Well thought out app and perfect for multiple kids. I can’t say enough good things about this app. We love it! I love that it has all the pictures of the kids at the top when you log-in and a summary page with all the kids Activity so you do not have to go in kid by kid. They options to choose from to log content is excellent and it is extremely user friendly! We will be using this everyday with our nanny! Thank you for developing such an amazing app to keep moms/dads and caregivers in contact!

Personal service!. I rarely take the time to write a review—positive or constructive. However, this developer, David, took the time to not only correct MY signup error, but helped multiple times to help me when I had loading issues. All within 24 hours as a busy dad! This has been so beneficial to keep track of not only my hours, but multiple children’s activities as well. Thank you!!

Love this app, but doesn’t work with my current phone or update. I used to use this app all the time, but it’s currently not working with my new phone, and my boss had the exact same problem. Would love if we could start using this app wonderful app again! 🤍

Super happy with this app!. I’m a nanny and would highly recommend using this app. I love the fact I don’t have to remember everything throughout the day & can log it as I go. Parents also appreciate knowing what’s happened while they’re away (although the picture sharing is usually their favorite!). I think it’s neat that it also tracks your hours & pay for the week. Has everything you’d ever want to keep track of and definitely serves its purpose.

Calendar issues, no customer service. Our nanny is unable to view our shared calendar. Even after sending a few emails, reached out via social media, we’re not able to receive any sort of customer support for the app.

Nanny and Parent Friendly!. My nanny and I used this app today for the first time and we love it!

Great for contracted care giver!. The reason I chose this app was because of the hour tracking and pay calculations. I have a full time Nanny that I employ as a contractor and this is a great way to keep track. For the rest of the app I use mostly the pictures and diaper changes to allow me to see my baby at work. My Mom also loves getting the updates. I have had nothing but positive communication with the app designer Dave. On two occasions he was able to help me with questions! Highly recommend!

Awesome!. Major improvement to the whiteboard method we have been using, and I’m so excited to get notifications instead of a rundown at the end of the day. As others have said I wish there was a way to make a schedule - it changes all the time as a grad student - but otherwise I’m really happy with everything it offers.

Great app for Nannies and Families!. My Nanny and I think this app is fabulous. It has worked so well for us and as a busy, working mom, I LOVE that I can get notifications all day long about what my son has been eating, how he's been napping, activities he's gone to, etc. It makes me feel a little less like I'm "missing out" on his day. As others have mentioned, it would be great to be able to “comment” on a note that has been posted. Otherwise, we’re incredibly satisfied with our experience and we’re thankful to Dave for creating such a useful tool!

Everyone has to buy to see photos. I was not aware everyone, nanny and other parent, would have to purchase the app in order for them to post and view photos. I like it other than the need for everyone to buy the app in order for it to function as it should.

Almost great!. Good app, but could be great. We used another app prior to track our baby’s feedings, diapers, and growth. When we started working with a nanny, I wanted an app to to track naps, activities/field trips, and conversations that we’d want all care takers to know about. Sometimes my partner and I have to switch who is doing pick up last minute, so it’s good to have everyone on the same page. This app is great for the communication aspect. It also makes it easy to track info for multiple children and/or pets. However, there are a couple of features I would love to see added/improved upon 1) when done one sends you a message through the app, you receive a notification but once you open the Lock Screen it’s gone. I really wish it would show numbers inside a red bubble on the app icon on the Home Screen like the mail/text app. 2) logging naps, etc. Sometimes I or my partner forget to log the start or end of a nap. I like to go back and enter in the information manually so we can see patterns. I’ve noticed if I can’t go back and adjust the time and date of when a nap was. The date is automatically logged as the current date.

Great app for families with a nanny!. The app is well-designed and easy to navigate. I love the ability to see a summary of what my kids have been doing all day, and get notes on naps, meals, etc. I also love that I can leave notes specific to each child or send a global note through the message feature. Finally, the time tracking functionality is a great addition and something I haven’t seen other apps offer. The only thing that would make this app the best ever is the ability to upload videos. That would be a great feature! Otherwise, I’m very happy with this app.

Privacy concerns. Not clearly stated, but I can see the messages that our nanny had with a previous family. Haven’t found away to opt out and not allow other parents to view messages between the nanny and our family

Great! Needs a couple additions. Overall we’re really enjoying the communication and documenting using the app. I only wish there were timers for next feedings and diapers and video support. It might also be nice if you could input meals for the week so the nanny could go off the menu. A web interface would be a huge bonus for those of us in office buildings with no cell reception.

Shift Glitches. The calculations for the Shifts are always wrong. Sometimes it doesn’t calculate anything at all, and other times it calculates but has completely inaccurate totals. I only bought this app to track nanny hours so for me this app has been un-useful.

needs improvement but good app. I love it so far, but i just wish when i need to input anything for the childrens day, there was a selection for me to choose more than one child at a time instead of inputting one child's notes at a time. Its very inconvenient. Otherwise its good!

Great app. Would love a schedule option. Would be nice to enter dates or notes for future dates for nanny, especially for those of us who don’t use a nanny full time or have a varying schedule and as a previous user noted, schedule feature would be nice to note appointments, classes or play dates

Best App for Nannies and Families. I’ve been in the field for 15 years. Hands down best app. Easy to use and has all the features you need for successful communication. They are working on a mileage reimbursement tool, and have great customer service.

Mostly great, could be improved. This is a really great app for the most part, but I think I could be improved. One thing specifically would be that it needs to include not only naps but also overnight sleep. Our pediatrician has asked me how many total hours baby sleeps in a day, and it’s hard to know when only naps are tracked. I previously used another app that track both naps and nighttime sleep and it was very useful. I also think it should allow you to set preferences (or default to the last selection you made) on whether or not you input bottle/breast and breast milk/formula. When you’re imputing info multiple times per day, it really does save time and would be more user friendly that way. This is just my feedback as a parent. I love that it’s interactive with the caretaker and all in one place!

Great Way to Keep Records!. I really like the app and the convenience it brings communicating about the kids with my husband and our caretaker. We can easily see what they ate, are they drinking enough water, if they had a BM, if they took any medicine and did they have an activity or incident. It makes it so much easier and ensures we are all aware of what happened and what needs to happen. I am hoping there are future improvements allowing entries for future days and also for recurring events eliminating the need to enter data that occurs daily. Overall this is a great app I highly recommend!

Love it but have some suggestions!. I love this app! I came from a center that used Tadpoles and wanted something that I could use an keep that same flow and this app is exactly that! I love it so much. The only thing I would suggest is making a way for us to upload videos. I love adding the pictures but being able to capture what the baby is doing in a video would make this 10x better! I also would love the option to be able to choose between using % or words when it comes to how much the baby eats. I liked having the “none, a little, about half” not such a big fan of the percentages. Overall this is a great app!

Really enjoy this app!. As a nanny this is a great way to keep notes on what the kids are doing, eating, etc! The only suggestion I have is to make it so you can add multiple kids to the same meal/activity so I don’t have to put each activity/meal in four times!

I absolutely love this app!. We’ve been using it with another mama for our nanny share and we love it! The nanny is always on top of it sending us updates and photos. It brightens my day and makes the transition back to work a little more seamless.

Not ready for primetime.. With any app, I expect there to be some issues, but the value of the app and enthusiasm for it is lost when the support for the app is lacking. Here is what my nanny and I have encountered within the first week or so: 1. App is slow 2. Single pics only so makes uploading/sharing multiple pics difficult 3. As of two days ago the app crashes at every launch making it unusable 4. I didn’t add mom initially when testing with the nanny. Afterwards have had no way to add or invite mom and sent in a support ticket via email but no response 5+ days later I don’t really worry about features lacking because any good dev will have a roadmap to add those, but poor support is just unacceptable.

Used to be good. This app was the best thing for me being a nanny keeping track of crazy hours and then out of nowhere started crashing for no apparent reason

scheduling is missing?. There is no forward looking scheduler to note dates such as doctors appointments activities. This is a tracker to know what happened in the day not preemptively communicate what needs to happen in the future. What am I missing here?

Best nanny app. For years I used a different nanny app. It was ok but this app is far superior to any other app. It’s so detailed and just makes nanny life so much easier! If there’s ever any questions, the admin get back to you super quickly and is extremely helpful. I’ve never had any issues with this app, and will be using it for years to come!

New to app. New to this app! Has a lot of great ways to communicate with your nanny! It would be great if you could add reoccurring events like music class every week!

Really disappointing. I pod and downloaded this app to track my nanny share with my son. I have been unable to receive any emails to join the app despite the other family getting set up. I contacted the customer service group twice and no one ever responded. At a minimum I would have liked to receive a little help or insight as to what was wrong. This is a waste of my time and money.

LOVE this app!. Our family loves this app! We have 2 nannies (both part time) and this helps keep track of hours and pay for both of them, allows them to take pics right in the app so they don’t crowd their camera rolls, informs me when baby poops, eats, and more! Nannies both love it and so do parents. Great notifications too. I love getting pics and updates throughout the day while I can’t be with my baby.

Can’t get past first page. I just downloaded the app as a nanny per request by my family. I can not get past the “tell me a little about yourself” - page won’t save.

Good concept but not quite there. Let me start by saying that the underlying concepts behind the design of this app is great. As someone hiring a new nanny having everything in one place is great. Having said that, there are some things that could use improvement. Overall, certain features such as the shift management was not super intuitive. There is also no consideration when setting up a shift to include paid or unpaid breaks and/or lunch which can mess up the calculations (especially because the amount is showing gross not net). Further, there is no option to repeat a shift schedule which means each shift has to be put in one by one. When inviting the nanny, make sure you use the right email. Couldn’t find a way to change the email for the nanny that I tried to add. Lots of timeouts- it was frustrating to set things up because I saw a ton of spinning. I finally gave up and went with a different app.

Amazing App!!!. I LOVE this app! My part time Nanny keeps track of her hours through the app. It’s so accurate and calculates exactly how much we owe her. She records activities, diaper changes, and naps. She even writes comments in the app as well. I have more information about my child’s day than I ever did before. I love checking it during the day to see what my little boy is up to. The ability to take pictures and message is wonderful! My Nanny loves the app too. AMAZING APP!. I’ve literally never written a review for an app before but this app deserves it. I’ve been using this app for 4+ months and this app has everything I was using multiple apps for before and more! The interface is much more user friendly than other apps out there. Our nanny, my husband, and I all love it! I love how it helps us know exactly what’s going on with our child when we’re at work. It helps make our handoffs in the morning and evening easier. We started using this well before our nanny started in the newborn phase and we like to use it on the weekends when we’re with our son as well. It helps us know what might be the issue when he’s crying. I think the use of this app extends beyond just for nannies and that it’s helpful for first time (especially sleep deprived) parents as well. Only recommended improvements (which would all honesty make this app go from great to incredible): -Ability to upload videos -Ability to track night time sleep separate from naps -Ability to see metrics and trends over time (I.e. average daily naps, average daily ounces consumed etc.) to help answer questions from the paediatrician at well baby visits The developer of this app is also very responsive and quick send helpful responses to any questions or concerns you may have!

App working much better now. This app has made our lives much easier, so I was so happy to see the issue I had was fixed! I had no idea I could just email you, silly me. thank you for letting me know! Thank you developer for responding to my review & for fixing what ever the problem was. Next time I have any problems, will definitely email! I appreciate the response time as well.

Good app on its way to great!. We’ve been using this app with our nanny solidly for about a month and have found it super helpful to get a glimpse of what our kids are up to during the day. It’s really nice to feel connected when we’re at work, and this tracks well the stuff we’re most interested in knowing. David is incredibly responsive and helpful, so I’m impressed at what this app offers knowing it’s a one-man operation. Like others have mentioned, I think uploading videos would be nice, the future scheduler, and another request I’ve relayed would be the ability to comment on a note that is entered along with an entry. Overall it serves its purpose for us, but those additional features would be icing on the cake. Thank you David!

Love the app!. I know everyone is saying it but really needs videos. Parents feel more connected with the nanny and the child when they can see a video of them interacting with their child. Especially with infants because it’s hard for a lot of parents to be away from their little one. As a daycare teacher most daycares have switched over their tracking systems to apps and every-time I upload things to parents I always shoot for videos because they love them 10x more then pictures. Hopefully we getting video uploading real soon because this is like the only app out their for nanny’s that’s good!

New update is worse. I was liking the app until this most recent update; now I get four simultaneous notifications with no info on any of them. “Baby drank a . Oz bottle at .” I don’t think it’s notifying me on naps either, which it used to. Also the interface is harder to look at now. I don’t care as much that she drank for 10 minutes, I’d rather see how much she drank, like it used to show. I’m sick of change for the sake of change, and not for the better. Annoying. Wish I could undo this crappy update.

Excellent but. My nanny family and I both love this app. We do wish it had a calendar function though. Otherwise it’s easy to use!

Awesome App for a Nanny!. The lady I nanny for and I were excited to find this app. It pretty much covered everything we were looking for except one small thing. When I sent an email to customer service/support and brought it up this guy named David responded that day. He has been working on what we suggested and keeping me updated. It’s an option to have a calendar/schedule so we can plan ahead due to our schedule changing weekly. Very impressed! Thanks!

Easy to use - every person who is added as a caregiver pays.. The app is exactly what I was looking for to have easier handoffs to my nanny, but when I add my husband as a caregiver, it charges him as well. Not sure why each family member should pay for sharing the same account. Not sure if others have encountered this.

All the things you need, nothing you don’t. Our new nanny found and suggested this app. We don’t have traditional jobs so we are in and out a lot. This app helps keep us all updated with other our 3 yr old and 6 month old. I had a question and submitted my question through the app, thinking it was a long shot to hear back. Pleasantly, I heard back and my issue has proactively been resolved. Great app for our needs.

A+ Best Nanny App. My husband, nanny and I use this app daily to track my sons activities. I’ve tested out a few different options and this is the best one by far. It’s easy to use and I love being able to track my nanny’s hours. David the developer also takes user feedback seriously and is continually updating to make this app the best ux for people caring for babies. Thanks David!

It’s pretty ok. This is the only app like this that I have experience with. I think it works pretty well. It can be slow and glitchy, freezing up at times. For instance I am currently trying to add a second family to my account and it has been spinning/loading for several minutes. Sometimes it freezes when adding a photo. Sometimes the same thing when editing an activity or meal for instance in the day. Wish it worked a bit better in that regard.

Life changing!. Very excited about this app - we have been using a paper and pen system and we are so excited to get real time updates! This app is an answer to our prayers. I know the developer is taking suggestions - a calendar option would be amazing (only thing missing as far as I’m concerned) just to enter upcoming notes for both parents and nanny for future dates. We could include doctors appointments, days off, special events (birthdays, etc). That way we can all see the upcoming week! Thanks for creating this great app!

Great for STHM or Nanny. I used this app while I was on maternity leave. It helped me track feedings and sleep really easily. Now that I’m going back to work, I love that my nanny is linked to me. I can see when my daughter is napping while I’m at work! I had a little bit of a troubleshooting issues, and when I emailed customer service, they got back to me within an hour! Amazing!

Useful but could be easier. We got this when we hired our first nanny. I liked that I could manage her schedule as well as track our daughter’s day. The “all in one” was the major selling point. What could be better are two things: 1. I don’t like that my nanny needs a paid subscription to use the camera feature. My paid subscription should allow her to send me photos and videos of my daughter through the day. So instead we have to do that off platform which a) detracts from the all-in-one appeal, b) results in poor quality video because I have Apple and she is an Android user, and c) now I’m encouraging her to take photos which get stored on her phone... which I do NOT like (we are very protective of our daughter’s image). 2. The shifts feature with the nanny could be easier to navigate. I’d personally LOVE a calendar interface vs having to scroll dates. I frequently accidentally leave it on today’s date and end up creating duplicates and triplicates for the current date. It would also be awesome to have a designation like “scheduled” vs “completed” similar to how it already has the “paid” designation. That way I could “schedule,” and my nanny could acknowledge/ agree with the hours once the shift is over but all before I hit “paid” when it goes to payroll.

Activities?. With the options of meal, diaper, etc. there should be an ‘activity’, or something similar option. Ex: Tummy time Started: Ended: And maybe other options with it?

Doesn't work. I downloaded this ap it worked for about two weeks then wouldn't open. Tried deleting it and downloading it again and still the same results. Very frustrating.

Peace of mind while I'm at work. Instead of nagging my kid's nanny via text or phone, I can whip out my phone every once in a while to check on how their day is going. So helpful. This app changes everything!
