Where are my previous purchases?. I can no longer access my previous purchases. Why?

Terrible app. Very disappointed in this app. I keep emailing them to tell them it crashes continually and they just pretty much say it's my fault. I want my money back! Fix your app! Not good enough!

Great magazine. Crashes all the time. Last bug fix was 2015. How long will it take to fix this problem

Won’t restore purchases. I love country style magazine but I’ve noticed that the new magazine didn’t show up in my app and that my previous 12 month issues purchases were no longer available to download. When I deleted and reinstalled the app I could no longer download the last issue I had downloaded and restore purchase did nothing. I followed all the instructions given by the help team but still no joy. My subscription was only renewed in May so I’m feeling a bit ripped off!

One Issue then nothing. First issue downloaded perfectly..received notification next issue available but still not available to download 3 days later. Tried every fix recommended. Mags online YouTube video on how to download is so out of date it tells you to download to newsstand app!! Have emailed support, waiting on response. Don't bother with this app until they address all the issues.

Only 1 star because I can’t put none. Lost access - no response from repeated emails. I can no longer download any new content and have lost access to all my old editions. The subscription has been paid for another 6/7 months but are media won’t respond to repeated emails queries! So p**d off - will never subscribe again!

Problem with the app. I cannot restore purchases. It keeps resetting and I wanting to repurchase the magazine. Terrible app problems. I have now lost all of my downloads of the mag twice.

App continually crashes. So disappointed I switched from hard copy to digital in December 2016 - slow load and always crashes after 5/7 pages - please fix this - virtually unusable in this state

Great Magazine. Love this magazine and so simple to download on my IPad.

Paying for it but not getting service. Unable to access the app at all. Frustrating and unable so far to fix the issue

Crashing. Love the idea of not using paper to print but the app keeps crashing. In last 20 minutes it's crashed 7 times prompting me to write this review. Magazines are fully downloaded and Internet connection solid so must be an app issue. I wish they'd fix this problem ASAP

Constantly closes down. One star because you can't rate less. Can't read the magazine because the app keeps closing down.

Poor app. Keeps crashing every two minutes. Long lag between viewing pages. Definitely not internet issues. Fix asap!

Terrible App for a fabulous magazine. Unfortunately this app is so painful to use I can hardly bare the million attempts to download my monthly magazine. App refuses to download then it’ll download but not install and close itself down. Please fix this, so many complaints Beautiful magazine- highly recommend that bit.

Crashes. Can't use. Hopeless

Love the magazine, HATE the APP. I have now had repeated problems with the app for this magazine. I’d much prefer to maintain an electronic subscription - no paper waste and you can take the magazines with you easily wherever you go! But I often can’t access the new editions until WEEKS after the print version comes out and that is just frustrating! Today is the 27th July - and I know the print version of the August magazine had been on sale in shops for 2 weeks+ but I STILL cannot get this on my iPad (and it is an iPad Pro and I have all the relevant updates and a good internet connection). This simply isn’t good enough and I will not longer be subscribing to use this app! To add insult to this situation I have emailed CountryStyle Magazine directly for help and assistance - 5 days ago and no one has even bothered responding! Terrible service and a total lack of care for the consumer!

Staff unprofessional and not helpful. Tried to renew my subscription, spent huge amount of time on phone with overseas contact of country style who could not communicate very well. She did ask for my contact number in case I was disconnected….after 45 mins with still no renewal I was disconnected and she did not call back….result is I will not renew or purchase any magazine from Magshop ever again and will recommend others do not purchase either.

Trendy Gran. Love using this app, which is great for when I am travelling, so I don't miss an issue, but still buy hard copy on my return! Brilliant mag!

Latest version of app. Cannot access my digital magazine subscription. Not an improvement.

Magazine App closing constantly. Apple has to fix the issue of magazine app crashing constantly. This problem is not only for this magazine, but to other magazines that I had subscript. Very disappointing.

Not down loading. Can not down load new app just goes to App Store where I try too tap and down load and nothing happens please help
