Loving Hollister since 9th grade. Loving Hollister since 9th grade. As a small tomboyish woman I can almost never find shirts in the men section that actually fit me; the only constant exception I have found after years and years is Hollister. Always has my size (xs) and they have an awesome sense of style, so I always keep buying from them. Recently found out there was an app, so I installed it, and started buying like 5 shirts in 2 days. Will keep buying. 👍

Crash too much need update .... Went you go to you My order always blank i have always go to support menu and see order from there something need to be fixed hope someone will see and do something about it for better experience shopping i love to do it but i like see how order are going and in store York Galería mall they never have nothing good like online also they just have people with no matter working there no smile no greeting i can really say only one from 5 working people that a shame always says if you don’t like working with people get other job that fulfill your personality because they are a lot of options

Please be 100 percent sure of your purchase because return policies are ridiculous and impossible!!. This store and company give you a HUGE hassle for returns AND even for exchanges! They actually expected me to ask a friend for the receipt just so that I can do an even exchange! When I say even I mean Exactly the SAME Item in the SAME color, I just needed a bigger size!! They made such an issue out of this. I can’t wait to see his company go down because I hate it when companies get big and then they become greedy and they treat their loyal customers poorly! I will be waiting for holister to go out of business. I can’t wait until the teenagers turn on this store.

Love it!. I love their clothing, love that u guys got a shorter length for pants, I love most of the models who have the same type of measurements or body type like me and how I could see what the clothing looks like on someone to compare, the app is easy to use, I just wish some stuff in the cart could stay in just in case you don’t want to buy it at that moment, like basically you can check box the items you want to buy, and don’t check box some that you want to buy later on, would be easier and better if also want to see price differences. But overall this app is smooth and love frequent updates!

They lost my order 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. So about 2 weeks into my order not coming, I called them n they said they can give me free shipping (I asked) a 20% off coupon in the future, but they don’t know the estimated shipping date. So then I call 4 days later, which would be 18 days into not receiving my order. I was asking for a full refund but to still get my stuff cause it def shouldn’t take this long since their website says 14 days at most. They said no and I’m like aight. Then they finally tell me my package is lost ☠️it would be nice if I knew this earlier after my stuff being so incredibly late so the stuff I wanted would still be in stock. I know this can happen and stuff but I’m just lowkey mad about my stuff and just know they might lose your stuff and only tell you at the end of the 2nd call 18 days later😓I think they should tell you this in an email. Anyway about their actual stuff, I like their tops but some get worn out fast, and ion rlly like their jeans and shorts

Styles are getting worse. As far as the app goes, it works fine. I enjoy Hollister because of their rewards & promotional offers. However, I don’t know whats going on with their “designs” & “styles.” Especially their tops. They use to have nice graphic designs with beach themed logos such as surfing, waves, palm trees, etc etc. Now their tops are of cars, racing stuff, sports teams, old tv shows, etc. Rarely find anything anymore on here thats tropical in taste. I don’t buy as much anymore because of this. If I want to buy something that has my favorite sport teams logo, Im going to a sporting goods store or nfl shop or something. Not Hollister. Bring back your beachy, surfing, tropical, palm tree themed shirts & clothing. Until then, Hollister isn’t getting much more of my money anymore.

Why I love the Hollister App. Honestly, this app has just saved me so much time from spending hours shopping at the mall. It’s so convenient at the palm of my hands, that I don’t need to get up and drive 35 minutes to the mall when I can find everything and anything I’m looking for right here! I also love that it shows me exclusive items that are online purchase only. And best of all, I can see what items are in stock at that exact location if I needed to pick it up!

App is RUINED after update. After updating to the latest version of the Hollister app, there have been several issues that have constantly been occurring that were not before updating. At first the app was working completely fine until I noticed that scrolling through the catalog of clothing was INCREDIBLY laggy and slow. Even if I scrolled with the slightest touch, it would completely lag out. Later on, I was trying to fill out an order and I used my PayPal. However, every time I tried clicking the icon to use PayPal, the app would either crash or give me an error. I had to delete and download the app again in order to place my order. The next day, I went into the app, and noticed I had been logged out, which the app does periodically so I didn’t mind it much, but when I try to log back in, it says that the information I filled in (username/password) does not work and it shows me an error, and asks me to reset my password. I’m unaware if anyone else is having these issues, but I will not continue to use the app if these issues are persistent.

won’t let me login?. I love love loveeeeee Hollister and I was super excited to download the app but when I tried to log in it would either just pop me back out to the home page or give me a sign in error. I thought that I had maybe remembered my password incorrectly so I reset my password and even tried logging in on the website to make sure it worked and I was sure it would work on the app. I went back to the app and it did the same thing so I decided to redownload to see if that would help but it kept doing the same thing. I even tried apple saving the passwords and automatically entering it to ensure I wasn’t typing my password wrong but it still would not work?? I don’t know if it’s just my phone but it would be amazing if the app would actually let me sign in:((

Your chat function. When your estimation on response is way off maybe don’t add this feature. When you can pull the order information directly from the account or even have a prompt before I provided all the other information I do know then ask me about the order number. So I don’t have to exit the chat, copy order number, no where to find the existing chat then start all over again. The second the screen goes dark the whole chat disappears. I’ve spent 30 min on the phone waiting for a representative, then got hung up. Another 15 back and forth with Chat. Then it all disappeared. No where to search for a history. The order which tracking hasn’t been updated since 10 days ago with a shipping provider no one has heard before. I’ll have to invest more time to resolve it. EVERYTHING ALL OVER AGAIN.

Honestly love the app although.... The app is so helpful and useful especially, when you are shopping for something specific in the store. You can simply ask “do you have this in stock” and they will let you know! I love the app although, there is one big problem that I face. The problem is the lag in the app doesn’t make it the best app to shop on if you are looking for something online and in a rush or don’t have patience. Sometimes I’ll be scrolling through and randomly it will lag and skip and that’s why I don’t use the app that often unless it is back to school season, holidays, or summer. Those are the only times I’m ever on the app and I have time to sit down and look over. But, overall it is a very helpful and useful app but not when in a rush!

Unprofessional Chat Support. I had an issue with my order via app, it’s more than 8 products. The box was delivered open and got only 2 products inside. I immediately raised the concern via chat support and by a great CSR provided resolution to replace the missing products as it is needed for my partner’s flight on the weekend. Today received notification that the replacements was in transit to deliver but another product is missing from the order even though I haven’t received it yet. Immediately chatted back and had GABRIEL whom asked me about the order number and provided about the DETAILED SCENARIO of the products that I received, GABRIEL asked for all of the SKU that I did not received. I told the CSR GABRIEL that out of 10 products I received 2, and knowing that GABRIEL got access to the account to see what’s missing. GABRIEL ended the chat as it shows ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY of any corporate/company. I am very thankful that I called and a wonderful CSR over the phone was able to provide resolution to the scenario about the said replacement orders, without too much hassle of asking for the entire SKU’s of all the products missing. Kudos for you ma’am, and hope you’ll be blessed.

Choice of purchase. I love Hollister, & i usually shop in store because that’s what I just do best. But because I like to take advantage of the rewards & keep track of my points, I decided to download the app and sign in. During signing in on the App, I was asked if I shopped male or female. I was surprised that there wasn’t even a “both” option. After moving in, I saw the opportunity to take advantage of 200 points by asserting a couple simple questions. The first question was if I tend to purchase female products or if I tend to purchase male products… okay, the 2nd time that has been asked and still no option for both. It may seem like no big deal but I think the reason why we love Hollister is because it makes us feel good, and it’s for everybody. Hollister is inclusive but the app is not. It’s 2023, almost walking into 2024. We should do it right and update that and have an option for both, because I always find different items there that I absolutely love & mix with options from both men and women’s, depending on the clothing… that’s what keeps me coming back.

HORRIBLE customer Service. I know they probs won’t see this, but if I could rate 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE Customer service. Did not help me at all. Says my package is delivered and did not get any package; I checked both of my mail locker rooms at my apartment complex and I made sure the delivery address was the right one. Emailed the delivery people and they “opened an investigation” but said it will be closed in 2 days. They DID NOT help at all, told me if I don’t get my package in 2 days, to email the people I bought originally from (which is hollister LOL). This billion dollar company is a joke, cause when I originally emailed C.S they told me bc I didn’t get my shipment they could send another package. Great. Next day, they said they couldn’t bc of multiple attempts at asking for a refund and change of address?? How is that when this is my first time ordering online from you guys and last time I shopped in person was years ago. So I go to my bank account to see if they could AT LEAST give me a refund cause that’s over $250 of clothes NOT in my closet and some random place and they only credited $36 into my bank. I love that for myself. Thank you hollister, I haven’t shopped here in years and you just reminded me why(:

Low stock items & cart - doesn’t work great.. I love Hollister, but the app has some issues. Almost every time they have an item that says low stock, less than 5 items left…. once you add it & go to your cart right away… it already says “no longer available”. If I delete it & go back into the app, the same item, in my size is still available- still showing low stock; less than 5. I go to add and once again, I go to my cart right away & it already says it’s out of stock. There’s some kind of delay or bug, I wish they would fix.

✨. I really like shopping here, it’s one of my favorite places to buy from, but I have a few things to say. The clothes are getting better, but they are still a bit tacky and some clothes have really ugly patterns. Also, why is it always skinny people modeling the clothes?? I want to know what the clothes will look like on a medium, curvier person that looks similar to my body shape. Also, the size references for the models are super unhelpful. How am I supposed to know what size I should get if it always says model is wearing a size small???? I would like to be able to see pictures with reviews as well, it would be really helpful. Lastly, PLEASE GET CHARLIE, DIXIE, AND THEIR TACKY, OVERPRICED CLOTHES OUT OF HERE!!!

This is a great app !. This an awesome app, the great part is they deliver before the date they tell you, but the only thing I hate would be on some of their jackets, they have some cute jackets. It would be hella nice to order one, but the sad part is mostly all of them have something in common that I hate. I hate the fact that their jackets have fur like outside the hoodies, I kinda wish they made them with out them....... but other then that they have wonderful stuff to offer, I love the fact they don’t take that long to ship.

Incredibly well designed app. Sure, I like Hollister gear but I have to give credit to the app developers. It’s a pleasure to use this app. It’s fast, responsive, and intuitive. Clean interface with a nice balance of content and white space. Nice visual hierarchies. Really well designed. Checkout is quick and easy. I can access my order quickly. Tracking the order is one or two clicks away. The app knows right away when my items have arrived. Starting a return is a click away. Super easy. Browsing is a pleasure. Search works well. I can save favorites and see whether they’re available for curbside pickup at my local store. Navigation is snappy and scrolling is smooth. Press and hold on an item to see additional images. Good images with closeups and on-model views for most items. The app often offers clothing pairing suggestions. Item reviews allow users to enter their height to help other users with choosing a size. The app lets me add my reward card to the Apple Wallet for quick access. The only thing is miss is the ability to change the quantity of my items in the cart. That needs to be addressed. Other than that, phenomenal app. Well done, guys and gals.

Good. I love their clothes and to shop their and I understand where everything is and it’s not difficult and it’s a easy way to shop with out having to go to a store if your like busy and can’t get to one and it’s pretty fast shipping but the only thing I wanna say is that when I put in my address I put in my city and then address and then when I put that in it changed my city to somewhere else and I had to return everything go back and reorder it and it didn’t get to me in time for an even I had to go to but other then that my experience has been great so far and I love how the app is arranged.

Great app. The app is great. There is so much ease when shopping when you get to slide through the item photos without having to click into it. It’s a pretty nice “quick shop” feature. The only thing keeping me from a five star rating is more improvements that would make the app even better. I would suggest having a stock notification system available so that users can be notified of items in their favorites being back in stock. It eliminates having to constantly check the app for size availability.

Best ever!. I’m 38 years old and have shopped here since I was a teenager! I’m happy that most of the styles I wore in my teenage years and through my twenties are coming back into style! I’m still the same size now when I was a teenager! Since I’m the same size and Hollister meets my small body frame, I have revamped my whole wardrobe! Thank you Hollister for all these years, and allowing me to feel like hot mom status! I look and feel classy and sexy! Also, I def don’t look like one of those old ppl trying to look young either…lol! No offense to any old ppl as I am old now! I also turned my three daughters onto Hollister so I can shop Hollister all the time and get the amazing deals you have to offer! Don’t ever go out of business at least until I’m dead and gone!! Thank you!!

So much better then the actual website!. For some reason , the Mobil site version for hollister is really slow , glitchy, and makes things so hard just to even browse? But the app has made it SO MUCH EASER to shop and pretty much do anything! You basically get the entire website , completely optimized and compacted into an app to work properly on your phone! You can of course brows the entire catalog, edit your profile, make purchases , redeem Coupons and trade Cali Cash and you can even track your packages!! You get first notifications on new sales and promotions, when you get Cali Cash, packets delivered, or been shipped out. They keep you 100% informed of everything! The only little minor problem/bug I found with the app that hasn’t yet been addressed or fixed, is when you try to track your package , it’s extremely slow and glitchy to pull up your orders and check the tracking. It works fine but you just need a lot of patience, specially if you are tying to track multiple orders like my self , it takes me a few minutes to go down every order to check. It was really annoying at first , but you kinda just get use to it the more you use it. Other then that, I really love that app and how the simplicity and easiness of the app motivates me to want to keep shopping!! Definitely use the app for the ultimate online shopping experience!

Wipeout?. Normally I find the Hollister app fine, but for over a week now every time I open the app it just says "Wipeout: we're dusting the sand off a few things to make your shopping experience even better" followed by a retry button. I've tried refreshing, I've tried deleting and redownloading, I've looked online/at reviews and at their Twitter to see if this was an issue with the app in general or just me but saw nothing, and at this point I'll probably just delete it soon because I keep getting notifications but can't get rid of them because the app won't open. And this is following me making a purchase through the app for store pickup and then never getting a notification/email of delivery so it was returned. Customer service was willing to refund that purchase but now with all these annoyances piling up not sure I'll keep the app. However, when it's not buggy and full of issues the app does work well, but when it's not in top shape it's literally useless.

Great but can’t review??. I’ve desperately been trying to put reviews on items i’ve bought to try and be helpful to the general public and when i tell you i’ve tried EVERYTHING and still can’t figure it out. 😭 I looked it up and their website said the only way you can review is through a post purchase email, but when I went to mine, I couldn’t even review specific items, just the store as a whole. please please PLEASE add a way to review on the app if you’ve bought that item. It would help so much.

Hollister. This is the worst app ever. Every time there’s an update it erases all points you have earned and every thing that you bought disappears from your history ,,, so you don’t earn points SMH. I am extremely disappointed with hollister as I thought this problem was taken care of after my call in complaint yesterday when the lady assured me that when I created a new password I would get back all my earned points and rewards ❕❕😠❕❕ smh. I will find somewhere new to shop. My thread up. Or Shien. Either way I am done getting ripped off by Hollister , sad I have so many clothes and etc. from them. BUT NO POINTS FOR THE PURCHASERS WHICH IS PROMISED.

Online Shopping Addict. If you shop a lot online, you’re usually going to use an app. I’ve noticed with some though it’s difficult to filter things out & find exactly what you want within a decent time frame. With this app I’ve noticed that I can easily add or remove things from the cart. Even favorite diff items to look at them more closely in a group making the decision making process a lot easier since it’s all right there in front of you. Even inside the shopping cart I will add several items & add discounts then filter it out all in the end. Easy to use. Cutest clothes for my body type & the lines are usually on trend but still keep the casual beachy look in mind. In love. Ps. Been shopping here for almost 10 years now. If you look at Hollister’s line as “too pricy” or it’s only for “smaller people”. Look again. Look closer. Sales & upsizing are there. Most pieces are super stretchy & adjustable. Overall 10 out of 10. 👌🏼 & FYI, things are usually cheapest online. With shipping & all. 😘

I’m addicted. This is my favorite app ever!! Things always deliver on time or very close. I really like the quality of their sweaters and you definitely get what you pay for. Usually their jeans are expensive, but they go on sale a lot. I definitely like the swimwear quality, but one thing; i wish there were more swimsuit patterns!! One problem- recently I ordered a shirt that said “bright red” to match my J’s. The picture was a mustard yellow and so was the one that came in. I’m not going to return it because I like it, but it is just confusing for people that do want a bright red shirt. Thanks!!!

Convenient & Fast. Every time I order my items, I get the correct items and the right size. I’ve never had a problem ordering on here and I’m always able to see the sales they have. I also love using the app because I’m able to receive rewards for my purchases, such as $10 reward or a 15% discount on my next order. The max time it takes on my delivery is a week, but I’m able receive my items in a couple days, too. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who loves Hollister. ooo

Great service. Hollister definitely is most strong and modest fashion clothing company in the market. One call to customer service, they answered like in a second. I also accidentally placed order with my previous address, they re-ship my order and refunded my money for those item they don’t have. What more can I ask! Thank you hollister. I will continue shopping on hollister for my fall season clothes! Highly recommended to anyone. I love their T-shirt. Made from High quality material. Very comfortable to be wearing it.

Change rewards to larger available time!. I love shopping at the Hollister app because is easy to use, there is too much variety, and in my experience, I get my items on hand in no longer than a week. However, the only thing I would change is the rewards policy. I know this is all business and all that, but you should try to make the rewards last longer. When I reached my first $5 rewards, it said that I only had like 2 months to redeem them, and at the moment I didn’t see anything that was eye-catching for me. You should try changing the rewards’ longevity to at least a year or two.

Best jeans in the world!. I have to say, I have tried so many different jeans, expensive and inexpensive, but Hollister has the best jeans that I have ever worn. I actually purchased my very first pair of super skinny jeans on an online resale app and fell In love. That’s when I decided to get the Hollister app, I was so surprised to see such a large variety of Jean leggings. I ordered like 8 pair and I have no regret. Normally I go with distressed jeans, but I needed non distressed, and I couldn’t be happier. For anyone second guessing whether to try Hollister, I definitely recommend them. Not to mention the sales that they have! Hollister definitely deserves a 5+ rating.

Had to delete because I couldn’t stop shopping 😂. I used to LOVE Hollister when I was 12-13 years old and then I kind of slept on it for the last few years. Now that I’m almost 20, I purchased a couple of lounging clothes from Gilly Hicks back in December and I actually haven’t stopped 😂 For shopping, the app is pretty good, efficient, fast and I like it more than the website/desktop version. A little slow to see your purchases, track order status, etc. but aside from that I have no complaints. I’ve gotten a LOT of money worth of clothes in the last 1.5 months or so and I’ve never had a single issue that wasn’t resolved (only an item that got sent to me wrong twice - but they let me keep the wrong item and also gave me a refund.) I’ve returned and exchanged things back and forth for bigger/smaller sizes and have never had a problem with this either. Overall loved it! Unfortunately I just had to delete because I actually shop SEVERAL times a week and it’s not good for my wallet or my savings, I can tell you that much 😂

Why is it doing this to me???. I have had the app for a few days now, it says my order is being delivered tomorrow so that’s awesome… however… I have had SOOOO many problems with my password and login information. The app will log me out every time I leave the app… which is unexpected… and then it keeps saying that my password isn’t working? So I have had to reset my password many many times! Then after changing my password, I’ll leave the app… THEN IT LOGS ME OUT! Each time it says my password is incorrect and I need to reset it??? Like WHAT??? NOW it says that I can’t reset it all (which means I can’t login at all.) and says “our app is totally bugging out”…… what….

Steals. This app not only provides the most recent data on in store items or clothes, it also gives a crazy amount of discounts. I personally have found MANY kinda of clothes i wanted for on clearance or on sale and it made it so much easier. Not only that, but if you physically go to a store, it will automatically detect it and add points to your account, which end up leveling up your membership and giving things such as promo codes and free shipping. Crazy good app.

Great app. I really like the app and it’s been wonderful to me up until my last purchase. The app was messing up and so it put my address in wrong and so I canceled my order and when I went to reorder it clothes it put a hold on my card for the total 3 times now I understand why it charged one and put the second hold and I was told it should fall off but the third hold I didn’t understand and the costumer service rep I called was rude and just told me it would fall off. Now I’ve never had problems with the app before but that’s just got me wondering first why was she so rude and second why was the third hold on my card posted. Huge inconvenience. Definitely the worst birthday present to myself this year

Miss honesty. The app tends to freeze and be slow when searching items. Also a huge flaw is that you literally have to look up items since on some categories it won’t be there although it should be. I have found items by having to search by color or style since in the category it won’t be there it makes it difficult to find certain items that clearly are available just hard to find, since I already know this I first have to look up in the category then search bar for further options of the same style or color it’s time consuming and frustrating

WRONG ORDER, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered High waisted light washed mom jeans, the shipping took 2 weeks which is well over 5-7 business day, which I paid for. I’m so disappointed because I looked forward to these jeans to come in the mail only to find out that they are the total opposite of what I ordered. The jeans I received were low waisted(I hate low waisted), size 0R(which is also not my size), black(needed a light wash pair not black), and they were super skinny(which I hate). I called the customer service only to be told that the jeans I wanted were now sold out, and the only thing I can do is either drive to a Hollister store and return them, or return them via mail if I wanted my money back. I hated that sass and the attitude when clearly I had a reason to be upset, but I was extremely polite about everything. JUST TERRIBLE!!!

Recommend. This app is so good, it shows me everything that is in the store but for sales and more coupons! I love the store and all the clothes and now that I have the app I’m going to be on my phone so much more now. This app is free cost nothing but your time and you’ll be glad you got this app after getting it. I just bought a white top for tennis and I’m obsessed it just got here today and I can’t stop telling all my friends. Get this app right now!

Awful!!. If I could give this app 0 stars I would. After downloading the app for the first time everything was great. Prices were nice, I got discounts, customer service was always on everything but that was all up to par until recently. After updating to the latest version of the app and reloading several times on countless occasions my screen expresses the same response to an error, “WIPEOUT, we’re dusting the sand off a few things to make your shopping experience better.” Followed by that it has a RETRY button. I originally downloaded this to make my life easier instead of visiting the store or having to wait online. Well then I began to think and I was reassured about the online Hollister app but sure enough when visiting the site it DOES NOT LOAD and it slipped my head that not only that but it hasn’t been working for the last YEAR or so. I say Hollister needs to get on their A game and pull their heads out of their butts because if this is the respect I’m going to receive from them, this is the amount of respect I supply to them. 0!

I hate this app. Okay so basically everything was working fine until their new update. So as usual i ordered a package but i quickly cancelled it because they were supposed to send me an order confirmation email, but never did. Then it started acting up, keep in mind i LOVED this app. I had two 5 dollar cali cash coupons and I had a gold membership. Then since it was glitchy ing and I just cancelled my order I signed out and refreshed the app. When I sign back in on both my accounts, Hollister says that BOTH passwords are wrong. Supposedly they send me and email, once again NEVER received it. I’ve reached out to their helped just for them to “send” me other email but one again NEVER RECEIVED THEM. I’m so tired of this, now i’m stuck with no package and no account back.

0 stars if I could. I went to my app and it said I needed to upgrade to the latest version. Clicked and went to the App Store and every time I hit update a box pops up and says this app requires 14.0 do you want to download the latest version compatible with your phone and it has a box that’s asks cancel or download. I click download and soon as the box goes away it pops right back up with the same message. It’s done this for quite awhile. I also think that it’s awful that they don’t want you to use the app unless you have the latest and greatest phone. I have an extremely new iPhone but not good enough I guess. Not everyone can run out and grab a new phone every time one comes on the market. I’ll spend my money somewhere else.

Love it... but there are a few problems. I love Hollister with a passion! It has all the styles that I want, and the app makes it that a lot easier to shop! The one problem I have is that some of the buttons can be a bit laggy. I ordered something a few days ago and like any other person, I wanted to track my package. But the “Track my package” button wasn’t working! This has been an issue for quite some time now and I really don’t know what to do.

Hollister did me dirty 😐. My first time & definitely last time ordering from Hollister . The items that I purchased online were not the same items that was delivered . I’m honestly disappointed because Hollister had great items that were in stock but instead Hollister didn’t deliver the exact items that I purchased online . Now I’m in the process of returning the wrong items that was delivered to me and I’m upset that I trusted that Hollister will have the correct items delivered to me but instead Hollister sent me the wrong items. After this experience I’m never going to shop from Hollister . Honestly Hollister needs to improve if they want to keep their customers.

Buyer Beware. I placed an order through the app for the first time. When I received the order there was an item missing. I immediately called customer service and they sent out a replacement right away. Easy and now I feel confident that even though they made a mistake they rectified the situation. I placed another order shortly after. Again, an entire jumpsuit is missing. Of course the most expensive item in my order. FedEx took a photo of the undamaged package when they left it and it clearly only contains one small item. Hollister says that someone stole the item from the unopened package and they will not help me any further. They basically say I’m lying. I WILL NEVER ORDER or SHOP HOLLISTER AGAIN and I will tell everyone and anyone who will listen to me. I hope you get all your items if you do dare order online from them.

App needs work. I thought the App’s was great. Why do you delete previous order history? Why do you delete like item. I would love to come back even if it’s months later to see the things that I like even if they’re out of stock especially my purchase history because if there’s a pacific item or item’s that I’m looking for it would be stored in my purchase history these are the things that I would love if you can work on. Being able to go back and look at purchase history, and being able to have a saved like items in the heart category. Besides that everything is good. That’s the reason for my one star. It was very frustrating to come back and the things that I hearted were empty :-(

Almost 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I love Hollister. It’s one of the only two brands of hoodies that I will wear. I must have over 100 hoodies in my closet and. I wear both the women’s and the men’s. I continuously have a gold membership with free shipping because of the amount of money that I spend. I’m always looking for the newest sweatshirt. my only gripe is out of the very few and I mean very few times that I have to send something back for a refund and not an exchange. I get charged seven dollar shipping which I think isn’t fair. If I have free shipping it should be free shipping in every instance, I don’t pay for it in the first place so I why should they subtract it from my total if like I said, few and far between items that I return for a full refund. Also, the sales are always great, but I think there should be a higher tiered system for people who spend over $1000 a year. They should get at least one coupon per month for when there isn’t a sale going on. Love love love Hollister they are my all-time favorite brand and have the most comfiest cotton hoodies available on the market!!!!❤️❤️❤️

Login issues after iOS update. The app usually functions as intended; however, after updating to iOS 16, I was logged out of the app, and when attempting to sign back in, I got an error that “the data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format” several times before it finally let me sign in. It keeps happening when the app is closed, and it won’t let me change my password. Logging in on the mobile and web browsers did not give this issue, so I know my password is correct.

Adding Club Cali to Apple Wallet Feature. So I just contacted Customer Service and it seems to me that they have no clue about this option(calling it Apple Pay), but the developers do look at these reviews. When you go to Profile and then ID(for those who have Club Cali) there is a barcode where the associates can scan, and right below it is an option that says, ”Add to Apple Wallet”. I’ve already seen two reviews about the same concern and it is about the function not working! I’m currently using an iPhone 7 Plus and I’ve tried everything possible and nothing seems to work. So developers, if you are seeing this please fix it as many people would like having this option available. Thanks.

Pretty Amazing Actually! ;). So far from using the app I’ve bought lots of jeans, shirts (mostly curves hem tees and cool stuff that went to clearance) I’ve been able to pay so much faster since they’ve got Apple Pay on the app so it avoids a lot of the shipping and fillings out information part and pays really secure (definitely the recommended route I’d tell people to go for) other than that it helps being part of the Club Cali program since I can be have more discounts. 5/5 stars 🌟 definitely recommending to everyone.

Favorite store ever!. I always had a hard time finding clothes that fit my style until Hollister! I’m cozy and comfy but still want to look like I got up and got dressed in the morning and Hollister is exactly that!! The clothes are beyond comfortable and they have such a cute style! I avoid jeans but I can sleep in Hollister jeans! Now my daughter is shopping here for the same reasons! So it’s very helpful that everything is also reasonably priced since I’m shopping for 2 now! I will forever be a Hollister woman!

Do better. I order a couple things off this site let’s just say they’re shipping process is horrible. I’ve been contacting customer service. They said it’s gonna come one day and then it doesn’t come because they forgot to put things in my order. i’m trying to access the reward system and it’s not showing up on my account. Shipping. I was disappointed with my first order experience as the store’s information about item availability and shipping was not accurate. The website showed certain products as “in stock,” but after placing my order, I was informed they were actually out of stock. I hope the store improves its stock accuracy and communication so customers know what to expect but I personally think a less popular brand couldve done the job.

great, but the pictures?. i but clothes from hollister all the time and i have no problem with the clothes. (however they can be expensive sometimes) but recently the pictures on the app are very blurry. the frequent sales are amazing though! i actually really like the app compared to competing clothing brands, however i feel it would be a plus if each clothing item was modeled or at least the front and back is shown. i have noticed the back of a top is not shown and that prevents me from buying it when i may have liked it. also, it would be amazing if the size the model is wearing was shown! otherwise the app is great!

Keeps glitching. This would be a great app if it would stop glitching and keep me signed in everytime I open it. I absolutely can’t stand having to open the app and then sign in, then for it to tell me that my password is wrong after I just changed it the hour before due to opening the app and then it asking me to sign in earlier and going through the whole process over again. It’s super annoying!! I love their clothes, but the app needs serious improvements.

I ordered my clothes that costed $130 3 weeks ago on in may today is June 14 and since June 1st my Hollister app has said my clothes are still in colorado for the past week my clothes has not moved a inch ! Best exchangements in person with good customer service!!. If you ever order something online but you got the wrong size you could always stop by there store to exchange for a different size or even get a different item in case they weren’t in stock or even ordered items up there for you is amazing !!! They definitely keep their customers satisfied with what they have !

Amazing. I love the cotton they have to offer since it’s especially rare to find good cotton clothes instead of it being the uncomfortable plastic polesyster type of materials and they have so many options of sizes whether they be long or short or big or small which I appreciate. Including how their website is so neatly organized unlike other laggy or uneat websites I absoulety love Hollister and their inside stores aswell.

Sizing is never the same. I’ve not gained or lost weight and I’ve always had to order an XL in shirts because they fit like my normal mediums from other stores. I placed an order for a bunch of shirts XL and they are huge on me. I threw the tags away because I thought they were going to be like the rest I’ve ordered and now I’m stuck with shirts I can’t wear and I have to reorder them. Waste of money and time.

So true to size. I love this store so much. Almost every purchase I've made has fit me like a glove. The original prices on most items are slightly expensive but there are always discounts, sales, or bargains of some kind. The app is great and user friendly especially went making returns. Don’t shop here. I spent 105 bucks and you’d expect them to be really helpful with trying to get my packages to me. I have three different packages coming in by them. says in stock in store but not true. Hollister has a good gimmick going. The app will say a thing is in stock for pick up at the store. So you give your credit card and they grab your money with greedy glee like The Grinch. When you arrive at the store they say "we're sorry, that item is unavailable" When you ask for a refund to buy something else in store, they say "we are sorry we have no control over that and you can get your money back after the item eventually arrives at the store" What they don't say is "thank you for your donation to our fraudulent business "

5 STAR APP. First off I love i hollister, second I love the app!!! It it so easy and convenient to use, there’s often times I don’t know what size I should order so I’ll choose & if I need to exchange/ return anything it’s very simple and all done using the app. Also your order comes with a shipping label sticker so you can send back any returns or exchanges. This has made my life so easy, especially with this virus.

Love it-Great app. This app gives me access to so many clothes that are easy to find, they always have things I’m looking for and always alerts me when there a great sale(witch is wonderful)! The shipping price is not too pricey and has wonderful low prices for great cloths (I got a white jacket for only $10) if that’s not AWESOME I don’t know what is! Ultra high rise leggings. I have recently started looking for the ultra high rise leggings that you guys have sold in the past and now they aren’t here. I’m really surprised by this decision because I loved these leggings they fit just right not to high waisted and the best part the pocket for the phone. I hope they bring it back because, Hollister has made the best regular leggings I’ve ever had. So I really hope they make the decision to bring them back. The regular athletic ones I am not a huge fan of so I hope they do bring them.

Can’t login.... The first time I tried to login, I was brought back to the original screen (the one that you see when you first open the app, which asks if you want to make an account or login). The second time it said that my login information was wrong, and I knew it wasn’t because I had just logged in and made a purchase from another device. Furthermore, I changed the setting so that I could see the email and password instead of black dots. I compared my login information on my app to the one I used a few minutes earlier and they were the same. So, I changed my password and it still would not work on the app.

DO NOT BUY ONLINE. I bought twice and what they doing lately is sending the order incomplete and then when you complain they answer you after 24 hours and they don’t give your refund or your item … please be careful I used to love Hollister until I had these kind of problems twice and they keeped my money they sayed it’s not their problem and it’s on trac problem when they didn’t pack all the items … they gonna wash their hands and keep your money ….christian from research and resolution gave me the worse attention…

Horrible. I ordered a sweater, long sleeve shirt, and a pair of jeans and my package never came! I constantly would check the website for an update on my package and the website didn’t even work! After two weeks of waiting I check the website again only to be told my package was going to arrive in about a week I wait and nothing ever showed up I contacted costumer service and they tell me it’s out of their hands and I should contact the shipping company?!? So I contacted them and they tell me my package is on its way it’s been a month and I haven’t received anything not even an update on my package Never online shopping from here again.

Hollister App.🙂. Really love using this app. It’s the first time I’ve ever had it on my phone before, so it’s all new to me and everything, but I like it anyway. If I had a question to ask, the chat feature is there whenever I need it and someone is always available to answer my questions in a timely manner. Haven’t used the app to purchase anything as yet( but give it time, it just might happen after all!), but I’m pleased to say that things are going well while using the app!🙂

How Great Hollister App Is!. Hollister app gives you all the concept and styles of clothes they offer. They make a wonderful job in making your life easier and quicker in what you like and dislike and the options and clothes you’ll love. Is just as simple putting your likes and dislikes in the filter tab and then scroll away and bit yourself some new style!

Amazing!!!!. Hollister is a great store and they have a great store website!!! Expensive but totally worth it!! You get great quality product!!! When they have sales which , is a lot, you save so much money!!!💵💵💵 There is something for everyone!!! I’m so glad it’s not one size fits all because not everybody’s body is the same and they take that into consideration!!!

Great but.... Hollister is great overall and in the app I can find many selections but the Club Cali really just feels like a waste of time. Everything is so expensive and after spending SO MUCH your reward is only $5?!?!??!!?? That’s ridiculous. You would think after so many purchases you would at least get a good amount of Club Cali cash, $15 would be reasonable, but $5 saves you basically nothing. I would be 100% loving this whole process if the rewards actually gave you a real reward.

Great app for knowing what’s in the stores!. The only thing I can think of that I would change is to allow us to select multiple stores when browsing for local product inventory. I have three different stores within reasonable driving distance near me, so it’d be nice to be able to check them all and have search results compiled for all of them.

Love Hollister. I shop online and everything is delivered in a timely fashion, love the clothes...however when you try to exchange in the store for a different size they want you pay full price if it is a sale item. Manger even backs this policy but no where in the fine print does it say you have to pay full price on sale items when exchanging size. Very disappointed with In Store Customer Service!! 😠

Organization. I enjoy the new update with the quick view by sliding. Before the new update I would have to click on the item then go back and sometimes it would take me back to the top. I also enjoy how it has your points and rewards on the top and you don’t have to look for it in settings or in your email.

Great!. I hadn’t been into Hollister for all that long, I’ve always known about them, but never really shopped there for myself. I began shopping for some t-shirts about a couple weeks ago and I really enjoy the design and nice slim fit of their clothes! Not to mention comfortable fabric they use! I love Shopping at Hollister, they have such a variety to choose, ranging from spring through Winter, very nice, comfortable, affordable clothes! Worse online shopping experience ever!. So I recently ordered on the app. When I ordered I didn’t receive any confirmation number or email receipt. I was furious because all I ordered was 3 items and it’s taking them l over 3 days for my items to be delivered. I know that we are in a pandemic but I still want my stuff to arrive on time. I can’t even refund because my “ordered” is being packed for 3 days now. I also email their customer service email and that was not even useful at all didn't even help me with my needs. I really wish I didn’t ordered from here. I’m disappointed as a customer who loves hollister.

Always easy ordering and fast shipping. Having a 15 year old boy who, like his older brother “needs” all the clothes possible. Hollister has always had amazing sale prices, fast shipping, and great rewards for being a member of Hollister rewards. Kids outgrow clothing so fast and I’m thankful for getting the clothes they want that don’t break the bank.

Love it!. I feel like it is easier to have the app then going onto the website. It’s the same thing but the app is just better adapted to the phone and you get points which means cali cash when you sign into the app, I don’t know what’s better than that? My favorite place to shop. I love Hollister’s website/app i’ve been shopping on it for so many years now and I love this place so much. Out of all the years that I’ve been shopping there I had to make one return, maybe two. The prices are great, especially the sales prices, and quick delivery or pick up time. The points system is nice to, and I enjoy being a member of the Hollister club.

Easy to use!. Hollister is by far my favorite store to shop from online. It’s so simple, and I absolutely love their clothes! I also had a dress shipped to me that I found out was too small, and I ordered it in a size up, and within just a few days, my return was shipped to me free of charged! I’ve loved shopping with them so much that I’m even up to gold status now!

RUINED after updated. I recently updated the app and soon after i did it began to crash randomly and say the page was unavailable. it would also randomly log me out and tell me to change my password because my username/password was invalid but i’ve never changed it. also has been really laggy and i had to sign in through google to place my order.

Purchases. I have always been satisfied with what I have received everything fits me well I can never find pants long enough but here I can and I can never find the small enough but here I can the 00L is like heaven for me I could have never found a better Jean company ever and I love their leggings and shirts so much I have spent like every pay check here and i plan on doing it time and time again

Love it but....... I love the Hollister app and their products, but I wish that they would either offer more free gifts or a larger reward because I shop at PINK a lot and they ALWAYS have free gifts or rewards cards when you spend a certain amount of money. I love shopping at Hollister, but I hate how you have to spend over $100 only to get a five dollar reward, which I find ridiculous because of the amount I spend at Hollister.

Wallet support. I used to be able to add my Club Cali card to my wallet but after switching phones from the iPhone 6S Plus to the iPhone XS Max I haven’t been able to add it again. I’m not sure if it has something to do with the app but I have done all troubleshooting possible and the option is on the app but it doesn’t do anything when I tap. I find very inconvenient having to open the app just to scan my card where before I would double tap the button and the card was easily accessible through wallet.

American Eagle vs Hollister. Well I really like this app cause it has a lot of good discounts. But I just have to say this doesn't mean that American Eagle Outfitters is not in the top, cause it is. I mean come on!! They even have the same Eagle;). But if you ask me I've bought lots of clothes in American Eagle that I had in Hollister. I say American Eagle is still my fav just because I'm used to but there. This doesn't mean i won't change my mind in the future. (Hope for Hollister)👍

The clothes are very comfortable and last a long time. The underwear are very comfortable and breathable. I love shopping from Hollister they are my #1 clothing brand to go to! If your looking for something comfortable and last a long time, Hollister is the brand for you! 10/10!

Beautiful jacket. I received this jacket in the mail (shipped earlier than expected) and the quality, material and color (light brown) is exquisite. The inside material is SO soft and the jacket is warmer than it looks. Hollister always has beautiful, long-lasting coats that I have been buying for years. Once again, very impressed with Hollister’s well made clothing. I will keep purchasing jeans, hoodies, shirts, jackets etc. as they never disappoint!

love. this app literally gives me life, i actually dont do much online shopping but thats just bc i wanna see if a clothing item looks just as good on me as the model (bc im a small person LOL) but i go on this app to check how many points i have and to see whats available at a store when im going shopping or just to look at clothes when bored but yeah i loveeee hollister it’s literally my fav store in the entire world

SLEEVES ARE WAAAAAY TOO LONG. the styles are so cute but I just have to say the sleeves on all of the long sleeve tops and sweater are absolutely way too long. i know i’m not the only one - my friends feel the same way and we’re all different heights. i have never found long sleeve tops that fit my arms. they’re always like 6 inches too long and it’s so annoying because i want to love the tops. i often find myself returning most of the clothes that i buy because the sleeves are way too long. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE shorten your sleeves so that they don’t just fit girls that are 6 feet tall!!

No store where I live. This app has almost supplied my daughter a whole wardrobe! We don’t have a Hollister in Arkansas since the pandemic so I started shopping online. Hollister always had a sale going on and I love their clothes. They may not be top of the line but they beat other stores by a mile. They have fair prices and the app makes it super easy to buy online. Won’t be going back to the mall unless I have to!

I love it !. This apple is simple to use I have had zero complications ordering from it every time i have received my packages in the mail the orders have been correct and i have not had to take them to the store for any reason . I also receive amazing offers and love the rewards program that the Cali club is and what it has to offer it simple too.

My complaint?. It doesn’t let me log in to the app, or the app won’t open In general. I deleted the app and redownloaded it. I restarted my phone. And nothing. And to top it off, it was during the Black Friday sale, so I didn’t get my things in time. I’m not saying I want a “refund” on the time that was waisted by the app not working; but I want to be able to access the discounts again once I’m able to log back in. Thank you, and hopefully you fix this issue.
