Loved the game before the update. I have really enjoyed this game. It is one that I have stuck with longer than other games. When I first started playing the game, I didn’t have to pay for the 5 pieces of gold. I had a choice to buy 20 pieces or tap for 5 pieces. I am more apt to purchase things from an app if the developers are willing to give in return. So when they stopped letting me tap for gold, I almost quit the game. Lastly is the trophies. I work hard to get my trophy to #5, but then if I leave the game when I need to sleep or work then all my hard work is taken away. I have to start at ground zero. I wish you would allow us to keep the trophies we have worked hard for and not penalize us for leaving the game for awhile. And please bring back the piggy bank tapping.

Developers can’t add score correctly. Lowers scores.. This cam needs some fixes. It is a bit addicting. But I am so mad. For example. Have 599 Stars. Am working towards the next reward. Seven times in a row... I earned anywhere from 3 to seven stars from my play. At the win screen for that level, the animation show,the correct addition giving me in excess of 600 ( which is what I needed to get the prize) but on the next screen the game put me back o 599! Grrrrrr! Also the game said I had 28 moves left. But then wouldn’t let me play, saying I had no more turns! Grrrr So I am going to wait till there is a patch. If it is fixed.. yay. If it is not fixed, I am deleting this game.

Frustrating. I got to level 125 Without having to buy anything, that was good. I don’t usually spend money on games, however I like the game and thought ok I’ll spend money to through this level. I passed with the extra moves and was happy. My happiness was short lived because the levels after 125 all required me to use gold to pass. If I were to buy the $ 6.99 pack only five times, I would spend more then most xbox one games. Plus you don’t receive very much value out of the 50 gold.

Most underrated King Saga. I downloaded this game thinking it would be a good link-three game but it’s a lot more than what it seems. Not only are there powerups you can create, but, there are different game modes and level types for ultimate fun. Also probably the best for most people, NO ADS!! So I highly recommend downloading this and I can guarantee this will be your new favorite link game.

Simple, challenging fun with no ads or in-app purchases!. This game is one of my favorite King games. It’s easy to play, fun and the graphics are brightly colored and cute too (love the Russian nesting dolls). What’s especially appealing about this game is that there are no annoying ads or in-app purchases to trick you into spending money. That alone makes it worth downloading for everyone especially children. This is just a simple little game that is fun to play and looks nice too.

Love this game, hate update. I’m on level 944 and about 50 levels ago I had a glitch so I had to update. Now after updating there’s this infuriating trophy stuff (for when you’re winning levels). Also, there’s tons of black people now. Between levels, between projects, black people, black people everywhere. Ridiculous how King has sold out to multiculturalism and added all this time wasting “muh black people” stuff. I’m black! It’s just weird, way weird and I’m sick of seeing this black dude with stupid shoes between every friggen level!!

It cheats. Robbed of plays, deletes some icons, moves balls sideways when there is no way they could fall that way. Now this app thinks there is no internet. Will not allow interaction with contests. Funny that all my other apps have no problem with internet. I AM connected. Tried restarting phone but did not fix the problem. I’ve gotten past level 1800 on this. Hate to delete it but may not have a choice.

Cute game, but needs more bug fixing. I like the style of gameplay, and haven’t really run into any impossible levels yet, but it has issues. First on my list is I have differing diamond counts. For instance, I just beat a level and it said I had 32 diamonds. When I get back to the level select screen, it says I have 29 diamonds. If this is by design, at least explain what crazy math it’s using. The other big thing is when I switch destinations (like Paris to Mérida) the game locks up and has to be closed and relaunched.

Fun but frustrating. I love this game but some levels are unwinnable without paying for bonuses like 868. Right now I can't afford to pay for boosters and have attempted this level over 95 times with no success there aren't even enough moves to get past the first row of boxes ? Also this is the only game that boosters are this expensive! 7 dollars in even candy crush boosters last 2 hours on this game last you 3 levels at the most please make some adjustments

Really?. This game IS fun and I DO like it but I’m probably going to delete it because I DON’T enjoy games when they get difficult before level 10!...and stay difficult. I play match games for relaxed FUN, not because they’re challenging and frustrating. This game has 3 things going against it for me. 1) the balls (whatever they’re called) are too small and too many times my finger has landed on the wrong one/color!= WASTED move.... 2) (most games that’s not a problem) but this one as soon as finger makes contact theres NO way to just trail back and let go and try again to get right chain. It’s LOCKED. 3) it’s almost impossible to get a high score due to extremely limited moves on a board where you can only try to predict where the balls are actually going to land, so unlike other match games that have a no “chance”factor, this one is built on that. Which gets very frustrating and highly annoying when you have to waste countless moves on matches that are getting you absolutely nowhere! Combine all 3 in one level and I’m getting pissy.

Fun, but a cash grab. I love playing this game. It’s fresh and challenging and addicting. However, I’ve earned more gold bars than my little piggy bank can hold, but I only have 4 available for use. How do I access all my hard-earned gold for extra moves and bonus items? By paying for them. I have to pay actual money to collect items that I’ve earned through playing. That is the greediest money grab ever. I’m in the 200s on levels and it’s starting to get difficult to finish in the allotted moves. If it gets to a point where I can’t go on, I’ll delete before I’d pay. What a shame.

Ups and downs. Fun for a while but then like with other King games I've played, as you progress the hardest regular boards are a lot harder than the "Hard". Level 72 is "Super Hard" and completed it first time with no helpers. Level 73 is a regular level and much, much harder to complete. I am on the fifth attempt and still not even close. I think the mistake some people make in reviewing these apps is thinking about them as games. They aren't really, not primarily. A game is about fun and challenges and making sure you have the best experience possible. These are not that. They are a vehicle for King to make as much money as possible. The primary aim is to get money out of you, as much as possible, and the fun part is just to make sure you stay there and spend your bucks. It sounds cynical but the whole approach is cynical. Your fun and enjoyment is really only an experience for manipulation instead of just a game for your entertainment.

The birds.. I can’t even start on how annoying the birds can be. The birds would rather hit a flower at the completely wrong place, than removing a tile in order for me to win. Why do they even aim for the bird eggs? It just wastes the bird completely, since only three come out of one. Another example is the birds wouldn’t even break the piece I wanted them to hit. I’ve lost so many times because of this, and I was so close to beating every single time this happens. Can there be an option to prioritize which object you want the birds to aim for? This would really help. Besides the birds needing changes, what happened to shaking the piggy bank? It was the main source of gold and was far better than making brooches. Why did you remove it? Oh wait... you guys would rather swim in our money than be ‘free to play’. Other problem is when it comes to the event to create keys and exchange them to open a chest. I never get it opened because some people never actually forge their keys. It is a useless simple ‘press the button’ step, and many people forget to do this. Please make the forging automatic. Finally, it’s the teams to which you’re put in. I find it pretty annoying when your teammates don’t send you items, whilst you’re the only one who does. They get hammers and extra moves, whilst I get nothing. Why make hammers/moves for my team when I can’t get one for myself? At least let me choose the role I want to be. Doctor is the best, since you get both hammers and additional moves. And if I don’t like the team I’m part of, at least let me change to a different one.

Fun For a While.... Then it turns into another King game cash grab. Got to level 156, realized they don’t give you enough moves to complete the level without buying powerups and deleted the app. I don’t have time to keep pkaying the same level over and over again hoping the game allows me to complete it without spending money. The birds don’t help you at all because of their randomness. The rewards are so low it’s not worth the effort in trying to get them. Throw them $2 as a thank you, but please don’t give these guys more of your money, people.

Recent update. It’s not as nice a game now with changes from this most recent update. After years of using app you can no longer earn points by working on puzzles and collecting diamonds. Now it’s only you can level up by solving entire puzzle I won’t be using points already earned to complete a puzzle especially when there’s no longer a way to earn Diamond points. Bad move Saga!!!

WTH?!!. I’m frustrated beyond words. I got thru soooo many many levels and now I’m back at level 1. But that is not the really frustrating part. That part is that every time I open my game to play it starts back at the beginning. And I mean level 1!! I have lost all my gold. I’ve been playing for a very long time and now everything is lost. WTH happened and when will it be fixed??

Ugh fix the bugs. I CAN’T STATE ENOUGH HOW MUCH INLOVE THIS GAME, BUT, there is this new bug that once you almost finish a quest, it crashes and then when you open it again the game is set to an old game hat you’ve already won and completed. Then days, sometimes weeks later it reboots and you’ve lost your standing and now you’re meant to finish. Come on. I play every day for years and this is annoying and frustrating and also it’s not fair. You use boosters and time and then you get screwed over. Please fix this. It’s horrible. I won’t contact customer service, because it will be weeks of reload, redownloading, relogin and nothing gets fixed. FIX THE GAME FOR YOUR LOYAL AND NEW PLAYERS

Complete together. The “Complete Together” is not very fun b/c the chosen players DO NOT PLAY. 8 days wasted and I did not get through 1 level b/c the player who chose the “Hammer” did not play once and the player who chose the “Extra turns” played very little. Also the “Color Key” game is terrible b/c the players that the game picks NEVER forge their keys. The makers of this game know this. What is the point of forcing us to play these “SIDE” games if there is NEVER an opportunity to win. I will be forced to quit this game soon b/c I can not afford to “BUY” items through the game.

Misleading. When I first started playing I thought this was fun. As I have played longer (273 now) I have found that balls with large spaces between them will link but ones with a smaller space do not. It is illogical. I have also hit levels where I sat for at least a week and finally had to buy a boost to get through. I think the real slap in the face is that you earn gold bars for your piggy bank that can be used to get boosts. But guess what? They charge you $2.99 to use them! These are bars YOU EARNED but are not allowed to access unless you pay them. Deleting this sham!

Fun until the game breaks. I’ve run into a few levels where the gems get stuck on a corner and it’s impossible to get them unstuck. Frustrating but at least when I try the level again I can eventually get past it. Right now stuck on level 138 because all the dolls float out of view. Seems like the game is supposed to follow them but it isn’t, at least not for me. Shouldn’t be possible in a game to lose all view of the objectives. Also the birds can be super frustrating. Some times they are helpful, other times useless, and the worst is when they are counterproductive and set off the power up balls when I’m setting them up for a pay off. Also when I first played this game you could shake your piggy bank to at least get a small amount of gold for free and that feature has been removed. Gold is crazy expensive and there is no way in spending a couple of bucks for few small bonuses every time the bank fills up.

Good game but stop asking about Facebook. I really enjoy the puzzles in this game. Recently, the game asks every time I log in if I want to connect to my Facebook friends. I categorically do not want any game connected to my Facebook account and resent the fact that the game asks me this question each time I log in. Why do you persist in asking a question I have already answered? I am forced to answer this question each time before being allowed to the game play. If this does not stop, I will stop playing.

An Obvious Cash Grab. BOTTOM LINE: Boosts are ineffective for the most part. And it’s VERY clear the developers are only wanting you to buy more lives as the levels are clearly a few strokes short of regular game play to move forward. Don’t spend your money. Play Toon Blast instead. I really like this game - but once you get into the 100s level and every OTHER level is super hard - and the ONLY way to get past a level is to buy more moves - It becomes less enjoyable and more irritating, since it’s very clear to me what’s going on. And to be clear - Developers - I DON’T LIKE IT ONE BIT! Update the levels to be less a cash grab and more fun to play and maybe I’d spring for some more boosts. Speaking of - they’re NOT worth it. They are not worth it in most games and you also can’t MAKE some of the better boosts in gam play. That is not cool. I want to like this game - but it’s quickly losing my interest.

Why do I continue to waste money on this garbage. Like most other reviews, the game is fun in the beginning. But, very early on the game is frustrating with impossible tasks and limited moves. The odds are always stacked against you, so it seems. There have been times that the games had to reshuffle two and three times before I even made a move. Ridiculous. And yes, I’ve foolishly wasted more money than I care to think about in this game because after restarting a level four and five times, I finally got far enough that magically the gem was about to drop. So what do I do? Yup, bought gold to get that final last move. Ugh. I’m not going to like the receipt from Apple with all these in app purchases. If i didn’t waste so much on this one I’d surely delete it. But now I feel invested. Anyone reading this beware...and once it gets too challenging delete it before you toss your money to King.

Disagree with whiners. I have tested so many matching games. I must say this is by far my favorite one, in my opinion the best King game, very well done! 👏 In every other matching game I hit a “wall” around level 50 or 70 like everyone else is complaining about, but in this game I don’t. Currently I am on level 249, playing for just over a week, I haven’t spent a single cent yet. I also barely use any boosters which I also accumulated plenty of. It does become challenging, otherwise where is the fun. But I still am able to pass the levels and it feels rewarding. The design, sound and animations are beautiful. The travel through cities concept is awesome, very clever. It is also crucial which bonus you choose for each city. Please keep up this wonderful work with many more levels to come. Thank you!

My diamonds keep disappearing. I like this game. I’ve got two complaints however. First, they have the button to keep playing in the same place where you continue, and I’ve lost a lot of gold bars that way on levels I wasn’t even close to winning. Second, the diamonds I’ve earned keep disappearing. I’ll have 200 diamonds at the end of one level, then when I finish the next one, I’ll be at 192. This happens with almost every level, making it close to impossible to get to the next jewelry piece. It wouldn’t be so bad, except I’ve paid a bit of money playing this game. I feel like they shouldn’t do this to players that are actually funding the game. I think I’d have about 200 more pieces than I do if they’d stop stealing my diamonds!

Lowest rated King game and for a good reason. I love this game as in REALLY love it. Of all the King games (most of which I also love), this one has the highest production quality and most unique gameplay which makes it so very addicting. So why the three stars? Because as so many others have mentioned, this is the one King game that is such an obvious money grab with regular levels becoming almost impossible to beat without throwing money down (“hard” levels are pretty easy though). So unless you like playing the same level night after night waiting for fate to deal you an easy board (which never happens) the only achievement you unlock is a new level of frustration. So, no thanks. I don’t have the time, the money and certainly not the patience for games like this no matter how charming they are. The AppStore has a plethora of worthy alternatives which leave me with a smile for me to keep playing a game which just leaves me with a scowl.

Boring. This game was great at first, then I reached a certain level (I can’t even remember which one), and I simply could not beat the levels in time to reach the key to unlock the chest with power-ups. There is no way I am using real money to purchase power-ups, but that’s obviously what the game wanted me to do. So I deleted it. I don’t mind a challenge, but a game gets really boring if after at least 6 weeks you don’t even get the satisfaction of winning a few power-ups. This was after an update, too, so I think the designers just got a little too greedy.

Clone of another game. Ok, first off this game is much more casual than the originator of this kind of puzzle game, secondly, the original may have much less appeal since it’s a Japanese game and has wacky characters you can recruit and train vs just playing meticulously made puzzles repeatedly till you beat them. This game is not a ripoff of said game, but it’s close to it just by taking the same gameplay and changing it slightly. The game i’m talking about it Yo Kai Watch: Wibble Wobble. Yes, a really wacky name, and the franchise is more aimed towards kids, but their game is fast paced, time and score based, and heavily rewards quick reaction time and skill. This game is more relaxed in nature. On wibble wobble, you merge the matching colors into larger... jewels? That, when comboed with, grant massive amounts of points. Stages in that game are around taking a boss down as well, instead of releasing locked objects or reaching a certain score in a certain amount if turns. If you’re interested in the game i’m talking about. Give it a try, it’s cute, very light hearted, and has some depth to it as well. This is by no means a bad game, but i knocked a couple of stars off for mimicking another game i enjoy so much. Thanks for reading, and happy matching. :)

Meh....same ole same ole. Same type money grab game. Impossible levels to beat without some kind of booster, ie purchase at end of level to finish it off. I’m convinced this is done on purpose. Also the ask “friends” for lives and the refill for 9 gold bars pops up at the same time and same place, and doesn’t ask you to verify I have clicked on that stupid refill lives multiple times on accident. My fault but I can almost guarantee you this is placed here on purpose. Very tactless move. It’s an ok matching game and fun, but again as many people have said you can’t beat levels without help. Also certain boosters are rendered useless and yet it still uses them.

FUN!. So far the game is FUN and entertaining! I prefer male voiceovers but I’ll get over that! I’m excited for more friends to join. Still trying to figure out how I acquire the power boosts. I’m sitting idle at 3 on all of them. I don’t use them as I enjoy the challenge of winning a level without help. Picking different destinations is a cool feature. Not really any negative things - will only see new features as the game grows. Amazing job King - as always you haven’t disappointed us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Won’t connect to Facebook. Haven’t been able to connect with Facebook to save my progress for the last two days I can with other king games and I really like this game since you’ve taken care of all the glitches you’ve had in the beginning I’ve had no problems till just now please fix

Freezing screen. Last two games, teammates sent hammers, which I need drastically, and tried to click to accept and screen froze, had to forfeit 2 games which could have won. PLEASE FIX ASAP! Anyone else having problems? Since can’t ever finish game, can’t trade either because after the hammer is offered, the screen freezes and you have to get rid of whole progress in game. Hope we’re all going to get big reimbursements! Definitely deserve it after playing a hundred games. Thanks, I’ll be checking

Update failed to work. 4/11 Update: Once again, ran out of levels. 😟 I waited patiently, and I just did the update, which promised new levels When I opened the UPDATED app, it said “More cities coming soon.” What the heck?! Where are the updated levels?! Previously, I gave 5 stars for this game because I LOVE playing it, but I’ve reduced my rating to 2 stars because this is the third time that I’ve run out of levels and waited quite some time for an update. I don’t mind waiting, BUT after waiting and updating, I expect to actually find new levels if that is what the update said it was doing. Back when I loved the game: I enjoy this game so much more than I did Candy Crush. The games are challenging without being frustrating. And I love when Carmen shows up and I can work with a team for prizes. Two suggestions: 1) I’ve run out of levels twice now and have to keep waiting for updates; in the COVID craze, this game has been a welcome diversion - so please divert me! 😂 2) Move the button to buy extra lives. Too many times I have accidentally hit the button to buy more lives just because of the button placement and lost gold that I was saving. That is SUPER annoying!

Love it. Great game up until last week. It’s been crashing as soon as it uploads because of the full necklace thingy. That pops up to claim I hit claim and the app closes. I tried to send to support but it wouldn’t let me for some reason. Bonus is it’s giving me the 10 gold each time but I would like to actually play the game. I’ve been having problems with ALL the King games this past week but have faith it will be resolved. Please look into it

Love the game but….. I really enjoy the game but it freezes right in the middle of a game and I have to quit. I’ve turned off my device and then turned it back on but it doesn’t fix the games I’ve lost. The music will be mute when I go back to the game and I have to go into the settings. It brings back the music but not the sound effects. The hammer is never there when it’s a choice in a new city. If this can be fixed, i would absolutely give it a 5 star rating.

I love this game, but...... I have been on Level 217 for at least a couple weeks. The game is so engaging but the developers need to offer a chance to earn some complementary daily boosters. It is going to be a loser for me if the only way to love forward after a day or two requires that I pay for assists. Keys out of reach, impossible to set up a plan with limited moves. Some access points require four or more moves to open. Nope. “You can’t get there from here” and it will be easier to move on to a new game. Original Edit: This game is less winnable the higher your level. For example, there maybe 15 or 20 or 30 moves to meet 2 or 3 challenges on a give level. If it takes a few to position, and on the next you pretty much have to reposition or everything crumbles, you run out of moves really quickly. It results in a “you can’t get there from here” feeling. Need more feee booster options!! I still play but far less often. After being stuck on the same level for days, I realize I have to walk away from it for awhile. I never pay for boosters on any game I play, but most offer incentives to earn them pretty quickly. This one does not (unless I am missing something), and it gets very difficult to move to the next level without using multiple boosters several times, burning right through the few they offer and still not moving on. I like the concept of the game a lot (the plot line is okay, graphics interesting) but I think the game is too hard to play everyday. I am wasting too much time.

Good for pass-time, fixed to lose. After reading another review, I was relieved to learn I wasn’t the only one frustrated by this game’s “unwinnability.” Like most other King brand games, the lower the level, the easier to win... makes sense. However, once you start to get up into the hundreds, prepare to be stuck on a level for a few days before passing. Unlike their other games, the ability to collect boosters and game perks are rare. If you don’t want to pay for them (sorry, not a realistic expense), the possibility of getting boosters is timed and more than likely you’ll run out of time before passing the level. Bringing me to my next point, it takes FOREVER to get more lives to try to pass... every now and then you can choose a city that will cut the time in half but regular life reboots take 15 minutes! As for being fixed, I’m sure the developers are still working out the kinks (and yes, I’ve done all the updates)... but a few issues 1. I’ve played levels where I’ve collected all of the diamonds required and the game will tell me I lost. 2. The time clock to regain lives randomly stops running, and not when it’s full. 3. I’ve been stuck on a level and used the hammer booster when the diamonds have been right next to the pearl string, didn’t work, still lost. 4. There’s GOTTA be robots playing in the race to the city finish line. You’ll start a city, “at the same time as the other players,” maybe get past a level or 2, and then yet again you’ll get stuck and an hour later, one of your competitors is suddenly 17 levels ahead of you. Either they aren’t real players, they have SERIOUS free time to beat all these levels, or you’re not actually starting even close to the same time. And 5. Most of the higher levels (300+) are just repeated versions of lower levels with less moves. End rant. Plus sides - good concept, like that the collected diamonds make jewelry to get gold bars, decent graphics, overall good game to kill time or play when you can’t fall asleep.

Fun then frustrating. I had hoped this wouldn't be another match 3 spin off that had impossible to beat levels but sadly I was right, it is. ☹️ At first, the levels were fun and challenging but beatable even if you had to play it a few times. However, the higher you go the more impossible they become. I've played level 86 at least 10 times now and always come up short. Firstly, you've got 53 obstacles to get the diamond though but only 25 moves. Second, a lot of your strategy in based on hoping you get the right color stones so you can maximize your moves. I've always come up short playing this level even with boosters. I might try a few more times but when a game becomes more frustrating than fun, it gets deleted.

Getting Ready to Quit. I have played this game for a very long time. It is challenging but I always manage to clear the level. I started to compete with another player; the person that collects more “gems” in 24 hours wins gold bars. In this case, the gems were blue. The game continues until one of the players fail to collect the required number of blue gems. We were up to 50 gold bars and I was supposed to gather 2500 blue gems in 24 hours. Well the level I am on has no blue gems! It is a hard level so it is unlikely that I will be able to solve it in time. I have wasted two weeks with no possibility of success! So it looks like I am done with this game. Player beware!

Loved at first—now not so much!. The game was extremely relaxing initially, however the further I’ve gone, the more my frustration increased. I’ve already found myself spending too much time trying to beat levels that literally without any power-ups are a crap shoot to be polite about it. With several other King games that I have been an avid player, they at least offer a daily booster of some nature, sadly this is not the case with this one. Not likely will I pursue any more of my time with this game. Great idea, not so great without providing boosters after given an initial trial taste of them.

Good game, keeps kicking me out. I like the game but the last several weeks now the game will take forever to load and when it finally opens it will freeze up. Now the last 2 days I have been trying to get into the game and it will open, let me select the play button, and then it will open the reward for collecting 600 gems. When I click collect it will freeze and then kick me out of the game. I have tried opening it again and it will keep running through that whole process. This is also after the update to the game. Becoming very frustrated and about to delete the game and never play it again.

Great game. I’m just beginning my quest and I’m enjoying it thus far. I love the design of this game. I like how the journey begins with a letter from the main character’s aunt and how we keep finding new tidbits of information along the way. One issue I’m finding is that past level twelve, it’s extremely difficult to collect three stars per level. I enjoy a great challenge, but on most levels, collecting three stars is nearly impossible, although the levels are easily winnable, just not with three stars. My only other suggestion is to come up with an update with more ways to collect boosters along the journey. Otherwise, this is a wonderful game. Keep the great ideas coming.

Update from 5 days ago produced no new levels. New review: I downloaded the latest update, but five days later, the new levels still are not loading. Restarting my iPad made no difference. Earlier review: Level 2730 doesn’t function correctly After the lower sections’ diamond are cleared, the app doesn’t roll back up to the upper sections. Also, one diamond just above the lower section clears itself whether or not the user has made any moves. PLEASE FIX THIS.

So glitchy.. This game is fun, and the glitches wouldn’t be as annoying if it was from a brand new company and this was their first game. That’s not the case though. It’s not even king’s first game of this subtype, blossomblast is nearly the same thing. 1. If you win a level on your last move, there is ~25% chance it will freeze there, you’ll lose a life and have to replay the level till you win a second time. This is extremely frustrating if it’s a super hard level you’ve been trying to beat for a day+. 2. This same issue also occurs sometimes if you beat a level while the “keep going, just one more” pop up is on the screen, like when you get the last two diamonds on the level at the same time. 3. Half of us can’t even play right now because choosing the wrong booster (a 50/50 shot) just makes every level freeze upon loading. This is pathetic for a company that has been making mobile games this long.

Has been a fun game for years but getting boring. I have played this for years and now above level 2000. Usually I get bored after a couple hundred levels. It is weird that I level up and am #1 usually just me or one other player. But in the cities competition there are others way above me that win? It is becoming boring being stuck on levels for days with no rewards playing so long. Getting boring.

Fun, but frustrating quirks. I enjoy the game, but as other users mentioned, there is a lack of consistency. The space between balls required to link seems to be arbitrary, bird power-ups sometimes target special features (ties binding balls, potions) but other times are completely random. My most recent frustration is the removal of the 5 free gold bars after collecting 50. You used to be able to choose 5 for free or all 50 for a fee, but now the fee is the only option. Disappointing money grab.

Waiting for new levels again.... This is one of my favorite games. My only complaint is that I have to wait a long time for new levels. I’m at level 725 and I’m waiting again. For those folks who say that they can’t get past certain levels, I say you can. Sometimes it takes a while and you might have to play on for 9 bars but it can be done. King please give me more levels to play.

Consistently inconsistent. This game is a good diversion, and it was pretty easy to get through the earlier levels of the game. However, there is no consistency or logic in how the balls link. Sometimes a large space exists between two balls and it allows you to link them, other times it doesn’t. Similarly, sometimes there is part of a ball between other balls and it links, while other times it doesn’t. And these spaces and balls look exactly the same size. This is frustrating because it is so ridiculously inconsistent, and frequently the inconsistency happens when that move could alter the game in favor of the player. Particularly in the last few moves. Overtly trying to get the player to spend money to continue playing, perhaps? I find that some of the other king games tend to be more predictable and I’d really prefer to lose a level for the umpteenth time under predictable circumstances, instead of because the game allows a link arbitrarily.

Buggy. I have beaten level 190 three times but it doesn’t advance. I don’t have a problem with the difficult levels like others but the stuff that doesn’t make sense is irritating. The dumb birds that don’t have priority levels on what they target. Why aren’t the power ups you accumulate available in play throughout the map instead of just the beginning. This doesn’t make sense when there are levels that start off with pushing or releasing the diamond with three pieces. 2 of the 3 pieces turn into whatever power up you chose in the beginning so it’s just a waste. This game is more buggy than other King games.

Loved it. I love the game, but there's an issue in gameplay recently, when u complete a level without losing life u got some gift in every new level like candy crush soda saga but after level 996 it's not there, please fix thisalso want daily gift or daily booster, also want more free gold bars, thats it. & Last but not the least upgrade the game graphics.i complete the level 1055, waiting for new level.

Keeps crashing. This app was just given an update - the usual ‘bug fixes’. Turns out they gave it a bug. Every time it opens it crashes. Can you pls fix your fix

Booster scam. Unlike what we are use to with the boosters in King games the ones on this game do not act accordingly so you are forced to purchase more moves or boosters!

So Many Bugs. The game is fun but has so many bugs.

Frustrating when it resets to the beginning!. The game itself is really fun to play BUT every time there is a new terms and conditions or update, I lose my progress and am defaulted back to the start again!! I have now deleted the game.

Updating. Half way through it stops collecting diamonds and when I update, it pushes me back about 20 levels! It’s very frustrating and is really starting to get annoying.

Nice game....BUT. It is very easy to ask for help, only to find a delayed action and using diamonds. Note to developers: add a prompt: confirm. I don’t want to spend a fortune on a game. In fact, I have reached high levels (180) without spending a dollar. But I have also lost repeatedly diamonds that have been earned. Very annoying. The game is quite clever. You can position your items by linking and thinking one or two steps ahead. Some of it is just luck, and you may need a little patience.

Repeating levels. Great game and very addictive. Unfortunately every few levels are stuck on repeat regardless of wether you’ve spent money on passing them previously or not.

Awesome game but one issue.... I love the game it is awesome but I have one issue with it this issue is that the birds go to the blocks and not the goal this makes in most levels with dolls or boxes with those blocks harder because the birds go to the blocks.

Great game...no supporting. I love this game. It’s great for playing short bursts when I’m on a break. I enjoy the piggy bank and have paid to get my gold bars out quite a few times. However, last time I was charged $2 more than the usual fee. I contacted them and haven’t had a reply. This is the second time no one has helped me

can see the algorithm working. cynical game. can actually see the non-sensical physics working against colours coalescing in order to make the required chain...it’s funny! eventually you can progress- the algorithm gives way after a certain amount of tries- and now you can pay to unlock a piggy bank of unknown cache just to keep being blocked by the algorithm- every sadists dream!

Typical. Within a very short period of time you get to a stage where you can’t go any further without spending money. Deleted

Fun. A fun twist on linking games that doesn't use a grid. Don't believe the other reviewers, I've been playing for a week and am up to level 150 and haven't spent a cent. Some levels require 10 to 15 goes, but are easily passable without any boosts.

LOVE THIS GAME!!. The life boosters extend playing time, the puzzles are hard but can still be solved after playing for some time. I really enjoy playing, waiting for life to refill is short, so i’m always itching to get back on! Good game!

Disappointed twice. Good game but got to level 800 and it would not load I turned off iPad rebooted couple of time did not change anything. So I to delete it reloaded from level 1 again got to level 180 now it keeps repeating that level deleting now and not coming back

Love the game however, the earned diamonds total increases accordingly at the end of each game, but then find the total diamonds earned has decreased again at the beginning of the next game! Really, very frustrating! Can’t work out why this is happening and can’t be bothered playing anymore! Hope this is a glitch that is soon sorted.

Diamonds and Diaries. What is going on here guys????? Ever since the last update, I cannot play the game. I love this game.....but it keeps closing out and then I try to start it again, same thing happens, now it won’t even let me play at all!!!!! Childlike and patronising new game. I’ve played all of this developer’s games some more than others. This latest one is so-so for a number of reasons not least of which is the stupid and pointless comments made intermittently after a good score, for example “sassy”. This is so asinine, so disingenuous and so unwanted by me and many others I’m sure. I’m a 54-year old woman and really don’t care to be patronised and condescended to in this way. Otherwise the game is quite enjoyable, the premise of travelling around the world collecting jewels is novel but I’m getting bored with it now. Maybe I’m just not being challenged enough by this one. I don’t play many of King’s other games anymore, just Pet Rescue which I still love. This game is altogether too infantile for me, from the early childhood cartoon style to the annoying Americanisms. I’m sure I’m not the only middle aged gamer who is puzzled by this unsophisticated approach.

What the actuall f?. After updating ive had to (forcefully) replaay three levels before i could even resume where i was upto!! what the heck? Before updating i even had to purchase boosters to pass those levels im now replaying. I loved this game till i updated now i just want to delete it and never download a king app ever again! It’s alright. Doesn’t add up the diamonds properly. You may get 15 in a level and it only adds 5. A bit annoying really.

Stole My Gold Bars. Had to wait a few days for the developers to create some new levels (currently at 5680). Had accumulated 12 extra lives from friends. I was saving them for extra difficult levels. When I checked to see if there were any new levels (there were) all my extra lives were GONE!!! What’s the point of asking friends for extra lives if you’re not allowed to use them when you want to?!

Stuck at levels.. I don’t mind a challenge but I’m tired of getting stuck on levels that make me want to delete the app. I’m not a star player but I’m a pretty good player. Ridiculous.

Amazing game if it worked properly. Wrote to support, got a canned response to check space on my iPad, and a few other standard fixes. Followed suggestions verbatim still being booted out after every win, very irritating especially when the win isn’t registered and I have to delete game and download again. Some levels I have won 5 or 6 times only to be booted and start again. Please fix this as this game is a great idea and I would love the opportunity to play it without constant crashes. Thanks

Where's Peter?. Still crashing. :( I love this game! But since the new update, it keeps crashing on me. The game loads and when I try to open it, it goes black. Also, I'm curious..... why is it loads different features sometimes? Some of my favourite features, such as the helper, Peter, doesn't show up anymore. And then there was the piggy bank option to break the bank and receive five gold bars, which I loved. And also sometimes the city counter, that describes how many levels you have to play to finish the city, is also absent from my latest version. This is my favourite game, but I would love it more if it would be a little more consistent.

Infuriating Software Update!. First, I do love this game in general and I’m close to level 750. However, the latest update closes the app when I clear a level and its any man’s guess as to whether you will reflect a completion or have to do the level over when you go back into the game. Additionally, if you use gold bars for extra lives and win, but the game closes down, you lose your gold bars and you will most likely have to do the level over. The game is basically stealing your money since you have to pay to crack your piggy bank!!!

Diamond Diaries Internet connection failure. I have been trying to figure out how to get this game to reconnect to the internet. I did the last update several days ago and now keep getting the comment “need internet connection”. I am on level 1976 and have 7 gold bars and several boosters and don’t want to lose them. I have tried to create a comment in App Support and can’t find a way to type a message to ask for support. Please help! This is one of my favorite games!

Use to enjoy. I used to love this game until today . Opened the game this morning to find i had to accept your new privacy policy before I could play. Once I accepted & the game opened all my completed levels were gone. It made me start at level one. When I quit playing yesterday I was at level 478. It took me months to get to that level as I work more than 40 hours a week & cannot play all the time . Not sure I will ever play any KING game again. Shame on you!

Like This Game, However . . .. A month ago I would have given this 5 stars. However, I’m on “hard” level 596 and becoming discouraged. As you progress to the higher levels you find yourself stuck. I rate this game a 2star only because i have tried on numerous occasions to get them give me my old account back, i went to put this game on my other device i was at level 601 and when I tried to down loaded it on my other device they made me start all over which I am not happy about

Stuck on flawed level. Overall this is a good game which I have been enjoying. But the first game on the Santa Monica destination is flawed so that it is impossible to beat. 3-4 moves in there aren’t any pieces left and the game tells you no moves available. Since there aren’t any pieces to shuffle, there isn’t any way forward and it ends. Please fix this bug or come up with a way to choose another destination. Thank you

disappointed. Fun game but I'm disappointed. New levels were released every 2 weeks and I'd play to the end between releases. It's been 6 or 8 weeks and NOTHING but a tease of we are making level 1000 with your help and a survey, that was 2 or 3 weeks ago. Free lives for "resting" because you are at the end of the game is disappointing and frustrating waiting for new levels for so long. Giving them a few more days before I uninstall.

Colorful but.... The game has a back story and is fun in the beginning. I don’t mind a challenge but at around level 139 it becomes frustrating, play same level 40 plus times and can’t win is just not fun. It’s another breakout the wallet game even with boosters it doesn’t help. You end up so tired of the level you use gold 3 plus times to get by. When gold I bought runs out I’m. Done.

Problem with sound. Is anyone else having a problem with making the sounds stay off? It’s just recently that I’ll turn the music and that other distracting sound off but every time The game starts so does the sound and that might be fine for some but I can truly do without it. Any help on how to get the sound to be off permanently is appreciated

King has done it again!. I'm a huge fan of the King Developers. First it was Candy Crush, then Farm Hero's —which I loved. I got bored and hoped for a release of something new, fresh, and an awesome game play. I love this game. The graphics are AWESOME, I love the story line. I can see myself playing this game for a long time!

Hooked instantly!. I love the King games I have most of them and wait for new ones! This one is no different it's a way to relax and space out ...to the other review that's bashing it ugh grow up... Diamond Saga. Yesterday app won’t load. After many try’s deleted app and reloaded. Lost all progress. Today again won’t load. This is silly as it didn’t correct problem. Needs quicker updates!!!. I played candy crush for years until this game. I deleted the candy crush app after a few months of playing this game. It’s fun and addictive. BUT the new levels take forever to come out. And it’s been a week since I finished the game and still no updates :( I have spent a fair amount on inapp purchases so hopefully it wasn’t all for not.

What the heck!. What the heck has happened to this game? I I got an update a week or so ago and it ruined this game. Had to offload then reload the game and lost my progress. Level 766. Dang it! So I started all over and got to level 123, after shutting down after I complete each level and now I can’t even play at all. Every time I try play level 123 it crashes. So I’m stuck here. I could give stars coz I love this game, but today I have to give it zilch. Please fix this game!

Loved this Game. I really love this game until it started crashing. I have been on the same level for several days. I beat the level get a check mark and it crashes and I have to start all over on the same level. Took me 8 times to move on to level 751. Now I have beat that level 5 or 6 times and can’t move to the next level. The support people only give you canned answers with no real solutions. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!

Game keeps crashing, ruining my streaks. Been playing this game for over a year. About 3 months ago, everytime I complete a level, the game crashes. Sometimes it’ll count the completion, most times it won’t and not only do I lose a life, I also lose my streak. The higher levels are already tough enough to complete let alone having the game rob me of my lives and streaks. Getting really fed up that I’m going to go play something else now.

Glitchy. Several annoying glitches but fun when it works. The distance between the balls that allows them to link is drastically inconsistent and when balls fall, they (or the flowers covering them) sometimes keep jiggling and never let you make another move. You just have to sacrifice the life and reboot the app.

Lots of Bug issues. So I liked this game until it stopped rewarding me gold bars for getting diamonds. I tried to contact the developer to get help but they send you to their website where they want you to join through Facebook before you can even ask for help. That is absolutely ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to join your website to get help with your glitchy game. Fix your game and make it where if we need help all we have to do is message you. No other hidden agenda should happen.

It needs more incentives. I love the game but hate that there are rarely any bonuses / incentives. The only way to earn boosters is to chase a key. This is all well and good for the challenge, but if you want any goodies, they’re forcing you to purchase. No matter how well you play, a little boost over the rough patch would be appreciated.

Freezing out. I was enjoying this game until at level 194 the game froze up and even after shut downs and reloads it would not restart. After a day, I removed and reloaded the game, and it put me back to level 1. I played back to 200 or so and when frozen, got a reprieve by trying to register the game. I’m now on 213 and frozen again. Can’t tap anything. Will wait up to a day in case there is some kind of a glitch. Then I’m gone.

It WAS fun. It started out as a great game but early on it became too hard to play. I got stuck on 142 for a week and a half. I’ve only made it to 153. It is ridiculously hard. Not spending any money on this one until they either give you more moves or make it so that the birds actually HELP you achieve your goal rather than pop flowers. I’ve used boosters and they are no help. This one must. It’s a big money maker for King because if you spend money on games you WILL be spending money on this one.

Change the help!!. Please give more help and fix when there is one diamond left and you have a bird it needs to go to the last one and help you win not no where’s else!!

Did I get to the end?. I just got to level 2390, and there is nothing else showing! Did I get to the end? I like this game and I cant believe there are no more levels…. I am hoping it is a weird internet issue or something.

Fun but needs upkeep. I really like this game but it seems that the developers are not keeping up with it. Do not spend your money on any of the in app items. Sometimes we have to wait one or two weeks before they will add more levels. The iPad app is constantly closing on me but the iPhone app seems to be working fine.

Last update app now freezes every time I play. I love this game but after the latest update, the app freezes every time my teammate sends a hammer. It’s happened 3 times in a row now. It’s too bad. it’s not playable because once the teammate sends the hammer, I have to restart so I can’t advance while a teammate is helping out. And that’s not something I can control o my end. It’s my favorite game right now so I’m bummed. Please fix!!

Where’s the next level?. I’ve played and beat lvl 171 8 times now. Each time I beat it, it brings me to lvl 170 as the next game in sequence. If I go to the map, it says I need to beat lvl 171... again. Why won’t it open lvl 172? Gold bar compensation would be appreciated as I did use them a few times to beat this groundhog level. 16Oct18 Update. Wrote the help center. they didn’t even read my question and sent a generic answer/solution from the FAQs. Good luck! Worst customer service I’ve ever received from an app company. App deleted. Starts fun then wastes your life away trying to beat levels. I enjoyed this game at the beginning but as I progressed the levels are literally 1-2 moves too short to win. I ended up spending hours trying to beat a level and without any boosters left I have to let it go. The concept is fun but winning some levels is like playing slots, a losing game, and I’m not willing to put forth the money to ‘cheat’ a win. Deleting now.

Game keeps crashing!!!. The game crashes every time I’m playing, esp after I have passed a level and when I run out of moves. I have deleted the app 2-3 times along with restarting my iPad n then installing the game again, even after Apple updates, but nothing has helped with the game crashing!!! HELP PLZ!!!

Please fix it. Enjoy this game but the last 3 or 4 days it knocks me out as soon as I select the level I want. Hopefully the problem can be corrected soon. Still knocking me out before I can start to play. Please fix it! Still not fixed! Very disappointing! Today's update did not fix the problem! Still getting knocked out before I can start the game! Even with new update I cannot get into the game. It loads, gives me gold bars and then knocks me out . I cannot ever start the game. Another update and still not fixed! Keeps giving me bars every time I go to the game but will not let me start the game . Just knocks me out!

Enjoy it a lot... but. Great game. Addicting and cute. But a couple things: First, when you finish a level, it’s defeating to only win 10 bars of gold. It costs 9 bars for 5 extra moves so it seems as if I spend WAY more bars than I could ever earn. Secondly, there are only 480 levels. Which I didn’t know. I recently spent $ on gold bars but have reached the end?? I would like either a refund or an update as to when more levels will be added. Thanks.

The games physics model is junk.. So if I have a large item with a smaller item sitting at its 10 or 2 o’clock position and I clear underneath, how does the small ball always wind up underneath? How come there are gap inconsistencies between the balls. How about when I start a new city and the computer opponents are one level ahead of me, I play a few rounds and gain the lead. When I come back two hours later the computer opponents has one that jumped 14 levels ahead of me. What’s up with that? I like Candy Crush, currently on level 1374 I like Candy Crush Soda, currently on level 1687. I love Paradise Bay, until last update was near maxed everything. Frustration is one thing, this game is beyond frustrating. Find a different King game to play.

No more levels?. Was enjoying the game a lot but now the city route I was on has disappeared and I’m getting a message that there are no more routes?! Now it’s moved me back about 6 levels from where I was and there’s no where else to go. New update problem? I’ll give it 5 stars for now and hope just a temporary glitch...

Glitch?. I’ve played this game for years and love it. But just recently I’ve hit levels and when I’m down to 3 moves if someone has given me a hammer the entire game freezes and I can’t finish the level. I’ve almost thrown my phone across the room!! Just deleted the whole app and am downloading again in hopes that fixes the glitch. I’ve lost time and hammers!

It could be better. The puzzles are fun, but it is incredibly frustrating when trying to use the bird power ups and they randomly go pop something like a block or a flower that isn’t even related to your objective of that particular puzzle. If you would fix that, this game would be about perfect.

Fun but rewards stink. I was having a lot of fun and It took me quite a long time and at least 25+ levels to collect 250 diamonds but I kept replaying levels and Paying for hammers and I finally did it because I thought it was going to be worth it. I got a lousy 10 bars for doing all that work?? I’m pretty sure that I got 10 bars for collecting 25 diamonds! And now you want me to collect 400 diamonds? Well if you want me & others to keep playing then you need to add better rewards or offer a whole lot more often.

Gold piggy button. I like the concept of the gold piggy and how you get so much gold per level but please remove the pay to open. It's like "oh here's your free gold, oh but you have to pay to get it". I'm not a huge mobile gamer anymore but I don't wanna pay for something that is pretty much right in front of me

More levels needed. The game is fun, but, there aren’t enough levels to keep the entertainment going. I have been stuck without anything to do for weeks... I also don’t seem to be able to go back and play anything except the last few levels... not cool!

FUN level surprised me 😍☺️😊😃. I did not realize how original and inventive this game was going to be. It combines so many different aspects of other games in a whole new way. I love it. Am fascinated by it. Each level is interesting. Thanks for this!

Fun but.... I really enjoy playing this game but the app crashes constantly. Every level that is won causes it to fail. I would definitely play more often if it weren’t for this. I have won levels in the past but because it crashed, it did not update and allow me to move to the next level. Please fix, this is certainly annoying.

New Cities?. I have leveled out at 725 and was wondering when new cities/levels would be added. It has taken me less than a year to level out and I love this game so much. There really isn’t another one like it.

It’s different and new. At first I thought it would just be another puzzle game. But it wasn’t, there a game mechanic that I have never seen. You can retrace your line and pick up more, it’s also faster pace. I can see myself playing this for a long time.

Once a 5 star game.... But no more. I have been stuck on level 598 for more than two weeks. You got me, and I give up. I like the changes you’ve made with team members and was successful in getting in 25 levels the first 2 weeks, but if “we” can’t advance it is wasted time. 10 years ago I was playing a game, and got stuck on level 162. I was not willing to quit and tried and tried for over a year!! Never again. Thanks for once challenging but once upon a time not impossible game.

Fun stuff!. I played up to level 215 or so, and had a great time! It was challenging but I was never stuck for too long. I never had to purchase anything, although I with they had more creative rewards. It was all really similar the whole time. Perfect game for unwinding after a long day of work!

Not getting my gold bars. I have gotten the 600 point necklace and the 200 point necklace and I haven’t gotten my gold bars. Every time I win the necklace, the game freezes. Once I reopen the game, I don’t get my gold. Update 1/9/20- still not getting my gold bars after the update. I have won necklaces at least 5 times and haven’t gotten any gold bars. Fix this!!! Update 2/4/20- just got a new update and I am still not getting my gold bars from the necklaces 😡

Cute game!. Sooo adorable, but needs improvement here and there. A volume bar for the music and sound effects would be a great addition. I’d also like to be able to see the leaderboards when I click on a past level. As for the birds, I end up avoiding them half the time. Perhaps make the birds pursue things of greater importance. Keep creating and improving, thanks for the lovely game!

Recent updates are unfortunate. Downloaded and replayed the game 3-4 times just because the levels challenged and winning gold was exciting. Now you don’t race to win a city (and 5 bars), you lose your whole win streak, and completing a jewelry item used to go 200 gems, 400, 600 and restart- now I see 300, 600, 600... no chance to build up gold anymore and levels are impossible to keep a win streak when you’re in the new levels coming out 700+. Boo 😔

Very buggy. I love this game but it keeps repeatedly closing on me. This is especially annoying when it happens when I complete a level but before it saves it meaning I have to complete levels more than once. I love the puzzles, when they work and I’ve never had an issue like this with King games before. Really disappointing.

Overcharging scam?. This game is clever, I do enjoy the challenges however, I have had to contact the developer about the freezing mid play, the progress in graphics locking up and the most disturbing of which I finally caught this week, double charging for the bank. Of which I think is crooked within itself, it’s not like King doesn’t make enough money with their other games, allow the player to earn. So, when I get as far as I can go, I just delete and re-download.

Whoop. This game is so fun to play!! I really have zero complaints, except one tiny thing. I was on a level, (which now I can’t remember what level it was!) but it “ran out of moves” and made me do the whole level over again and took away one of my life’s. To me it didn’t make much sense but I shook it off. So just thought I would put this out there!!
