Questionable Ads. Have been using this app for quite a while and was happy until the other day. Ads are annoying, but the hard-core porn app is just WRONG! I’m just glad my Grandsons weren’t in the car with me! That needs to be addressed ASAP!

Much needed. This App was a god send with most of my trucks having oversized tires. This has made it so nice knowing my speed on each truck. So handy

Simply works. I have a truck with oversize A/T tires, and another car with a speedometer in km/hr. This works great to get an accurate speed, and is easy to read.

This app is amazing!. Got it just a couple of hours ago, and it’s surprisingly accurate for a gps speedometer. I’m waiting for a phone mount to attach to my four wheeler so I can use it on it. I just wish it would have different themes (including analog Speedo) that can be applied to make it look more interesting

Accuracy. This doesn’t seem too accurate and takes a little bit to register.

A Real Public Service. My speedometer broke and this app has kept me from spending hundreds getting it repaired. It’s easier for me to read than my actual speedometer. Thank you to the developer for making this available for free. The ads are unobtrusive, and do not inhibit the use of the app at all.

Great app. This is a great app because I am a truck driver and with me driving different trucks that have different plus minuses on the speedometer this comes in real handy.

Exactly as represented.. Nice large numbers make it easy to read. Works as my second speedo in my VW Bus, since that speedo is off as you go faster.

That’s as good as a speedometer. Went by a road construction sign where it tells you how fast you’re going and this app was exactly right on

Worked half the time.. I don’t know if it was because I was out of the country or what, but half the time the app would work and the other half, it would display 0mph. I really wanted it to give it a good rating because of how simple it is. Since it worked half the time, I gave it half the rating I would’ve given it.

Simple and Works. I have used a few different speedometer apps over the years. This one is as easy and simple as it gets. Nice large clear numbers and seems to be accurate, consistently updating without lag. Ads are only a small banner at the bottom of the screen and do not intrude on the use of the app.

Best speedo app. Stock speedo on my e36 has been toast for years, so I’ve had the opportunity to use a bunch of different speedometer apps. This one is, without a doubt, the best. No bells and whistles to slow it down, extremely accurate when tested against radar and other gps, & doesn’t drain the battery (when running the phone on “battery conservation “ mode). Thanks!

Great, but not accurate when using apple CarPlay. Make sure your not plugged into apple carplay when using. 22 Silverado Duramax with 8 inch total lift. It will pull the speed from the dash when plugged in. Love the app and use it all the time, something the devs may want to look at.

Stunningly accurate!. I may not need to purchase a speedometer. This app did it for me. This app can accurately calculate speed! I got into my car and tested it out, and it was accurate. I just recently bought my son a go-kart, so I would like for him to have something to check his speed. He can just use this app. Other reviews said that the ads were unbearable, but as far as I can see, all that shows up is a banner at the bottom of the screen every once in a while. Thank you for making this app, it is very useful!

Mph. I was sitting in my, oh what do you call it. I was kind of bored and I don't smoke. A chair! I was sitting in my chair! Like I said I was in my chair on a train and downloaded this app to see how fast we were going and it works awesome!! No, not the chair...

Works nice. I downloaded while visiting Japan, just before a Hayabusa Shinkansen trip (hit 198 mph north of Sendai). Turn off cellular access in Settings and the ads are no problem.

Simple easy to read. Not distracting from driving. able to "check" my speedometer which is 7 mph slow. exactly what i was looking for

Awesome. It has never failed me anytime I need to check my speed, in a boat on a four wheeler and in my semi truck always comes through.

Was looking for this. Excellent !. Now just add a "mirror image" HUD option so I can leave the iphone on the dash and see the speed on my windshield. I would pay for that.

Accurate speedometer. Super accurate speedometer, I use it for my fishing boat while trolling different fishing lures that perform better at a little faster speeds than others.

Great in a pinch or a just to use for speed. The free version with ads is great. Ads are unobtrusive and small, even thought out evenough that when the app asks if you want to leave a review and you’re driving the speed moves above the pop up and still works. Very reliable, it will lag on heavy acceleration and deceleration, but I would recommend this app for anyone in need of its basic, but reliable usage. 5 stars for convenience, thinking through the pop up for the App Store was what really made me leave it up and once I got home decided to write this.

Ol’ reliable. I started using this app when one of my cars speedometer went out. It’s been on my phone ever since. This is now Ol’ reliable!

Can’t remove ads. It’s a clean-looking app without a bunch of frilly crap I don’t need, and I like that. What I don’t like are the ads it brings up at the bottom of the screen. How much data is it burning to show me stuff I don’t want to see? There’s a button to remove ads, but when I click that, I get an error message that says “Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid.” Glad I didn’t pay for this. Deleted.

Only worked one day, then stopped. We were traveling on a high speed train in France so I d/l this app to check our speed. It matched with what was shown on the train tv screen. Haven’t been able to get it to work since then, even after re-downloading… just shows 0 speed. iOS icon indicates it’s using location but after waiting more than a minute it still shows zero. iPhone 14 Pro Max. iOS v. 16.4.1

Using the App. While driving our 59 Tbird, the speedometer cable snapped. Applying the app was easy and as well as using it. It’s easy to use to check your speed against your speedometer while driving.

Just downloaded. I just downloaded it and I’m using it to ride my electric skateboard. So far is working fine. I’m planing to check how accurate it is when I’m in the car and on my motorcycle. I’ll be writing another review soon. Good luck!!

Awsome!!!. This app is so great for younger kids like my 3 year old cousin who is really smart and knows his numbers! So it’s really fun for him when we are on a train or something like that! It’s great because you don’t need internet and it keeps your younger annoying family members entertained during the boring times so it helps so much! If you read my review thank you for your time! 4c4 oversize tires. Great app when you’ve got oversize tires and you really wanna know how fast you’re going use it all the time, just to make sure!

Handy App. We use this app in our old muscle cars. Sometimes we check accuracy with this app, we find it a very handy app to have! Muscle car lovers!

WORKS!. Works every time I use it after a few cycles the first few seconds. I’ve been able to correct the speedometer and eventually the odometer of my Silverado pickup fitted with oversize tires. Also very handy to verify correct speed of multiple autos and motorcycles. Great App!

No Landscape Mode. I liked using this app for quite awhile. However, it no longer supports landscape mode which is what I need. Hope it returns but will have to turn elsewhere for now

No nonsense speed. Do you need to know how fast you are going? This app will tell you in a large font, with a high contrast white numbers on a black background. I recommend turning off the battery saver mode for extra accuracy.

A great little app!. I tried this last night on the freeway and compared it to my Sat Nav - I worked extremely well.

Helped Us Detect Our Transfer Driver’s Speed in the UK. Picked up from St Pancras Station, London by our transfer driver. He took us to Southampton Hospital travelling at a maximum speed of 85mph (55mph limit) most times... lunatic. That’s who our travel agent arranged. He could’ve killed us all. I downloaded this app in the car & it helped detect the speed we were doing 😳😳😳

Speedo. Not sure what you people are talking about. Just used this app travelling to Gosford from Sydney and back and apart from just a little lag, the app worked perfectly.

Doesn't work. Downloaded on a train in Sweden... never moved off zero! Not impressed.

Seems to work ok. I haven't compared it to a genuine GPS but appears to work pretty well.

Mustang speedometer. I use this app as a speedo in my classic mustang. It is accurate and in kilometers per hour which is the measurement where I drive.

Too many pop ups.. Used to be great but now ads pop up all the time making it impossible to use now. Many others without this issue out there to download

Seems it’s not suitable for my iPhone.. I can’t find any way to get this to show on my locked screen. So for that I think it’s not suitable for my iPhone 14 Pro.

Keeps switching to the App Store. This app works fine but it very frequently launches you to the App Store while you're driving which is dangerous and not at all helpful. I'd have thought redirecting people to the App Store without prompt would be a breach of Apples terms of service.

Works great! Nice big display. Accurate!. Nice and simple - displays the speed in the units selected. Compared it to in car speedometer and looks to be very accurate. Excellent - 100% recommended. Would like to see an option for dual speed display (a secondary display in a smaller size below - so user could have Kms as main display then MPH as secondary display).

Started well and got worse. Got this app as my car's speedometer was thrown off by my wrong size winter tires. Worked well for the first few weeks but starting taking longer and longer to reach a signal. I am now in Europe on a really fast train, and even with data it just displays 0. Downloading a different speedometer app.

Best Apps for calculating the speed. The best application to calculate the speed except it is necessary to have wifi I made a test in an auto with the speed indicated to which one rolled and the speed display was the same! Good apps !! 💯

Suks. The ads kill the otherwise simple idea, defeats it's whole purpose.

Works great.. Is accurate within 2 of actual speed. Easily read display and a simple design.

Refreshes too slow. It lags. It lags too much. I use it on my motorcycle and the speed is very delayed. When I accelerate quickly the display takes too much time to catch up. When I come to a full stop it lags behind and is still slowing down while I’m even at a dead stop.

Uses a lot of data. I used this for one day - 6hrs - and it used 250mb of data. Other than that it works fine.

Old farmer. A nice simple way to check my speedometer

Great!!. What else do you want from a speedometer? It has miles, kilometres, and knots. Gives you a new reading every second. In my books it's the best. Simple and accurate.

Most accurate one I tried. If you’re looking for an accurate, dependable, no frills speedo, look no further. I tried three others and they bobbled up and down by a click or two. This one held steady at the correct speed.

Very accurate. I love this app and has helped keep me Uber riders at ease to improve my ratings. Big numbers so is easily visible from the back seat and my peripheral view. The only thing if I may recommend is to add a compass which I’ve been looking for an app that has speedometer and compass but haven’t found one.

PORN ADS. Driving home today I had the most unpleasant experience of going to check my speed only to see a hard core pornography ad on my phone display. Thankfully my 16 year old wasn’t driving!! Deleting ad, extremely disappointed!!!!!

Add. Bunch of adds. While driving a add will pop up and you have to fix it going down the road. This morning a porn add popped up. I’m lucky my family wasn’t with me. Sound came through the truck speakers and you could see everything. Deleting

Well…. Got this app to run and see how fast I am, it doesn’t remember top speed, kinda laggy, slow to start and it says I get up to 25 mph.. so either I’m the fastest 14 yr old or something’s up! Thanks for ur time.

Asks you to review too much. App does exactly what it’s supposed to. Only problem is that when you are going down the road at 70 mph and it doesn’t decide to work until you hit no on the write a review.
