Good for beginning writing. I've just started using this app, but find it would be good for teaching beginning spelling and attention to plurals. I only have the free version, but would like access to more substantial vocabulary. I may consider an in-app purchase to upgrade.

Interesting take on language leveling up. Very similar to Rosetta Stone in structure, but without the initial financial commitment. It is pat as you progress, which I think is a much better way if doing it.

For kids 6 and 5. My two kids really enjoy the app. It is definitely a more challenging game, but it really does the job. Good choice for English!

Nice app. This is a nice app for vocabulary review for younger children or for people learning English. I like that it incorporated singular and plural nouns. I only tried the first level. I would hope additional levels incorporate all parts of speech. I liked that it tested skills in various ways. The app has large clear pictures and the voice is very clear for imitation. I am excited to try the other levels.

nice gift. I recommended my friends in France to use this app to learn English. They said it is very interactive and easy to use. Their English has been improved a lot.

Great for a New English Speaker. I just got a new student in my 6th grade class who speaks no English and this is a great program for him! With very few resources in an inner-city school at the end of the year I don't feel too bad about letting this student play this app for an hour or so a day so that he can at least learn some basic vocabulary before the summer.

Good for kids and adults. This program is very good for kids and adults. It use visual and associative thinking. Similar like Rosetta Stone. You play and learn.

Favorite app. Just like Rosetta Stone! Perfect for my EL students. Wish I could easily change levels without having to start over and have multiple students individualized but it has helped build my students' vocabulary so much!

Non-standard English. This app is primarily a cheap imitation of Rosetta Stone. Unfortunately mind snacks haven't created an English version of their great interactive language apps. The real problem with this app is that while some of its content can be considered technically grammatical, it teaches pupils non- standard phrases like "calling girl" and "drinking man." If the designers correct the non- standard elements, then I think they could have a fair app.

ESL delight. This program is great for ESL students. The pictures and voices are easy to understand. Also, t.it is a challenging program for beginning English learners.

Good except for persistent ads. I gave in and paid because the ads popped up so often, but the app is good.

Me. Really does wonders with my ELL student. she spoke no English when coming in and she is really making progress!

ESL Amazing. This application is fantastic for my ESL classes. It is fun, motivating and I can use it with adults too as they won't find it patronizing like many beginning ESL apps. Thank you very much!

Great app. I downloaded this app for my son for his language learning, he really enjoy it and didn't realize he was actually learning.

Perfect Fit for our Adopted 16 Year Old. Our family has tried multiple programs for our son including the very pricey Rosetta Stone. Nothing provided the encouragement and motivation he needed to be excited by such an uphill task. This program combines a wonderful balance or repetition, bright colorful pictures, sentences and spelling. Receiving visual cues for accomplishments and rewarding the student for mastery by unlocking games and levels is just what he needed to stay motivated. The price is a steal compared to other programs. Not sure what it is specifically about this program that grabs his attention - but it is working at our house!

Very useful for ESL. I use this app with adult students. Great use of games and pictures. I would like it better if there were an option of no timer for each of the games. Also, if Level 4 was 'noun, verb' ('girl calling') rather than 'adjective, noun' ('calling girl'). It confused my students.

Dommage ... plante dès qu’on paye. Nous avons adoré l’app avec mon fils. Nous avons du coup débloqué (premier palier payant) jusqu’au niveau 22. Nous étions prêts à prendre la totale (nouveau palier payant) lorsque le son de l’app á cessé de fonctionner. Après avoir essayé pas mal de choses et vérifier que le problème de son ne venait pas de l’ipad mais bien de l’app, nous avons contacté plusieurs le support sans succès. Aucune réponse. Du coup, app inutilisable. Nous ne paierons plus ... dommage.
