Update. The update makes the app not work it want even open just closes right please fix the issue

ksla12 app. the ksla 12 app is great app wen comes to news but also don’t forget ksla12 all so has a great weather app as well so ck them both out .

Good app. Stories could be better written - they often contain misspelled words and grammatical errors.

Update does not work. Just updated the app and it does not work at all, and hate the new format. Never, ever do I want to stream your video. It shouldn’t be the first choice, just want to read the news.

If it ain't broke...why'd u try to fix it?. This new app is horrible! I can't get any Texarkana anything....not on the map, no gas prices, no movies, and I can't even get the map to zoom & move so I can at least see my city on there. If u want others to get it you need to include all the other viewing cities besides Shreveport....until then I'm deleting mine. The only upgrade from the last one is that the map looks better ;-/ it's not anymore useful than before though. Sorry, I was really looking forward to this app.

Update. I updated my app yesterday and now I can’t get the app to show me my news i clicked on it and it pops up and goes off I love the KSLA app until yesterday when I was trying to see the breaking news of the mail carrier🤦🏾‍♀️

App doesn’t work. The app stopped working for me. None of the updates seem to make the app work. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still doesn’t work. I even restarted my phone and nothing.

Need more local info on Texarkana. Seems like every single notification I get from app is about Shreveport. I live in Texarkana. I would love to see more local news

This new update is awful. So I just saw the new update and think it’s horrible! Now you have to go by way of Dallas to find the regular news. Don’t click on the breaking news or you’ll be sent to live updates which is just watching the news which I can do all day! And to make things even worse, when you try to check something g for the menu now you HAVE to watch commercials to get to it! I might as well just delete the app and watch the nightly news

I love this app, because it keeps me up date on what’s going on in the world, and some people don’t have tv, but have smart phones, and they are able too keep up with the news, people who works, who can keep up with what’s going on, because it pops up on your phone. Yes I love this app.

Update. I still can not get the updated version and have tried numerous times!

App crashes. The app crashes when you click the notifications.

App shuts down. It seems that after the last update, the app shuts down and sends me back yo home screen. If I try to open random news headers. I’ve tried the reboot and checked for update. iPad

Worst app.. Got the app. All I see are advertising....will be deleting it as soon as I get through with this review. See ya.

Discrimination The Grigsby. My husband and I live in a small HOA in Lake Pointe Place on Cross Lake.. We are the only Africa America Family in the HOA.. We have contact KSLA to report our story.. They refused to do it. But every time you turn on the TV they want to report crimes and shootings.. They don’t want to report the real news. What’s really going on in Shreveport/Bossier City that is racism, and discrimination. We have been Victims of discrimination by Barksdale Federal Credit and Lake Pointe Places HOA ..They wants to stop us from purchasing/building our dream house on Cross Lake.. KSLA refused to report our story to the media so our true story what get out to the people of Shreveport/Bossier City. Our America People racism is real and with KSLA help you will not get the truth.. Mark and Darita Grigsby

Needs improvement. This app used to be great. Over time updates have made it almost useless. You receive alerts all the time but never can open it to that article. The user interface seems cluttered and just doesn’t flow well. The older app was super clean and easy to navigate and find the current articles. Please update.

Update Trash. This new update is horrible, even the icon looks like an amateur made it, the icon has borders showing that shouldn’t. The navigation of the app is impossible and the alerts just keep building and building no matter how many times you open the app and go to notifications. I now have 123 badge alerts for this app. Rethink this entire update, go back to the drawing board. You guys are my favorite news station and I hate to see this as the app to represent your organization.

Not user friendly app. This app is not user friendly at all! Anchors always say find things on KSLA APP but when I go & get the app & then try finding things it’s crazy! Even trying to use search of subject the anchor talked about in on the news it comes back unknown! UGH!!!! KTBS NEWS APP IS SO MUCH BETTER & user friendly! Even a dummy can use it!

You asked for it.. News doesn't get updated enough..... story's stay posted too long ...... at some point you need to look up the definition of news and especially breaking news. Please leave the light on.

Annoying blue tooth pop up window. App is just fine. However, every instance the app is opened, it always has a pop up window to turn on blue tooth or not. Annoying. Why does a local news app use blue tooth to access your 'Accessories?' The 5 seconds it takes to clear the window is most annoying. Apps rarely request Bluetooth access let alone ask every instance. Please remove this feature or put it in settings etc.

Fast pass. Terrible. Nothing but ads.

App crashes too often!!. Every time I use the app it crashes within seconds of opening it. Totally useless if this happens every time! If it worked, than I would probably rate it much higher. Please fix the crashing. Thanks.

App crashes make me angry. Used to use this app all the time, but got tired of it crashing & not updating. The recent app update didn't work & had to delete the whole thing. I'm reading KTBS all the time now. Sorry KSLA-get your app fixed!

Good look, bad app. From the start, the new look of the app is awesome. Once you try to read a story you can't see the last sentence or two of the story and upon backing out, the app crashes. Bad thing is the old app has been taken down and I deleted mine upon downloading this one. Guess it'll be KTBS until I get an update notice for this app.

Worst chief weather man ever!!. Really tired of listening to him. We are not dumb. We know how to read !! Why do we have to listen to his mouth and see the same thing on the ticker grape ??

Frustrated. I do love your app but when I am trying to get the news and as soon as I open it up, there she goes. It shuts down and that's it. I tried to reload and no go. Such a shame, tell us when it's fixed.

I like it, but... The content is good and the layout is nice with many local stories. However, here lately it has been unable to post stories to Facebook. Before, it performed flawlessly. Now, when I try to share to Facebook, it just gives me an error message. :/ I tried re-downloading it to see if that'd fix the problem, but to no avail. It still won't share with FB.

Needs a lot of work. This app was great before the update now I'm lucky to get it to work once a day...what was one of the greatest local news app is now the worst

Disappointed. The post are nice but the news has been lacking. There are many positive news worthy stories in the area of news coverage and it would be nice to have that posted also. Thanks for trying.

What happened to all the extra stuff?. You used to have tab or something that showed locally updated gas prices. The weather mapping was better in the other app also. Plus it used to have more news over all.

Refund from programmer. Get a refund from programmer. Looks pretty lot of whistles but not very good for anything.

Ark-La-Tex Weather??. This app is more attractive than before but not as easy to navigate. It crashes too often. The weather radar used to be interactive, why would you change that. It was the best thing about this app. I want the old app back!

Old ap was better. You are not able to set Texarkana your local news/ weather, also you can only see Shreveport area on the radar, as is with your news cast, only Shreveport matters.

Concerned. Someone has sold you on this app being something great. I hope it wasn't too expensive to create because it is not close to being as good as the other one. I am very disappointed.

Too many ads. I like having the news readily available to me, but anytime I get a notification from a different app and click out, when I return I have to deal with another ad. I don't mind having ads, but if I'm having a simultaneous text conversation I have to see an ad every time I return. It's a little ridiculous.

Xfactor. Will not load. App was slow before the update, with the update you just get a blank screen.

No Movies, No Gas Prices!. I love the look of this app but the "Movies" and "Gas Prices" tabs have been removed! Bring them back, please!

Crash. If you want local news don't use this app. Crashes with my iPhone5 more than it works.

Poor 3GS connection. I guess the iOS 5.5.1 and KSLA updates aren't friends anymore. Did several installs and deletions as well as re-boots but couldn't get pages to pull up. Sorry but I can't recommend it to others at this time. I'll try again later and update b/c it is a good content site. Just part of technology.

KSLA News app. It's a news app. It gives me news.

Notifications annoying. Keep getting the same notifications over and over. Had to turn them off. Please fix, would like to get them, just not 5 times...

Nice graphics.. The graphics are nice. The startup is quick. The layout has left to be desired. I couldn't find anything!

Bugs fixed - better. The update fixed the scrolling and crashing problems and it looks pretty good. The weather maps were clearer and could zoom in & out, which was better. I hope you'll do something more like that for this app.

Disappointed. The news isn’t up to date. There is very little local news. I would love for the app to show what happens here instead of pulling news from the internet. What happened to local reporters??

Won't open. I've had this app for a while and I usually like it fine but now when I try to open it, it sits there on the main KSLA loading page for a minute or so and then closes. Tried deleting and re-installing and it's still doing it.
