Great app. Cheap price for all books

Can’t cancel subscription and they also charged my card when I only wanted to pay one time. You guys need to give me my refund back.. I only authorized for it be done one time . I don’t understand why yall don’t have a option to cancel a subscription

No Way to Cancel Subscription. I paid the 29 cents for the week part just for one story then tried to cancel the subscription in my Apple subscription part like Novelpack said I could and found out I couldn’t. I had to do a fraudulent charge dispute on my PayPal account, then also the card that they charged the rest of the money on. Then I tried emailing them to refund me my money back and I still haven’t heard back from them. This app is a scam. You can only cancel if you cancel the account.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. Do not sign up for this app. The are charging me $14.99 a week with no way to cancel.

No cancellation. Signed up for the weekly subscription for one book. It was short and knew I didn’t want to read anymore. There’s no cancellation option in the app despite it saying so.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!. Once you figure out how to even do so, you have to REQUEST cancellation, which I did a week ago, and was informed my cancellation would not be processed until after the 30th. So I have just been charged $14.99 AGAIN for a dumb app where I read ONE good book in 2 days and have been charged a total of $45 without being able to cancel and without reading anymore books because they’re all trash!

A scam app. Do not download. They don’t let you cancel the subscription but will still keep charging you for it.

Cancellation. If you need help canceling there is a bunch of us on whatsap helping each other getting it cancelled. Seems like they are scamming people out of their money.

misleading and apparently a scam. I subscribed through apple for one book that seemed interesting. i did not do paypal (thank god, read the other reviews). the book i wanted to read was about the love eraser story they advertise. i got a bit of that, before it switched to an entirely different story that had nothing to do with the one i had previously been reading. this actually happened twice in the book. i believe they’re either AI or stolen works mashed together.

Still charged after canceling. Horrible app. Don’t download, they will continue to charge you after canceling

Cannot Cancel the Subscription. I signed up for the 0.29 offer and it was a mistake. I only paid so I could read one book. There is no way to cancel the subscription and they keep trying to charge my card. There is no customer service either. Also most of the books have the same main characters (Grace and Antonio) and the same books are posted several times under different titles. I used PayPal and this doesn’t even show up under their subscriptions tab so you can’t cancel it. It doesn’t show up under subscriptions in the App Store either. This is one of the worst app experiences. At least all the other apps like this give you the option to cancel your membership.

No option to cancel subscription. This company is terrible! I cannot find a real website for them nor can I cancel my subscription in their app or online. It is not in my subscriptions on my phone’s settings so I cannot cancel it there either. This company is a rip off!! $24.99 a WEEK for a poorly written book??? Oh and they also will charge your other cards that you have not used if you have them in your digital wallet! Stop charging my cards and cancel my subscription!!!

Worst ever - Total SCAM. If I could rate this as negative stars, I would. I signed up for the $0.29 offer to read one dang book. And then I cancelled my account and deleted the app. Except it didn’t actually cancel my subscription. I was then charged for the weekly rate of $14.99. I contacted the seller about cancelling and getting a refund. I did actually hear back, but they only told me they’d cancel my subscription, nothing about a refund. The steps they have listed about canceling your subscription don’t actually work, either. This app is a scam.

Worst App-Don’t Download. What started as a $.29 plan to read the novels, turned into a $14.99 per week auto draft-with no easy way to cancel the subscription. I sent an email last week requesting a cancellation, but my PayPal account was auto drafted again this week. I’ve sent another email to Novelpack and disputed the charge with PayPal, which seems the only way to cancel the charge. There isn’t any customer service options in the app. Also, after reading two of the stories-don’t bother. They aren’t that good and just drag on forever with no good endings.

Scam. Please be aware that is a scam they claim the first week they’ll charge you 0.29 and they charge you 14.99 and then you can’t cancel the subscription.. be aware that is a SCAM

ITS A SCAM. You can’t even cancel your membership or your account if it’s a visitor account. I emailed them and reached out to PayPal to have transactions cancelled.

Annual VIP doesn’t work. I paid the subscription, still couldn’t read the text. Complete scam.

Cancel. For anyone that used PayPal to subscribe. You can cancel through PayPal. You just need to remove them for the automatic payment

I was wrong. I signed up to read this book I got caught into and wanted to finish the story, when I went to cancel subscription there is no option in the app and I was furious thinking it was going to be a problem, well my wife reads all the time and she taught me something, go to settings on your phone then under your name at the top click that, and there you are going to see a subscription tap and that’s where you can cancel your subscription and any other subscriptions you my have… I learned today 😊

Unauthorised Transactions. Multiple transactions taken out of my account without my consent. Signed up for a 1 week trial for $0.48 then within a few days was charged for $25.07. Ive now again been charged another $0.75 even though I cancelled the trial 5days in?! Do not sign up to anything this is a scam!

Illegal transaction. I have tried to speak to someone about how the hell you guys managed to take $25 out of my account when I never signed up for a subscription past the one week trial at 0.29 cents? Yes I checked everything first before utilising it and no there was nothing about having $25 taken out of my account a week and a half later. I want my money back and I’ve contacted my banking establishment.

Dodgy money withdrawal. I only signed up for 1 week and then trying to cancel subscription is a nightmare and then even though I cancelled still deducted New inflated price of like $25 Aus for a week. Still not even sure I have it fixed yet. Link and email addresses give don’t work and help button don’t work. Don’t get sucked in to this Dodgy site.

Disappointed. I hate apps that MAKE you pay to read the stories. I prefer the apps where you get xxxxxx amount of free chapters per day, and can watch ads to get a few more. This isn’t even a 1⭐️ app for me

Horrible. I paid for subscription, when I try to read a book, the app doesn’t recognize that I have a subscription and blocks my reading. However, the app has no problem recognizing that I have a promo package and when I resubscribe, notes that it will start after the promo period ends. When I go to my subscriptions it shows that it is still active — why don’t I have unlimited reading?? Scam!!
