Views. Would prefer to see several day weather forecast upon opening the app instead of the radar screen

Well written. Along with the maps , I also like the weather forecast written out in paragraph form , like WSLS does. nice app.

Love the radar!. It helps to see the big picture. It gives you an idea how far away bad weather may be when it is approaching.

Much better before the update. I had been using this app and loved it. The update is terrible. The settings don’t work. I deleted it.

Awful!. I have downloaded another weather app because this one has become so difficult to use. I have to scroll down past earthquakes and tropical storm tracks to find out what the weather will be today, tomorrow, or for the next 10 days. Haven't figured out yet where to find the current wind speeds. There is a map where you have to guess at what the wind speed is by the colors. I don't have time to sit there and figure that out.

App not working!. The last update did not improve it, it made it worse. Worked fine before the update

No Content Available. Videos don't seem to be showing up as of late. I only see "No content available" in that portion of the app :(

They know they got you. If you live in Roanoke area accurate weather is difficult due to the terrain of Roanoke Wsls does a good job of reporting local weather but there app I can't look at it more then 5 sec and an advertisement pops up I know it's a free app but come on .

Less user friendly than the app it replaces.. Old one was better.

Review. Some features are just ok when viewing in your phone. Little better on IPad because of larger screen. But most people view the app on their phone which in most instances is a small screen. To add other layers to radar map like lightning wind, and other choices are great but can’t add multiple layers with precipitation layer. The process to switch back and forth to view layers on radar is inconvenient. Like to see precipitation, lightning and direction storm is going all at once.

Poor "update". No option to change the default screen No information on sunrise/sunset times I'm deleting this in favor of WDBJ7 I preferred the older version

Weather App Review. The only things I would suggest to improve WSLS’s weather app is to have the LIVE radar go for a longer time into the future, & a big one is to darken the ink on the daily info like the temp and % of rain, as it looks like a light gray & is hard to read even with bifocals to where you need a magnifying glass. I’ve heard people say even with 20/20 eyesight that they have trouble seeing it. It’s not that it needs to be a larger print but that the ink needs to be darker. Thanks for asking for our opinion!

Weather app. Love this app, use it everyday and find it accurate and easy.

Roanoke. Every time I open up the app it shows the city Roanoke. I delete it. I open up the app again and it reappears. Can’t get rid of it.

Excellent weather app. Extremely accurate app. So much info at the touch of your finger. Modify it to keep up with your favorite cities and towns. Vacation planning, extended family locations. Radar very accurate. This is my new “go to”

Annoying Icon in app. The old app was much easier on the eyes and did not have an annoying icon in the radar screen. If not removed soon I will find another weather app. Too bad WSLS feels it necessary to advertise themselves in this manner. They must think we viewers are stupid. And the tiny snow and rain legend key is tiny and drowned out by the bright blue borders. Another poor choice!

Terrible app. Takes forever to load on a new device or any device. Does not have lightning data or storm tracker directions. Don't waste your time with this app.

The last update is????. The latest update is not an improvement? I liked it better when you could turn your phone sideways and expand the weather map. The app now locks up on Apple iPhone when reading the weather update. Once there the app will not finish loading and locks up. Once that happens, you have to completely turn your phone off and restart. Pain in the rear. Have to manually sign back into every subscription you have on your phone.

Wind data. You might want to add wind data in your 48 hour summary

Poor update. This app was great before the latest update. Now this app is set up poorly and includes almost none of the data necessary to plan my day for the weather. WSLS, I prefer your weather forecasting and will watch for further updates to your mobile app but for now it has been deleted from my devises. I hope you will reevaluate your decision to change the app you previously used.

Weather app. Like the old app better that showed wind, precipitation temp all in pictures instead on the way you have it wrote up now

Ads. Every time click on the weather app there’s an ad pop up. Click on to see to read some some info on the weather then another ad before you can get to that info. Too many ad pop up other that than it would be a great source of information. I believe you could have ads but this app goes over board.

NOT AN IMPROVEMENT!. Bring back the old format. There is no detail for the 10 day forecast, no humidity reading with the temperature. Humidity is as important as temperature to me. No sunrise, sunset, moonrise, moon set times. Did you think nobody was using that info? The live radar is just okay. Overall a lot less information. I'm very sorry I updated.

Review. Scrolling is an issue as the page will not scroll.

Knowledgeable Weather App. Great for looking at the radar and seeing when a storm is near especially when I’m planning on an outdoor activity. I use this app daily and love how accurate it is.

Piece of Ofal. This USED to an OK piece of software. Not any more! Doesn’t configure to the screen orientation worth a . Radar screen no longer allows zoom-out (two finger only moves the view around). Painfully slow no mater what the download speed is (little to no difference between 1-2 mb d/l speed OR 250-300 mb d/l speed)
