A descent math app for young kids. My 4-year-old loves this app. Not great for beginners, but if your kid knows simple addition and subtraction, they can use this app. It’s very engaging.

Works great!. My son is four and he loves the app and is learning very well. I thought the sound wasn’t working but if your phone is on silent, the sound on the app won’t work! I hope that helps someone😁

Great. My 4.5 year old is engaged with the content, thinks it’s fun and she’s learning math concepts along the way. It’s an amazing value and I’m excited to see how my daughter progresses.

Being Charged for the App. I do not believe I should be charged to use the app when my use of this app in beta was our primary go to for math education! My families use helped make this app what it is so that you can charge because we helped you workout all the kinks typos and glitches I would like my first year of this service to be charge free because we were not gainfully paid for our valuable services and found it insulting to be solicited randomly right when we got to a new level to be able to continue our use that was all gain for you.

Can not move next. My daughter is stick at chapter 5 of Math fundamentals. Nothing is coming for chapter 5 activity.

Math fundamentals. Stuck on lesson five it doesn’t work

No sound. Been trying for weeks and there is no sound to this app.

No sound. For some reason no sound plays when my child tries to do the lessons. So she can’t really use it at all.

Definitely a beta. Won’t ever go beyond the loading screen. It’s definitely in beta.

5 stars!!. Even in the Beta version, the Hooked on Math App has exceeded my expectations. Quick to load and sign in, user friendly for both child and parent, and my kid loves playing the games! The graphics are interesting and the games engage him so that it feels more like a game play than homework. We’re seeing tremendous improvements in his adding & subtracting skills already, even though we’ve only just downloaded a few weeks ago. Looking forward to the release of the upper levels and the hands-on materials to purchase 👏🏼🙏🏻

Great. Easy to use

Warning!. I can’t even log in to the app. The only way to contact the company is through social media or text. You can’t call. Also! There is no way to cancel subscription or remove your credit card from their website! I have tried several times “chatting” with them through the website and it’s like a bot replying (if at all) so now, not only can I use the dashboard and apps that I have paid for, but I also have no way of canceling. So I am going to be charged over $16 a month for something I can’t even access. It’s a trap! If you, the company are taking a customers money, you need to give them 100% access to YOU (phone number or at least real people replying to chats)- and WE the customer need to be able to CANCEL on our own and remove our payment method from your account. This is very suspicious if you ask me. Now, I will need to go to my bank and make sure they block all charges coming from this company! Just a fair warning! It sounds and looks great. I’m thinking the reviews are fake though! Don’t bother! So so many more learning apps and companies out there who are professional and available to the customer AND Give give you control of your account! So dissatisfied.

Needs to be fixed. My first grader started playing this game today. And is getting frustrated because she picks the right answer and it tells her she is wrong. When will you be fixing this?

Can’t family share!!. It is extremely difficult to get my 2 kids to use one device while teaching them. Basically impossible so I would have to buy the app 2 times to be able to use it for both my kids on separate tablets. You cannot family share the subscription which is a shame! We absolutely love it but won’t be buying again after our subscription is over because of this. Not sure how you’re supposed to use one device for multiple kids. Just doesn’t make any sense. Why not just put it on family share?

My 4 yr old digs it. My son is into this Math App, and he loves bouncing between the workbooks and the app lessons at his own pace. There are moments where I need to guide him as to where or how to tap, but he has figured most of this out on his own and is really enjoying it!

Can’t open. I pay for a subscription and my child currently can’t even open this app. I tried deleting and redownloading it, but now I keep getting returned to the password screen after tapping done to view billing. I should just be able to redownload from the cloud without entering passwords but it keeps going in circles!!

Unable to log in the subscription. Unable to log in the subscription page to pause or cancel it.it’s very complicated for kids to learn. They are not interested ghhjj

Does not work. App is stuck on Math Fundamentals, level 5. The level does not load.

Please help us. Hooked on Math, please help us. Stucked on the level 1 ship. Bugs all over. Tried reinstalling but didn’t work. Help!!!

Needs a lot of work. My son has only used the app twice and it keeps telling him correct answers are wrong. It’s confusing him and making him second guess himself. The games themselves are really fun but they can’t keep giving kids wrong information, It’s very counterproductive. Hopefully this changes soon.

Some glitches. We are homeschooling and my son who is in kindergarten is testing this out. He is above grade level for math so I figured this would be good for him. It is good but there are glitches. On the word problems, it will tell you that you picked the wrong answer even if you pick the correct number. He gets super annoyed because he knows it’s right. The app needs some work for sure.
