Worst eBook app. This is the worst eBook app that I ever used. I cannot download Kant of the content that is labeled free. What’s the point of having them available. The app is confusing and not quite user-friendly. Nonetheless it offers some good selection of books/magazines. The developers need to seriously work on user interface and even try to use the app themselves. Thanks.

Great App! Keep it up!. Glad that I can listen to Thai audiobooks now. I would prefer that every time you open the app, the first screen be the latest book page you listened to, and you can just continue playing the book right there. Please keep it up and add more book!

Terrible. It's not a good app and my downloaded books had gone and could not find them anywhere!! It happened every time and I just gave up now! Pointless to have it if I couldn't read it!

Very Good. It's a very very good app

A must have for those who love books. Would be even better if the books come in ePub files not the PDF style. So the size of the letters can be adjusted along with the front. Also the page flip and the night mode. Great app anyway. One of the best we have in Asia.

Need a practical storage. The app should automatically download the book as soon as purchase and store in app until move to cloud. It’s inconvenient to find out on plane that the book hasn’t been downloaded and can’t be until touch ground.

ราคาหนังสือแพง. อยากให้ช่วยปรับราคาสินค้าลง ราคาเป็น USD แพงกว่าราคาหน้าปกที่เป็นบาทอีกนะครับ ขายถูกลง ขายได้เยอะขึ้น แถมไม่ต้องตัดต้นไม้ทำกระดาษเพิ่มอีก ตอนนี้ก็ไม่ได้ต่ออายุ Ookbee Buffet แล้วทั้งที่เป็นสมาชิกมาหลายปี ฝากเอาไปพิจารณาด้วยนะ

แอพเด้งออกบ่อยมาก โหลดก็ช้า. ใช้ iPad mini iOS 8.3 มีปัญหาการโหลดเข้าใช้งานช้ามาก พอกดเข้าไปอ่านหนังสือได้ไม่นานก็เด้งออกตลอด ช่วยปรับปรุงตรงจุดนี้ด้วยนะคะ เพราะปกติใช้งานผ่าน B2S ไม่เคยมีปัญหา พอเค้าให้ย้ายมาที่ Ookbee หงุดหงิดมากเลย.....ขอชมที่มีหนังสือให้ซื้อมาอ่านเยอะดีนะคะ ชอบในส่วนนี้ ไม่เสียดายที่ต้องจ่ายเงินซื้อมาอ่าน.....แค่หงุดหงิดตอนกำลังอ่านเพลินๆ แล้วเด้งออก กว่าจะโหลดเข้าไปอ่านได้ก็ช้าอีก.....ขอบคุณที่ทำแอพนี้ขึ้นมานะคะ ถ้าแก้ไขปัญหานี้ไปได้ จะเยี่ยมมากค่ะ

Good app. เป็น app ที่ใช้อ่านหนังสือประจำ คุ้มค่าที่จะมีไว้ในเครื่อง

อยากให้ปรับปรุง. โดยรวมดีครับ แต่อยากให้เพิ่มเติม 1. อยากให้หนังสือหรือนิตยสาร ในแต่ละโปรแกรม หรือแต่ละเครื่องแสดงขึ้นมาให้เท่ากัน ตัวอย่างเช่น ผมมีหนังสือหรือนิตยสาร 10 แต่แสดง จริงๆ 5 เล่ม เวลาไปเปิดเครื่องอื่น ก็อยากให้แสดง 5 เล่มครับ เพราะมีปัญหามากเวลาผมไปลงโปรแกรมเครื่องใหม่ต้องมานั่งลบออกทีละเล่มเสียเวลามากๆ ถ้าผมมีหนังสือหรือนิตยสารซัก 100 เล่มลองคิดดูครับ 2. อยากให้ bookmark ตัวคั่น ตามไปทุกเครื่องหรือทุกโปรแกรมเหมือนกันครับ เพราะบางทีมีเหตุต้องลบ โปรแกรมทิ้งแล้วลงใหม่. bookmark หายหมดเลย 3. อยากให้มีหน้า bookmark รวม คือ หนังสือหรือนิตยสารไหนที่ bookmark ไว้จะมาแสดงรวมตรงนี้หมด ผมว่าสะดวกดีครับ 4. อยากให้มีการแสดงผล flip page ตอนเปิดแต่ละหน้า

หลายอย่างควรปรับปรุง. 1. ราคาบน apps กับหน้า web ไม่ว่าจะว่าอย่างไรก็ควรจะเท่ากัน ไม่เช่นนั้นก็ปิดการซื้อผ่าน apps ไปเลย 2. บันทึกข้อมูล master/visa card แล้วยกเลิกการผูกไม่ได้ 3. จากข้อ 2. ไม่ต้องมี 2nd authentication เช่น ยืนยัน otp จาก sms กด submit แล้วตัดเงินเลย อัตรายมาก 4. ไม่อยากเสี่ยงซื้อช่องทางอื่น ดันเสียค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมซะงั้น 5. default ไม่ควรจะเป็น ต่อ package/subscription อัตโนมัติ ควรจะเป็นสมัครใจ ไม่เช่นนั้นลูกค้าอาจรู้สึกถูกหลอกให้สมัคร โดยเฉพาะให้ลองใช้ฟรี 1 เดือน หลัง 1 เดือนต้องแจ้งไม่งั้นต่อ package อัตโนมัติ ไม้ควรอย่างยิ่ง
