I am so happy for this app. This app makes my life so much easier. I have multiple cards and now I won’t have to log into each of them. I also don’t have to remember multiple passwords etc. This app works fast to complete my tasks. So glad for this app.
All accounts. The best part of this app if you’re like me and have a couple different accounts “cards’ this is the one that you can pay all of them in one app to me it’s the best part because it saves me from having to open different apps just to pay so this was a great improvement!!! Thank You
Be aware. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of security measures at Concora Credit. It seems anyone can easily steal personal information and apply for a card under someone else's name. The process does not seem secure at all, leaving customers vulnerable to identity theft and fraud. I expected a much higher standard of protection from a financial institution. This is unacceptable, and I strongly urge others to reconsider before trusting this company with their sensitive information.
It could be better. The app works, but it’s very pared down and there are some features that would make it at least a bit more usable, such as: 1) An option to login with Face ID. 2) The ability to immediately lock/unlock a card if it’s lost. 3) Compatibility with Apple Wallet. 4) Push notifications and options for managing them.
Apple Wallet in the future?. The app is cool and practical. Nice shade of blue, too. 😊 But as practical as the app is, and it is, being able to add this card to Apple Wallet. I tried but a pop-up screen says that I am to “contact the card issuer if ask if they offer cards that support Apple Pay.” Any chance of that happening in the future?
APP MALFUNCTION. For some reason after the initial setup I can no longer log into the app. I have both the destiny and milestone cards and the app doesn’t work for either. For milestone I have to log in through the browser every time and for destiny I can’t log in at all. I’m afraid to use the card because I won’t be able to log in to pay it and I definitely don’t want to incur any fees. Also why is it that I can’t see both cards under one log in. How inconvenient to have to log out for a card that’s with the same company.
Concora. So I have had this card for a couple of months and yes my score is not great so they did give me a second chance but when you pay your bill on time and they take your money out of the bank that is attached to them they still take 14 days for you available balance to show so you can only use your card 14 days out if a month if you use your whole amount… so now I k is to use half than pay and while I am waiting for that to clear I still have the other half to use SMH
Unbelievable. I went online and updated my email address on 06/06, today I stop for gas and my card declines, I go to login and it says to call customer support. I get on the phone with customer support and the rep says yes your card and online access has been blocked due to you changing your email. Are you serious, she then says you have to fax a copy of your drivers license and then your card will be unlocked. I fax over the required document call back in 6 hours later, just to be told that it will take 5 to 7 business days to verify my drivers license. This is absolutely ridiculous. Thank goodness, I have backup funds or I probably would have been stranded smh.
Good Card. I really like this card but there’s so many things that’s wrong 1. No Face ID to sign in… You have to manually sign in EVERY TIME. 2. No Virtual Card option in case you don’t have access to get the physical card right away or a way to lock your card if need be. 3. does not support Apple Pay… Can Not be added to phone wallet. 4. Real time payments is not a thing. 5. No credit monitoring feature I feel like this is before phones and apps were invented. It’s giving back in the days… I really wish we could have some of these things SOON. But the simplicity of the app and card is something to be admired for such a fast pace world. But yall still gotta step y’all cookies up and get in the game.
Easy to navigate. Just the facts please. That’s all I need to see and I like that I didn’t have to go around the world to right just to see my account information.
Great there is an app for that. So far the app is great. The only thing that I do not really like to do is I have to enter my information twice (I have two different cards) to do anything. Please have a Touch ID or something that will have part of it memorized. Less typing.
Perfect App. Super happy they came up with this app as I had to go through the website to submit payment which was super super annoying. The best part for me is how they merged the destiny and milestone card on to one platform making it just a few clicks to submit payment and check my balances. This has made paying these bill extremely easy as I have my checking account linked to both cards and everything transferred over perfectly.
User friendly design. I’ve been with them for about a year now, 2 different cards. I haven’t run into any problems of any kind. And now, the improvements to the app make things so easy! I love being able to switch between the cards without having to log in again. The app is easy to read and navigate. Great improvements this year!
Please read urgent. Why is the experience on the Aspire credit card so good and perfect but your Milestone credit card is totally different the aspire card has a completely better normal Bank layout and your able to instantly pay your balance with your debit card and access your credit almost immediately and the milestone dont get access to your limit sometimes in days and sometimes in weeks its a complete horrible experience and as a new customer of the milestone card I’m already considering to cancel the card if you want to keep customers the milestone card should be on the same app as the aspire card and have the same options to pay and the same customer experience the aspire card customer experience is 5 stars the milestone card would be a negative 5 if I could rate that low
New app. I have 4 credit cards from Concora, before they changed it I had to log out and log back in for each card. Now they have access to all my accounts in 1 easy spot, no more logging in and out!!. I really enjoy this app. My only complaint would be I still can’t request a credit increase through the app. I highly recommend this app!!
App useless now. App is useless after update. I can’t see one of my accounts after the update to manage it or make payments. I followed the advice of their CSRs to try to view the account and it did not work. App was mediocre at best before and now it is sheer garbage. I cannot access the account through the app or their website. If you try to call to get help with access, their automated system hangs up on you as soon as you select the option. It's like they're trying to trigger a situation so they can slap late charges on the account. They also offer no email or online way to contact support.
Missing important info. When I log into a credit card app, the purpose would not be to solely make a payment. I want to see in a quick glance what is my credit limit and how much available credit I have. Why does this app or portal not have this info readily visible? Do you not want us using the card?
The worst credit card ever don’t do it. So I applied for this credit card may be a few months ago and I went over the limit so I paid it before the due date and they charged me because the payment was posted late and then charged me so much to the point where it went from 704 to 835 in a matter of weeks and then when I call customer service, I could barely understand the guy and he kept repeating my information as If was stupid and said I had to pay 80 bucks which is double the minimum to “fix it“. So Seriously DO NOT GET THIS CARD OR APP IT MIGHT AS WELL BE A SCAM!
Awesome Thanks!!!!. Thank you so much for this app truly!!! The card I have obtained is from a dentist office who has helped me so much for getting back my smile that I can’t express enough how grateful and happy I am🤗😊. And now to have an app I can download on my iPhone to pay my bill is truly the icing on the cake. So I just want to say thank you and I’m just learning the app so if I have any suggestions or ideas, I will definitely come back and give another review 😊.
Terrible communication. I would suggest NOT getting a credit card from anyone card they represent. I have had a destiny card in my possession for a while now and they have requested an unreasonable amount of identity verification. They are reporting a balance on my credit report and they have yet to have activated my card since I received it. They will not allow you to speak with their fraud department yet their fraud department blocks your card for no explained reason. And the customer service is poor as well. They are uninformed and have way too many limitations. My advice is to avoid this card service at all cost.
Concora Credit app. The new Concora credit app makes managing your card accounts so much easier. I was so excited when I found out about it. Really does help a lot to be able to use the app. If you don’t have the app yet you should definitely go download it now.
Unable to add card to Apple Pay. Unable to add my card to Apple Pay. Called customer service as instructed and representative was of no help to me, said it was a glitch and to try again in 24 hours. The glitch is still in place several days later.
App works less than 10% of the time. The app simply won’t let me log in. The only time it *might* log me in is right after I reset my password — which I have to do through the browser first. On mobile, the browser won’t show me my transactions; I can only see them through the app. Yet I can almost never log into the app, and I spend a ridiculous amount of time messing around with changing my password to even try to get in for it to not even work 9 times out of 10. Ridiculously frustrating. I tried to contact customer service and they were zero help and didn’t even understand what I was trying to explain about all of this. I will probably end up canceling this card because it’s not worth the hassle, honestly.
10 out of 10 I recommend. I love having the convenience of paying my bill plus checking my transactions any time I want . This app has helped me stay on time and on target for building my credit .
Easy app to use. I just downloaded this app on my iPhone and seems pretty easy and convenient to use . I still haven’t received my card but will update later about their services.
Love it. I absolutely love this app. All my credit cards are in one spot. I don’t have to login and out four times on safari All I have to do now is open this app in all my credit cards are there for my viewing
Do not get an account with them. The worst company I’ve ever worked with as far as credit cards goes. They put a hold on my account to send in my drivers license at the very start of not even receiving my card once I received my card when I went to access my account and told me to call them when I called them. It said the only way for my account to be on hold to send my drivers license via fax, there’s something sketchy about this whole company
Multiple brands. Hi, I would like to suggest a way to have mutole brands logged in at the same time would be helpful. I have two destiny and milestone and I have to log out and log back in to each one back and forth if I want to access them, these no way to have them both in fine. I love the app I mean I just started used giving my cards said they will be under this company now so that’s why I made the account and honestly this is what I’ve what’s wanted. There was no app for either of those cards so I had to save a homepage web app to easy access the log in so thank you lol. But fixing my situation I first mentioned would make this even better
All 3 accounts listed into one single app. Making it SO much easier to access and manage. The app is also visually pleasing, and easy to navigate. I am super impressed :)
add FACE ID PLEASE. please add face id or at least a 4 digit passcode so i dont have to keep typing in my password whenever i open this app to check on my concora credit account. would make it a lot more convenient. also add the stores where im able to use this concora credit account at. i applied inside a furniture store and thought it was just a loan but it seems to be a permanent line of credit. i want to know where else can i use this card.
Approved for New card and moved. Expected to send documentation in because I moved before card arrived but faxed the required documents twice which takes them 5-7 days to receive the fax and now they need two additional weeks to review the updated Drivers license RealID that is now required when renewing or changing addresses etc….and it’s just asinine to think it takes 7 days to receive the fastest electronic submission they allow. No online portal or secure email to track your progress. The only other option is sending snail mail. Ridiculous also not calling in the is apparently. I liken it to calling sprintpcs in 2005.
Ease of use. I have two cards from Concora Credit and they are very easy to access and use and have phoned in when I felt I had a problem and it was quickly resolved!
Love the update!. I’m very happy I can access both my credit card accounts by signing in just once now. It was very annoying having to sign out and then sign back in with a different password just to check my other account. Thank you for doing this.
Why the hold on. It's the perfect card for anyone like me rebuilding your credit the biggest downfall is making payments on time on my end that take two weeks to process. My card is linked to my checking account with all previous payments going through immediately. Could a developer please let me know if having my funds on hold for two weeks or reading such a short limited balance available will read a negative impact on my credit score. Had it recommended from your customer service that using a money order from Walmart is quicker than my checking account
NO AVAILABLE CREDIT??. I have used a lot different credit card companies in my day, and all of them show your available credit on the app. Which is…. Idk…. useful in literally every way? So why not this app??? Do better. Hopefully this issue is resolved in an update unless I’m missing something which, I don’t think I am. Thanks!
Concora credit. App is way better now I love the update cause you don’t have to log in in 2 different account for your multiple credit card it’s all in one whoever thought about that was a genius so keep up the great work!
New to indigo card. UPDATED REVIEW ( Thanks for a actual reply changing my rating to a 5 star why ? Because after my feedback CONCORA CREDIT took the time to read and reply which shows me they are listening to their card holders feedback which is a good start & will help the future of this app & their cards & products going forward… Hello so I have seen reviews on Celtic bank about how indigo card didn’t have any app , so I m glad you guys finally got one up for it , I don’t have my card yet but I will say I’ve logged in a few times to check the app out , I have other cards with fully functioning apps , this one is on its way I’ll say that but please you there is so much you need to add , biometric log in , or pin log in having to use a password every time is a pain , I noticed no document center with info needed that needs added only basic stuff shows (again it’s better then nothing ) but if you want customers to stay they need to feel safe & valued able to see finances & a functioning help center possible chat option card holders don’t want to feel sub prime . This card has potential above others in its class . If you take the time to invest in card holders more will apply. Other then that im just super happy there is at least a functional app ( bare bones ). But there ! Here’s hoping updates help bring it to life .
Stay away. I used to have this CC and for years they charged me annual fee but never increased my credit limit even if my CC got good. So I cancelled this CC in March of this year to receive a new one in July. When I called to question what is going in they apologized for the mistake and told me to disregard the CC I received. So unorganized, no customer service and it makes me wonder what do they do with my personal information. Stay away before you get really screwed.
All in one place. I like that I am able to view all my cards that is up under One umbrella in one place instead of several different app and different passwords. I like the one password and I can see all my credit card in one place.
App great payment process unreasonable. I can’t believe it takes 14 days for my money to clear and be available. My bank statement shows it being drawn the day or very next day of payment. Why do you hold on to my money so long? The app shows I have open credit but no don’t for 14 days. Nothing like using a card and having it declined because you’re holding my money and the app says I have open credit.
Destiny Credit Card Great Card BUT…... Great for credit building. However, no Face ID and you can’t pay your balance with a debit card. Allowing your card holders to pay with a debit card would allow them quicker access to available funds. These are the only reason I didn’t give Destiny 5 ⭐️s

One login. This is my favorite new feature! One login, so I don’t have to sign out and switch to view my other accounts. I can see all my balances and next payments on one screen without signing in to each one individually.
Indigo credit card. Opened an account with them but every time I tried using it it would get declined. I called and they lifted the block but the card would continue to decline. Called again and just decided to close the account, was told the service fee wouldn’t be waived because ONE purchase of $4 went through. Which I don’t know how if I had to use a different card to pay that merchant. So now I have to pay the service fee of a card I couldn’t even use!
Worked until update. Worked fine until the update and now it just keeps looping me to change my password and won’t let me get into my account. I’ve even done the password request after verifying my password met all requirements and was correct and matching. This app didn’t need an update. Please fix. Can’t pay my bill if I can’t see my account
Improvements. This app needs to be able to lock the card when lost or stolen. I should also be able to see my what my auto payment is & be able to make changes to it without having to unenroll.
Peace of mind. I’ve had zero problems using this card , I actually have two and so far it’s been flawless . Payments are updated almost next business day and account is replenished . If everything on your end is in order you will have a great experience.
Do not open account with them. YOU will regret it, they actually hold your payments until they can make more fees up and keep getting money from you, ITS A SERIOUS SCAM. WARNING ********If you trying to build credit this is not the card they are not allowing debit payments so they can hold your payments for at least 3 weeks. THIS IS A WARNING, do not open cards with them *****WARNING *********** if I could I do no stars I just contacted the BBB don’t open an account keep your money safe
Poor business structure. After being approved for a credit card with a minimal limit of only $300 … I accepted the card. I regret it immensely. Besides the outdated tech on the website Milestone closed my account due the fact that they did not change my address in their system after I notified them of an address change. Furthermore the incompetence shown by again sending correspondence to the old address stating that they need me to send ID was even more ridiculous. I urge anyone with the population to get this card to refuse immediately. I think they are comfortable with starting your account to get the membership fee. Also it was very hard to understand the customer service 1because of the accent and 2 the phone itself was not the best. I am also reporting them to whatever agencies apply.
Better for multiple cards. When I first logged on, it kept looping me to sign in again. I waited a day or two, then finally I was able to sign in. I have multiple accounts with Concora credit. Whe I finally got in, I love the fact that I can see all my accounts on one page, rather than signing out, then signing back in. Plus it’s very easy to use.

Wish there were a way to lock. Would love a way to lock card in the app. Otherwise have had a good experience helping rebuild my credit with the three cards I have through Concora but a lock card feature would be great!

Payment Holds. I made a $617 payment. After making that payment, they told me that they can hold my funds up for up to 14 days before releasing it back into available credit. So basically they take the money from you, and just sit on it for two weeks. They then followed it up by saying that their recommended advice is to use moneygram express. Not my actual bank account. So they basically trust the MoneyGram over your actual bank account.
Worse card ever. No one answers you it’s just a robot when you get over limit they charge you ever single month making your payment useless there’s absolutely nothing you could do about it other than cough up more and more money to get it back under literally every month I’m being charged the same amount I’m paying plus credit Protection fee plus interest plus the over draft worse card ever stay away
Thee worst. This app is honestly frustrating to use. It doesn’t even support Face ID, so every single time you have to manually type in your login info, which is already annoying. On top of that, the “security” process makes no sense — they ask you random verification questions about information you genuinely don’t recognize or remember. Then, if you can’t answer correctly, they lock your account for “fraud.”
Account Management. I wish we had better access to our available balance. It would also be nice to be notified when a fraud block is placed on the card. Also some of the staff needs to up to date with the app features. It’s been a few times I called in after making a payment via debit card and was told my funds are being held 14 days for verification. The app states otherwise.

I wish I could rate 0 stars. I applied for the milestone credit card on a whim, I’ve had it for 3 months, they’ve charged my annual fee right away around 160$. Whenever I try to make any sort of payment it never goes through it’s flagged for suspicious activity. I want to deactivate but don’t see an option on the website or this app. I should have read the reviews first. The app is awful the card is awful and a huge scam don’t get this card.

Can’t get in app. Apparently since they have too many consumers you can’t just log in the app whenever you like. I got an error message trying to log in and it was only due to the amount of people using the app. Instead of waiting a few minutes you probably should try again another day, and hopefully you can get in.
Worst App. This might be the worst CC app I have out of 8 or so apps. They do not memorize your login, it’s outdated, it’s an antiquated set up, it won’t use facial recognition or pass keys, it has to redirect you to a new page every time you go to login, to collect login information, and it’s gotten old. The CC itself is generic and no longer useful, the rates offered are not great, and it’s outlived its life for me. This non-user friendly app has gotten old. It is not quick, it is not seamless, and they need to get with the program and figure out what their competitors are doing. For example: logging into Capital One is a breeze. Facial recognition, easy on the eye, easy in app mobility and interface, very user friendly and organized. There are other apps that are just as good as the above mentioned as well. Just using this as a quick example.
I would like to be able to lock the cards.. They need to incorporate a way to LOCK your card. They are charging you a monthly fee and They don’t have a way to lock your cards. I don’t like that about them. The update only deals with the login process added an extra click or two 🤔🤯

Average. So far so good. The add said guaranteed $1000 credit limit upon approval. I was only given $500. I made one purchase for $228 and paid it off completely same day. My credit went down 32 points because of one purchase? The app is not an app at all actually. It directs you to your default browser. Once I get my credit in order, I will be getting rid of, and getting a real credit card.
Additional Features. I would like to see a feature capability that allows you to lock your card to prevent unauthorized charges. Capital one has it! Look at capital one’s format. It’s a good on to reference. I like the app. It’s very user friendly and basic.

Ability to control access to card. The end user needs the ability and have the right to switch card ( On or Off) . Please upgrade this option for all your cards accounts. With that level of customization and control an end user can easily prevent acts of gross misconduct and or use of said card and account! Thank you for allowing me to share my opinion and thoughts!
Great Help!. There’s some montly fees but aside from that I was really happy that they trusted me again for a credit after my credit score has been affected from my prior cards. Paying on time as much as I can to avoid paying interests. For me it is a great and big help especially for my kids.
Avoid. Avoid this credit card company read the contract details very very carefully. This is a company preys on our citizens. If you speak with anybody in their customer service, they are not based in the USA. So your financial information is at risk they add so many charges when you make your payment, even if you’re not late. Your balance does not go down even if you make over your minimum payment your balance does not go down, It actually increases. Read the contract and have your lawyer review the contract.
Love it. I absolutely love this app. All my credit cards are in one spot. I don’t have to login and out four times on safari All I have to do now is open this app in all my credit cards are there for my viewing
Does its Job. Helping me to rebuild credit. I haven’t had any issue using this card . Customer Service is great . I don’t have a problem making purchases or payments, easy and simply to manage . I would recommend this card :)
App Needs Work. Recently updated app and now running into more errors than before. It’s already silly enough to use the app then be taken to an entirely separate window to log in. Why not just allow the log in through the app itself? Not sure what is the recent update was to fix, but it brings more issues I feel.
Current Customer. The app is lacking. All my other secured banking apps have better login features such as being able to use Face ID. Also paying the credit card I have to enter every single field every single time and it does not remember payment methods that needs to change. I love having the credit cards and that part is good, but paying them is a pain in the rear when using this app.
Cannot reset password due to bug. Every time I try and type in my social security number the first 2 numbers type normally but the third it starts adding double number and even when trying to delete one it will say incorrect information at the end. Tried reinstalling already.
Peace of mind. I’ve had zero problems using this card , I actually have two and so far it’s been flawless . Payments are updated almost next business day and account is replenished . If everything on your end is in order you will have a great experience.
Do not open account with them. YOU will regret it, they actually hold your payments until they can make more fees up and keep getting money from you, ITS A SERIOUS SCAM. WARNING ********If you trying to build credit this is not the card they are not allowing debit payments so they can hold your payments for at least 3 weeks. THIS IS A WARNING, do not open cards with them *****WARNING *********** if I could I do no stars I just contacted the BBB don’t open an account keep your money safe
Apple Wallet in the future?. The app is cool and practical. Nice shade of blue, too. 😊 But as practical as the app is, and it is, being able to add this card to Apple Wallet. I tried but a pop-up screen says that I am to “contact the card issuer if ask if they offer cards that support Apple Pay.” Any chance of that happening in the future?
Request for Card Lock and Online Reissue Features. Please add a card lock feature. Other companies already offer it. Also, there should be an option to request a new card with a new card number if the card is lost or damaged. Having to call customer service every time for a replacement is very time-consuming in today’s world. It’s disappointing that this is the only card line without such convenient features.
Indigo credit card. Opened an account with them but every time I tried using it it would get declined. I called and they lifted the block but the card would continue to decline. Called again and just decided to close the account, was told the service fee wouldn’t be waived because ONE purchase of $4 went through. Which I don’t know how if I had to use a different card to pay that merchant. So now I have to pay the service fee of a card I couldn’t even use!
Like it.. Unfortunately I just moved and for some reason one of my cards I have been approved for has yet to arrive. The first took the standard two weeks. However the second card has yet to arrive. I would like to know the reasoning behind it.
So Far, So Good. There can always be improvement, especially with the log in process. My other suggestion would be card lock features. Besides those things the app has been good.
Love the update!. I’m very happy I can access both my credit card accounts by signing in just once now. It was very annoying having to sign out and then sign back in with a different password just to check my other account. Thank you for doing this.
Very devious card, avoid it. A very terrible card. Once it is your due date, the refuse to let you pay, you can’t login, the app keeps acting up. Whenever they let you login much later on, the app will process your payment for the next day, so they can charge you for late payment. Very terrible set of people. Also your payments on the card take 2 weeks to reflect, so restrict you from using the money after you pay.
What’s the hold up. Why can this app not update to a Face ID rather than having to type it all in every single time and then having to type in all your information along with the card/bank information just to make a payment. Other than that it’s ok. Every other app card I have can be paid in 30 seconds or less except this one.
New. I just signed up for this card and I put my first and last name on the application. The offer had my first and last name. After I was approved and registered online, it had my maiden name. I tried to correct it but couldn’t. I called and asked to correct it, they said they couldn’t I have to send in my drivers license by fax or mail. Then something told me to look up reviews and lord… I’m sad it may be blocked before they even sent it out🙄. And already a 175 fee, it just applied yesterday.
Needs to be updated. This app definitely needs some updating. Very format outdated design and features. I would like to receive text messages and push notifications of transactions, deposits and payments made. Also, would love to be able to add this app as a widget on iPhone for easy access to balance without having to sign in each time. Overall, lacking.
Easy app to use. I just downloaded this app on my iPhone and seems pretty easy and convenient to use . I still haven’t received my card but will update later about their services.
Be aware. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of security measures at Concora Credit. It seems anyone can easily steal personal information and apply for a card under someone else's name. The process does not seem secure at all, leaving customers vulnerable to identity theft and fraud. I expected a much higher standard of protection from a financial institution. This is unacceptable, and I strongly urge others to reconsider before trusting this company with their sensitive information.
$175 annual renewal fee? Rip off in the first degree!!!. I just found out from one of my credit monitoring sites that on Feb 1, I’ll be charged $175 annual renewal fee on a card that has a $300 limit and a $264 balance. What makes sense? Simple, pay off this card before February 1, I suggest any of you folks with any common sense and enough money to cover off their card balance to the same!!!! Rip off in the first degree
Concora credit. App is way better now I love the update cause you don’t have to log in in 2 different account for your multiple credit card it’s all in one whoever thought about that was a genius so keep up the great work!
Login. Love the app but HATE the fact that it logs me out every single time and i have to keep typing in my login info would be great if it would keep me logged in and just used face id or pin number to get in
Very basic and inconvenient. Every time I go to access the app it makes me sign in again, compared to others I have never seen one without support for face id or touch id. I wish they would support apple pay and let me lock my cards its very inconvenient and in todays time this app is very behind the competition. Other than that it does the bare minimum I guess.
One login. This is my favorite new feature! One login, so I don’t have to sign out and switch to view my other accounts. I can see all my balances and next payments on one screen without signing in to each one individually.
False Advertising. I’m signed up for a credit card via Credit Carma. I was approved for over $6,000. After approval I received zero communication. No documents via email. Nothing. Card came today and only has $500 limit. Called the main number and the tried selling me a Life Allert and then hung up on me. Called technical support and the had no answer as to why my credit limit was changed from what was on my application which is also what I was approved for and what I actually received. This whole thing is a huge joke.
Updates are horrible. Not sure what you did but now I must use safari to login each time. I don’t use safari and I turn off JavaScript for safari. I use chrome. So I have to go and turn on Java script for safari in order to use this app and once I delete the cookies from safari it logs me out. It wasn’t like this before. I stayed logged in. I just won’t use the app anymore which also means I won’t be using these cards anymore.
NO AVAILABLE CREDIT??. I have used a lot different credit card companies in my day, and all of them show your available credit on the app. Which is…. Idk…. useful in literally every way? So why not this app??? Do better. Hopefully this issue is resolved in an update unless I’m missing something which, I don’t think I am. Thanks!
Bull**** Company. This company has ZERO regard for customer service, consumer rights, or fair treatment. If you, a loved one, a hated one, or a stranger you overheard say they just opened an account with Concora Credit, please close the account. If you/they don’t, don’t be surprised to log in one day and see that your account has been closed. ⬇️ Don’t be surprised when you call them and they are able to offer no reason as to why, but they’ll tell you a letter is coming in the mail explaining why they chose to close your account. ⬇️ Don’t be surprised when you open that letter and it offer no reasoning, but confirms the account is closed. ⬇️ Don’t be surprised if that pisses you off enough to close your account with them. ⬇️ Don’t be surprised if that closed account magically occurs a balance a month after you closed the account.
