Not receiving my coins after purchasing. Do it now. If you really want this app to be one of the most popular dating/social media apps in the App Store then please make it free to talk to women. Talking for 25 seconds is not enough time to have a conversation and get to know someone. Hopefully you can change that in the future.

Legal Extortion?. This app claims they punish nudity and such but they know that’s exactly what they strive on. The girls are restricted from giving personal information out because the app knows if they play on cam and sell you nudity directly then it is more profitable for the woman to get paid directly instead of by the app and the app loses business. Basically they way the girls have explained to me this works is for every $250 a guy spends on coins; the girl will receive $25 worth after working many hours to take the coins from men by the minute and the app keeps the rest as profit. It’s sickening how they take advantage of women in 3rd world countries simply because $1 is better than $0 and they have no other way to work.

If you buy coins it will automatically charge you a certain amount after about 30 seconds with someone, HOWEVER it is rigged so once you buy coins the moment you end the call it will charge you 10 coins. Which isn’t mentioned anywhere whatsoever, even if you instantly skip that person it will still take your coins. Dont buy them unless you find someone you really like. Even then just quickly give them your phone number.

Time too short/expensive. I’m just gonna be real with you: This app is just..ok. Most of the girls are clearly some sort of cam girls(take that as you want). However, the calls for a certain period of time are way too expensive. One call that wasn’t even a full 5 minutes was like 200 coins(hit it off with a normal girl and liked her). That’s unacceptable, especially since a simple chat during the call costs coins as well. Also, it doesn’t give you a timer after a while, so if you stay on too long, it will deplete coins anyway. That’s crazy! If you want to keep getting matched with girls, expect to pay. I only gave it 3 stars cause at least it matched me with woman repeatedly. If you meet someone genuine, get their info and get off the app immediately. Honestly, I can only half recommend this app until it starts getting more realistic on the coin cost per call. Absolutely no sustainability, and you’d have to be an addicted idiot to keep throwing money at it and using it.

About the site. So I’m not so happy with the site. It’s ok I have met some cool people. But I don’t think the site is fair, I think it’s to expensive. I don’t think it’s fair that the Mens charged to speak with the women and they chat for free. There are many apps like this and if you are promoting a site like this then the women should choose how much they want to charge to chat with them or do a video chat. So think about that.

Money grabbing scheme. I started feel a connection with a girl from Colombia but turns out she really had no interest in sending me a message through Whatsapp when I sent her my number. All they care about it getting paid and getting their coins. Do not get this if you don’t want to spend too much money. Only thing I’ll advice you is get the monthly subscription and take advantage of the unlimited messaging find yourself a girl not from a 3rd world country. I love the app but...... Talk time is too expensive, it would be better if there was and unlimited monthly plan you could get just like with a prepaid cell phone plan. Instead of paying 125 tokens per minute to video chat why not have a plan where you pay like 25 dollars a month for unlimited video chat and then you just top up your coin as needed to send gift to your guy or girl . It would be much easier that way . I find myself having a good time talking to a girl but get interrupted by my tokens running out and it seems like some of these girls might not have another way to get in contact with them or if they did the conversation would be difficult because of language barriers since most other apps don’t have the real time translation feature that joi has. Chat with people you will never meet….. Ok, so here it is simple. This app seems to only source the women from Colombia, Venezuela, Philippines, Ukraine, and Russia. There is no way to filter anything. It asks you who you prefer to date (males vs females), but makes you see both anyway. Don’t get this app…. Unless….. you like to pay to chat with people you will never meet, because they are from other countries across the world.

These women are getting paid to make you spend money just talking to them or showing nudity, the developers are using women especially around Columbia, Venezuela countries where money is almost impossible to make a living, these developers know, once you get your free coins and join the video chats, you’ll want to go back and that’s when your dangerous spending habit comes in, I highly recommend to STOP USING THIS APP ASAP all the women are Gorgeous for a reason, to take your money and tell you lies all the men that are reading this work hard and make money, go to the gym, fix yourself and surround yourself with like minded people, it’s never too late to make a change, I believe in you.

It’s a good concept aNd decent app.... but it needs some fine tuning. It’s not a bad app by any means it has a really good concept and u can meet some chill females on there.... but at the same time prices are high for what it offers, and you should make it so we can choose our region it’s akward trying to talk to someone and u can’t talk to then mom you have to text them because you don’t know the language. Being able to change what part of the world we go to would be nice but it’s a decent app and concept you just need to improve upon some of the user convenience parts of the app.

It’s fun until.... I just wish that I could have it to women only & it still be free to see whomever I’d like to see without having to pay ten coins for each female. Like what if I don’t like the female that I come across? I won’t be able to get those coins back. Another thing, when it’s on both, it ONLY shows males 98% of the time. Then when I do come across a female, 25 seconds isn’t long enough to see if I’d want to continue talking to her. At least give us 2 minutes, maybe a minute & thirty seconds to see if I’m interested in talking or at least give us the opinion to continue talking for as long as we want until either I or the female wants to skip one another. That would make more sense don’t you think? I see that I’ve gotten 20 free coins. Maybe have it to where we can watch ads to earn some coins. Expensive. Hello I agree with one of the comments. How are you suppose to get know someone in video chat if you guys just eat up the coins so fast. Yes you may get feee coins but if you only get 200 or 500 you can only chat for like 2 min. This is a mazing way to learn different ways to speak Spanish, as in speaking Mexican Spanish to Puerto Rican Spanish. Love The Application , maybe different ways to discover users would be a cool update!

VIP makes no sense. You spend $10 a month on VIP and get 1200 coins and 10% extra on coins but that’s only 10 minutes for a private call and 20 for a regular call and even then half the times that’s inaccurate. Also whenever I buy comics I get charged more than what the coins are worth, you should do away with coins at least for VIP make it more expensive if you have to but it’s so stupid that you pay $10 a month and barely get anything out of it

Terrible synchronization of accounts between devices. I had to change my cell phone. And for that reason I lost my previous premium account, since Joi live does not want to return my account which I already had for a long time and had positioned as premium and with thousands of followers. And they tell me that I have to pay $75 to go back to Premium. It is not possible that there is no synchronization or something like that, when for some reason you change the cellular device. I think it's terrible!!!

Fun but expensive. Short and sweet this app is expensive and not for dating or “meeting new people”. This app, along with “who, olive, cherish, etc”; claim to be “dating” apps but are nothing more than cam girl apps. Great idea but expensive. Would be nice to be able to subscribe and get unlimited call time cause the coins run out faster than water going down a drain but the app is fun and has lots of people to talk too !

This app is money hungry. Don’t get this app. You can meet like 2 girls then it makes you pay. You can’t even talk for more than like 30 seconds before you have to pay. If there were like daily gifts or something then I would give this app like a 3 or 4 but for the prices and money hungry people working on this I give it 1.

Waste of time and money. You can’t chat with people unless you buy a vip account, and when you do and try to call someone it just says they’re unavailable for call even though you’re literally texting with the person. Waste of time and money.

Joi devs read this!. A unlimited monthly subscription would make this the best app in the world trust me. Just do it. It’s way to expensive. 150$ just to simply get to know someone. Fix the app please .

Scam. Every time I get a new phone my account is lost and there’s no log in button…just takes u straight to the app making u a automatic guest user..I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone anymore..you’ll lose all your coins and money if you happen to lose or destroy your phone.

Matchmaking does not work. Every single time I try to match make it tells me something went wrong and to try again. But it never works it tells me this over and over again I’ve already deleted and reinstalled the app several times. I think I’m being targeted.

Calls are too short. I really enjoy the app but ever since I deleted the app and downloaded it after a few month my calls only last for 15 seconds n get disconnected.

Don’t waste your money. Don’t waste your time or money. The unlimited messaging is a waste of time because the people on here are only interested in you spending coins. If the video were unlimited I’d give five stars. Even with a vip plan you’ll run out of tokens in a day or two and have to buy more tokens before they reset in a month.

Used to like it.. Ever since new update. The girls on here don’t do anything. They just sit there and when your first minute goes through they end the call. And now you can’t even call people unless they add you back and half the time they don’t. Been using Joi for a couple years across a couple devices and I gotta say. For the first time I’m deleting it.

Use to be good. The app use to be good not it’s only bots that run your time up and take your coins. If you chose to talk to both genders for free you’re basically talking to men for free no women. It seems like the creators of the app changed things up and added bots or people who work for the app to take your money. Not worth it anymore don’t waste your time.

They push you to buy credit with them to try call but the app fake pictures to push you call the app itslef is scmmer not the user , scamm dont waist your money stay ayaw most profile they oopen the cam for sex cam and they know that and they let it app is big scammer after you put ur money most profile show available but whem you call is never available shoud be removed from app store

Don’t even bother.. I tried the VIP package and my coins got drained more than what I was told. The package came with 1200 coins and each call was 130 each instead of 10. Plus the app doesn’t have enough features or settings to justify the amount of people who are ACTUALLY on here. You might have a better shot on Tinder than this. Do not even bother downloading this app or supporting it.

It’s alright a lot has changed I never had to be following someone to connect to a video call i wouldn’t have downloaded the app to my new phone if I knew that and the calls randomly drop every time and now I see a lot of guys and never use too probably going to delete

Webcam App. This app is nothing short of a webcam. Beautiful women who don’t speak English. You have to pay to text them. Location is chosen for you not a good thing, there’s no local women in your city on this app. I’m deleting this app after my poor rating on this app.
