Unlocked the no ads and now it wont work/ please refund my money. When you pay for it the game no longer works.

Game doesn’t allow you to purchase anything. Tried unlocking the game for my daughter. It keeps saying no internet connection but there is. Someone needs to fix the glitches!

App of CRASH. Bought this (all unlocked no ads) for my daughter so I could get an hour of work done. Spent the whole hour trying to get the app to work cause all it does is crash. Total garbage. They shouldn’t be able to put out things till they work. So tired of the junk.

Please fix this!. I got all characters but after a while I only had Ava and Bella I tried reseting my purchase and deleting the app multiple times but I still had the same two characters!

Crashed after spending 5.00 to unlock. It worked fine until they got my money then all it does is crash when my daughter tries to open it to play it. I suggest they fix it or Apple is going to hear about it.

Locked Characters. I have purchased this app for my nieces. The characters keep locking. If I deleted the app and reinstalled it it used to reset. It will no longer let me reset in order to unlock the characters. 🙁

Wonderful customer service!. I purchased the full version and it loaded fine to my phone. I had trouble loading the full version of the game to an older iPad. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and politely and helped me fix the issue. Thanks!

Total crap. My daughter who has autism is obsessed with these toys. I was so excited to find this app. She asked me if she could earn $5 to unlock all the girls on the app. I found some chores and she did them to earn the $5. I have tried unlocking all the girls for two days now with no luck. My daughter is mad at me for “lying” and I am mad at this app for being such a piece of crap. If I see a single charge for this app on my credit card bill, there is going to be hell to pay. They should pay me for my frustration! Yes, I have uninstalled, rebooted, repeated, etc to no avail. I hate this app!!!

This is fun but needs improvments. I just installed this app thinking it would be fun but instead whenever I try watching ads to get those items I have to just keep watching it again and again,I checked if it was the problem on my iPad but no I checked other apps and watched ads in it and I actully got those items after watching it!It is pretty fun though Written by a 9 year old

Glitch?. This game is really fun, one of the best! I love how U can design dresses with Sophie and make food with Riley and Ava. My sister even said that Lily is the best DJ ever! It’s totally, definitely, 100% free! In fact, I have never liked a game more! Me and my sister play it together. A couple of days ago, I realised that all tutotoons games lost all of their sound. I’ve turned up the sound, checked if the sound from the game was on, reloaded the apps, checked if their were updates.I don’t think it’s my iPad, because it only happens to tutotoons games. If you are reading this, ignore all that because it still works on my sister’s iPad, and you definitely should still download it. Byeeeeeeeeeeeee! Oh, and I don’t know what the other person is talking about cause there is no- one called Cassidy in the game. P.S Luv the party poppers
