Seems cute, but can’t play because of ads. This seems like a cute game but I spent more time sitting through ads than I did playing. There’s a ten second ad, plus the clicks to get back to game, for every four or five matches, which means you can’t get into the game.

Fun but gets old and has some issues. First the issues: too many ads (approximately every 30 secs) and also items can touch but don’t “count” as touching so don’t merge and the game is supposed to end if you go past the top line but sometimes the item you drop is below the line and it still ends. It is a fun, mindless game. Wish there was more to it, but nice to zone out with.

A SCAM. I really hate this game,it’s kind of hard to smoosh each other, and there is just too many ads which is the worst. It’s VERY annoying! Not relaxing 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎. I don’t even get a chance to play the game bro cuz every 20 seconds ads, ads, ADS!WOULD NOT RECOMMEND 😡😡😡😡😡

Awesome game!. This game is really fun and relaxing, you should try it! The only thing I will say is that there are ads in the middle of it. And that there are some glitches. But that is all! Again you should really try it!

Don’t pay for the “no-ads”. After I paid the $3.99 for no-ads, I'm still seeing ads!! The game is super relaxing, but very frustrating that I’m still seeing ads after paying for “no-ads.”

Why I love Melon Fish!🍉🐟. There are many reasons why I love this game but the main reasons to why I love this game are 1. It’s very relaxing and helps me take my mind off of stressful things. 2. It is a simple game and it’s very fun to play and makes a great road trip game. 3. I really enjoy the option to choose between melon mode and fish mode and it is really cute! (Also I don’t mind all the ads.)

fun, WAY too many ads. the amount of ads in this game is ridiculous. i love the game itself and would enjoy it so much more if it had no ads. they interrupt, and i even had two ones in a row with just two seconds of playing in between. it’s hard to enjoy with the amount of ads and i hope the amount of ads decreases.

Great game but.. This game is so cute and fun to play so I decide to buy it the no apps option.. and from nowhere stop working 🫤 I try to delete and add it again but it just not working.. only play it for one day when I pay for it..

Merge whale review🐳. Merge whale is a great game. It is very puzzling as in knowing where to put things and at what times. Ads are always bad but in this game they let you know when an ad is about to start. Also, you can just do the no ads thing and then there is no ads! And all sea creatures in this game are soooooooooooooooooo cute. So download now!❤️😍

Fun. Fun game but what exactly is supposed to happen when you have two watermelons touching? How are you supposed to get past them to get the fruit below them if the watermelons don’t merge? Also I paid extra to not have to watch adds but when I want to extend my game, sheesh, the add seems to go on.

Too many. Too many adds, I deleted the app before I could make it through a full game. I only played for about a minute and had about six adds pop up.

TOO MANY FREAKING ADS. Ads pop up no more than every minute and its $3.99 to remove ads. I was about to cave until I saw that it pops up as $4.99, so now I don’t trust it. Would be fun if the ads were like every 5-10 minutes or after each round. It ruins everything

Yessss. Such a cute game, obviously a lot of work out into it, and you may see reviews saying there are too many ads but their is not its a pretty small amount compared to some mobile games. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs something moderately difficult yet not frustrating. Big thanks to the creators they did great! ❤️

Pause when ads come. I don’t like copious ads like everyone else but I love this game and urges so much better than all the other games I have tried like this. Nonetheless I wish that the game would freeze when the ad timer comes on. It messes with my strategy and it’s annoying. Also give people their free ads if they paid for it that’s crazy. Cute but to many ads. At first there were not a lot ads, but later every 15 seconds there was an ad. and the ad blocker button is like taking me to the App Store whenever I press it, so I can barely join my game and just watch a 30 second ad. I hope this changes soon.

THIS IS AFIRST!!. I just now, opened this game! But the astonishing thing was that the AD ALLOWED ME TO COMPLETE A LEVEL! You all know how an ad indicates to try out an advertised app…then when you touch the screen it goes to the app page?? Well, this one did not close me out after I touched the screen….annoying isn’t that?? And as I played, I realized I was enjoying playing! After a score if 3,264 ?….I was smiling! So I added this game to my ipad! Great way to add players! Since I have not played beyond the first screen, I’m hoping this game stays clever and appealing to us players! Thanks for the GREAT INVITE! ***We get a 3+second ad warning! Way better having a second to pull your brain away before the ad arrives! Other apps just yank you out if a screen, like. “¡SPROOOONG!” That hurts! Like the light hearted music….😃💕💕

Too many ads!!. Very cute game! Loved that part of it, I raked up points very fast! And if you’re very close to losing, you can watch an ad to help you keep building up your score.. HOWEVER!!! There are TOO MANY ads.. it feels like every 30 seconds it makes you watch an ad!! It’s great you can choose to watch ads to keep your level going, and choose to watch ads to get the powers but to be forced to watch ads every 30 second is too much for me. If it didn’t force me to watch all these ads, I would have kept the game, but it wasn’t worth it for me.

Do not install. Ads every 7 to 10 seconds. They are paid to place the ads then they want you to pay to remove them. Ridiculous and not worth it.

Fun but patience losing.. This game is fun and entertaining but then you get the glitch and then you say all you did for nothing and then it just puts you in a bad mood and all mad because you didn’t get to break your record or get two whales or something like that so that’s why I wouldn’t recommend it to you if you didn’t make whatever you wanted.😤

Melon Fish. It’s really fun and I love how you can pick between fish mold and fruit mode. It’s a fun game like how you can how you can get watermelon and whales for the high scores and I got both of them like two times already. It’s the funniest one of the funniest games that I ever seen because it’s free and you can just take between the watermelon like that’s one of my favorite parts of it and I like getting high scores and that’s it.

Foolishly Paid $4.99 for Ads. The game is kind of fun but has the usual annoying ads in game. I foolishly forked over $4.99 thinking that the ads would be removed. Immediately after paying, I get hit with an ad. Then, another and another. Shame on me for falling for the scam.

Ads won’t let me finish a round. I don’t mind ads between rounds, but these ads interrupt the game many times during a round. The developers would have a much more popular game if they were satisfied to have a banner ad at the bottom and then a fullscreen ad at the end of every round I was thinking about paying to remove the ads, but so many people have said that the game doesn’t run, if you pay to remove the ads that I probably will end up deleting the game. It’s too bad because like I said, I really do like the game.

Best game ever. This is the easiest but hardest game in the world! I absolutely love it! It’s nice calm game if you can control your temper but I think it’s great! It’s not like other games it’s even better!

Should’ve read the reviews first... I broke down and paid for no ads, but they are still interrupting the game constantly (during, not just between rounds). I wish devs that pull this con could get punished somehow. Also, the buttons for the power-ups are too close to the game window, so it's hard to avoid hitting them- of course, triggering more ads, since I “requested” them. I like the mechanics; there's at least a little bit of actual physics in the coding- but I don't think I’ll play this much longer. I hope Apple refunds bogus charges.

This game is buns. this game so chopped its insane. why is there so many ads, and on top of that, why are the ads of the game that im LITERALLY FREAKING PLAYING. listen i can tolerate tiktok getting banned and women losing their rights but i cant take getting scammed. No ad purchases and still getting ads is CRAAAAZZZYYYY.

Frustrating. There should be a way to delete unused and trapped fruit that just get in the way. And there should be a way to earn useful points that allow you to pick the next fruit. There’s no point in the score. It’s 99% luck.

Good game but won’t stop glitching. This is overall a good game when you need to relax but whenever I hit the button where it shakes up the fish it starts glitching and making this buzzing noise and it’s so annoying and I have to swipe out and go back in constantly and also the ads are too much they pop up every minute there should be more game than ads right but it’s a great game.

You merge smaller fish to make these HUGE sharks and dolphins. This is why I like this game so much! Love this game!. This game is super fun and adorable and a pleasure to play! The animals are so cute! I love that it is fun and hard at the same time. I have tried many other games like this, but none are as good. The only thing I would change are the ad breaks. I think that they should be farther apart so you get more playing time.
