It never comes up. Please fix this app. It will not open up. I wait and wait and all it is is a blank screen.

Broken. App is broken and their customer service is not helpful. Besides not answering question in the help portion of the app, it shows the money as pounds vs dollars. When I asked how to switch it, they told me to go the top right hand corner which didn’t do anything. Hopefully in a few years, they will fix the issue.

Easy to order pops!. But you guys have to ship faster!

Slow loading. This app is great! it’s convenient to have a app dedicated to buy Funko Pops without keep having to look up the site. HOWEVER!! recently the app is very slow on loading up the Shop tab, most of the time it won’t even load. I have to close and reopen the app so it can do so. That’s the only gripe I have with the app. Also it be nice to be able to have my account signed in all the time instead of having to keep logging in.

Preordered newest scarlet witch funko pop didn’t receive till February 2022. I preordered the newest scarlet witch funko pop back last July right when it opened and way before stock sold out. I can’t quite remember the original release date but it was some time in August or September. Those months come around and I start seeing social media accounts displaying in a bit press release way. I make tickets to ask and each time I’m told they are waiting for stock which makes no sense since I preordered before it went out of stock. Updated review: I left a review here a few days ago about preordering the newest scarlet witch pop figure back when it first opened up in July. The update is I was told to talk to Nadine and I asked for her and I got at least 4-5 different people who were all equally unhelpful because guess what they didn’t communicate my ticket so they all had their fun responses with no solution to my issue. I have received the figure back at the start of this February my issue is the constant run around from this terrible app/company. I will no longer use it and deter others from wasting their time and money here.

Don’t buy anything from these people. Don’t do it. They will just take your money. I never received my order and I contacted them about it. They said “sorry can’t help you.” Do not download!!

I have been to of 200 dollars haven’t received sub boxes and all preorder where charged and. Ot sent. If I can post the pictures from there disgusting customer service to what happens to me after posting a review this company is spiteful and disrespectful. All the exclusives here can be found else where faster then if you preordered them. I preordered 8 items over a 4 month periode and I will never do it again. The items that are available will get lumped in with the preorders and charged for them as well. Fast forward 4 months to the release date and now your getting double charged for that item that you already paid for and if you complain the company will “refund” you. I dont want a refund I want my pops!! I never asked for a refund!! The the subscription boxes are trash as well because you’ll never get the items!!! This company has done me dirty. And in this specific time in history it shouldn’t be like this when i a customer complains it should be taken seriously not thrown under the rug and I’m punished for your mistakes smh where in a pandemic and I’m being robbed from!!

App doesn’t work. The app is supper bugged out. When you click on any tab it just keeps popping up and disappearing over and over again. App doesn’t work at all.

Sign in. App works fine for managing which pops I have gotten. Wish I didn’t have to sign in EVERY time I open the app.

😡. JUST TERRIBLE!!!!

How does this have a 4 star!?!?. I’ve been ordering from these company for over a year and let me tell you the disappointment. I’ve had to cancel more orders from them (8) then orders I’ve actually received (2). The company sells too many pre-orders and then doesn’t fulfill the rest. I had to wait 8 months after release for them to cancel my pre-order. They said these items were “coming” but after over a half a year of waiting they canceled and the pop was sold out everywhere else by that time. Horrible experience and all I hear is horrible experiences from them. I have no clue why they have a 4 star rating.

ABSOLUTE TRASH. This company is without a doubt the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They attempt to sell product they don’t even possess through pre-orders. There are orders I’ve placed and waited 8 MONTHS for, inquired several times, was given an “estimated release date”, only to ultimately have my order cancelled against my will in the end. I will never purchase another product that this company claims to possess and I strongly urge everyone else to reconsider giving them your business.

Lose money to fix their mistake. Placed order but got an error saying it wasn’t placed and to place my order again. Checked email and account history and no order. Placed order again and received a confirmation email instantly and it showed in my history. Several hours later I received a second confirmation email. Contacted support within 5 minutes of the email and they couldn’t help had to ship it back when I received the product. 2 weeks later it was shipped and contacted them and was told I had to pay out of pocket to ship it back to them. Bad practice.

BUYER BEWARE!! NOT FOR COLLECTORS!!. I have placed 1 order. It has arrived in 2 different deliveries so far and waiting on another 2-3 items. The 1st delivery had 2 Pops with NO PACKING MATERIAL, 1 was mangled. Contacted customer service and another was to be shipped immediately, still hasn’t shipped. 2nd delivery had 1 small thing of packing and 3 of the 4 Pops was damaged. I have contacted customer support and have heard nothing at this point. I have sent pictures to them as requested when contacting them as well. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!

BLB. the app is very slow don't waste your time

Damages. I received too many damaged boxes in the mail if you’re not want to keep the box and just a figure this is for you if you like to keep the box in mint condition not the best choice

First time costumer. Loving the pops I get for the price, wasn’t sure what to expect, kinda tough with the delay at times due to in stock, luckily haven’t had much wait and loving the themes and figures.

Awful. 100’s of other ways. Cheaper. Poor company. This app and company used to be great. Now, I don’t know if it’s because of Covid, the rising popularity of Funko pops. But there have been pops that I have ordered in September that I have been waiting on. And their reasoning is “they haven’t been pulled yet”. I have seen these pops for cheaper other places, I have bought them, I have canceled the orders and plan on canceling this app very very soon. You can find these pops on literally 100 different websites. eBay, whatnot, Etsy, hot topic, BoxLunch, Walmart, Game Stop, etc. very disappointed that a company that focuses strictly on Funko pops makes you wait 2 to 4 months and longer for Funko pops that I walk by and Walmart for eight dollars. Is it my own fault for keeping this app as long as I have and trusting that it would turn around, yes it is. I have learned my lesson and I am warning you please heed from my mistakes. It is not worth it. Go elsewhere. The customer service just keeps stringing you along. Apologies and thank you.

Great but needs improvement. I love this app and think it’s great, but there are some improvements that need to be made. I have an issue with a Pop that hasn’t shipped by the time it was supposed to, and I’ve tried the live chat and email system. Whenever I get a response in the live chat, all the messages delete so I have to start the process over again, and when I emailed about it, whoever responded avoided my question and sent random crap. I would really just like to get this issue solved and get my Funko Pop, but the app is making it harder than it needs to be.

FIXED! Change from UK site?. Five stars now! They finally fixed the issue where I was stuck using the UK store. Thank you! Old review: The app works fine, but the entire site shows prices in UK pounds. How can I get to the US store?

Worst Customer Service Ever. For a site/app that has exclusive pops, they have one of THE worst customer services I’ve ever experienced. Most of my queries are marked as completed with no attempt to help me, the live chat in the app is useless as they leave me on read without responding, and they took over a month to help me resolve a payment issue (which by the way was THEIR fault). This company doesn’t deserve to have exclusive pops because they are impossible to get a hold of. What company doesn’t have a phone number to contact them? Everything must be done through messaging or emails which is PATHETIC. I’d suggest finding your pops elsewhere.

Might cancel subscription.. I’ve seen the reviews, now I’m worried. I’ll cancel the subscription as soon as I receive my first order. After that I might chose the marvel one.

Bad business practice. I loved pop in a box. They were my go to for exclusive pops. Then I started noticing that people had the pops before pop in a box shipped. You send them a message and they respond “we haven’t received stock yet”, a few weeks later you get yours. Ok. But then the advertise their own EXCLUSIVE. You excitedly await for them to drop so you can order. 2 months go by, you message them, do you have a release date? Nope. Then the next week, you start seeing people receiving theirs and posting them. You message them, they say “we haven’t received stock yet” but apparently they did because it’s THEIR exclusive with THEIR sticker. You message them with the pictures. They say “sorry, we oversold our stock”. WHAT?? I’ve been waiting 3 months since ordering them. 1 for me 1 for my brothers Xmas present which clearly will probably be next Xmas. This is NOT how customers should be treated. I’m not even sure IF or WHEN there will be a restock. Very unhappy.

Great to have but needs a tune up. Love the app! It just needs a tune up in regards to the “want it/don’t want it/add to my collection” button. Within the past 2 days, I noticed that the button disappeared whenever I opened the app and started looking through the products. Besides that, if I search a particular pop and try to hit the drop down button to add it to my collection, it only shows “want it/don’t want it”. The “add to my collection” selection is cut off and unreachable when I try to scroll down to select it.

Not a good experience. I’ve order two items from this app the first being damaged and a mistake in the other with no effort from the company in trying to solve either issues

Love this App!. So easy to use!

Good Start but GUI needs ALOT of work. In terms of functionality it works like it’s suppose to, but I’m a little disappointed that a custom GUI wasn’t developed for the app. It seem that they’ve just taken the web version and turned into an app for a quick release which kind of defeats the purpose of an app. Apps are made to be convenient and mobile shortcuts when we don’t have access to our computers but at this point I think accessing the website from my computer is less of a headache. - The app takes longer than it should to load up and switch between tabs, - The pop tracker function is slightly glitchy when trying to choose between liking/disliking (the scroll menu often gets cut off, and can be difficult to close) - Overall it’s slower and more glitchy than the web version All in all I still manage to get what I want done but I would’ve much rather preferred a new custom GUI with a intuitive interface and sleek design. Which is why I think this app is 3 stars, it’s average and not more not less.

Nvm. Um I don’t know if this is supposed to happen but with some of the pops they have the chase version available. Not by chance but just as it’s guaranteed that’s what you will be receiving. I’m just confused. Nvm I think I get it now its just to have a chance sorry.

Sold Out. Over all I have no problem with the app. I’ve waited an excessive amount of time for some Pops! to arrive but that can be said if most of the retailers. I’ve often found great deals on things no one else has. The problem I have with this app is there doesn’t seem to be a way to clear sold out items. If you don’t have it why keep it in the search? If you search Funk Pop over 7,000 items come up. The first 5 pagers I looked at nothing but Sold Out items… it’s showing over 200 pages. Do they really expect customers to sift through over 7,000 items to find the ones in stock? It’s frustrating if you’re not looking for anything in particular. Please fix this PIAB. I would certainly buy things if I could find some that were in stock.

bad!. i order a pop when i opened it the pop was damage, it didn’t came with a bubble wrap or any kind of protection...

Thanks for ruining my day. I ordered multiple Funko pops yesterday and wasted all my time for nothing they ended up canceling my order never again will I think about looking or trying to buy something from here thanks for nothing at least give people something in return for wasting our time and having our hopes up for nothing and one more thing thanks for ruining my kids birthday he was so excited when he saw these funko pops for an affordable price now what do I do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible and Totally Unprofessional. First, if I could give negatives stars I would. I made one order and selected 👍🏽the pops I liked and also 👎🏽didn’t like. They sent me four I didn’t have in my list as like, in fact they were in my disliked list. I sent back the four I didn’t want, which I had to pay out of my own pocket. They refunded my the postal fee I paid but still haven’t sent my refund for the four pops I didn’t want. It’s been two months now and all they do is give me the run around claiming they still haven’t received the package, but some how paid me back for the postage fee. Please to anyone reading this DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! Very unprofessional and unorganized, I’ll stick with shopping from the actual Funko site!!

The worst, absolute WORST pop retailer to date. Im not a big reviewer, I have a job and a busy life so I don’t have much time for it. But this review is important to me. Pop in a box has got to be the absolute worst retailer I’ve ever had the displeasure of coming across. I pray customer service isn’t getting paid for wasting people’s time—ineffective, useless, incompetent. I ordered one pop, and one pop only. Had trouble with payment, even though money is surplus. They wouldn’t update my payment method, wouldn’t let me change it, wouldn’t help. Last time I ever order from pop in a box. TRASH. Absolute trash.

Where’s my order???. This app works great and everything but I been waiting for my order for 3 months now .For the pass 3 month I contacted them 2 times but they said the same thing twice.

App Needs An Update. I’m not sure if it’s an iOS compatibility issue or the whole app needs a work over, but the app has horrible loading times, especially when using the Pop Tracker. That’s if it even loads. Pop Tracker typically either times out or closed the app all-together. User interface could use some work also. Great subscription company. Bad App.

Can’t track. I can’t track anything from the app. When I select the button, it does nothing.

Anytime you search, it takes you to the help tab. Makes the app virtually impossible to you. You get stuck in a loop and forced to just use the website.

Bad app. I ordered a funko pop 4 months ago, I know that pre orders take longer but they have not updated me at all, I can’t find anywhere to cancel the order, I can’t get ahold of anyone and also it doesn’t let me know at all when they will be in stock with the item that I ordered 4 months ago. Horrible app, horrible work

10 months and counting. App and company were very disappointing. I ordered four pops December 2020 and as of mid October 2021 I only received one! No reason, no apologies, nothing. I finally cancelled my order and hopefully will receive a refund. I guess I should have just ordered from Amazon or GameStop.
