Best account tracker app by far. We have been using this to track our spending for the last year. Very easy flexible intuitive. Tracks every purchase and gives accurate feed back with charts. Really like the transfer between accounts option. Great for multiple accounts and doing budgets. It even has an export to csv option so you can see how much you spent on alcohol at the end of the year...ouch. Highly recommend this app!

Worth each penny paid. This application is so useful I recommend it strongly, i am using it every day, any time i can have correct balances with multiple accounts. the most important about it is that the application developer is always updating us with a new smart and useful updates. it worth each penny paid for it.

10 Star Budgeting App!. I gave a 5 star review to a competing program which was very highly rated in the App Store. But after using it for two months I became dissatisfied with some unfinished features. I am so glad I looked for an alternative and found Account Tracker. I don't understand why Account Tracker is not at the top of the list. Here are some reasons I love Account Tracker. -Very pleasing design. -All entries to nearest dollar, if desired. -Multiple account groups. Separate or combined net worth. (I can manage personal and business separately.) -Recurring entries for income and expenses is easy. -Many well done informative reports. -View or hide future income and expenses as desired. -Reconciliation is very easy. -Entries pick up previous payee, category. Minimize typing. -Mature program, not work in progress. No bugs. -Responsive developer (I did not have a problem, just wanted to complement the developer). I am about to retire and needed a program to give me confidence everything is in order. Account Tracker does this. Compared to my competing product 5 star review Account Tracker deserves 10 stars. Try it, you will agree with this review.

Great app!. Love your app. In its current state it works well for what I'm doing, but I have some suggestions. I use this program to track income and spending to multiple clients very similar to how a casino may track its players, as well as track overall profit/loss in regard to those individuals. If my "details" are people and not line items, would it be possible to update the program to provide report data for each individual person (including when and what they paid in, when and what was paid out to them, net individual profit/loss)? I'd basically just like to be able to have data readily available on each individual. As it is now, I can see "John Doe" as a line on an income report, and "John Doe" as a line on a spending report, but to figure his net profit/loss, I need to manually do the math. Also, some people get lumped into the "others combined" field and I have no way to calculate them individually. Is there a way this could be incorporated into this, or do you have another program more suited to this application? If so I would be very interested. This app's quality is top notch, great work!!

Clear & easy. ***Update: Have now been using for a year. Still love it. It's works very well for us. I don't use it for income tracking, just spending in a few categories. It has been key for to stay within budget and save for a vacation. -------- Using for a month... Syncing between devices, we're using this app to stay within a budget for a few key categories. Easy to set up, easy to add transactions. So far so good! I explored over a dozen apps to get a good one. Thanks!

Best app for its segment. I have tried (and paid) about 10 apps for quick accounting. This one here is the best one, easily: it has account tracking and budget at the same time, an aproach that not many have or implement well enough to use. For example one has to buy 2 apps from the same company (accounts2 and Spending2) in order to have all the functions needed, and by having 2 apps which are not integrated you have to input all transactions twice!!! Here, with this app is so easy and smooth I just stopped using anything else..

I love it. I've been using this app for maybe 2 years now. It was a replacement for a similar app that just stopped making updates. My needs are small. Track my daily spending. That's it. Reports and other advanced features are things I don't use. But the app is intuitive, fast , syncs to other devices, and app updates are things the users ask for. Most importantly I emailed the developer a long time ago about something - and he responded immediately. I think the only thing I would like is an option to photograph a receipt from time to time. If you want to track your spending between bank accts and credit cards, this app is great.

This by far is the BEST budget/expense/income tracking software I have ever used. Prior to finding the app and the product / service Graham offers, I had spent a lot of money (not budgeted) on other types of budgeting software over many, many years. Having the app on my phone & Tablet sync seamlessly and operate exactly as I found best to match my needs for keeping an eye on my money/accounts. Customer service by Graham is even better than the product...he goes above and beyond what is required/expected for customer service. He makes time and personally reaches out to his users when issues arise or when suggestions come in. I don’t know how he continues to do what he does. I have never experienced this kind of service. Graham is constantly making improvements / enhancements to Account Tracker. Thanks Graham I really appreciate what you do for me and tracking my money.

Finally :-) and still the best. Update, been using this since 2011. At the beginning also using quicken essentials. And today I'm trying to understand how anyone that knows how to read.. Could say this app is anything but the best. And I repeat.. If you just need simple every day expense/income tracking, this is it. By now the app might be able to do more but I haven't looked into it. Simple bank Acc.'s, credit cards and loans. Is what I use it for. And there is nothing better. Before you judge it. Read and try the support if you don't find the answer... It will surprise you. **initial review** Thank you to the developer. This looks like the best possibility for a quicken essentials replacement. Been looking for over a year and I think I finally found it. Just got the app today and already in love with it. Yes it needs features. But for your everyday banking, cash and credit card management is the best so far. Can't wait for the desktop version. One more update and still a satisfied customer. Now also using it on my iPad.

Checks and balances. Great app, can add multiple accounts, customize all my transactions best part is it's not linked to any of my accounts. If you use mint and need your hand held this app is not for you. If you know how to balance a check book and just need a simple elegant app to track in and out this is by far the best app for multiple accounts.

Still Loving This App. I have been using this app for about 1 1/2 now and I am not sure how I ever lived without it. I tried several apps when I finally found this one and the others just did not work for me at all. With this app I have zero complaints. It does everything I need and it's not hard to learn or get up to speed with. It offers alot of flexibility. The format is clean and easy to look at. It is among the most used apps on my phone. I have such a better account of my spending now.

Perfect app for personal finances. I have been using this app for 3 years. It is simple enough to put all the transactions every other day or so. I can see how much I spend each month on different categories (car, groceries, eating out, leisure, etc. - every category I created myself). It helps me save money, it does a great job to show how much money you have in all your accounts and cash combined. It works great with many currencies (I travel a lot and I have accounts in 4 different currencies). It has many little details that indicates the app developer actually use his app himself and makes effort to improve it where it needs. I couldn’t wish for a better app.

Great app/Great price. Exactly what I needed. And it doesn't require a degree in accounting or a lengthy learning curve. I've been using Account Tracker for iOS and the viewer (ATB in the Mac App Store) for about a year. The app can be as simple as or as advanced as an individual or very small business is likely to need. The cost of the app, the Mac viewer, and the sync function is less than $15 USD at the time of this writing. I didn't need to look at a user guide to get up and running on my devices. Amazingly there is a good user guide--a rarity for many iOS apps. If you're stuck or have a problem, the developer responds to support questions quickly. It syncs between devices (in app purchase) via iCloud or Dropbox. Family sync is an option as well. Note. The viewer is a viewer--not a full fledged Mac app.

Great for kids' accounts. This is a great app for tracking kids' money. My kids earn virtual money for good behavior, so when they ask for something at the store, I just pull out this app and see if they have any credit. I can enter transactions as they make them, transfer credit between kids, see everyone's accounts in one place, etc. It's perfect for my needs--even better than the apps that are specifically dedicated to kids' accounts (which often lack the ability to make kid-to-kid transfers). The developer is great. When I had a question about how to accomplish a certain goal within the app, I got a VERY quick, helpful response. I wish all app developers were as attentive to and concerned about their users.

Account Tracker. Really easy to use, I just love it! Because of this app I am still with an iPhone. It is great for financial planning, tracking and for controlling your future expenses. Yes, it is that good. Try it and start planning a future without debt.

Love this!!. I have been using this app for at least 3 years now. I can keep track of every purchase, every bill, and unexpected financial issue. This app also makes me aware of what I'm spending on all the little things that add up real fast if you aren't paying attention.

Uncluttered, Superfunctional. Striking the best balance in design between feature set, beauty and usability must not be easy. Automating everything with the latest whiz-bang features appears on the face of it to be superior but if you are like me there are always hidden costs and the fanciness grows tiresome. This app hits the Bull's Eye for me on everything that really matters. It is like a dream layout for a personal finance spreadsheet. The thoughtfulness of the design on a small screen excels.

Account Tracker. I am a 61 year old physician in Dallas and this is the ONLY digital platform I have used for several years. It is intuitive and has ease of entry and alteration. Not sure why everyone doesn't use it!!!! :)

Fabulous-just what I've been looking for!. I have been looking for a budgeting app and came across this app and decided to give it a try. I absolutely love it! It works flawlessly and is easy to learn. The appearance is clean and uncluttered and I have all of the information that I want with easy accessibility. The reports are great too. I can't say enough good things about this app!

Great App. Syncing changed. I have used this app for a few months. I still love it. But the sync function seems to have slowed in the last few days. Since the slowing of the sync function it has become less useful for me. I still like the app but will have play with it and reevaluate things. Update: I raised the rating as I have determined that my sync problems are a result of Dropbox not maintaining a connection.

Indispensable for Money Management. Been using this app for over 3 years now to replace a homemade spreadsheet management tool I created myself. This app has made my money easy to manage, track my stocks, and project future cash flow. I have found that CASH FLOW management is the key for most people to successfully managing their financial life. I have turned a number of others onto this app. Wholehearted endorsement.

Account Tracker. I have been using Quicken for many years and, indeed, I like it and it does everything I need. However, a couple of years ago Quicken began failing to backup when I instructed it to do so. The message from Quicken is : "Cannot open source file". I have read on discussion groups of others having the same issue. I talked to Intuit support on several occasions and they would get it to backup but in a month or two it would begin to fail to backup again. Quicken would successfully backup in, perhaps, one out of 10-15 attempts. This, for me, is a significant concern. I have been looking for a replacement for Quicken for months now and I believe I have found it in Account Tracker. Thank you Graham.

Keeps getting better. I hail from the world of Quickbooks and this app as close at it gets for a personal finance app. It has tons of features, pretty intuitive, and the updates keeping coming. Very rarely is there a bug or at least one that I have encountered. Graham actually communicates with his customers, even if it is a stupid question that is covered in his excellent tutorial (not that I have done it). I have around 100 apps that I have downloaded and this is the one I know is always going to work and help me see where I need to cut the spending. I have to keep meticulous records with my job and this app makes the boring and mundane quick and painless. The best is the quick backup process with Dropbox integration. With his current update he left us with a short plug for possible iCloud device syncing in the future. It also now has iCloud backup integration. Like I said, this product is constantly evolving, if you have an issue Graham personally responds, I think he is OCD or maybe just understands excellent customer service! Obviously I like App, so just pay the few small bills it costs cause you won't find anything better for the price!

The best I found. This is the best finance tracking app I've found at iTunes. I'm not saying that it has all the features I was dreaming about, but definitely it can be - with success - used for day to day finance tracking of the spendings including all the recurring future payments. The great thing is definitely ability to analyze the future... Some improvements I'd expect on a way the list is presented - maybe use of colors to help seeing straight forward different categories... The last but not least - it's still alive app - with frequent updates.

You Won't Find A Better One. I have tried several similar apps. Found them to be confusing with a steep learning curve. This one is by far the best that there is. It's intuitive and loaded with features. The support is outstanding. Send an email and get a response from the developer. My question was very basic and I got a quick answer. A check of the support page shows the developer answers all questions and his explanations are easy to understand. This app even has a MAC viewer part so you can view the data on your laptop or desktop. Lee R

Best App. to Help Organize Multiple Accounts.... For our family's purposes, this app. has been very useful and is practically used daily. It's pretty convenient to have one app. to keep track of various balances on and within multiple Checking / Savings accounts, including children's accounts. We have started to budget detailedly using another app., and this app. has helped a great deal with organizing everything in terms of distributing funds within an account; e.g., how much of the total balance goes to certain budgets paid by such account. Yes, it can be time-intensive inputting data, but once we firm up our budget, most of these line items will be automated to where we can just check off balances periodically. The app. is very easy to use and configure Categories or Sub-categories too. Overall, we love this productivity app. because of its simplicity and efficiency of use.

Handles multiple currencies. So far this app is awesome. It's easy to use and it handles multiple currencies. I've spent so much time trying to find apps to track my spending. The last one I bought seemed ok, but when I tried to start an account to track cash I was using during a business trip to Nigeria last week, it converted every transaction into US dollars, making it useless for my purpose. By contrast when I entered those same transactions into this app, it kept everything in naira, which was what I wanted. In addition, the settings make it easy to customize. So far, I'm really pleased with this app, and I intend to keep using it.

My 2nd review....excellent. After careful review of several app in this area, i stumbles with this one which turned out to be the best app of all. After a few email feedbacks between the creator, mr graham and myself, the result is.....5 stars Mr Graham feed it back all my inquiries, and most of all, he persuit it the need of the client. Briefly, calm, direct, attending to the client and its needs, good listener, and of course, with a product that I defined as easy-going, effective, simple but directly attending as to what the app has been designed for....account planning. Do not hesitate to download this App if you are in the account planning and review...

Still an Awesome app. This app gets better with every update! I've tried several other account tracking/check register apps but Account Tracker is by far the best "bang for the buck." I've never had a problem with it either! Syncs perfectly every time with other devices, never crashes, super stable, etc. Get it now! My original review: This is a great app for tracking all of your bank accounts, bills, etc. The Dropbox sync feature makes it easy to sync data between multiple family member devices without effort. I have been using this app for over a year now and haven't had any issues. Well worth the money!

Account Tracker. This is a fabulous product. For a lot less money than Quicken, it does most of the same things AND adds multi-currency support, which is essential for my current situation. I used the free version for less than a day before realizing the purchase price for the full functionality was well worth it. And, when I couldn't figure out how to transfer the data I had entered into the free version to the paid one, I got an almost immediate response to my query. Great product; great support.

FINALLY! - Thank goodness!!. I've been searching for an app to replace Pocket Money & until now I've been so disappointed. I downloaded other apps only to find they did NOT measure up to expectations. When I saw another review on this app that mentioned replacing PM, I decided to give AT a chance. I'm so glad I did! It's perfect for my needs. I wanted to see my future transactions in the account registers & this does it!! The additional charge to sync to my iPad is worth it. A great big thank you to the developers.

Awesome app!. Terrific app from a responsive developer. Very straightforward and powerful. It has replaced all desktop software as my primary personal accounting, budgeting, and reporting tool. I love that I can export my data as CSV and re-import after editing if needed. I've been using AT for three years to track every penny and it's been pretty much all I need. I successfully used the CSV export feature (and some elbow grease) to migrate all my data to YNAB for a while, but came back to AT because I missed several features. (Even the desktop YNAB app didn't do anything that I wasn't already doing in AT.) Simply a stellar app.

Straight forward app (so many apps with ridiculous graphical interfaces) that is easy to use and accomplishes the goal of keeping my accounts in balance. Look no further!. I've been looking for YEARS to find an iPad app to replace Quicken. Finally, I stumbled across this one mentioned in an Apple forum. Many apps did not allow for pmt transfer from one account to another, requiring double entries. Many did not allow looking into the future...how the freak can one plan if one can only see what happened after the fact? This one lets you choose how far into the future you want to see, up to a full year! The entry system was super easy as well. If I could give 10 stars I would, this guy is a genius!

Superb app. This app is exactly what I was looking for when I searched the App Store for a program that would put me in control of my accounts. It is simple but powerful, easy to learn and easy to use. Now I can see on one page how much is in each account - even foreign ones - and how much will be needed. It converts currencies. A budget page tracks spending. Alerts can warn of a pending deficit. An awesome app. I highly recommend it.

Tried them all. I think I've tried every account management app out there. Unfortunately I found this one much later. It is by far the best!! Transfers between accounts is easy and the reoccurring function means even my smallest monthly transactions don't get forgotten. Probably my favorite feature is the ability to "split" transactions. I can accurately track my credit card statement, covering various categories, with this function and keep my budget clear and concise.

Glad I found this. I had been using Pocket Money since my Palm days (and before that, MS Money on the PC, and before that, Quicken). Pocket Money kept giving me hard time backing up, and now I can't seem to back up locally at all because Mac OS will no longer work with SyncDocs. My only remaining choices were all to back up online. I don't like that option. Thank goodness I found Account Tracker. It's lacking a few of the refinements I had gotten used to (the only significant one being negative splits in transactions, like with deductions in a paycheck), and I realized I can get along without recording my paycheck deductions. I prefer Account Tracker's manual input to that of my old app. It's actually smoother. I don't think Account Tracker imports transactions from banks, but fortunately I'd gotten out of the habit of doing that, because that, too, had always given me a hard time. It handles reconciling just fine. The most critical feature is that I can once again back up locally!!

Still the Best in Class!!!. Updated from my previous review: this app continues to be outstanding! This is my most used app that keeps my finances straight. It has all the features I need and seamlessly syncs with my iPad. The developer continues to update features for free and is very responsive and supportive! That is really appreciated. Would give it more than 5 stars if possible! ---------------------- Previous review: I was also a long time PocketMoney user and didn't think I could find a replacement to meet my needs. This app far exceeds my expectations. The developer is very responsive and continues to add features and updates. I have the app on both my iPhone & iPad and the sync is seamless. Excellent job - awesome app!

Great App. This is a great app for both iPhone and iPad. The interface is easy to use, and data entry is very straightforward. Useful reports and budgeting options are available. It's easy to share data using bluetooth or iCloud, so if you have multiple iOS devices you can access your data from all of them. The iCloud support is limited to backups and retrieval, the author has said he's working on making it live update across multiple devices. Graham Haley is very responsive to feedback, the version 3.8.1 is in response to several complaints about the 3.8 update and came out very quickly. The author's website states he is working on a Mac version. When that is available and iCloud more fully supported I will give it 5 stars, but it is still worth the cost now.

I erred in my prior review - this app is FANTASTIC!. My deepest apologies to the app developer for my previous one-star rating. I'm amending it to 5-stars formally because that's all I can do. I'd go much higher if I could. This app has everything I want: account categories, spending categories, ability to copy transactions, ability to set up repeat categories, and reporting. (I think it syncs across devices according to descriptions, but I haven't tried that yet). I first tried to set it up on my phone, and I think that caused me to not see what was clearly visible on the tablet. The developer contacted me to correct me -- telling me the app could do what I needed it to do. Then tried it on my iPad, and thus a change in my review... This app is simply and fully terrific. To those dithering, commit! It's worth twice the price to keep up-to-date on your financial position.

Great Job!. 4/6/13 Still awesome, never any bugs, easy to backup. Perfect for maintaining and planning personal finances. Thanks for keeping the reconciled transactions look with the opacity, helps them standout well. This app is worth the $2.99, I was still using a PC with Microsoft Money 2007 because it had a good line chart for seeing projected future cash flow. This app has that which has been something I required first before breaking off the PC software. It is simple enough to be easy to learn, and powerful enough to know how a transaction will affect you.

Fabulous!. I love this app! It is intuitive and so easy to use and it prints reports. I'm 76 years old and had been using Quicken on a computer for many years to keep up with our checking account. It provided yearly reports that I could easily print and give to CPA for tax purposes. For a couple years now I have been using an iPad for everything except keeping up with my checkbook. I would play around with every app I could find searching for a replacement for Quicken. After using the Account Tracker basic for just four days, I am happy to say it will do everything I need! And, Support is so fast and thorough. They respond almost before you have time to switch from the Contact place in the app to your email. I say again, I love this app!

Easy and simple budget tracker... GREAT APP!!!!. The one thing that sold me in this app was being able to see the recurring months/bills. Other apps shows me just what I have input. This one is different. It gives u the option of seeing 1, 2, 3, plus month ahead. I love that. It's such a helpful tool to use on a daily base. The only thing I wish the app would allow me to do is to control when an item should received a check mark. Other the than its a wonderful app to use. This app has made my life much easier.

You can stop looking now.... I went thru several versions of personal finance trackers and a lot of them had merit, but usually ended up not being intuitive or easy to manipulate. I like account tracker because entering a transaction makes sense, the only categories are the ones you put there, instead of making you scroll thru all of them you type a few letters and usually the one you want comes to the top, it will also give you a list of recently used categories. Inputting and editing recurring charges is the best I've come across, all recurring transactions have their own menu where you can browse thru them and edit one, all, or one transaction and all future ones from that point. There aren't a bunch of pointless menus you have to go thru every time you enter something so it's easier to enter things on the fly. Bottom line I've tried a few different apps, then I found this one. I don't think I'll be looking for a new one any time soon.

Great App. Great app! I've been using Quicken on my laptop for over a decade and been looking for something to use on my iPad. I've downloaded a lot of finance and account tracker apps and they have all fallen short one way or the other. This app does everything I need and is very intuitive. It does budgeting, tracks multiple accounts allows for reconciliation of accounts etc. And now it even works with iCloud. Buy this app if you are looking for a replacement to Quicken.

Perfect Financial App. I have tried just about all of the financial app's out there and this one is the best of all. There is a bit of a learning curve, all things worth it have one. There are clear instructions built into the app explaining all the features. There are graphs and reports galore with print and export features. A great sync and backup system that are easy and straight forward to use. There are great category and split features and a good search engine to find something based on any word in the transaction or notes. If you want a no nonsense financial app this is the one for you.

Great app. I am a long time user of this app. I use it daily. I love how quickly graham addresses issues after iOS updates. If you are searching for a financial account tracker, you found the ultimate app.

Kerrie's review. The thing I love about This app is you can write all of your reoccurring bills for the month and the app will let you know how much you will have in your account based on the bills and your account balance which makes it a lot easier to predict how much you can spend at a certain time. This is the only app I have found that can do this. It was a little hard for me to understand the syncing process (between two accounts and cvs files). I wish a group sync could be added that would automatically sync with all the devices when you change information on one device as I have seen in other apps. The developer is amazing and answers any questions you have immediately. I would highly recommend this app.

Best finance app in the store.. I use AT daily for expense tracking, account monitoring and share portfolio value tracking. For me it has replaced quicken, is as feature rich and far more intuitive to use, keep up the great work!

Great app...,. The good thing about this app. is it's simple to use, has enough functions without going over board and always works.... I like the simple export functions and graphs a lot.

Ms. This is a great app, much better than $100 accounting software programs. I run several accounts, tracking my own household spending, tax receipts, work expenses for reimbursement, and have recently set up an account to see if I can live off a certain amount in retirement. By setting up budget categories - easy - i can track how I'm going each week, easy to see the visuals on graphs and see if spending is under or over per category, and how I'm tracking on an overall budget for the month. Much better than any other accounts app and I've tried a few. Ability to export file by email is great - I email to myself weekly and store in inbox as a backup. Well done to the developers, well worth the money

Excellent app. I paid for the full version after trying the freebie. It's very easy to use & setup accounts etc. I hv pass coded my app for security & set my currency to Aussie $. I can now keep track of my expenses & can see clearly what my balances are. Fantastic. Thanks Graham.

Fantastic. I literally live by this app and have done for about 3 years now. Every single transaction goes in and it takes all the guess work out of 'can i afford this?' with the future balance and lets you see where you are overspending and where cuts can be made. Amazing app :)

Smart tracking. Much as I like the App Store, Account Tracker is that rare app that renders an iDevice essential. The app has been almost like a friend in good times and lean; a digital friend that points out the way to get through this pay cycle and the next. The principal and novel feature is displaying future balances: very useful for planning ahead. The reports, including average account balance/s are terrific. Carrying, accessing and backing up to the cloud years (decades!) of financial data is straighforward and most valuable. This is also the only known app that correctly categorises refunds as just that and not as income. Easy to use for those willing to invest some time, and offers further layers of detail for tinkerers.

Win. I like this application and use since 2009. He is very supportive and always keep updating... Very useful application...

The Best. This is my second review of this excellent Household Income and Expenditure app, which I have used since Jan 2013. It is still worth more than the 5 stars that I gave it last time.

Doesn't track accounts at all. You manually have to add all of the information yourself. Other apps scan your bank accounts and update the details for you to review.

Brilliant!. I have tried quite a few account apps and have found this one to be the best. Plenty of features and very easy to use which means keeping track of my accounts is no where near the effort it used to be! Love this app! Regularly check Graham's website and can see the effort he constantly puts into improving the user experience for this app. Very impressed!

Account tracker awesome. Love the app! Would be great to have some sort of checkbox for transactions that are tax related - then ability to just bring up those transactions at year end. Keep up the great work!

Finally I’ve found a Decent Finance Tracker!. I think I must have downloaded and tried 20+ Finance Trackers in the AppStore today. Settled on this one as the best - covers everything I need and has no major flaws. Will be purchasing after a few days trial no doubt.

Great App - Great Support. I have been using Account Tracker for a few years now. I use it most days and I find that it really allows you to keep on top of your finances. When I first started using the app I imported 1500 transactions which was quite simple. My favourite things about the app are that you can see where your accounts will be in the future by using the forecast graphs. Account reconciliation is also a piece of cake. There is also a very prompt support feature.

Best app!!. Every time an update comes, this app is much better. This is the best app i ever used for my financial tracking cashflow and forecasts.

Great account tracking app!. This inexpensive app does everything I have used in the very expensive "Money" program I have been using for years. It's also simple, intuitive and smooth to use. Backups are a breeze, making adjustments are just plain easy and setting up complicated recurring transfers are also made easy. I am using it on the mini iPad and it is perfect for something of that size, it's clear and doesn't lose our finger movements at all. Very impressed.

Fantastic. I've been looking for an app like this for a while. This is almost perfect. Only other features I would find handy are a combined list of upcoming transactions from all accounts, and the ability to setup a formula to calculate a transaction's amount based on the current balance of the account. But it does support multiple accounts, multiple currencies, balance forecasts, reoccurring transactions, exports to CSV, backup to Dropbox so all-in-all a very, very good app.

Fantastic App. This is the best account tracker out there and the support you get by developer is amazing, he replies so quickly to any question/problem you may have. So easy to use, and so much information can go into it. Few problems with IOS8 at the moment but have no doubt it'll all be sorted.

Excellent financial record keeping App. I have been using this app for three months now on my iPhone X and found it an excellent replacement for Money 3 that I had been using on my Mac. It seems bug free and it’s really easy to use for record keeping, forward balance projection and account reconciliation.

Easy Accounting. Love this app, makes managing my holiday rentals easy. With features like reminders that let me know when to request balance payments and being able to sync to my iphone from my ipad. I can see instantly how my incomings and outgoings are tracking compared to the same period last year and when it comes to tax time all the numbers are there for my accountant.

no fortnightly repeat?. what a great program! tried the free version, like it so downloaded the paid one! Only disappointment with the ap is that you cant select a "fortnightly" transfer option - both myself and husband get paid the same amount each fortnight and theres no option to have it set up under repeat!

Excellent. I use this daily to record and reconcile all my accounts, even iTunes purchases. I recently requested the ability to delete old transactions and this feature has been added to the latest update.

Best of the Best. Account tracker is easy to use and it has a lot of options that work well. Started using on iPhone 4 and it has worked seamlessly through iOS and phone upgrades since 2013. I have thousands of transactions in the app and can review spending over the years by category or by supplier. It’s brilliant at everything and entering data is so quick you can do it at point of sale. Developer support needed once and it was provided quickly. No downsides so it gets five stars.

Best in it's class!. I don't normally leave reviews but this is absolutely fantastic for those who want to balance their accounts with their statements and be able to add multiple bank accounts. The ability to export to csv are well detailed and import into excel or numbers seamlessly.

By FAR the best accounts app in the App Store.. This app deserves much more prominence, and I hope the developer maintains interest in this app for a long time. Easy overview of multiple accounts allows for a much clearer overview of inbound and outbound funds, separated by whatever category you decide. Just create an account like you would in a desktop accounting application like quickbooks. The App Store is filled with budgeting apps and expenses apps but none of them allow for this level of freedom in determining how you enter data, and for what purpose. In trying to make something simple, other apps actually complicate the process. Please try this app when looking to take charge of your finances. The developer deserves support for a great product.

Don't be fooled by the visual appearance. Although this program looks very basic it works fantastically especially if you use multiple devices. The program is really easy to use and does exactly what it's meant to and that is track expenses. Adding expenses is quick and easy. Highly recommended especially if you have multiple devices.

Excellent. I have been using this application daily since February. It is great for tracking income and expenses and it is improving all the time. The latest change to one touch entry of Details and Category should speed up entry. It would be nice if notes could also be memorised for easy recall.

WOW, fantastic. All I can say is wow, fantastic!!! I have been using this app since 2010; I absolutely love it, so much that I rely on it for all my income and payments. I have tested various other apps that should be doing the same, but none was as simple and as streamlined to use and yet had so many options. And not only is the app really great, the support is out of this world. At one point the app started crashing on me. I contacted Graham and he replied within just a few hours! Moving my backups around, I had managed to get the database corrupted. Not only he offered a solution, Graham actually fixed it for me. Keep it up, I am definitely a fan :-))))

Love it!. I've been using this app for several years now. It was great when I first bought it and just gets better. Well Worth the price. Intuitive. Has all of the features promised. Good support documentation. Responded within minutes of me reporting a problem. Even after finding the problem was with my iPad email setup, he continued to follow up.

Best finance and budget tracker I’ve found. I used to use Pocket Money and was very happy with it but then the developer unfortunately passed away. Account Tracker is the closest app I’ve found to Pocket Money in that you can forecast months ahead based on recurring payments to determine how much money you’ll have to put towards a big purchase or into savings. I found that other apps either didn’t have this feature or made it very hard to use. Account Tracker also has very informative graphs and you can set however many budgets you want. Great finance/budgeting app.

Very well done. I started with the free version and then updated to the full version without a second thought. I keep track of all my business and personal finances thru this app. It's helped me to keep track of my spending and helped me to stay on budget. Its just amazing and extremely well done. Great app, mediocre customer service. This is a very good app for tracking expenses. It can handle fairly complex recurring dates, multiple accounts, refunds, and splits. With the 4.5.2 update, notifications work for me. I have updated my review from 3 to 5 stars. Thank you to the app creator for getting to this, notwithstanding the pushback and excuses I was given.

Great personal financial app!. Not much missing from this app. I tried quite a few financial apps and none come close to this app. The more you use it, the more you realize how great it is. The developer is available and listens to feedbacks and requests. Pretty hard not to give it a 5 stars.

Everything I need. Setting synching up between two devices can be a bit fussy but once set up, it works flawlessly. I’ve been using it since 2015 and have no desire to look elsewhere. Thins has every feature I need to keep track of my budgets

Excellent app!. After trying several other budgeting apps I discovered this one. I started with the free app as a trial and it didn't take me long to purchase this full version. This app does everything it advertises and after getting used to the interface, I can input data quickly. The only improvement I can suggest would be if the developers could add the ability to change an account name after it has been created. I can't seem to find a way to edit the account name. A minor annoyance really. This app is worth every penny.

Great Personal Money App. This is a great personal money app that basically replaces your paper check book. I've tried most of the other apps and this is by far the best. Would love to see some theming, font and color options though to make it a little prettier and easier to read.

Fantastic. I've had this app for two years now and it has been such a god send! I've never had any problems with the app and it's helped my finances considerably. I find it to be organized very well, in a logical way that seems easy to understand yet financially smart. I'm very impatient though waiting for the Mac version to come out.

The best checkbook register to date. My wife and I both have this app on our phones and iPads. We synchronize through dropbox, and it just works flawlessly. I highly recommend buying the upgrades for synchronization via dropboxit is well worth every penny. You may want to buy it now before the price goes up!

Best one of many. I went through a lot of personal finance apps after the one I'm using stopped getting updated. This one is by far the best. Account Tracker. I have been using Quicken on my laptop. Now that my laptop is in for repair (nasty Rootkit), I thought I would try this app. Don't think I will go back to Quicken. Account Tracker is very easy to use and has most of the features I need. Thanks for a great, easy to use app!

Great app. I've used many checkbook applications and this is the most functional, big free version I've discovered that also offers cloud backup options, which few others do.

CSV error. CSV file preview in Google is fine except opening with Microsoft Excel all text display in one line. It suppose to break into columns but it didn't. I also have other app called Account and their csv exported correctly and opens fine in Excel so I don't understand why can't you guys can make it worked. This is very important to me.

Replaced Microsoft Money on my PC!. This is really a great app! Now only if there was an option to reconcile my credit card statements, this would be the ULTIMATE MONEY APP! This has already replaced my MS Money on my PC! Hope more advances are coming to this app!!!

Some flaws. My bad for not trying the free version first, but it had great reviews and promised import by CSV and backup to Dropbox. The import is very rigid, has to have the exact columns in the exact order- am I going to sit around massaging CSV files every month from various accounts to get them in? Nope (compare to import on moneywiz as an example). Backup to Dropbox? Extra purchase :(

Great App!!. I use this app more then any app on my phone. Always getting better. The only reason for 4 stars....they need to fix; "Deposits" (income) to default to the first transaction of the day....so a negative balance will not show on a day $$ goes out, but $$ comes in to cover expenses.

Fantastic. One of my 'must have' apps. I have tried many financial apps on my iPhone and this is by far the best. It is easy to use and if you have questions the app's developer is always available to answer. The app is also frequently improved and updated. I wish all apps were supported like this one.

Great account tracker. This is a perfect digital check book. It so easy to keep track of the income, spending and everything else you need with the convenience of seeing it in charts if you'd like. I was looking for a nice simple money manager app that would allow me to track it with ease and this is absolutely perfect for it.

It just works. This app works very well for synchronization between devices. I used another app for a while that only offered iCloud sync and it was always losing entries. Syncing with Dropbox works well. The app is laid out well and is efficient for transaction entry.

Date problem. I like this product, but if I try to enter a date, the pop up screen is missing all dates after the 22nd. Have a fix for this, or am I doing something wrong ?

Week Start Issue at Setting (from Monday to Sunday). At Setting, I want to start week on Sunday. Although I set Week Start of Setting as Sunday, it always starts Monday. Please teach me how to set week start from Sunday. Thank you.

Excellent iOS Financial Tracker. I use it on my iPhone 5 and iPad mini with Retina Display (with the optional Database Syncing) to track both everything I’ve spent and everything I plan to spend. After trying various other personal finance apps (and importing my records into this one using CSV), I’ve found Account Tracker to be the one that’s the most comprehensive and easy to use.

Perfect budget app. Looked at a bunch of different apps. I like how you can set any expense/income to recur. It's has a very simple interface. I can back up to dropbox. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Love this app!!!!!. I am thrilled with the capabilities. Reports show me where my money is going at a glance. I even track my cash spending ( so I can tell my kids how much they cost me each week). It is obvious that the developer actually uses the software as it is very intuitive once you learn the basics.

Only app to show future balance projection. I have tried many account manager apps and this is the only one which does future account balance well. This is so you not only know if your account is near overdraft now, but also at the end of the month, or the end of next month. Very powerful. Thanks Graham

Best IPHONE Budget App. best iphone app that I have found so far for budgeting & personal accounting. Wish it was allowed importing bank transaction info directly and allowing duplicating split transactions. Seems like the developer really is concerned about users input and updates program based on feedback.

Only 5 stars when avail on Androids. This is a great app. I was disappointed to learn it is not available on Androids. Please don't limit this app to Apple users only! Please make it compatible with Androids too so all people can use this regardless of their operating system. I can't imagine not being able to use Account Tracker, but am not a fan of iTunes!

Easy to use. I have used several other budgeting and expense programs and find this one to be pretty easy to use. You are able to make the categories and break expenses up to track where you spend your money. I would definitely recommend.

Program, that author made for himself. I think, Graham is the one author, who use own financial program in real life. Program made just as it should be made. A lot of private finances trackers are maden as a nice toys. This program maden as convenient tool. And many thanks to Graham for support even before I bought his program!!

Best finance (checkbook) App in iTunes. I've been searching for another checkbook/account manager app since the one I've been using for years is no longer supported. This app does everything I need it to do: keeps track of multiple accounts, syncs with my wife's phone through Dropbox, "look ahead" to see upcoming transactions with the current ones. The only criticism I could give it is that it could be just a bit more polished in its appearance, and it could allow us to customize our reports. But if you're looking for all the afore-mentioned features in one app, this one is for you.
