At Home Workout Perfection. I love at home workouts for numerous reasons but LOVE the Glisten app to easily filter workouts based on what I need that day. Super easy to use on my phone or my laptop, where-ever I am. Meghan is the first person who actually made me have FUN with exercise and see it as a celebration rather than a form of self punishment. Highly recommend you giving Glisten a try!

Love These Workouts!. I have been using these workouts for a couple years. The new app has been working great! I like being able to download the workouts to my phone. Browsing through the videos is easy and informative. And I can create a list of favorite workouts to come back to. I love getting to to move and workout with fun electronic dance music. And Meghan is doing the workouts with you the whole time! Most workouts have a pattern, but there are so many moves Meghan creates that each workout feels unique. Most workouts will work on a part of the body for two songs. If I’m getting tired, I tell myself I can keep going through the song! The workouts are challenging, but still fun at the same time.

AMAZING. I feel my greatest when I am doing a Glisten workout. Working out with Meghan does not feel like a workout. You are celebrating yourself, your body, and movement! I feel 1000 times more confident in myself after being a part of Glisten🧡

APPsolutely easy to use!!!. LOVE this app!!! CitySweat offers such fun workouts that are dance-inspired but are made for everyone to enjoy. I found this fitness program at the beginning of the pandemic when everything switched to virtual platforms. And now having the flexibility of doing virtual workouts wherever and whenever I want is a game changer! The fact that now this app allows all classes to be downloaded makes having spotty Wi-Fi no longer an issue!! Plus the way the different monthly challenges and types of classes are simply displayed and organized provides a relaxing experience any time of day you wanna get your glisten on!!! :)

Thought there was a free option. I got this app under the impression that I would be able to access a few workout routines for free without signing up for the free trial, which is what I wanted. Unfortunately the only option was to sign up for one of the subscription plans. Otherwise it seems like a cute app but I didn’t get to try any of the functions.

Complete game changer!!. Love this app and how organized/accessible the workout selection is! Perfect for users of all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. Meghan makes each workout fun and motivates me to be my best self mentally and physically!

Excellent programming!. App is so easy to use! The fitness style is so upbeat and low impact- PLUS modifications are included in each class. The program options are so versatile that you could do a different type of workout every day if you wanted! Also, the creator is very positive and encouraging! GREAT vibes.
