Picture Fish - Fish Identifier Comments & Reviews 2026
Does not always work. It doesn’t always work but it can be funny. Sometimes I take pictures of my living room😂😂😂😂😂😂.
Great for identifying fish in my area. I tested a bunch of local fish photos to see how it worked. It’s easy to use and accurate. I’m delighted I’ll be able to identify the fish I catch now because I’m horrible about knowing what I caught (northern pike vs small sturgeon or walleye vs bass) and want to make sure I’m following DNR regulations. The app developer is also prompt to respond to issues and correcting them. Thank you! Old review: I installed the app, and it’ll flash but not open. After several attempts, I uninstalled and reinstalled. It still won’t open.
Solid app for beginning anglers looking to ID. I use this app to identify fish species as a newer angler. I wish it had a few more features, and allowed for a view of the full size uploaded picture. The app has definitely served its purpose for me though.
Makes me a genius.. Someone always thinks I know EVERYTHING. Now I can cheat and with this app come up with answers. I really enjoy learning and sharing that info with others. Thanks so much for helping me. I just came upon a sea louse in a bag of dead shrimp. Really prehistoric looking creature. Almost threw up. You identified it for me. Made it worthwhile to make its acquaintance. Well, almost….
Love it. Love it i fish and I find all different kinds of fish all I have to do snap a pic and it tells me what kind it is and it Even saves it to my library. Really easy to use and free.
Got charged for a year. AND completely off on identifying my tropical fish. I don’t know why I got charged for a year. I don’t believe I would’ve authorized that before I actually tested out the app. The beyond that it doesn’t work. I have a couple of very distinctive tropical fish. Red-tailed shark first identified as an angelfish and then identified as a beta fish. It didn’t get any of my 8 fish correct. All my pictures had just the fish in question. No other fish in the picture to confuse the app.
Best fish identifier out there. This identifier has never failed to identified Fish perfectly for me. I have tried using other apps. This is far superior. I really captain for five years and come across many different species of fish. Great app
Useful app but…. I tested this app on a fish I already knew and already did research on and this app didn’t give me the result I expected. It gave me 3 different pictures, which for a fact didn’t even come close to what my fish looked like, and it gave me a very specific name for the picture of my fish but when I searched that fish name up on Safari, the result was completely different than my fish so it was really weird. Although, I did try again with 2 other fish and got the correct results once I did research again. This app is very useful but due to the fact that I got different results from the app than my research, I must remain concerned about whether or not I’ll get the correct information for my fish through the app. Thank you!
D. I tried picturing some sea creatures and it says that there were different ones. Add more crustaceans, mollusks, deep sea creatures, and sharks will you!
Why isn’t this free?. If this is community driven, why isn’t it free? I have a question about one fish and rarely need to ask so this seemed like a great tool but I’m not paying more than I did for the fish to find out a more detailed description given to me by the community of aquarists. The automatic description finder kept telling me my African cichlid was a goldfish too. Guess I’ll head to (Free) Facebook for a more sensible community driven answer. Thanks anyway
Seriously?. You need to add pleco identification because i put my pleco’s picture in, and it came up as an entire different species of fish. Also, it keeps saying that my tetra is a guppy! I followed the instructions and it still came up wrong, I do not recommend this app for the people who truly want to know their fish species.
So far so good. I just downloaded this to see if it worked & for reference. It’s been 100% correct & I’ve had the app for 6 months or so. I don’t pay for it, just use the free version.
Wont get right fish. I know the breed of my fish I just wanted to know if this app told me his specific breed he is a redeye tetra, the first pic I did it said he was an puffer fish and the second was an goldfish clearly it could see my fish then I accidentally took a pic of my foot , it said my foot was an Siamese fighting fish or for what we usually call them, bettas . Please fix this app I have tried other items and my other fish but the answer was totally wrong
So incredibly helpful for this scuba diver!. Yesterday, we were diving in surge and just shooting pics as we drifted by creatures in the underwater world! We saw a nudibranch new to us and you identified it! In another pic, it identified something I did not see but clearly see now! So far, just fabulous!
Trash. The software is not developed and matured enough to correctly identify a fish. I have snapped 30+ pictures of my cichlids and not a single one was identified as any breed of cichlid, instead they are poison dart frogs, blue tangs, corydoras, siamese fighting fish, and many other species that look nothing like a cichlid. For 30$ a year, this app is an absolute waste of money 👎🏼
Great APP but…. Please add Jaguar Cichlid to the list of options. One picture of a jaguar Cichlid I caught was identified by the app as a goliath grouper ha ha and another one as a black crappie. otherwise it’s great when you catch that one strange fish.
Good app. It does exactly what it’s supposed to. I also like to facts included with the fish. You learn quite a bit, which for me was kind of the point.
Great app!. I know my fish well and I caught a fish and had no clue what it was, downloaded the app and it told me in a few seconds. It was a freshwater drum/ gray bass. Strongly recommend!
Results in under 60 seconds total.. I’ve been trying to identify some fish we got at Petsmart. I suspected that they were labeled incorrectly, searched online for” how do I identify my aquarium fish with a picture” I had the answer less than 60 seconds later, including searching for this app, installing it and taking the picture of the fish. That’s 100% as advertised. Kudos!
We will see. I am getting this app today because i just started working at a pet store two days ago with the fish. I dont know a lot of fish so Im truly hoping this works well.
Amazing. This has made fishing even more fun and it’s unreal how quick and accurate it is. I’m so glad I got this app totally worth it!
Missourian fishing in the Gulf of Mexico. First of all…great app. Easy to use. Quickly identified the fish we caught ranging from small sharks, pampano, mackerel, lady fish, etc., etc. (Pampano are delicious!) Thank you for one free week too! Perfect for vacation. If I surf fish again (loved it) I will defo subscribe to the app. Great info on the fish below the identification info. Take multiple pics if working with photos.
Amazing. This is amazing it works like a charm it’s pretty quick and you can go into pictures and find the fish it’s the ideal app
Not too great.. Out of all of the fish I’ve tried to identify. Whether it be my own pets. Catches. Online photos. Or even the picture on my fish food container. Only one single identification out of all of the ones I have ever done has been correct. I believe it could work. But when I take a picture of a banded killifish I caught. To see how well the app works. And it gives my first possible identification as a whale shark? I lose all hope of the app working. As said, have tried using the app on numerous occasions. And it doesn’t work.
Feeling trapped in $20 subscription :|. I signed up for a free trial of the premium service when I downloaded the app (because it wasn’t clear how not to - I didn’t really want to). When I first used the app, it did not accurately identify a fish for me, so I decided the first day to cancel the trial. I have been trying to cancel the trial and subsequent subscription since then, but I have received no response to 2 messages to their VIP support center, and the email address listed in the app store for support is not working (I get bouncebacks). It is unacceptable that they don’t have a way to cancel the subscription in the app, AND that they won’t reply to my messages. I think this is probably a combo of poor service and design... but it feels a lot like a trap, or scam. Not happy. Will be reporting them to my credit card company.
Useful. This app is t perfect but it is great for getting several ideas of what something might be! Love it.
Love it!. I have been exploring the creek near us. Found a lure that works and caught several of the local inhabitants. Small Mouth, creek Chubb, Rock Bass. App is easy, fast and accurate! Even keeps a running library, with date stamp, of what I’ve caught! Since I am a total newbe, without it I would be left looking up pictures
Good app. This app is amazing! It works really well. So Knowing it’s an amphibian, I decided to take a picture of an axolotl, and unsurprisingly, it showed me fish that look like one. All I’m saying is you should add animals that only live in water too, just saying.
Inaccurate results. Half of the time, the answers are pretty accurate! The other half, they’re way off, even if I have a good picture. Could definitely use improvement. Also when you try a picture without a fish it says “no bugs found” instead of “no fish found”.
Doesn’t work for aquarium fish. I am not sure if this app’s focus is more on the fishing hobby or the aquarium hobby. I have taken several pictures of my aquarium fish, mostly cichlids and this app has not correctly identified any of them. I love the plant identification app as that one works well but this fish one has a long way to go before it is useful.
App Takes Control of your picture. So the app actually works to identify fish. The problem is that in order to share the picture, the other party has to download the app. If you take the picture of a fish in the app that is where it will stay. There should be a download option other than Dropbox. Why can’t you just download to your phone. For that reason 1 star.
I took a picture of my wall and it said it was a frog. This game is pretty cool so I can tell that the fish is right but half of the time it’s wrong I took a picture of my wall and it said it was a tree frog I took a picture of one of my Legos it said it was a A lionfish!!!😤🐟🦈🐠🐡🐋🐳🐬
App review. Good app however the fish I catch when going fishing such as shark when I caught a bull shark and put it it said hole other fish so the app needs to fix identification because most of the time it says wrong fish .
Terrible. I downloaded this app to try and identify one of my fish (obviously) and I took pictures if the fish multiple times, and it never came up with the right answer. I tried taking a picture of a really easy fish to identify, and This app got it wrong. I can’t believe it.
Amazing. Works like a charm unless your picture has absolutely horrible quality.
Pretty good. I went on a fishing trip this summer and wanted to know what type of fish I was catching in the rivers and lakes around. I uploaded a few pictures and most of them checked out to be what I caught. However, there are about 3 fish that I have perfect pictures of and the app says they are freshwater drums or white suckers. I know these fish aren’t white suckers because of the mouth, and aren’t drums because of the smaller size and shape. It did identify northern pike, rainbow trout, and black crappie successfully though. Please fix this problem:). Thanks!
Good stuff!. This is so awesome for tracking species. It’s also help me to identify species I’ve really been trying to figure out for a while. I’ve never wrote a review on anything before until this. Haha
Awesome. Very simple to use, and fairly accurate. Only had one time it miss identified, but it was an issue of lightning.
Very good app. I found this app when i was searching for a fish identifier to help me recognize the fish in my tank, and this app has really helped me a lot. It is right most of the time, but you need to pay attention to the photos you take
Confusing to cancel. Downloaded the app and used it for 1-2 days during the free trial which makes you sign up for an annual subscription after 2 weeks. I canceled my subscription within 4 days of downloading and they sent an email that was unclear. I assumed I was confirmed because I got the email but now I am a member for the next 12 months. Make sure you cancel the subscription through Apple.
Good. It is very good and very accurate every thing worked and even though it’s supposed to identify fish I used it around the house and on people and the results were pretty funny but over all it is a good app
Great app but one recccomendation. I love the app. Use it every time I catch a fish I do not know. I just thought you guys should add a section to find local bait and tackle shops. I would really like to see that. Is sometimes wrong but it can give me a good idea about what it could be.
I was forced to write this title. It’s a great app I really like it but it will mess up on some pictures so if you can get many different angles of the fish.
Good app. It’s a great app I have never felt it to be wrong the price is definitely worth it.
Wrong pretty much all the time…. I took some pretty decent photos of my community aquarium fish, and I kept getting different and very wrong results. It said that my guppy was a goldfish, my red tetra was an angelfish, etc… From my experience, this app is completely unreliable when it comes to accurately identifying fish species, which is it’s stated purpose— and I’m only using the free version. 🤨
Knowldge. Recently I started to catch up with my spearfishing sport. I had not done it since I was a teen and now I am 54. Did not know fish and this application helped me a lot to recognize the types of fish and know if the are edible of not, etc,…. Thank you for the app!! It is amazing!!!
Does what it’s supposed to. Tells you what fish is in a picture, does what it says, great format, no complaints.
Excellent app. Perfect for anglers, biology students and learners of all ages. This has greatly helped my son and I enjoy fishing and learning about pond life. Thanks very much for making this app.
Don’t listen. Don’t listen to any of the people that are saying this app works. It does not get anything right although I will admit It has once or twice but that’s it. It identified a peacock cichlid as an Oscar. It identified my Red Devil as a gold fish. It also Identified my Oscar as some saltwater fish that didn’t even look close to an Oscar.
Love this app!. This app is one of my favorites! I am obsessed with fish, so I love learning about each fish I catch. There is also a bunch of other apps like this such as picture this, picture bird and other ones like that that are also amazing.
Did you know that you can earn 25 USD from our site just by registering? Get $25 for free by joining Payoneer!
Re membership. Don’t get this app, they take your money even after you have shut down membership before the 7 day free trial plus it’s not accurate on fish species
Great app.. I’m a scuba diver and photographer not a marine biologist so this is great to help me identify my photos
Very good app and very help full. I love this app it as help me understand what tipes of fish species and just very helpful I fully recommend getting this app it is very helpful if you do fishing the only thing about this is if it shows how big fish have to be to keep I would love and it would help all fishing angles
Does the job very reliable. Quick to identify a fish, never saw it make a mistake.
Doesn’t work. Tried to identify a pearl perch and it told me it was a canetoad
Aaron James. This is the worst app I’ve ever had it’s totally useless and couldn’t identify a turtle
Conflicting views on the type after purchasing from a reputable company. Not correct in identification
Amazing. 👍🏻
Trash app. 3 x fish I tried to identify were wrong then took a pic of my foot and it’s an American eel apparently trash app they just want ur money 30 bucks a month please umpire
Fish. I did check 2 fish types to try app. Both were wrong. Wouldn’t recommend this app
Great resource. Easy to use and reliable information- highly recommend
🤦. I could not identify any of the fish in my tank with this app, wildly inaccurate
Useless. Tried to id my African cichlids, not one Id even close.
Editing power. Would be good if I could edit the fish name where I know you have it wrong but I need for future reference.
100% wrong ID on my fish. Totally wrong with every fish I took a photo of, if I didn’t know what fish I actually have in my tank I would have been told the wrong names by this app
Tropical fish. 3out of 4 incorrect
Not accurate. The app cannot identify fish at all, I’ve tested it with fish I know what they are and it tells me a completely different species, don’t waste your time
Good. There was a few misidentifications but overall it is a good app. Btw all ways double check
Be careful, your money gone without remind you.. Would you charge me next year? How can I stop pay for next year?
Worst fish iD app ever. This app is completely useless, I have taken many photos of fish and tried to use this app and it never works. It also does not have any regulation information and images are terrible Not worth pay 1 cent for Don’t waste your money
Poor. Wasn’t getting good results so I tried uploading images from google images that define the species. App comes up with three wildly different results. Maybe the AI needs time to build its profiles but to be charging $40 a year at this stage is pretty much robbery.
Terrible. It doesn’t recognise nothing. Took 3 pictures of the Same fish and it gave us 3 different options.
Terrible App. It doesn’t work.. We tried this app on a fish we caught recently and it didn’t work. Terrible. So expensive. Now that I have tried to cancel it, I have missed the expiry date by 2 days as I have been out of a wifi area and they have charged me over $30 for an app that doesn’t work. Buyer beware!!!
Wrongly identified fish. I am in the seven day trial before purchase and the app could not even identify mulloway which is a very common species. Please cancel my subscription if I am to be charged at the end of the trial period. Not happy!
Terrible. This app is terrible it tells me my fish are something that is completely different from what it looks like
Doesn’t know the fish. All the fish I have put in here this app has got wrong
Does not work. I took a photo of my hand and it said my was a Sandfish then I took a photo of my hand again then it was a gold fish
Terrible app. Read reviews after agreeing to free trial, tried to cancel but after only 24hrs was charged so I cancelled subscription but shows paid until 12month from now, ripped off. Took picture of foot as mentioned by other unhappy customer and mine is a southern stingray.
Rubbish. Doesn’t recognise fish Waste of money
Doesn’t really work. I thought it would be a great thing, and handy to have, but downloaded the app and took a couple of pictures but both were identified wrongly, I took pictures of mbuna, one came back as a groper and the other came back as a Oscar, its a great idea but definitely needs a bit more fine tuning, also I have found it very hard to unsubscribe which worries me
Doesn’t work, auto charge of$30 too. Should have read the reviews first, tried it for fun. Took 3 pictures none of them were right or even close. Even if the app worked $30 a month is extremely excessive for what’s offered.
Very bad. Tried to identify a whiting that my brother in law caught and it identified it as a jelly fish. So he panicked and cut his line and lost his favourite lure. When he showed me photos back at home base he was uncontrollably livid to find that his “jellyfish” was actually a perfectly legal sized Whiting!!! Shame on yourselves for siting on a throne lies
Pretty poor I’d skills. It seems to think everything is a Mexican fighting fish. I took a pretty clear photo of a sword tail and it said “Mexican fighting fish”. I showed it another photo and it said “green tree frog”. It correctly identified guppy. It’s a good idea - it just seems to not quite work yet.

Didn’t know any of my fish. Horrible
Doesn’t work!. This app wasn’t correct one single time, I tried about 30 times 😂
Brutal.. I have uploaded every freshwater fish I own and each one comes back as a saltwater fish of different species.
trash. my convict cichlids are salamanders😂😂😂 my jack dempsy is a betta😂😂😂 trash app
All wrong identifications!!!!. Every photo was of the same fish and not one was a correct identification. Waste of TIME and will not be paying for this!
Meduses. Il ne reconnait pas les méduses
Very good. Me and my friends spent the whole weekend trying to identify the fish I caught, all of our guesses were wrong but the app identified it right away. Not sure why all the other reviews say otherwise but I’m so excited to use it for future fishing trips.
This app is garbage. First fish i tried was a Manuel's Piranha and it suggested some salt water fish. Useless...
5 pics all wrong. We tried this app. Took 5 pictures and everyone of them said something different.
Not A SINGLE correct identification. I have lake Malawi African cichlids. The app identified the same fish as about eight different things ranging from trout to barbs.
Junk. Not one fish was correctly identified. Says my Dalmatian Molly is a Japanese Fighting Fish. Says neon tetra is a guppies. Waste of time and tries to waste your money. Use google
Great app. It worked for most of my fish but some fresh water fish didn’t work I’d recommend this app for new fishers
Not worth money yet. This app got every single fish wrong, including very common freshwater fish. If you want to improve this app, allow people to download it for free for one year, and ask them to add fish to the catalogue. No one should pay $25.99 for an app that calls a pea puffer a guppy, and a rainbowfish a CLAM.
Comment. I like it a lot very resourceful Helped out on a couple fish I wasn’t t sure but I’m pretty I caught a couple of cut bows Hybrids
Complete and udder failure of. Would rate lower if I could, apparently my Bruno Aries tetra’s are a guppy and a common Rudd.
Horrible.. If I could give no stars I would. At first when taking a picture of my flowerhorn (trying to figure out specifically what kind she is) it tells me she is a goldfish. No. Then having some fun decided to take a picture of myself and apparently I am a Striped Bass fish 👍 then taking a photo of my wife to find out that all this time she was really a green spotted puffer fish 👌🏻 Please figure out your fish. (P.s thank you for helping us find ourselves though)
Bad app. All fish were wrong
Fish identifier. It’s great I enjoy it so much and it’s always right!!
App is incorrect an bad at identifying.. Tried it out on a few known easy to identify tropical freshwater fish from plecos, tetras , barbs and chiclids too local trout , bass , crabs etc not one identification was correct from app in fact when i did a common cactus pleco it gave me a picture of a synodontis eruptus aka featherfin squeaker with the name Amazon sailfin catfish, armoured catfish. Its a laughing stock off a app where it couldn't identify the difference between a brown trout and a juvenile brook or rainbow. It couldn't figure out different colour patterns of orange Bloch chiclids or polar ice parrots etc. at that point just use google and type the characteristics. 1/5 would not recommend the only decent part is the UI is simplistic but do not waste time on this app.
Doesn’t work. It thought a black skirt tetra was a California red-legged frog. Also it thought my Chinese algae eater was a black nose dace
Very unhappy. It took $44 out of my account without giving me the 7 day free trial. & it gave me the wrong fish. I knew what the fish was called from after calling where I bought it from. And this app gave me the wrong name, and would give me different names of fish for the same one I was taking pictures of. I would like to receive my money back in my account. As I was not satisfied nor got the 7 day free trial. Very upset.
App won’t load. I’ve bought their picture this pack and it’s supposed to include this. But I get a failed message with no I’d when I try to run it. This even happens if I try their trial subscription.
Not accurate. What I though was a cichlid all along is apparently a beta fish.. who knew.
off base. trying to identify a catfish i have and the app doesn’t even come close, no it has no legs this is not a salamander
Rough. The app did not identify any fish
Requires expensive subscription. I will not pay $40/year to identify fish…
Uhhh. Alright first let’s talk about the bug one: do we really have to pay after 7 days? Anyway, this one, it’s not as good. I had a few errors, like this fish I think is a pinnatus, a black flat fish (not an actual flatfish), with an orange outline. It keeps indemnifying it as a pinnate spade fish, which looks nothing like it. The others are good, just not this one. And, you can indentify a SNAIL… but not a crocodile? But snails aren’t- wait but thanks for the Axolotl information
Terrible. HANDS DOWN ABSOLUTELY AWFUL APP DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!!! Took a pic of my pearl gourami thought it was a wrasse then i took a pic of my german ram and it thought it was an oscar...Wow 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Totally not worth your money. This app is the worst never works and identity's a simple molly as some shark out in the middle of the ocean even when the pictures are clear as day bottom line is do not get this app but luck on safari
Great identification app. Always our go to for new species unlocked…
Fish identity. Very easy and reliable app to use
Don’t download this. Horrible app, made it scam a deep sea giant squid, recognized it as a dolphin, I tried about 10 others results, only 1 got it correct, don’t download this, if you want to identify an animal or plant, download google images.
Wrong fish. I recently bought some fish and I decided to check what kind they were so I downloaded this app but it gave me completely wrong information! I had a tropical fish and it had showed me a goldfish and a shark! Don’t get this app because it’s completely false!!
Fish identification is not accurate. Do not depend on this for accuracy because a white fish was identified as a trout and many are not coming up true very frustrating not to trust a website claiming jr ID a fish
It does not identify fish properly. I would give it zero stars I took pictures of two different types of fish a d it was wrong for both
Good. I think it’s going to be a good time for me to come back from fishing
Data base stinks. I’ve submitted 4 different photos of 4 different fish and not one identification from this app was correct. An “Atlantic striped dolphin” was a cobia and then submitted again and it was a blue fin tuna.... nope. They truly need to update their database and identification points.
Helpful. Seems to get the picture
Disappointed. Other than angel fish this app hasn’t identified any other fish correctly. Everything is a guppy or a platty. Not worth the money.
Don’t bother downloading it. It requires an outrageous subscription and you can’t use it without setting it up. I’ve seen enough apps with this sort of paywall to know you’ll never be able to cancel it.
Works. Don’t know how but gets it right every time
Need Help. It won’t let me use it for free and don’t wanna get subscription
kinda good but not. I took a picture of my first fish it was good at first but then it started guessing them wrong I took a picture of a shark and it said it a puffer please if you could fix that
Inaccurate. I took a few pictures of my aquarium fish for accuracy testing and every one of them was not just wrong, but completely wrong. It said a neon tetra looked like an axolotl!
Don’t waste your time. Out of all the pictures of the fish in my aquariums it was unable to correctly identify any of the correct species. It was not even close.
Free version works for North American warm-water fish I’d. Other fish ID apps for iOS (free versions) failed numerous indemnifications via clear images (of North American Sunfish) Nice design and functions for an unpaid version. Still testing especially to ascertain advertising quantity and quality Pleased so far…..
Excellent App. I recently used the app in French Polynesia and the app worked perfectly in identifying the fish I caught reef fishing.
I had high hopes for this app. It misidentified four different common fish in my tank and I finally had to go to Petco to get my fish identified with the same photos. I would never recommend this app
Identifying fish inaccurately. Scanning a guppy and saying it is a goldfish is not what I am looking for and trying to identify a sex and forget it. Not happy so far
Disappointing. Not once did the app get any of my fish correct, they’re pretty common such as Peacock Cichlids, Keyhole Cichlids and Gourami's. Pretty simple to identify, kept giving me answers that weren’t even close to what they are.
This app is horrible. I take pictures of fish of coral in my tank and it gives me pictures of things that I don’t even remotely have. Please refund my money!
Great app on point. Recognizes every fish I catch fast
What fun!. So far seems to be correct around 85-90% of the time.
Mystery fish. My cut throat was very hard to distinguish by the photo, but this app got it right!
Terrible app. I knew all the species in my fish tank but wanted to test the accuracy of this app. It didn’t identify one single fish correctly. I took multiple shots, angles, zoomed in, zoomed out. All incorrect. Don’t bother with this app.
Disappointment. I was stoked about this app but then tried it on all my fish and all of them were wrong.. Sad .. Hope they get that fixed cuz i would love this app
Wrong Fish id. Try to couple fish, even some from clear pictures that identified fish on the Internet. App keeps identifying different types of fish. Not worth the $20 a year in my opinion to pay for an app that cannot identify even common fish.
Forced to subscribe, very generic guesses. Got some kind of guppy (owner had a name for it) for my tank and couldn’t remember the name. Downloaded this, was forced to sub and got the most generic this could be a guppy, killifish, etc response. Not worth the time to install and setup
Not accurate. It seems to identify fish sometimes, but other times it’s not even close to accurate. Save your $ and pass on this app.
Works amazing. Couldn’t be happier
One star bad fish telling. I was trying to figure out if I had the right species of fish when I got this but It showed something completely different
Fish finder. Awesome app for if you forget what fish are what and what family loving it.
Think is a great idea. I give this a 3 star based on the idea of this app but this app needs a lot of work identifying fish correctly. I took 10 good pics of 10 different fish and only got one of them right
No words!. All the pictures are 100% correct
nah. When I take a picture:/ I hoped that it would show me the information but it didn’t I took a lot of pictures-_- so fix that
First day. Impressive so far. So far I’m planning to advance to the premium level
Is it supposed to work?. I have yet to get a correct identification from this app, which is a pretty big let down since it’s a yearly subscription. It’s not even that the fish I’m looking at aren’t in the database, this just does not correctly identify them. I’ve tried mostly on freshwater fish. Just not happening for me.
Terrible. 1stvoff I didn’t want to pay for a yr. especially for something that doesn’t work at all. No where close to any of the fish I put on here. Very off and should be taking off.
Great app!. This identifier has been very helpful for us!
Nearly impossible to doscontinue service.. To discontinue the service and not have it charge a credit card the following year, it appears that I missed write to some address in China. Very odd and I wish I had not given them my credit card number.
99% of the time it doesn’t work. I’ve used this app on at least 20 of my different fish species. Never got close. Once it got the right fish in the background but not the one in the middle.
Picture fish. Great app. Better then most identifier apps. Don’t get the premium. Free version works great.
Great App!. Seems accurate, perfect for fish lovers who don’t know their fishes!
Love this app. As someone that likes to fish it helps me identify and know the size limit / regulations.
Add feature. I took photos of fish I knew what they were and the app is completely wrong. Needs to be a feature if I know the species is wrong on the app
Fail. Several times I tried this app, taking clear pictures of common fish that can be found at pet stores and every time (multiple tries with each fish) it failed so for me it has been unhelpful 😑
Picture fish. I love finding fish
This game is whack. I don’t like games that you have to pay for because when you pay for games that’s just wasting money and when you waste money then you end up broke and on the streets
