Living Bible. The App doesn’t work only comes up when I downloaded the App. After that I get a white screen very disappointing.

Please change the negative scriptures to encouraging daily scriptures. I love using you app to look up the word, however, the daily scriptures is never anything really positive and encouraging. With the issues of life I need to feel the love of God everyday!

Great app!. Great app!

Demonic ads. I had to delete. The adds on here were about fortune telling, horoscopes and etc. This is a holy book! It should not include contents such as this

Where are the books?. App looks nice but you have to tap and guess whi book you want to read or looking for. Its blank! I dont like having to guess

Terrible setting of the books of the Bible.. Terrible. A person would have to know the exact arrangements of the books of the Bible. The way it is now, you have to guess. I absolutely hate it.

False title. It says it is the living Bible but it does not read like The living Bible

Good app. This is a good app. It would be great if it had a option for it to be read to you. Sometimes I like to listen to the Bible while driving or when busy around the house. I would purchase ad free if it had that option. I do like that I can watch a video to get ad free for 3 days.

Easy to navigate & understand. This app has been wonderful is many areas, if I was looking for a quick verse, or wanted to dive into a specific chapter which was easy to find.in my Morning reading hours or waiting in line. The video are nice to share with kids who are very focused on the ‘tik toc’ version of life. I continue to find more ways to understand the great book from this app.. thank you

Living Bible. Having the Word of God available at my fingertips in the English translation I love is truly wonderful and magical!

Please fix. When I click that I’ve read a chapter in the Old Testament, it also shows I e read a chapter in the New Testament. This needs to be fixed please

Living Bible App. Very poor quality. Books of the Bible are not named or labeled. They are only numbered. Very un user friendly.

Living the Living Word. Can’t express enough how helpful this Bible is when I want a more clear understanding. Thank you!

Don’t pay for the app. I love the accessibility of having the Bible on my phone. It help when I’m church or other studies for quick reference. The thing I do not like are pop up adds. So I purchased the app for the year. You would think that I have an add free app. It’s ironic that a Bible app is disingenuous however, it is. Each book I go to an add pops up. Albeit they are shorter but they are still there. It didn’t say “shorter” adds it said “no” adds. That is not the case. It’s disappointing and nerve racking. My recommendation is to use the app but don’t buy it for “no adds”. Because that is untrue.

God’s word says. God’s word says you are not to add or take away from his word. You left out the verse in Luke chapter 17:36. And it’s possible that there are others missing in this app so For that reason I’m deleting this app and if I could take away the one star I assure you that I would… don’t mess around with the Lords word.!.

Detailed. This version of The living bible is so tailored to details. I’ll recommend it for anyone anytime any day.

New Living. It sometimes it’s the wrong “interpretation”. It’s more a commentary and then only a fair one not the best. Sorry I know some folks spent a lot of time putting it together but it is NOT a translation in my opinion!

I’ve been looking for another TLB app. This is the only TLB Bible app on the AppStore and it has 5 stars. This app needs more work to be 5 stars to me. There’s ONE main thing I don’t understand. When I want to look for a book of the Bible to goto; the page is all white including the letters. Change that…I don’t get WHY…you would make it like this; The entire page is white and all the books of the Bible are written in white too or just off of the white color of the rest of the page. Are you serious? And not every book is there although it is. You just need to do that over. Everytime I tap to scroll to another book I have to be squinting my eyes to try and even see where I’am at. Interesting we can see the words; Old Testament and New Testament in white letters inside of a black bar. But the books are listed in white inside of a very light grey color in between white columns. Who thought of this? And you can only hardly see just the books that are in the light grey; you can’t see the books that are inside of the white. You understand? Fix this. Smh. 🙂 Make ALL of the books seeable. If you don’t understand what I’am saying or asking for; please respond back to me. The app is kind of buggy aswell; it doesn’t work smoothly like a 5 star app. Maybe it got 5 stars because it’s the only TLB Bible app in the store. Peace.

Books of the Bible. For some reason I can not see the books of the Bible. All I can see are the number of chapters. I like this version, however, I would like to be able to see the names books that are within and not just the chapters. The positive thing is, this will push me to learn the books in order like I use to and won’t have to worry about which book comes before or after the other.

The Living Bible. I‘ve only had it a short time, but it’s user friendly and easy to understand.

Good news. The simplicity of the text is refreshing.

The app. This isn’t an easy app. When I open the app it’s not easy for me to surf around and find what I want. So I’m deleting it.

Names. Why numbers for books? That is not good for the new believers.

Not The Living Bible (TLB). Textually, not The Living Bible. Verse 2 Tim 4:3-4 is not correct. Verified with TLB pdf by Tyndale, and TLB on Bible Gateway.

Commercials while reading the Bible?. I can’t believe you allow commercials to pop on while reading your Bible. So disruptive while in a group setting.

Chapter reset. The only set back with the Living Bible is that when you finish reading a chapter and leave the app you immediately loose the chapter where you were reading and the page automatically goes back to Genesis. You have to search again for the book and chapter where you were reading. It wasn’t like that with this app 2 years ago.

Living Bible Translation. Easy to comprehend especially English is my second language..Thank you to the people responsible for making this apps so amazing.

What happened?. This was my go to bible and they changed it. One day it was just gone! I tried to download the same version, but it’s different. Table of contents….gone. I can’t find my old pages, very disappointing.

The Bible. Trying to read the Bible but it’s very frustrating because you can’t leave a bookmark. When I go back to read again it always starts me at the beginning. I will be deleting this app because of that feature!

If only. I like this being able to listen to it well I work but at the end of each chapter I have to hit the button to keep going that is the only downfall as far as I can see so far it’s only been a few days but that would be the downfall I would say and reason why I only gave four stars is if it could automatically play until you stop it would be even better.

Not the TLB bible. I’m comparing this to the original from Tyndale. It is not the same. Will delete this app. I wanted the real TLB Bible.

Ads. Ads just don’t belong in a Bible app, especially not pop up ads that just don’t go away. 😩

The living Bible is easier to understand. Love, or even the Bible keeps me closer to God

Computer space. I really wish I could delete old plans.

Missing verses. I’m not really sure why you have deleted verses. The Bible is the Bible and it’s not your place to edit it.

Need to fix. This is the only TLB version and I am grateful for this version and you all for making this app. It needs some fixes such as the highlighting portion of scripture causing one verse to come up unto a whole other screen. This makes it impossible to read and keep highlighted scriptures. Please fix this. It should be simple instead of the extra, make that a separate feature.

Distracting. Love being able to read the Bible on my phone. What I don’t like is all the ads that distract you from what you are reading. Probably will go back to a good old fashioned book. At least I won’t just get into what I am studying and then get side tracked by annoying ads!

Ads in Chinese; can’t close. Whenever you attempt to open any of the books of the Bible from the index, you get an ad. The ads are in Chinese; so I can’t read it and can’t figure out how to get past them. They open up if you try to manipulate it in any way and there’s no X to get out of it, making the app completely useless. Tried going to the end of the only chapter that opens up (Genesis) and taking arrows to move on, but of course that doesn’t work either.

The reader. Would enjoy it better if the reader would NOT announce each verse and just read through the chapter.

Where’s My Ad-Free?. I paid for ad-free but I still see at the bottom. Either give me the ad-free or I will submit for refund to Apple. Nobody wants to see ads while trying to read Bible verses.

Would be nice if…. One could read the names of the books in the drop down menu. They’re in white don’t even when you change the display settings. The app also doesn’t play on the background, so one has to keep tapping the screen to keep it from shutting off while it’s reading the scriptures aloud. Really wanted to like this, but sadly it’s not meeting the expectations or standards.

Searches. Does not search well. Keeps saying nothing found. Am going to delete app..

Not very satisfied. Unable to view books of the Bible in black text which is a huge turn off.

Easy read. I love the format. Each verse is easy to read and they don’t “bleed” into the previous or next verse. I wish my other Bible apps were this reader/user friendly.

Get rid of the annoying movie trailer. I really enjoy the Living Bible, however it’s annoying to always being interrupted by the movie trailer. It especially embarrassing when it happens in a Bible study group. Is there an app that doesn’t do this. I’m currently trying the NLB app, but it’s wording is not the same. Can you offer any help.

Comparison not the same. Seeking the Original hard copy 7th printing January 1977, Library of Congress Catalog Card number: 78-156898. This particular “ Living Bible “ is compact with the easiest simplest form of English words. There is no confusion whatsoever, I own/ inherited over 25 bibles and this is by far the best in regards to “ wording or paraphrasing. Only problem is, I can’t find copies of this particular “ Tyndale Living Bible “ January 1977 print. This app version does not come close.
