Isn’t working. I just pad the year subscription and it is telling me that I don’t have a network available or that I have to buy a book to read it, I need the money back or please have this fixed asap!

Save your money. Not worth the hassle. I decided to give it a go and buy the yearly subscription since it’s the cheapest option, but a week into reading it’s telling me to pay again. I already paid for the year, so why would you tell me to repurchase? Makes no sense. Stories were mediocre at best. You definitely need to fix that bug issue.

The grammar/editing is HORRIFIC. Not worth your time or money. EVERY story I tried to read (a total of 12) were not at all or very poorly edited. Some of the story concepts were good, BUT the misspelling and the constant mistakes in the stories, made it difficult to enjoy reading it. I was very disappointed and kept thinking maybe the next story will be better written, but no, none of the books I tried to read were written well. I couldn’t finish any book because of it. Waste of time and money!

Earn my stars. I’ve currently paid for the .99 week the 9.99 week and the 19.99 month but now I can’t read anything without it asking me to upgrade to unlimited which I’ve already done and I’ve been charged for. I was initially excited for an unlimited reader but I’m feeling like I’ve been taken for a ride with my money and that is really upsetting. I’ve asked for help in the feedback section but it says 1-2 days well that’s nice that I’ve paid for something but can’t use it but please take your time getting back to me.

Don’t purchase this app you’ll get ripped off. After months of waiting after numerous requests for help in using the feedback of the app, I finally got a response from Apple when I did a scathingly negative review in the App Store asking me to resubmit feedback using the Novelful app. It only took them over 5 months to respond. Only problem is that everything in my version of the app is gone now and I’m certainly not going to renew a subscription to a company that basically stole my money. Here’s my response to them … I would love to however my subscription expired and I can’t see any of the feedback I sent to Novelful before … everything is gone. I’m not going to renew as I had just renewed before I changed phones. I basically got ripped off of a $79 subscription I paid for by their lack of response or help. I wonder how many other people they’ve screwed like this? Seems that lack of response and failed subscriptions is a common problem with this app when I look at the feedback in the Apple / iTunes Store. Perhaps Apple needs to look at this app and consider discontinuing hosting their app.

App is trash. This app is so messed up paid and having issues reading now. I’m canceling my membership. Hopefully I can find the book on one of the other apps. And for the prices charges that’s also insane. I knew I should have reviews before I paid seems like almost every single person has the same issue over paying a terrible app And poor service. I won’t be giving any good reviews when I’m asked by friends that’s for sure. Worst app ever and the prices are way over priced for a 1star rating

Annoyed. I subscribed and the payment was taken so I could read free and it keeps telling me to subscribe but then won’t allow me to subscribe because I already did this is not only infuriating but just ridiculous

It’s a scam. They take your money but don’t let you read anything!!

Cancel. There is no place to cancel your subscription

App not working. Greetings, I have had this app for a couple of months. I recently change my phone and as I went back in to read, it is asking me to subscribe for a new year and I do see it is saying my subscription doesnt end until later in the year. Please help??!

Coins and such.... I thought I was paying 10 bucks for unlimited access, now I keep getting a pop up telling me my vip status has ended and I have to purchase the books????

Frustrated. I’ve had this app for a few months now and it’s been working great. However I am currently trying to finish 2 books before my subscription ends on the 26th and it’s saying that I need to buy a new one already. I even tried that but it still says i need to buy a subscription. I’m very frustrated with this also because I tried to contact somebody and the only way I found it says it takes 1 to 2 days for them to get back to me so now I would like to know how I’m going to get those days back since I paid for them.

Subscription paid but no access. I paid the 79.99 and it shows that I have a subscription until 9/11/23 but I do not have access to full books. What needs to be done. There is no website to report issues with the app

App inoperable. The app keeps closing out on my phone while I try to use it. It’s the only app doing this and I already tried restarting the phone with no success. Going to delete since it won’t even operate properly

Want to cancel. How do I cancel ? I can’t afford you !

Frustrated. The week for .99 worked great the second week for 9.99 worked great so far the 3rd week I can’t read anything it tells me to pay for subscription when I click on it guesss what it tells me I already have subscription!! Obviously I’ve been using app I’ve gotten into quite a few books that aren’t on other apps I’ve checked! I’m very disappointing I hate starting something and not finishing please fix the problem!!!

Cancel subscription. I want to cancel subscription and I cannot find where to do it. It’s extremely frustrating

If I could give 0 stars I would.. It’s not often I do a review of an app. However if you pay for unlimited reading for a period of time I expect to get unlimited reading. I cannot even reach out to a support line as you don’t have one that I can find in app. I would either like this problem to be solved I.e you fix the app or I would like my money back.

Over it. First the subscription charge is a ridiculous amount. Second I opted to give it a change and do the subscription anyway to give it a try and after HOURS of waiting to try and read the next page of a book I want to read after I paid for the subscription it is still telling that i need to purchase it. I’m over it and will not download again and will tell my friends and coworkers to use Dreame instead.

Unhappy. Downloaded app so far liking it,but didn’t realize that agreeing to pay $149.99 a year I can only use it on my phone and not my iPad? I would enjoy even more if I can use on both So very disappointed

Crock. This app is a total crock. Even though the bulk of the writing you come across is absolutely deplorable, I still thought I would give this a chance and see if any of it got better- Smh. There’s no way, even after you purchase the ‘subscription’ it won’t let you move ahead in chapters- Save your money.

Frustrating. I had this app for about a week and I paid for the yearly subscription and after about a week in a half it was trying to get me to subscribe again. When I contacted customer support I never got a reply which is kinda annoying and frustrating because I spent 90 dollars for the year

Have problems. I have is app and subscribe it read everything but it not letting after the free chapters so not to happy can you guys fix it

False advertising. I saw an add for a book on this app advertised as all chapters free. That is not true from chapter 7 and onward they wanted me to pay. The book was The Last Lycan. And by the way that was the book they were advertising.

Wrong information. I saw a book being advertised and when I went to look for the book that was named I could not locate it and when I started looking through books within the same gene the descriptions don’t match to the book I’m looking for

Disappointed. I’m extremely disappointed with this app. Every week requesting I subscribe after I have already subscribed. Reaching out to feedback is useless as it takes forever to respond and the fix is only temporary if it is fixed only to run into the issue the following week. They don’t refund your money; I paid for a subscription I can’t use. I was hopeful that after all the other negative feedback with this same issue they would get it together; apparently that isn’t the case.

Paid weekly fee & Can’t continue reading. Paid for weekly use of app, got to Chapter 78 or so of the poorly translated book I have been reading & it prompts me to pay again. I try to subscribe again & still have no luck. Plz fix this or refund my money. Thank you

Not happy. I’ve been reading the book ex husband behave yourself. I’m on chapter 41 and now all of a sudden it tells me I have to purchase the book. I already paid for a subscription. And now it’s telling me I have no network connection. I have tried on both WiFi and just data and I have deleted and reinstalled the app. I just want to read the book. Please fix this. Or I will have to cancel my subscription.

Scam!. Do not pay for the subscription! It’ll say the first week is $0.99 and the weeks after is $9.99. It charges you $9.99 at the very beginning and doesn’t even give you the books to read. It tells you to purchase the subscription again! I’m trying to get my refund and so far no luck. This is a ripoff and I never leave reviews but I’m so upset. The book I’m reading is on a different app and I can actually read it this time. Do not get this app!

Can’t cancel. .99 cents to start and $1.54 each week thereafter…sounds reasonable. Nope, charging $10.76 weekly. Can’t find a way to cancel. I’ve tried canceling through Novelful, App Store, Apple services. Today I cancelled my PayPal auto payments for Apple to stop it. I’m sure that’s going to be a big hassle. And for all this, I tried to read one book. Which once past the initial free portion, started sounding like a 14 yr boy wrote it. Sticking with Kindle Unlimited.

Wish I could give them less stars. I purchased a week figured I could read all I can then cancel it they charged me went to make sure I canceled it and nope can’t even read anything. They are quick to take your money but won’t answer numerous emails. Gonna report them to apple for fraud

Scam. Don’t ever get this app. It makes you subscribe and then when you want to cancel your subscription it won’t let you. It steals your money. Better off with the hundreds of others that won’t rob you blind

Rip off. This app is a complete rip-off they have gone ahead and charge me twice. I’ve asked for a refund and they still haven’t done it instead they went ahead and charge me two more times I do not recommend this app. All it is away to take your money and not give it back when you ask for a refund if I don’t receive a refund I’ll be taking this further.

Alright not great. Some of the novels are good but some are really poorly written & hard to understand and I think this app is way over priced for a weekly subscription it should be monthly not weekly. Very disappointed

No good. Idk but I think there’s a problem with the app, I bought the one week trial app thinking I could finish a book and still haven’t can only read the free chapters so it’s not legit, am hoping for refund too if u see this! I have nothing but bad reviews for this app!

Horrible. Said I had a 7 day trial and charged me $15.06 and then the story wasn’t even complete total rip off!!! I have another $15.25 missing after already delete the app
