Payment. You have to pay to get your first phone number but I have not done that because I currently do not have any money in my phone so I have not actually tried the app yet but I think by the other reviews, I think it might be good to use.

Review. So far pretty good app seems to work ok I would recommend anyone to try it out

Need customer service to contact me phone glitching all day for 3rd time. 8/9 - it used to be good in the first couple of months but now several times software will go down.. currently it’s still down despit a phone update - I use this line for business and still cannot make outbound calls- plz fix asap 8:8/23- not working again calls won’t go out- I have business clients on hold - same old reason over and over - Please do asap. 2nd need for assistance - outbound calls keep getting dropped and no way to each customer service in the app itself There is currently no way to directly reach out for help - Im on unlimited plan and there are many days the number will not dial directly fly at all Please fix my line and I will amend my feedback 7/19- I’m having the same issue so often I need to start tracking the dates. Calls being dropped or not connecting. Pleas fix I have this line for business so clarity and functionality very important

Glitch when placing phone call. As soon as I agreed to subscription the app stated to glitch. *when placing a call a pop up will appear then disappear and reappear (repeatedly) making the app un-useable at that time. I have experienced this only once thus far. We’ll see how this goes do to its my first day with the app.

Second number. The app is very easy to make use of but idk why I can’t make call on the app think y’all should fix that

I love this app!!. So far so good. This app has done everything it’s claimed to do!! I give it 5 stars because it’s straight to the point. No long signups either. That’s a big plus. We ain’t got time to fool with that!! Great job!!

I wish the app would stop crashing. Need to use this second number heavily for work and I run into error messages that aren’t resolved for hours. Every time I reach out to get it fixed, I never receive responses.

New number.. I somehow ended up deleting this app and it will not let me get a new number even though my subscription doesn’t end until 16th of this month. Haven’t been able to use if for over a week now.

CANCEL MY ACCOUNT. I really DO NOT use messaging, and wondered what this APP was about, I tried to follow your “go to settings “ and turn AUTO-RENEW off and was unsuccessful so I’ve alerted my bank, and tried to inform “iTunes” but didn’t know how, so I’ll be removing iTunes from my phone and inform my bank to dispute any charges or MAYBE you can help me turn auto-renew off, cause your HELP button doesn’t work

Hide the app. Only started today so far so good..is there a way to hide the app..kinda of a big red flag saying second line!

Mediocre. The quality is really good when making calls. The downside is paying to use.

Best app. I think this app is awesome, but it would be a whole lot better if they gave out more than one credit time.

Was a good app. When I first signed up for app it ran great! Worked great and it ran reverse call search. Now all my contacts are gone. I can’t even log in to use even though it says I’m logged in and have 12 credits. ALL MY CONTACTS ARE GONE!! No way to get ahold of these folks. I have tried numerous times with no response. Will someone please restore my contacts?!?!

What a great App!!. I will continue to use this app forever! It saved my job when my phone was disconnected, but it is also a great way to expand communications!! Thank you for being there!!

Horrible customer service. I had tried writing this app 3 times about problems I was having after I purchased my premium membership. I never heard back and they never resolved it. Out of nowhere I stopped being able to get calls on the number they provided me. In fact, my phone call was disconnected right in the middle of a conversation I was having and wasn’t able to get calls afterwards. I want my money back, but with how terrible the customer service is I know I won’t get it. DON’T BUY THIS APP!

Limits on text length - but never mentioned on app page. Texting is limited to number of characters. This is extremely frustrating as it cuts off incoming texts which are too long. Basically cutting someone off in mid-sentence.

Great app!!. Love how easy and affordable this app is! Hate dealing with my ex so having a second number makes it so much easier not having to worry about him constantly harassing me. I can easily block him till we have to communicate again and he doesn’t have my real number so I don’t have to keep changing my number! This is awesome

NOT FREE!!! Can’t do jack without in-app purchases!. Even though this app appears to be an app which has a “free” minimal feature option, don’t be fooled as you won’t be able to JACK without purchasing either a monthly plan (which is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE as there are MUCH better options for less than half of what this app charges) or you can purchase credits that will ensure you will blow more money this option than the other super-premium option with sub-premium features! Bottom line is don’t waste you time or money of this awful app OR if your just itching to be disappointed then go right on and give it a whirl but just don’t forget that I told you so when you end up super disappointed.

Great app. This have been everything that I thought it would be. No hesitation or anything of that nature so I give it an A+

What a deal. Phone number for $10 a month. You’ve got to be kidding who can be picky about that. The fact that my phone still doesn’t ring can’t be blamed on the second number so otherwise it’s great!

Charged and don’t have the number. I receive a 3 day free trial and after my payment was charged the line stopped working. I’m have contacted the support on several occasions and still have not heard back. I have given that number to servers of my clients and now they can’t call me. Looks very unprofessional. I need this fixed or refund me the payment.

I can’t send message after I paid yet I can receive messages. I don’t understand why you would charge my money and won’t allow me send message. My out going message stopped working even when I have active plan/subscriptions. Just yesterday all my customers keep complaining they can’t get my message why I’m able to get their message. I sent email to support no one to assist me. Please kindly look into my account or tell me what to do in this case.

App doesn’t work. I tested this out on current contacts. Every number dialed recieved a “The number you have called is unavailable. Please try again later” except for one.

Horrible app. Would rate ZERO stars. It said free trial for 3 days but it charged my card right when I pressed confirm. If there was a zero star I would certainly rate this app with that. I want a refund because I don’t just have money to spend like that without proper service. The app doesn’t even let you do anything. And it is a complete rip-off and I think that just taking my money like that is robbing me. So I’m demanding a refund
