Whelp. I did 3 stars because this app has a lot of options and it seems cool buttt you can’t connect to ANYTHING I’m trying to connect to my LED but it ain’t working. So I’ll just use IllumiHome which actually works

Twinkle mode?. Would give 5 stars but no matter how many times i click twinkle nothing happens ? Is there a fix for this? Please respond

Its not the best. Why i gave it 3 stars is because for some reason im tryina connect my led lights to the app and its not working and i got my led lights from the bran “better homes and gardens“ and its just not working for me and i dont know if my led lights are bluetooth

Plain. Has a bunch of options that I can’t access has no helpful information

Fix 7 color fade (music). As this new fix bug update came around everything seems to be working fine besides the music category. The problem is that if you pick and option like 7 color fade (the fist option) it plays the RGB fade(second option). Playing to option that’s next. Please fix this bug.

Disappointed. I didn’t even get to use this phone because I can’t even connect to the Bluetooth Can somebody help?

I did a five star cause i want people to see this. I don't understand what to connect it to idk what the led lights are called on bluetooth (Daybetter brand.) someone plzzzz help also this app doesn't explain what u have to pair the bluetooth too and neither did the box that my LED lights came in. It could really improve but maybe if i can figure it out ill change this if i even can figure it out. If I'm not the only one do a five star and tell me if it let u connect or not ( five star so it shows up.)

Bluetooth Has Issues. The app needs to be updated. Bluetooth doesn’t want to connect to the optic lights for me to use other features

So how does it work exactly?. Ok... so I downloaded it and turned Bluetooth on but when I click on a color it doesn’t pop up on my screen?!?!?!

App Issues. I can’t figure out how to get the twinkle or meteor functions to work, when I go to each tab nothing happens. It will just switch the color to a solid color and sit there. Other than two functions not working I haven’t had other issues with it.

awesome.. Most people complaining with this app either just don’t have compatible LEDs or don’t know how to use a simple Bluetooth function. The app is amazing. The microphone function works better than the original app that I was supposed to download with my product. Thank you!

Bluetooth. Bluetooth won’t connect to iPhone ! Connected once when installed never again

Doesn’t connect. I already deleted the app a couple times to see if it connects to my lights but they don’t even show up but I can turn them on with the remote but the app has more options fix it!!!!!

Junk. Like many others the lights just won’t connect to anything, app, Bluetooth, nothing. Waste of time.

What kind does it connect to?. Idk what kind of make the light should connect to but I'm pretty sure it's not my kind cause idk what it's called but nothing is coming up and it doesn't seem to be connecting

Useless app. The application has a poor settings menu. There’s dead end settings options that appear unfinished or not working. I can’t even connect lights to it , there’s no directions and the section where it appears you would add lights doesn’t work. I’m not sure that this app has any Dev team. It’s junk.

Twinkle effect no longer working because of this app. I bought two sets of these lights and have loved them. But once I used this app and connected to the lights, the twinkle effect no longer works — not even with my remote. Would love to figure out how to fix this.

Star Light Headliner Perfect. 900 Fiber Optic Lights installed in a CLS 550 Mercedes Benz headliner everything works perfectly except the lights working to the sound of music 5 Stars easy!!!

This app is actual trash. This is like actually the worst app ever I tried connecting to a device and nothing came up and I went to instructions and it just says instructions1 and I went to common problems and it said how to solve and I clicked on it and nothing happened

EVERYTHING BUT TWINKLE MODE. I got a 550 count fiber optic placed in my car and it works amazing but the best mode doesn’t work and it’s a high kill . Fix this pls someone, anybody at this point!

Love it but. Love it but I really would like to know how to use the twinkle node and meteor mode

Doesn’t change the color. The lights connect but then when I go to change the color the lights stay on the same color so I just have to use the remote that doesn’t work past 10 feet and only has 12 colors.

Ehh. It’s a nice app but doesn’t work on any kind of leds we have we have minger, govee and more and they just don’t work

Led light. Works excellent had to turn my phone off then back on to get it to connect but works fine after

5 stars only so it's at the top but would've given it 2. i'm just confused on how to actually connect your LEDs

L1 and L2 doesn’t work on the app. The app has another bug that has to do with the L1 and L2 buttons. It doesn’t let me set change the colors, it just changes all of them at once. I can’t set them to be different colors as it says in the app.

App interfering with radio?. When i turn it on on the app my radio starts to go static

Tried to reset my Apple password?!?. App functions fine but right after installation I received a notification from Apple that someone was trying to reset my Apple ID password. Saw there was at least one other similar review on here. Suspicious and reported to Apple as such.

PLEASE ADD. It’d be nice to add an option to create your own color mode like if you wanted to have white yellow and purple you could customize what colors you want to have turn on after each other

Terrible!. No directions at all! Click the help section and there is literally a black page with nothing except your problem in white at the top of it, mocking you. Ridiculous waste of time.

Don’t Recommend!. The app was very confusing. I did not understand how to connect my lights to the app through Bluetooth, or how to add a device. The MySmart led app looks so cool and the functions itself look amazing! I just wish the instructions were a bit more clear!

Suspicious. App works ok as it should for me but my concern is getting a notification on my phone saying that my apple ID is trying to sign in from somewhere in Asia and far as i know this is the only foreign app on my phone,I’ve had the device that goes with the app only 3 days and all of a sudden i get this—-use this app at your own risk

do not get this app👎👎👎👎👎. I got this app thinking it would work but no it wont even SHOW my leds so I can not connect them. There is no reason anyone should get this terrible non functional app.

Confused. When I got this app I was reallly excited but when I opened it nothing happened. I tried connecting my leds to it but it was like the app thought it was already connected. I searched the app but couldn’t find anything that could reconnect them. The lights wouldn’t change colors and the app was really weird about the settings. Wouldn’t recommend.

DOSENT EVEN WORK 😡. So I downloaded this app thinking I could control my led lights but it DIDNT EVEN WORK I read the instructions multiple times but it still doesn’t work and how does it work anyway....So I turned my Bluetooth on but nothing happens and nothing popped up I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT GET THIS APP

Missing colors. Work fine in the beginning, however the red stop working the purple and yellow does not work. And this was after the last version updates. Please fix this soon.....

BRuH. Oncw i got this app i was Super exited i got the app accepted and read everything that popped up in my screen when i joined the app then i tried it didn't even work tyen I realised i should connect Bluetooth to it well i did and it said launch unsuccessful make sure Accessory is turned on and in range So i would give this a 0/10 do NOT recommend and go use another app then this also i saw another client saying that when she got the app she would get things and say to connect her with Asia? And she said it was very sus and again i do NOT recommend bye

It does work it took me a sec. I couldn’t figure out how I connected the physical remote but after I plugged it back in a second time and pressed a color it worked right away, the app was a different story you need to go to the app itself in the setting and allow the app to even use Bluetooth in the first place(like allowing notifications or tracking) after that I opened that app and it connected by itself right away, lol good luck

.. I need a contact to call because I found a bug in the app that deals with the shooting star effect not working from the app but everything else works flawlessly and the kits that come with the remote working but not the app. If someone can help please answer.

Awesome would recommend the system. Love all the features Some recommendations - add custom programs like you can make your own patterns like purple white fade or something like other led apps. - I have the maximum amount of fiber how come no twinkle Please add custom patterns

whAt. This is a horrible app I got it connected to Bluetooth and then it said was connected bUt when I went on I thought this is so easy almost too easy I went into my room tried it out and nOtHiNg HAPPEND!

Can you please add. App works really well and connects fast But can you please add a white fade or a white breath. More single colour fades or breaths please.
