DOES NOT WORK. ughhhhh don’t you hate spending money on something that does work ? yah, me too. don’t make my mistake. I’ve been trying for too long to get three words spaced correctly in my bio and lemme tell you, this app is NOT THE ONE. Will not work. Besides the fact that the “copy caption” button is close to completely covered from view by the text box so one has to hope that the sliver of blue can be reached by one’s thumb once a “copy caption” can be achieved be prepared for about four spaced lines on either side of what you’ve copied and you can’t edit them because ig then messes up all your spacing. Woohoo.

Great app for making your profile and posts look more eloquent. I really enjoy this app it makes perfect line breaks on captions and on your insta bio. That may seem like a small thing, but it just makes everything look nicer and more put together. If you enjoy having a nice clean look you can’t go wrong with this app. It does exactly what it says with no hassle whatsoever. I’ve used similar apps but they were always janky and a pain to use. I like how simple and efficient this app is. I would definitely recommend it

Space Saver!!!. I have been looking for an app that adds spaces for each paragraph I wrote in my captions and profile. And this app does the trick!! It’s easy to use, not that expensive, and WORKS!! The creator is also very nice and takes your feedback!! Which a lot of them don’t. So if your looking for something to space out your posts look no further than right here!! Awesome app for creating IG captions!. I was searching online for apps to help create consistent spacing when I create my IG posts, as I’m currently working to build my following, and GramSpacer was one that was highly recommended. I bought the app and got to work with it. I’ve had it now for a week, and it makes my life so much easier. I’ve added it to my workflow when creating posts and captions and it has helped improve both my speed posting and the appearance quality of my content. I would recommend this app to anybody who’s serious about building their IG reach!

Must have for any content creator.. I run the social media account of a very large jewelry brand. I use this app every day and not sure how I could do the type I work I do without this app!

best line break maker. I never thought I would want an app that makes new lines for me but it’s proved to be pretty convenient. Instead of having to type out my caption in my Notes app, go back to the home screen and go through my folders back to Instagram, I only need this one app that’ll handle all that for me. It’s definitely worth the $2 for getting rid of the inconvenience of going through multiple screens to do what I want.

Developer responded to my feedback push the fix!. On first download I was not having any luck with this app, then the dark mode iOS update came out and more issues came about! I left feedback in a review and through IG. The developer fixed all issues and after the latest update this app works perfect for me even in dark mode! 😃😃😃😃

Doesn’t work *** Update. Updated Review: It took a while to get a response but after an update I’m happy to report that this app is working. Still a couple glitches but it leaves spaces and posts as you write it. Thank you for the update and making the changes! Previous review: Thank you Gram Spacer for taking my 2.99 and giving me nothing to show for it. Your app did not provide me with spaces in my Instagram story. I copied the information and pasted...it did not copy the story as I wrote it and did not have any spaces. There is not a button that says “Copy Caption” so not sure what that’s all about. I would LOVE!!! a refund. Thank you!

Aggressive upselling.. You cannot go through crafting a message without a pop up to upgrade. Since I have only used the app twice, and have not even come to find it "essential" to my social media yet, the pop ups are like having a salesperson hovering over your every move. Technically the process seems okay, a bit of a learning curve, but when you have a post almost ready and the subscription trial pop up halts your work, without a way to cancel (only a sign up button), it makes you feel like this is more of a bait and switch situation rather than a build trust through enjoying the app and THEN buying. I'm looking for another option as I only expect the selling to get more intrusive.

Loved it, until.... I use GramSpacer so I can make paragraphs and spacing in my Instagram posts. Today, I discovered they took that feature away. Maybe it’s only offered in the premium package now, but either way it’s useless to me now. I would’ve given it an automatic 5 stars if they didn’t take away the spacing. That’s the whole point of the app!

Awesome app. Just want to say that this app was easy to use, very straightforward, and quick. Simple way to spice up your comments and make it more professional. Its super small and doesn't get in the way. Way easier than Instagrams feature... 👍

A solid replacement. I used to use Flume which was a more intuitive app for IG. One of the things I really liked was being able to utilize line breaks. But Flume seems to have bitten the dust. Post Builder is no Flume but it is not trying to be. It does what it does well. Until I can find another app someday that is as well rounded as Flume, this app does a great job with the few things it focuses on including line breaks and spaces. I gave it four stars instead of five as the add photo is limited only to the camera roll. I'd like to see the option added to add photo from other locations as well.

This is great!. I’m a Social Media Manager for several brands and this App has made my work easier. My captions look exactly how I want them to with beautiful line breaks that make reading them much easier and faster.

The new update is fantastic. I’m loving the new fonts! Being able to schedule IG stories is an absolute game changer. Honestly, just make the keyboard have auto-correct and this app is literally perfect (FYI I reached out to the dev and he said that’s coming soon so I’m happy).

Great App!. I’ve been using GramSpacer for about a month now and I have to say I haven’t had any issues with it! Super convenient and easy to use! Love the “tap to copy” option makes that process a lot quicker and send you right to Instagram to upload what you’ve created!

Functional and Serves Purpose. As a Full Time Bar/Wedding DJ, I can say that GramSpacer is functional and quite helpful for both creating standout captions with all of the Fonts provided within the app and helps me out a ton especially when I have Gigs going on and need to promote but will likely be too busy or forget. I would have appreciated a bit of a free use without subscription or trials, however I can say that this app IS worth the subscription.

Why didn’t instagram think of this?!?. As someone who spends 5-10 hours a day on Instagram building businesses brands, this app is a true life changer. Something so simple, but works flawlessly. Works as advertised. The app does exactly what it says it does: lets you format spacing for your Instagram captions. This is useful for viewing captions in their entirety where Instagram may not allow you to do so. As a small content creator on Instagram, this is useful to me.

Best IG App Since IG. The worst thing from a reader’s point of view is text broken up with emoji. Most people do this because Instagram doesn’t use hard returns. Which is so odd. Right? Or they use periods or weird fonts. The results are the same — I don’t read their post. Why would we expect our audience to behave any differently than we do? This app allows me to write longer content to post on Instagram with hard returns where they belong. And for only $3? That was the easiest I’ve spent $3 since — I don’t even know when. A latte is more than $3.

Great app for Instagram. GramSpacer is an outstanding app to utilize for Instagram if you want an easy way to have clean looking captions that have line breaks. Aside from simply being a great app, the developer is very friendly and down-to-earth. Works perfectly. Gone are the days of messy paragraphs and bad formatting. This app gives me clear captioning in a pinch! Instagram’s character limit is 2200 and line breaks count towards that, so be sure to check that your caption meets the limit before posting. The first time I tried uploading a caption formatted by GramSpacer, Instagram told me that there was an error. But all I had to do was shorten my caption by a few words, and then it worked perfectly! User support is also great - when I first encountered the error I sent a message to the developers on Instagram and they replied with helpful advice within a few minutes. Definitely recommend :)

Works as intended *most of the time*. I just got this app and tested it on about 10 posts to find that it works perfectly 8 out of the 10 times. No return key. UPDATE: Dear developer, my apologies on being Instagram-challenged when I wrote my review below. I honestly never knew there was a Return key in Instagram. 😳 Turns out this is a useful little utility, albeit slightly clunky. The “Settings” button is misleading in that there are no really settings there, just contact and social media links, and policies. I’d recommend maybe a “…” instead of “Settings”. Also, when you click the curved-arrow button, I expected it to undo my typing because it looks like a “Back” or “Undo” button. Turns out, it launches Instagram, but the website, not the app. It’s a handy button but it should be clearer and open the app, if possible. —— This app has no return key when I launch it, completely defeating the purpose of the app. Unless, I’m missing something, in which case how you’re supposed to add a line break is completely unclear.

Comments: -I have since discovered some free apps/ websites for this purpose -if I leave text in the app for too long (eg. overnight, with intention of posting in morning), when I return to the app the text has disappeared -each time you open it, need to delete their instructional text to insert yours

Review of GramSpacer for Instagram. I am leaving this review to help people find this amazing app. I researched how to create “cleaner looking” and more ascetically pleasing posts for my Instagram. This especially important if you are creating a brand. A lot of the suggestions online for spacing are so complicated and take too much time. I want to spend the least amount of time creating beautiful posts and clearer messages for my followers. A few people online suggested GramSpacer. It is so simple! You open the app, delete the instructions in the text box, write your post the way you want it to look and press the button, copy caption. It directly opens your Instagram, you can paste it to the post you choose and your posts will look sooo much better. It has saved me tons of time!!! I wish Instagram would make it easier to post with the correct spacing, but until then GramSpacer is the key. Julia @the.ra.yogi

Some tricks worked just okay, and others were pathetic (note app trick didn't work for me), then I came across this beautiful app, GramSpacer. What’s the point!? No return key. This App completely defeats the purpose, there is no return key which is the same issue on Instagram.

Easy way to draft IG posts. This is a simple to use app that lets me add spaces and different fonts to my Instagram posts. I start every post in GramSpacer then just copy and paste into IG when I’m ready.

Eh....mediocre. I appreciate being able to do line spacing. However, for long captions this is very difficult when you can’t see what you’re typing because the screen doesn’t allow you to see past a certain point.

Let me use my own keyboard. It is infuriating to use the native keyboard to the app. The space bar is right next to the lower tabs and it’s a very frustrating experience. Plus I cannot use shortcut words for emojis anymore. Please let me use the phone’s keyboard!!!

Poor!. Instagram is bad enough and this app doesn’t make it much easier. The biggest problem is that the keyboard covers up part of the text window so it’s impossible to type in the bottom of the comment window. Then when I try to position the cursor at the end to type blind it selects a full word. Very poor app!

Love this App. Great app for helping to properly space out your words and posts on IG. Without it, my posts would not look uniformed and professional.

Spaces not removed. Out of frustration with efforts to format text, I bought this app. Just like in the Instagram app, the keyboard on this app does now have a return button. I typed my caption using the space button to get to the next line, and the format was correct. I then copied and pasted into Instagram app...to find the post looked exactly the same. Repeated the process several times with no change.

loved it before the update and subscription features. i used to copy my typed captions from my notes and paste them here and it would give an accurate word count. now, if you paste from elsewhere it starts the count at 0 still. it’s so frustrating. this makes you have to type within the app and the app doesn’t have auto correct or predictive text so it’s just a recipe for fast typing disaster. i used to love this app before all of the goofy bells and whistles.

Love this app. Ok I downloaded this and I can’t finally stop having to put periods or dashes in my Instagram posts. Honestly, posting without line breaks looks so messy and cluttered. I’m very happy and I’d pay more for this app tbh.

Worked once but not any longer. This worked great... once. It does not create the line breaks any longer when I try. When I copy the captions now, it just pastes everything into the IG caption as a solid block (and you can’t manually create the line breaks in the IG caption). Frustrating. It was supposed to be great.

Accounts Linked. I cant get my accounts to link from my compauter to my phone. Also I thought this was suppose to post for me...not set a reminder for me. Paid premium and doesnt even do what I need it to do. total waste of money - Oh and it was suppose to be 24 for the year with 14 free days - it was 34 and 3 free days

Only can type up to a certain amount. I was testing out the app and creating random captions to see if they would actually work when pasting into IG. And it does! Good job. With that being said, You can only type up to a certain extent. Once you reach the last visible line of text in the box, the box does not allow you to scroll and see anything else you type afterwards. It will stay exactly where it’s at and not move. So this app is only useful to a certain extent.

Won’t work with emojis. I bought this today to see if I could use it to post an IG caption that arranged a group of emojis to make an image. The formatting wouldn’t hold. This is only for line breaks, which can be done for free, lots of videos. The app is convenient if you just want something quick for line breaks only.

Needs better explanation. This does in fact work but the developer needs to do a better job of explaining to people that you have to hit the”123” button to access the return key on the keyboard.

Fixes all line breaks. Downloaded this from Google, I’m super pleased and the app does exactly what it’s supposed to do. All of the IG posts I’ve done have successfully put spaces like advertised.

A waste. Its highly ridiculous to make someone pay for an app they already paid for. Just because your company decides to change things around and force us to pay AGAIN ?!? because you want to charge a monthly fee. It was great while it lasted Lose me as consumer. On to the next one ✌🏾

Review. There is a lot of things that I’ve wanted in my life, but the thing I’ve wanted most, is for my Instagram captions to have clean line breaks. With this app, I now have that. Life is good. #cloutgame3000

IG line breaks have never been easier. Perfect line breaks that work in Instagram and also TikTok! Only thing I wished it did was let me save snippets of text I post frequently

It works!. I write lots of long form captions on IG and have wasted so much time trying different solutions to get spaces in my captions. This one works immediately!

Bug fixed!. The issue with there being run-on sentences with text that is spaced a certain way is gone. Thanks for updating it!
