Junk. No help available unless of course you read Chinese. App connected to my iPhone Bluetooth on its own which sounds great but anytime I try to use a function on the watch it says cannot operate without phone. Well if it’s connected and blue tooth is connected to the phone then it sees the phone. So why can’t it operate? I tried their home page, the support link, used translation to English but nowhere can I find help.

The app is not working. Idk why the app isn’t working every time I try to connect to blue tooth it won’t let me don’t get me wrong it connects one time then I won’t do it no more pls let this WORK DO SOMETHING

I can’t do this today😭✋🏼. I have no idea what is wrong with this app but it keeps counting my steps as if I walked/ran like 10,000 steps which obviously I haven’t because I would know if i did🙄 I can understand if it says like 500 steps but on my Apple phone the steps are only a few hundred which obviously doesn’t amount to the ones from the app or the watch. I was laying in bed for like an hour and every second or minute it gives you a few steps which is extremely odd because I didn’t even move💁‍♀️the watch is also kinda annoying because it turns off extremely fast. but I tried downloading the other apps for this(the ones that are like “connected” to this app) but they are completely pointless because my watch doesn’t even show up as a Bluetooth match for it. so I would just speed more money on a good watch because this is so annoying😐don’t waste your time on this😒

Terrible!. Just wanted a simple watch to count steps and tell time. Seemed ok. After two weeks of working, something updated and now the app crashes every time I try to connect the app and watch. Deleted app. Updated iPhone. Downloaded app. Still crashes. Can’t even get it back to telling the correct time because it can’t sync. Wish it would work again so I can go back to keeping track of my walks.

things not working. says my phone isn’t connected when it is and I had a problem downloading it the first few times it said it couldn’t install I can’t make calls or connect my phone to the messages and contacts on the watch please fix this

Email issues can’t create account. Same issue as someone else stated days ago and yet seen it says fixed issues one day ago. I guess this one didn’t make the cut! Unfortunate seeings how you can’t see what else there is to fix if you can’t open the app because it won’t allow you to enter without registering and you can’t do that with an invalid email! Email works first try then you check it and see nothing came, head back over to registration and your email is no longer valid! DUMB! But other than the language needing to be changed, I had no use for the app n I’m good with my little 5$ watch.

the app won’t sync!. Watch sync’d for 2 whole days. Then nothing for a month. Watch is useless without being synced to the phone app. I don’t get messages on the watch. Time is not correct because it won’t sync. Factory reset the watch now I’ve lost the faces I had and can’t re do them because guess what… the app won’t sync! It’s crap!!!

Has potential but could be a lot better. I got a smartwatch primarily for the alarm feature. There are some I need several times a day but you need to specify the alarm time and the only frequency you can specify is for days, not hours or weeks. And you only have a maximum of five alarms. And you can’t delete them, only change the times. Developers, please do better.

Update. Linked to my iPhone 8 in 30 seconds. App is surprisingly stable. So far. Only real complaint? Imperial units. No one in the US uses metric. Will update in a month. Update - Watch runs well for what I paid for it. That being said, two major complaints. First, the steps counter overestimates by about 60%. At least it’s consistent. Second, the latest update “disappeared” the O2 measurement out of the app. Just gone. Minor complaints. I know it’s not anywhere “medical” quality, but the heart rate is high by about 15%, and erratic. BPM is erratic. And there’s no insight as to what light and deep sleep means as well as the REM (per the watch and app). I think it’s doing a decent job of capturing the total sleep time. That being said, the watch/app has never captured any deep sleep. All light and REM. More aggravating is the watch app misses any sleep before midnight. Only shows sleep midnight forward. In other words if you slept 11pm-7am, app only shows 7 hours of sleep. I dropped the rating a star. They really need to figure out how to do imperial units. And bring back the O2. Final update: ditching the watch and app. O2 is still broken. Sleep data quit updating a month ago. Somehow counts steps when I’m sitting. Battery is now down to a daily recharge. Good luck if your watch and app works for you.

Very Cheap. Woke up this morning with 800 steps. The steps don't calculate correctly. Works well for a basic watch if you want to know the time and date which is what I mainly use thus for. I hate the 24 hr clock, I hope they had a normal 12 hr clock. On the bright side I've learned how to read time like this but it's still annoying. Please add 12 hour clock.

Stupid!!!!!!. I got a watch off of Temu. It has a resemblance of an Apple Watch series 8, and cost me $8. When I saw it, I jumped at the chance and bought it. When it came, it looked like the actuall watch, but the screen was grainy, I was dissapointed but tried to make the best of it. While I was expecting to use the Watch app designed by Apple Inc., instead it was this app, again, disappointing. I had an iPhone 6 that barely worked at all, but it still connected great. 1 month later my phone breaks and I then bought a new iPhone XS. Now the app is saying that the email already exists and that I can’t sign in. IM NOT TRYING TO SIGN IN IM TRYING TO LOG IN!!!!!! That is why im am writing a 1 star review. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Had to pair it all the time also watch doesn’t reflect Fahrenheit. This app can use some improvements communicating with the watch. First Fahrenheit doesn’t reflect in the watch and it changes back to centigrade in the app Second the notifications and emails don’t work. Same goes to answering phone calls. Perhaps instructions need to be more clear.

Do not buy a watch that needs this app. ZERO stars if I could! It worked for a couple of weeks then apparently I accidentally clicked on reset and POOF everything is gone. I have spent 6 hours trying to get it to work again, the time can’t be set without the software so I can’t use it as a watch! I am angry! The vendor did refund my money so it’s not a complete loss.

Bluetooth connection not working. I’m getting annoyed. It’s connect via Bluetooth thru my phone and the app says it’s not connected. Then when I try to log out, it says to unbind the device. Or when I search for the device it ask for me to turn the Bluetooth on. Well it is on and connected. What am I doing wrong? I’ve never had this problem til now.

Wishing there was more. I like the app. Works well but does crash every once in awhile. Only with there was a way to change the time form the 24 hour format to 12 hour format. Wish that will come back as for some reason it has been removed. Wishing for it back!!!

To charge or not to charge. Received the watch. Looks great—easy install and connection. But, I didn't know how long I should charge it so I reached out to the vendor and suggested to charge for 2-3 hours. I followed the recommended time and the interface shows a red battery icon. I assumed it still needed to be charged longer. So I kept it charged overnight. I checked the war h again and STILL a red battery icon. I know it should changed to a white colored battery because I’ve watched the video repeatedly and the watch showed a full white battery. Waiting on the seller since they are currently on holiday. I hope this gets fixed or replaced if not refunded.

I love it. I love this watch but they need to update and add USA time like 24 hours they need to fix that man other then that it’s amazing they just need to fix the time format please developers can you you guys fix this

What could you expect when you get a free health monitor from Verizon. The app does not keep imperial nor Fahrenheit when you change the settings. There is no way this is getting accurate vitals nor even steps. After losing its charge in one day, it will not recharge and stopped working altogether. In the garbage it goes. It’s absolute crap. Can I get my shipping and handling back?!?

Wow! Total confusion!. I have no idea what I just bought! The “directions” are printed in microscopic letters! I can’t even figure out how to charge this thing. The charge cord is like nothing I have ever seen before. I gave away my apple watch because I was being charged $10/ month for it! It looks like this one is the same! I am NOT paying monthly for an item I already paid for!!

Not great. When I change the units from metric to imperial it never stays changed, I have to go back and change it again on the app and the changes don’t even apply to my watch so everything on my watch is metric system. The Bluetooth on the watch always turns itself off, also in the area for getting watch faces there’s a pic of a person in a garbage can and underneath it says “autistic” I couldn’t make this up.

Shook. Now i had the app before but when i had it I didn’t have to use the beans to get new faces for my watch and could’ve gotten some pretty faces for the dial. I redownloaded the app today and to my surprise i have to save to get at least 6 beans when i can only earn one a day by signing in. This lowkey bummed me out to be brutally honest.

How do I do tasks?. I have two complaints. One, half of the features where locked. Two, every time I tried to get “Golden Beans” it kicked me out of the app. I am really mad because I have tried this at least ten times. It is so frustrating! Overall a good watch though, it is stuck at Celsius!would recommend watch but not the app.

Complete scam. Got watch, downloaded app. Had to create an account. Stopped when it required credit card info for verification purposes…deleted app. Less than 30 days later, a company called Quality Creativity billed my card for $53 for a subscription. Got their phone number from the bank and reached their 3rd party contact service. They offered to refund $15 of the $53 they billed me for, since I was already getting a discount from the $107 subscription fee. Reported the fraud to authorities but Apple apparently doesn’t have a system for reporting fraudulent apps. Be warned!

Problem connecting. Version 1.4.2 had a problem with custom dials and maintaining connection In the recent update version 1.4.3 the custom dial problem has been fixed but the connection problem hasn’t It doesn’t pair automatically instead i have to unpair the device then pair it again to connect Please fix it

Nice watch. It’s a nice watch, so far I like the design, it was easy to sync to my phone, easy set up. But I gave it a 4 star because when I ordered my watch it did not come with the strap..which defeats the purpose because how am I supposed to wear it on my wrist without the strap? Lol. I really wish it came with the band straps because I specifically ordered this watch for when I start work. Even the delivery of the watch was awesome it came 2 weeks before I expected. I look forward to checking out the rest of the app features for this watch.

It’s a watch but that’s it. Counts steps when not moving not sure how it says I get over 5000 when I sit at a desk all day for work. Sleep seems to not count my whole night and not once have it recorded deep sleep. I’m in the us and it don’t use us measurements. The clock is only a 24 hour clock but I prefer 12 hour not totally bad just annoying. The phone locator and camera features do not work. And only once did I get to see a message through the watch. The weather only reads Celsius I prefer Fahrenheit. I know my blood pressure runs a little high but I’m always getting reading 98/62 so I’m pretty sure that’s wrong. It’s very cheaply made the app seems to be junk only real plus side is it holds a charge for a long time. That’s prob due to the need to press button to wake and short time before it turns off. I don’t recommend the app or watch

Gramz. I just received the watch two days ago. So far it’s doing what it said it would do. There are some issues but they are minor considering what I paid for it. I gave it three stars for now I will post another review in two week cause I should be use to the watch by then.

A couple of bugs but good app. This app is pretty good but it takes a long time to connect the watch and make a account .And sometimes it logs me out of my account so I have to re log in or my steps don’t count.

Unable to set date and time.. It started working great for the first and second week until it dropped timing, from then it’s over three weeks now and I can’t get the time to be adjusted….what is really going on? It’s so frustrating to know that you bought something for your convenience and just can’t get the use of it. If it is even to tell the time, it should be able to do that

Bluetooth not transmitting with IOS 15.1. Watch was working fine for a couple of weeks until I updated to IOS 15.1. After the update, my watch still connects to my phone via Bluetooth but none of the data goes back and forth. I no longer get text message or call notifications from my phone and biometric data doesn’t transfer from the watch to my phone. Hopefully they’ll fix this with an updated app.

No Problem. Didn’t have a problem from the Watch one bit. Those of you that don’t know how to fix connection problem - (you have to connect it to “HRY3.0” as well to maintain connection. You’re welcome! Great product!

This watch is a fraud. If I could give it a zero then I would! My son is 9 months old and caught the covid and the doctor told me to keep an eye on his oxygen. I thought that at least that the oxygen would work. I was wrong! He got really sick and I thought his oxygen was fine. Just for kicks my daughter said mom y don’t you try to measure oxygen while the watch was touching nothing and guess what it measured the air! With the same stats it had been giving me the hole time just a couple numbers different. So I rushed to Walmart to pick up a pulse oximeter his oxygen was dangerously low god knows how low it had been the hole time. I say F*#& this watch and the maker. It’s says for medical reference but it’s a lie! Don’t trust anything about this watch!

Works just fine for me. Watch works great for me i don’t know what these people talking about because I never had to put in my credit card info or anything and the people who said it does metric units…there’s an option to change it. Watch has worked great for me no problems only reason it has 4 stars not 5 is because it’s not the best quality, but it’s a great watch and tracker.

Bluetooth connection problem. I bought this watch and i had the impression that it was going to work, i read the instructions, turned on my bluetooth, but yet it still will not bind. App needs to work on connection problems cause it does offer alot and seems great but without being able to connect to a device or in this case this watch, its rendered useless.

i don’t even wanna go here. Listen the set up is terrible it takes forever for the watch to even connect so I literally quit that watch is somewhere and idk where it is now more improvements need to be made to get this watch to connect as easy as a apple or Fitbit watch this is so stupid

Unit Switching. The Unit Switching doesn’t work on this app. I switch it to Metric and Fahrenheit but it doesn’t do anything to the watch. It doesn’t change the units on the watch. And when I switch it on the app and close it, it automatically switches back to Imperial and Celsius as if it never did anything in the first place.

Time problem. I cannot change the time dial to 12 hour format what should I do please fix this problem

Phishing “prize”. Got phished via text. Looked like my phone carrier was offering a gift. I … am … dumb. “Free” gift was only going to cost $4.95 in shipping. Ended up charging $9 and then started getting other odd charges on cc. $35 for ear pods I didn’t order. Junk was shipped and delivered, but I don’t want it and won’t even try to connect it to my phone. As I mentioned before, I … am … dumb.

Much to be desired…. In theory the watch should work well. I really only have three (3) issues… 1. Change the 24 hr format. Allow users to use 12 hr format instead. 2. Allow users to see the temperature in Fahrenheit also. 3. Allow users to see incoming calls on the watch. Once those are corrected, I would use this watch daily. At the moment, I wouldn’t/don’t use the watch for the steps (counting) function nor the O2 and heart function. Not accurate enough in my opinion. Fix the three underlining issues and this watch would function just fine.

It is what it is. So let me address a few issues people complain about. First the issue of creating an account and it asking for a credit card, you are responding to an ad that’s designed to look like you need to take another step, you do not and just click the very top to get out of the ad. Second, the issue of the camera, music etc not being seen is you need to be in “dual Bluetooth” mode. Go to your phone’s Bluetooth and they’re will be 2 watch settings, one fir the watch in general and one for the Audio, make sure to link both of them. No watch on earth can give you accurate BP unless it has a cuff so it’s going to be inaccurate. So for the price you are paying it’s a decent watch. My one BIG complaint is the step count, it’s not even close to correct. Yesterday I got 49,000 steps! My Fitbit says I barely got 4,000. I get about 200 steps sleeping! Some things I wish they would correct, the weather shows Celsius even though my settings are correct. The watch faces should be grouped in categories or a search feature so I don’t have to go through a hundred pages just looking for the free ones. The sports modes need to show heart rate also. Better battery life. Other than that it’s a decent watch again for the money. The Apple equivalent is about $500. so don’t expect miracles!

Nice but many problems. I like the styling of the watch and the iPhone app is good, but like another user, I experience Bluetooth pairing drops ... these reduce functionality by about 60%. I’m not sure if the problem is in the app or in the software on the watch but it is very frustrating.

Trouble with connection. My watch was synced with my iPhone and now the connection is lost and I cannot get it back. My phone does not see nor track the watch. The app does not recognize my watch. When I search for the device on the app it cannot find it so nothing is synced at all and now I cannot change the time on the watch!! What kind of device is this?? Please fix this problem and give instructions as to what to do to fix it!!

Disappointed. When I first got this watch, I was so excited, it is pretty, and I was able to select a picture for the dial face, but within a few days it just quit working, they replaced it with another watch that’s not as good as this one… at least when I first got it. After getting the replacement, because it didn’t have the look this one does, I decided to get it back out, it had started back working and taking a charge, came back with the picture I chose but my “search device” keeps coming back “try again”, so I can’t even get it to sync up with the app to get working again!! SO frustrated!!

Help!!. I just got this watch and I can not set time or change anything. On the watch it only has two things in settings and doesn’t let me click either of them. On the app it doesn’t let me or let me change the other face settings. Very confused.

Doesn’t recognize my watch anymore. This was the default app of my smart watch, my watch used to work and synchronize with my iphone through this app, but after unbinding and resetting the watch the watch, it doesn't connect to my iphone anymore, the watch name appear when you search for new devices, but when i select model to connect, after a few moments it says connection failed .

Not compatible. Works fine if your just going for the look. as far as connecting to your iphone and using the features its basically worthless. Ideally when using the workout option the data is supposed to record and show stats but it never does . Also not able to change from military time or any background setting of your choice.

Not working properly. At first, the app worked great. Now, however, every time I open the app my watch disconnects and I have to physically shut it down and start it again. The app will not sync with the watch. I can no longer search for new dial faces or even earn beans to get a new dial face. I wish something could be done about this. It's a shame because when it worked, it worked beautifully. Just totally disappointed.

3 issues. The major issue is the app interferes with phone calls. It disconnects incoming and outgoing calls unless Bluetooth is turned off. Next is the sleep monitoring. Please add time frames and a graph option instead of the unreadable pie option with words overlapping would be appreciated. Lastly, it is not possible to report an issue with this app. I tried. I was given options to choose and then no way to accept said options. So a poor review was written in the hopes these issues will be addressed. If this happens, I’ll gladly give a positive review.

Watch face gallery doesn’t work. I just got the BO3h watch and I can’t change the clock face and it only shows a whale please help,the gallery settings won’t show anything it just shows a blank white void I don’t know what to do please help me thank you for your time!

Excessive costs, flimsy device. I bought this health band as the advertising stated that it could monitor blood glucose. It does not! The device is flimsy and the monthly charges, which you are not advised if, ever, are enormous! DO NOT BUY! Do not download this app! It is a total waste of your money!

Watch won’t work. Please fix the problems as I can’t use the the watch because the app closes once it opens so the watch is still on the wrong time date and year so please fix ASAP please I just wanna use my kool watch

Doesn’t work. I’ve had this a much nth, keep plugging it in to charge up & nothing happens. What is the address for me to return it to?

Resets Data. Every time I connect the watch to the app, it resets, so I loose all my data. So what’s the point of even!!!

Worked great for 1st month. Was working great until last update. Was annoyed I was losing all data with each app update, but it still worked great. But since the last update about every hour it asks to ‘long hold to confirm link’ where it resets everything again - so can no longer track steps as it keeps resetting multiple times per day. All manuals & support are in Chinese with no English version available

12hr time. Can’t get help from suppliers can’t find anywhere in settings for 12hr time an need watch face with better style

Rubbish. Same problem as Deb/Ryan.. . I then deleted the app and downloaded it again. This time it doesn’t work at all ! Doesn’t connect with wifi , scanning QR code doesn’t work.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. SO DISAPPOINTING Don’t waste your time with this watch! Battery doesn’t last more than a day. Bluetooth doesn’t synch- so can’t get alerts on watch. Step counter is off. Counts every 4th/5th step. Heart rate monitor is a scam so is blood pressure monitor- watch does not have a working sensor. Really disappointing.

Don’t like army time prefer analog. Watch great but wanted ordinary time not 24 hour time... no choice

The App is a joke. The device and the app is an absolute waste of time. The device gives me a figure of beats per minute that is WILDLY INACCURATE - one time it recorded my pulse at 92 when I didn’t even have it near me. Most aspects of the app seem to shut off mid session. After adjusting the settings, the app continued to fail mid session.

Useless. This watch is useless without the app that keeps closing down as soon as I connect it! Fix the app ASAP. This watch is a paperweight until then! I can’t even use the time/date on the watch as it’s wrong and I can’t change it without the app!

Potential but falls short. This watch has potential to be great, but is let down by a bunch of flaws. - if out of bluetooth range of your phone it CONSTANTLY buzzes with ‘Hello’ until connection is restored. - unable to lock in the preferred watch face, too easy to move to another. - no ability to change watch faces to other than the supplied ones, which are pretty average. - more work on the app would improve things, just lacks zing and class. Feels clunky and very limited. - heart rate needs to be constantly on not just once every 60 mins - blood pressure and oxygen level need to be auto capture as well, maybe they can be hourly. - graphs in app are incomplete and don’t display all data (just blank for some). - font size on watch needs to be adjustable for messages. Default is Wayyyyyyy too small. -smaller icon when a message comes in takes up 1/2 screen would give more space for larger letters and more of the message - has a good range of funtions included but is not extensible.

Awful. The smart watch stopped working after 2 months

Lousy Product and associated app. This app is almost as bad as the watch. The measurements for blood pressure and heart rate are totally inaccurate. I paid just $40 Australian for the device and that was a complete waste of money. Further batter life is lousy and support is non-existent. You are better off buying a blood pressure monitor from a pharmacy or even without blood pressure capabilities by and large a Fitbit or even an Apple Watch. This device shipped from China which likely says it all.

Please for gods sake add more watch faces same as i watch. We need mkre watch faces for apple i watch for gods sake please make it quick why are you guys delaying things….

Question. What do I do if I set a password and can’t remember it?

Fix. I can’t fix the 24 hour time and I hate it it really annoys me please fix this and have an option I’m not bothered to use a calculator every time I use a watch especially when a watch is for using to tell time

No sleep data. The main reason for buying was to track sleep patterns and it’s the only thing I’ve quickly discovered that’s not working. Don’t waste your money on this watch, the app lacks information and support.

Change a few minor things. This app has a lot of potential and has been working great for me so far. I would really love if there was a function for 12 hour time. It would help a lot. Second, I’d absolutely love this app if there was a couple more fonts to choose from for the customisable diy lockscreen, it’s one of my favourite functions and it would just make it way better if you could add these. This app has a lot of potential and I would love if you could change/add these minor things, and I’ll be sure to give it a 5 star review. Thankyou :)

Varification code. Asks for a code to sign up so I can use the app but can’t send it to me and can’t find anything in user guide which makes the whole thing worthless

Don’t buy. This sucks it loses your data in a week and the charging sucks YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE BAND OFF AND STICK IT INTO A USB PORT

No dual mode?. While app says connected to phone, and phone says Bluetooth connected to “watch”, I get “ cannot operate without phone”, and there is no “Dual” setting anywhere.

This app does not connect to Apple health like other apps This app does not allow 12 hours time This app has extremely horrible face watches The DYI face watch does not allow analogue time and only allows 2 features I am hopeful that this will get updated because the watch itself has lots of potential but it’s being held back by this app!!!

What a joke. After 1 week of use the app no longer connects to the watch. It says it has. The watch shows it is linked but it will not down load information. I tried to reinstall the app only succeeded in loosing all my saved data. On top of that the watch will not keep time. You have to connect to the app to reset the watch sometimes 3 or 4 times a day. I guess you get what you pay for I expected that the company would at least have some kind of customer support but everything is in Japanese or Chinese so good luck trying to talk to anyone about anything. All in all I give it a zero period. Definitely will not purchase another product from this company.

I just use it as a watch. For the price I like the watch feature and step counter. But don’t like that there are so many dial face active at once. I would rather have the option of having one active instead of having to swipe through all the dial faces (screen that display steps, time, etc). I use it the watch and step features the most and I don’t care to use the other features. For the price it’s a decent watch.

Frustrating and unreliable.. The app sometimes works but usually doesn’t. It doesn’t pair, needs data exchange or won’t connect when th the watch reliably.

What gives. The look is nice, the colors are nice. But why did I get 3? I ordered 2! How the heck do you charge them? Would be nice to have that instruction first. Not just “be sure the smart band is charged”. No kidding! HELP get this thing working.

Latest Update 1.9.6(1) Needs Fixing. So I just got the update today and now my app won’t connect to my watch. On my iPhone under BT settings it does connect to both VNA2-ELD-LE and Hry3.0 and on the watch it displays the connection is made with the infinity symbol. When I open the app it says the watch is not connected and when searching for my device with BT it doesn’t find it. I can’t sync the time or change any settings. Is there a way to update the watch itself? It displays a version number but has never updated after two years. Also my watch is no longer touch responsive on the bottom row, like if you split the screen into four horizontal rows, the bottom row does not respond.

Update. Before the last update everything was ok, but since two weeks, my cell phone doesn't find the watch. I've trying to find the watch with the app with the QR code, but it doesn't work too. My phone made the update 2weeks ago. My watch is not at the good hours and I can't fix it because the app doesn't find the watch. 🤦🏻‍♀️

App connectivity. I’m disappointed that my steps taken only register in HryFine, not in Apple Health, and therefore not in Noom.

Sleep mode. I am trying to set my sleep mode at night when I go to bed. I have set the time I go to sleep but when I wake up in the morning, do I have to set the wake up time then and then synchronize or does it automatically do it the night before?

Time. I don’t want the 24hr clock. I want the 12hr clock to display on all my clocks. Please help

Terrible app. Not functional. This app is terrible and takes forever to connect and I have changed my info 6 times and it keeps going back to default settings where I am 1 year old 0 pounds and 0 inches. Half the functions don’t work. Went on a 10km walk and it said 2.4km and steps were way off compared to wife’s Fitbit. Sleep only shows as all light sleep. Not impressed at all.

A piece of junk!!!. This so called fitness tracker doesn’t connect if though the Bluetooth says it’s connected. I’ve done everything the instructions say to do “several times”over with the same results. It’s like they say you get what you pay for!! My advice to others before purchasing this very expensive fitness tracker don’t, spend a little more. This way you won’t be disappointed and you will have the support in your language without translation issues!! “BUYER BEWARE”

Smart band. I bought a smart band and it said to download this app I did but I can figure out how to turn it on or charge it

It won’t connect. It connected once to my watch and now won’t even recognize it. I’ve tried everything even the QR reader and it’s now saying there’s an error but it connected once before. Also when it was connected that one time my text messages wouldn’t come through but everything else did. So frustrating.

Very mediocre. There’s a mix of English and what I think is Chinese. There’s only a few exercise options including, running, speed walking, cycling and indoor treadmill. That’s not much choice since 3 are similar. Also, it disconnects from the bracelet several times throughout the day. There’s an option to see your stats, however, it resets a lot by itself and there’s no where else to save/back up the data. 请添加用于存储设备数据的选项。 一旦设备电池耗尽，它将重置。

Won’t Stay Connected. The band won’t stay connected to Bluetooth. I’ve been reading reviews from a year ago and the same issue was being complained about then. Obviously the app support can’t fix issue or doesn’t care to fix it.

Works Great. HryFine app shows a nice variety of health stats and syncs with my watch without any problem. I like it!

Stopped working. The app worked on my iPhone for 2 days and stopped working. Now I have a new smart band with no app support.

Crap device. It did not even last one day before no longer being able to reconnect to phone. Also no support in English. Setting revert back to default settings and now device cannot be un paired and settings don’t work cause it asks to connect device. Resetting device has no affect and still will not connect. I now have 2 of these pieces of junk that do not work at all. Avoid this product not worth wasting your money on the frustration and waist of time trying to fix the many issues.

Seriously disappointed…. Many bugs with IOS… Just pairing my IPhone XS was so much trouble it’s almost ridiculous… could of seriously put a little more heart in the making of this app… Just going through all the settings took all evening and it doesn’t even remember it, have to start again and again… very disappointed sorry.. :(

Not true. Horrible app. It claims to have 30 workout modes which isn’t true. You get 3. I wore it on my elliptical to try it out. It claims to recognize this piece of equipment. It didn’t. All my information such as height, weight, gender . . . keeps erasing. I went from 58 to 2 years old. There’s no PAI either. What a joke.

Don’t know why people are complaining. I mean it’s not glamorous but Jesus it was $7 it turns on and displays time that’s really enough functionality for a $7 watch

Frustrating. Doesn’t save anything. My steps, my sleep, my heart rate, my blood pressure, my blood oxygen level. For example I will check my heart rate and it’ll say 84 then I close the app and 5 seconds later open the app to see if it’s still there and it’s not! Same with steps, it’ll count my steps on my watch until I open the app then it goes to zero. Etc. Nothing works on this app!!!!

I love it !!. Once you figure out how to link it to your phone, it works perfectly. I’ve been able to read my text messages, to play my Podcast through it & haven’t has any issues with it✔️. I also love the heart rate monitor and the health tracking it does! It even tells me how my sleep patterns eye movements while sleeping 💤 I just wish you could talk through it .But For the PRICE .. I was definitely happy and I love mine 👏🏽💯

Data sync and connection issues. Data sync to app is very unstable and it works if you are lucky. Once in a while the synced data will be gone. Unreliable and unstable.

Serious Connection issues. The new update fixed the dial issue but now I can’t connect the device at all. It searches and displays the device so I know the Bluetooth function works but it will not connect. Please fix this.

App kills watch. Watch was working fine. Sometimes this app can connect to the watch to sync it and sometimes you open the app when the watch is charged and working… and it kills the phone . It even killed my wife’s phone and I was signed in to my account on HryFine.

Worked okay until..... ....App update version 1.4.1 or 1.4.2. The watch no longer stays connected to the app, and if it does it wants the user to long press and zeroes out all the data on the watch. Reloading the app and restarting the watch made no difference. It’s was quirky, but now it’s useless.

Cannot figure out how to change measurement settings. I cannot figure out how to change the measurement setting from kilometers to miles. I changed when I registered but everything is displayed in kilometers and kcal and military time. 😒 I even went into the settings in the app and there’s no options.

Don’t trust it. It will ask you for credit card to activate and say that your credit card won’t be charged, that there is no cost to you. Only to see a charge next day. Very bad app

Ticking. So, when I tick something on or off, like - for instance the 24-hour setting, I ticked it off. Went back to the app a few minutes/ hours later, it’s back on. Same with just about anything else that I change. And, yes, I hit confirm when asked.

Terrible Product. Such a piece of crap watch, makes sense considering how much I paid for it, but forreal garbage. None of the heath tracking functions are accurate in any form, don’t waste ur time trying to make it work, pretty much only useful for showing the time.

Smart watch. The app is amazing. Just when I got the watch to go with it. The screen doesn’t turn on and it’s not working so I am unable to get the experience to enjoy the watch.

Keeps disconnecting. Everytime i open the app, first it starts data synchronization, after couple seconds it disconnects the watch and the watch freezes.
