won’t let me. Now I have to pay $50 yearly subscription. Don’t bother with this app!

Why are people giving great reviews. Stop!. Seriously I cannot understand. Yes it converts items to PDF and that is what I needed but then it does not let you write anything to PDF afterwards. Why? ...In this App, there are vast options upon payments of money to proceed further but it's not clearly understand which, if any would allow you to write on PDF. ...Is ADOBE the solution. Does anyone know what program will allow me to write (add text) to PDF files?

Very poor service. Got charged for a year despite the app not even being downloaded on my phone. Can’t find anywhere on the app to cancel my subscription. Emailed them asking for help and not heard back yet this was 3 days ago

Still has ads. Paid for an ad free version and I still get an annoying splash ad when I open the app. Otherwise works as expected. I have lowered my rating to 2 stars cause of this misrepresentation by the developer. If I pay for a service I expect it to work.

Paid for and not working. I paid for this years ago outright, and there have been some updates since. Now the money spent is consumed and the service I paid for is no longer available. I can’t save any of my altered documents. Stay away from this - they take your money, make changes and then expect you to pay weekly for the service.

Terrible - Good luck cancelling subscription. I downloaded this app to convert the document and it didn’t work I tried other functionalities during the “free trial“ and it also didn’t work. I noticed a strange disclosure when purchasing the app that talked about a subscription for 299 a week or something like that, and that it could be turned off on the user settings but only once The trial was over. Deleting the app will not help because the subscription is actually in iTunes and you will continue to get charged even if you delete. You have to unsubscribe from this subscription on your iPhone or you will get charged every week and it is automatically set to start charging you. There is no option given to unsubscribe within the app you have to go into your iPhone settings/App Store/tapusername/subscriptionsuse your account and unsubscribe there. This is how people get cheated out of money.

If you think you will only try 3 days for free then you are totally wrong! It will starts to charge you $38.99 per year if you don’t unsubscribe it manually by the end of 3rd day! Here I tell you how to unsubscribe it. Go to “Setting”, then “iTunes & App Store”, tap “Apple ID: ***************”, tap “View Apple ID”, Tap “Subscription”, then you will see you have subscribed it and are ready to start payment in 3 days even it does now ask you to sign up for an account. NOW YOU CAN UNSUBSCRIBE FROM HERE!!!!!!!! That’s really dirty! Be careful and good luck guys!!

PDF. Files stay even after you've deleted them. Looks like you're file has been converted but it hasn't. I tried sending a PDF file where only PDF is accepted and did not work, keeps saying PDF only....

No functions unless you make subscription. Totally misleading. App is non-functional without an expensive subscription, and who knows how it works if you would be fool enough to start one based on the totally useless free download.

Deleted. Downloaded this app to convert text messages/iMessages to a PDF file. It makes you "copy/paste" the text into the box and it doesn't even work. Even if the paste function did work, would would lose the date stamps and everything. Waste of time. Don't bother if you're looking for an app to convert texts.

Free for three days then they charge you. I tried to use this and immediately it took me to a page that required me to register. I could use it for free for three days then I would have to pay. That page never disappeared. Pass.

Great. Quick and easy

Can’t cancel the subscription. The in-app purchase states that the user can cancel subscription in account settings after the 3-day free trial. I’ve searched the app settings and my iPhone settings. There’s nowhere to cancel. I’ve sent 2 emails (back-to-back). Hopefully, I’ll hear back by tomorrow.

Another Bait & Switch. I agree with other reviewer. Just another bait and switch app. They make it sound free for limited use, but force you to upgrade as soon as you open the app. Did not upgrade and immediately deleted the app before I got to use it.

To many glitches. many glitches it doesn’t always send take photos the app has allot of problems and i pay for the extra version I’m still having problems

Paid $2.99. Last night I paid $2.99 on my iPad mini 2 for this app..this morning when I try to use it on my iPhone under the same account it is harassing me to pay again from my iPhone .. it does not sync so what's on the iPad stays on iPad and does not show on my phone...so if it's deleted all the file will be gone

User friendly!. Very easy and straightforward to use. Simple, clean and does exactly what it needs to do!

Don’t purchase. Have been testing the free version. Every time I try to change the name to a file, the app crashes. After creating three PDFs from my browser, the app freezes. Now, I can’t make any PDFs. Is this the way the developer gets users to buy the app?? Not helpful.

Too many limitations for a product that is expensive. Can’t do more than 20 pages at a time.

Tried to use app. It's not working in a free version. I have no way to load PDF files. Tried to load pictures and no response after 40 seconds. Boring. Might try again in an updated version and if no good delete. Sorry guys. You keep asking and I add. Scanned a document and couldn't save it. I was bored trying something new. But this is no fun

Learning the steps. Seem to be easy just learning; catching on a little l have read other comment on how to work this app. Just don't have time to get into it. But I need to know rite now. Work to get done

Scanner??????. The converter works great, however the scanner makes it impossible to download files to phones or computers.
