What is meditech mhealth app? MHealth is the mobile version of MEDITECH’s Patient and Consumer Health Portal, which offers secure and convenient access to your health information at your fingertips, on your mobile device or tablet. MHealth offers a wide range of results and features that allow you to better manage your and your family’s care. Use your existing Patient Portal logon ID and password to get started with MHealth.

With MHealth, you can:

• Communicate securely with your care team
• Request new appointments and see details for upcoming visits
• Pre-register for upcoming appointments
• Review laboratory results and radiology reports
• Track immunizations, allergies, and conditions

Sign on. Excellent app. It serves my needs. I was able to create a new user and password, and sign in and out with out any issues.

Doesn’t allow multiple facility information. I use 2 different medical facilities who both use this app. However the app on my phone only allows one facility’s information. In order to see anything from the 2nd facility, I have to log in via an email from them. This app needs to allow a patient to choose from a list what facilities they want to see information from!!! Create a scroll down list of medical facilities for the patient to choose from that they are affiliated with as a patient!

App seemed more app interested in collecting money than assisting with how to. I know I am not very good at navigating through all the different and things. But I couldn’t find a way to bring up how to use the app. No information on what to expect. Or what to do! How to do it The app just started making plans for me to keep track of?? I guess my readings, but I didn’t have anything to log. And no understanding of what I was supposed to do! So I guess I will delete it probably faster than it took me to get nothing done !!??✅ going to delete it’s a little more expensive than I can afford.

Decent App—Far too many Log In Bugs. As far as the information contained within the app it is phenomenal. However…trying to get into the app even with Face ID & OR Fingerprint is virtually impossible. It is more than frustrating when you get an email notifying you there is an update available in your portal an 95% of the time when you go to check it you can’t log in.

Horrible app. I cannot even get signed up. It automatically places a password in that I have no idea what it is and then tells me the password is incorrect. I try to do a password reset by pressing forgot username/password and it does the same. It tells me it’s incorrect all over again. Worthless waste of time I’ll never get back. Uninstalled!

Not user friendly from the get go. It requires you have your medical record number in order to create an account. That’s ridiculous because who actually knows that offhand? Other healthcare networks in the area have patient portal apps and do not require such information. It seems right off the bat this app is not user friendly.

Time waster. Log in works, log in doesn’t work Face recognition via apple sometimes works then next time does work. ID and password has to be changed most every time signing in, next time doesn’t recognize changed password Total waste of time Was better off when you could speak to a person

Patient. I gave this app one star only because it won’t allow me to give half of a star. We have complained, about not letting us log in and won’t let us reset pass word, for two or more years. You haven’t fixed it yet. It would be helpful if it worked.

TRASH just like the hospital. Discharged with severe medical Illness without even being talked to by a doctor or informed of my bloodwork. Tried to set up an account on here to at least be able to look at my LABS and there isn’t even an option for (new user) I even watched the tutorial the hospital posted and it doesn’t have the same freaking option on my IPhone…. I wouldn’t trust this hospital with a dying fish and the app is just as trash.

Easy to use. This app help me keep records and my results of everything that I had done in the past as well as keep my allergies. And soon they will allow scheduling through the app. There was even a time that they scheduled me to do ultrasound but the office for the ultrasound phone had not very good service so through the app they where able to let me know when it was

Notifications. I am unable to get notifications from MHealth because it does not show up on my apps on the notification page.

Reports don’t show. The app used to be great, but now it’s horrible, I can’t see any of the reports for my son which are very important for his health, not all his specialist use the same hospital system and I need to print reports for some and I can’t even view them. I reached out moths who and never heard back from app support. If you use the app don’t expect to receive any important reports.

Logins. Constant problems logging in. Exceeded amount of login try’s today trying to get I. To check some issues. Tried resetting my password (for the unheard of times) but was not allowed to do so. This is past beginning to be annoying. We’re told more and more things are going digital and if it is no more reliable than it is now, it will be worthless.

Useless app. Never can get on it. Always have to change user I’d and password. It’s useless to me

A big step forward. This app is a very big step forward! Given the lack of ability for EHRs to share data this will help all patients see their medical record and share it with their doctors.

This app will not let me create an account. This app will not let me create an account so I can login and see my appointments or anything to do with my medical information. I do not recommend this app for anything. I recommend you guys to call the doctor. I would like to give this app -10 stars

Get login fixed.. Love the app super handy. However I wish they would fix the log in problem. I get logged in and almost immediately get kicked out. It’s very frustrating when needing to make an appointment or fill meds. Get the login fixed and I’d give it 5 stars.

Multiple providers. I have two providers that use this app, but I am only allowed to go into one of them. It’s very frustrating. I have to go back into my emails to find the link for the provider that the app does not allow in order to wiggle my way around to my information.

Horrible app! You cannot login. I tried multiple times over a series of days to login with no success. I even turned off my VPN because that is sometimes an issue. No luck! It gives the option of opening it in your browser, which really defeats the purpose of having the app in the first place… Does the provider of this app even read the comments? I think not since I see the last update was done a week ago.

Good app when it works. I downloaded this app to access my labs while having medical issues. Worked great the first week. Now every time I try to access it, it comes up and says not available. Very frustrating.

A few changes needed.. There are 2 changes off the top of my head that would make this app 5 stars. 1. Notifications. I wish it would let me know when results are in, or when I have a new message, appointment reminder etc. 2. Every time I open a result and go back to look at another one it takes me all the way to the beginning of the list instead Of back where I was in the list.

This app and the entire patient portal is garbage. This app is frustratingly faulty. What could be a good way to access your medical files is a huge headache. Half the time my login info works half the time it doesn’t. I’ll be in finally and reading and get locked out suddenly. I asked out to renege my login and that didn’t even help. Horrible!

The App is very useful. I’ve looked through all bad reviews and I have to point out 2 major flaws with their poor ratings… 1. many people are confusing their Health System with this app. Meditech is the vendor of this app and many health systems use it. If you don’t see something on the app, this is due to either the Heath system deciding what to/not to share or the Provider themselves. 2. Honestly, it seems like many people just don’t know what they’re doing. I’ve been logging into my app multiple times a week for the past 8 months and I’ve never needed to reset my login. I find all my information and can print/email/download with no issues. If you don’t see a result or report, don’t be afraid to tap into different areas such a Documents or Letters. I’m betting 99.9% of issues are user-error.

Awful…. Every single time I try to either log in via the app or through the portal my login info is NEVER recognized. I’m constantly having to call tech support to reset my credentials & reset my password. It’s soooo frustrating. I don’t normally get any of my test results mailed to me & am told I can check everything on the portal. But I can’t. 🤷🏻‍♀️😖

Messages. I rely on the app to access patient portal for appointments, results and messaging. Recently, I could no longer find messages and there isn’t an update that might include it. I’m guessing it’s moved and would like help finding it.

Horrible app. Hard to use, hard to know if you are not using the right person’s profile, and now the messaging aspect doesn’t even work. My doctor’s office literally told us they were too busy to answer the phone so to only message them through the portal and it doesn’t even WORK. For WEEKS!! SMH needs a better tech department STAT.

Captcha’s are overwhelming. The amount of captchas you require are absolutely ridiculous. Even after my password and Face ID sign in it takes 5 minutes to get through your captcha process. I understand you’re trying to protect information but it’s extremely excessive.

Getting into this portal is so frustrating. I rarely respond to feedback opportunities negatively, but this app earns a negative rating. Half the time I cannot get in when I have a need. The login screen often says the portal is currently not available. Sometimes it won’t recognize my credentials when I have not changed them and despite repeated attempts. When I use the Forgot a password option to try to reset it, I get an error rather than a reset email. Facial recognition should allow you right in without having to also provide login credentials. I literally hate this app.

Does anyone at meditech or BHS care?. How can it be that for months, hundreds of users of this bargain bin software all report the same thing, trouble logging in, reset accounts, unrecognized correct credentials, the need to call and have the portal account reset EVERY TIME YOU TRY TO USE IT, all of us saying the same thing is fundamentally broken on this software. I've had yelling matches with the BHS medical records office after the fifth and sixth times I had to call to reset my elderly mom's account. An app that doesn't work is worse than nothing at all when the point is access to your medical records and tests and appointments. And think about this: how much can you trust the obvious third rate clowns who developed this software with the privacy and security of your most personal information? BHS failed when they signed a contract with Meditech. Someone needs to cut that contract off and eat the loss and switch to one of the many other commercial options for medical portal software. I use several with other doctors and have never had any problems. This one has never ever worked right. Surely BHS staff have other jobs than fielding endless complaints and reset requests. I intend to write the IT director at BHS and share these opinions. I do not trust this company with my mom's medical records. Unbelievable incompetence.

App stopped working. I got a new iPhone upgraded to a 13 an now the app will not work I have to open the browser I hope the developers can fix it because it’s very annoying it worked fine on my iPhone 8

Horrible app!. ATTENTION Medical practices: Please invest in EPIC instead of this outdated, unreliable, useless garbage! I only gave this app 1 star because there isn’t an option to give it zero stars! This app is garbage!! It won’t even finish loading on latest versions of iOS. Same thing when trying to access patient portal via the URL! How are patients supposed to access their information if the login page won’t even load? All we get is a blank white screen! MEDITECH…After being on the scene for over 20 years, surely you can come up with better and more reliable solutions than this; if not, then please stop peddling your useless wares to medical practices!

I hate it. Every time I try to login the app tells me that my User ID and Password don’t match their records. The app forces me to reset my account through an email link. There are usually problems with that link working. I enter new credentials as instructed and it logs me in. The next time, it’s all gone again and I am required to start over with getting a new link, enter the info again, repeat. Sadly my doctor uses this buggy app so I’m stuck with it.

Log in issues. The app is fantastic and easy to navigate! However, 90% of the time it errors and won’t let you log in, even when you use the fingerprint log in. It needs a major overhaul for log in. I’m in the medical field and have patients complain all the time that the can’t log in. Please fix this app!!!

Scheduling. I think this app has a nice basic easy to use layout however : When I use the MyChart in epic app it’s so nice to be able to schedule and reschedule right from the app. I can see appointments slots available which is a lot easier than the methods for scheduling on this interface

Concerned mother. This app is horrible. I can never log into when I need it. I have to constantly change my password and when I log out, I get kicked out again and have to reset my passcode every time I need to log in. I can’t give zero stars so one will have to do.

No images. The apps been great. Only thing I wish it had, was the ability to add images, from X-rays, ultrasounds and ect.

Kingman Regional Medical Hospital and Urology. This APP is terribly flawed and EXTREMELY a waste of time!!!! The few times that log in was successful, the APP would log out of my session unexpectedly and error message appears stating: “your browser does not allow session cookies“. Further, The support for this APP is equally flawed and unprofessional. There have been over a dozen emails and phone calls to the support staff at Kingman Regional Medical Hospital and these bird brains do not comprehend the problem therefor give LAME RESPONSE, that is the few times they responded. It reminds me of the appointment and scheduling of the Kingman Regional Medical Center. They will give you a date for and NO TIME on that date for specific procedures until a couple days before the surgery, YET, expect patient to have someone there for taking patient home after procedures! My family and friends kept asking me WHEN THEY needed to be there to take me home but the hospital will NOT tell you. Third world, unprofessional, appointment and scheduling!

Excellent. This app has been super helpful to get in contact with my care team for concerns with my child and myself. ***The only feature I would want to add is the option for notifications! If I could receive a notification when a new message came in it doesn’t have to be detailed just a simple notification on screen saying “New Portal Message” or “New Appointment.”***

Same complaint. I have the same complaint as all the reviews I’ve read with one or two stars (and there are a lot). Not being able to get in, problems with passwords, extremely frustrating. I’ve given up snd just call the medical records office. They admit to getting a lot of calls from people who can not access their information. I don’t understand why my primary care portal is do easy and this one is so hard.

correct link. Worked great once i had the correct link. Recommend Meditech sites send their patients the link when signing them up.

The best portal out there. I have used several portals out there including Epic, Allscipts and Athena Health and I can tell you this is by far the most intuitive out there. It’s not perfect by any stretch, but it is a work in progress and I find it so much easier to use.

Crashin'. I keep getting messages to review pre-appointment info, and when I try, it Crashes. Whether I try the app or the website..no mas...😫 Received eight (8) emails and all the links might as well as had the index finger shaking in my face as a "Jurassic-like" animation creepily said, "No, no!"

Garbage App. This “App” is literally just a web browser that loads the exact same web page you’ll get when logging into your provider’s portal. It is the absolute minimum effort of an app. And yet, it still has issues logging in. But that’s not all. This med service’s portal system is in its entirety minimal effort. It looks like it was built in the late 1990’s by a novice web developer and then never touched since. It is clearly out dated and far surpassed by the platforms many other providers use today. This system is so far out of date, I’m planning to change to a different healthcare provider with an actually useful system. My previous healthcare provider used MyChart. The experience was so much better, I’m willing to overlook the reasons I changed providers in the first place and go back to the previous one. This feels like my provider is ripping me off, charging me what they charge while providing such an inferior system to access my health information.

Not able to login. This is the second time in the last month that I have not been able to login to my portal to message my doctors and I have not had any changes in my account or anything. What do you suggest?

Had nice benefits. This app was great, it was nice to be able to email one of my providers when I had a question. Yesterday I couldn’t get and today I was sent a link to reset my credentials which is fine. This app is nice to have though when you forget the last time that you seen a particular provider or forget an upcoming appointment.

Can’t logon, crashes with connection error at startup. This app was working ok up until this past week, I now get an error ‘uh oh’ - ‘We weren’t able to make a secure connection to your portal. You may still be able to access your portal through the browser’. ‘Open browser’ link ‘Back’ link iOS safari browser web access connects securely as expected and login is ok but always have password issues with browser, often doesn’t accept save creds. App is much easier to use with Face ID when it works. Have iPhone 12 Pro running latest ios 15.4 updated a couple weeks before issue. Ssl cert is valid until 6/2/22

Log in. You need to be a safe cracker to actually get in this app. Even when I use it on my PC it’s terrible. I even contact the hospital in and they always say well. We never have any problem with it. This is the worst app development I wish my hospital used my chart that gets you in anywhere you guys developing this app need to take a lesson from my chart developers because your app stinks. Very frustrating because you can never get in.

WORTHLESS. I’ve never been able to get into my account in 4 years. They don’t answer the phone, so I finally made an 80-minute round trip to the hospital in Aberdeen for app assistance. I was sent to the medical records office, where both staff sheepishly admitted they can’t get into their personal accounts either. They called IT. The IT guy couldn’t figure it out and suggested I call his department the following Monday to speak with someone higher up. But no, I can’t have the IT direct dial number. Call the main number. You know, the one nobody answers.

Not User Friendly :(. Definitely not user friendly. 1 where do you turn notifications on? 2 do doctors actually get their messages? 3 editing profile is a challenge 4 and this is only after a few minutes of exploring the app.

Can’t log in! site completely useless at this point!. What is the problem? Since March I can’t access my records due to the inability to be able to login! Hospital says they did a standard update and the site crashed and now they can’t fix it!! They blame the site. So what is the problem 6 months later

Garbage app. This app is useless! Never worked made me miss appointments and calls, Money wasted in shot tech that can be used for patient care. Piece of crap!!!!!

Wonderful, Works great!. Wonderful app. Emails me within 24 hrs. my reports, when my appointment is & gives me my history of hospital visits. It only gives reports of hospital or government agency visits. Doesn’t give information if you went to private clinics. I have information as far back as 1997. Everything can be printed. We’re 72 & 75 yrs. no problem using it. Easy once set up.

Very simple and easy to use. I found this incredibly easy to access! Love it! Just what we need to keep track of our aging parent's medical issues!

Complaint. Very annoying that it requires more operating system than I have and most likely will never have. Useless to me.

Works just fine. Only two steps required to log in, very simple. The data isn’t presented any differently than if you went directly to the website and logged in there to view medical records, so no real benefit to having the app that I can personally see. However, it works and is very user friendly.

Terrible. Terrible app. The browser version is slightly better but both get 1 star. My biggest complaint... I can't zoom.

Horrible! Don’t waste your time. I have iPhone 11 and this app is glitchy at best. The password function forces an auto populate and that can’t be over ridden without really knowing how to trick it, I’m assuming the average person will have no idea how, nor the will. Then it randomly locks you out by advising you’ve made multiple attempts, when you haven’t, made worse that I’ve successfully logged in prior with the same credentials. Total waste! Use another way to access your records...clearly some intern made this app for free.

Terrible registration process. Not sure if anyone thought this process through. You're providing ID and yet you still have to go in person or do zoom. And only during their business hours. Not convenient in the slightest.

Works fine. It does require that one follows simple instructions to set it up, took me less than 5 minutes; after which I read all the lab reports I wanted to read. Probably not recommended for those who can’t follow simple instructions.

Waste of time!. I requested a link to reset my password. NOT WORKING. THERE'S NO LINK. The email shows in blue "CLICK HERE TO SIGN IN" PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE.

Misleading. Why does this say it's free when it says I need to update my payment method every time I try to down load this app 😤😤😠

Poor signin. I have been try to sign in to MHealth application for one hour, getting the same notice. Hope this is going to be fixed for securing private records.

App is crap. most the time it wont even log in and just has an error and its really just a portal to the web login not a refined app with any benefit.

Oh no not again!. I am crying again! Just spent an hour on the phone trying to sign in with my account. Just tried it for myself, no go the user name and password the tech got me to write down doesn’t work again. Old, deaf, ill and mentally I’ll! Just way to frustrating!😥

Great App. I am over 50 and this app is the best! I can review and print my medical information, when attending the doctors for appointments I have my full history in my hand no more trying to remember or guess when a procedure was it’s right there. Love having my medical information at my convenience to review.

Frustrated Customer.. This App is awful and does not work! I have spoken to many individuals about it and everyone says the same thing! With the situation as it is going on in the world, please create and bring to market something that works.

Typical Canadian Health Tech Failure. Why did I expect this to work? First, doesn’t properly recognize keychain, next after manually looking up password, it hangs on login. Garbage.

Works okay. I’m 66 and had no issues installing and using this on a iPhone,iPad and desk top Mac.

Worst update!. After the last update that was supposed to fix bugs(which I never had), the app stopped working… now it just takes up space on my phone. Whyyy?!?!?!

Easy Peasy. I’ve had no problems with this App. My phone saved the login information. I can get all my medical records (labs, consults, imaging). I get notifications for my appointments. Very convenient! I’ve read the negative reviews so I’m feeling pretty lucky!

Great app. Super user friendly very easy to use.

Crashes. I like getting to see my reports. But page just disappears and you have to sign in again. Over n over again.

Not working good. Cannot log in after log out. Kept saying I have incorrect password. Even though it is exactly as my last log in password. After several attempts. They locked your account and asked you to call the system admin to regain access. But the recording said they are very busy and will call you back within 2 days. Please do something to make it works.

Gross negligence. I cannot believe that some idiot authorized this. Anyone over the age of 50 is definitely going to have extreme difficulty with this. I am 36 and I cannot believe how many steps it takes to access, only to find out I need a virtual zoom meeting to sign up? Theoretically people are doing this well they are ill or injured. This is a step in the right direction but waaaay too user unfriendly

Outrageous. I normally have no problem navigating on line. This one is impossible. Who designed it?

Great health app!!. I am extremely happy to see a hospital where you can access results. The app itself was very easy to install and since I already had an account it was very easy to access my account.

Easy and works great. I am 74 and had no problem installing and opening app and everything is there. I had the reception at our hospital set up my account. All it took was 5 minutes and my BC Medical Card. I got an email with a link to my account. Click on link and asked to enter a user ID and password. I set those and had immediate access to my account.

Never works. I have it one star because I had to rate it something in order to give it a review. The app never works, never logs in, always has issues or says to try again later. Very frustrating when you are e mailed reports but can’t log in to read them

Every new login won’t let you in. Thinking of not even using this portal as it blocks me every time saying no such info(login). Whats up with that as already changed info before???

Horrible. This app won’t even let me download without trying to charge me what’s the point in that I would rather just login online at least it’s free there to login

Useless!. The app will not even BEGIN to work for me after I select which portal I want to access. I get an immediate error alert saying “an error has occurred- please try again.” That was a month ago and I deleted it. Tried it again just now, and it’s just as useless.

It does the job. This app is OK. It gets the job done most the time for what I need to do. However, it is definitely not as convenient to use as MyChart.

No response. Recently transferred to new medical care. Past medical history from previous provider unable to be transferred into this portal for access by my new doctor. Attempts to contact support has received no response!

Poorly functioning app. Crashes often. Doesn’t even load most of the time. You login and it just goes to a white screen.

The worst. This is the worst app ever. They send me emails to get into the app for information and can’t get into the apps. I try changing my password and they send a link and nothing happens. I like MyChart never any conflicts and my appointments and meds are always there.

Too outdated. This system is the worst health care app I’ve used. I wish it would notify me when new results or messages were in.

A suggestion. The MAhealth app is not bad, but could you please set it up so that we can transfer appointments to our calendar?

Won’t load. Loaded until today, now stuck on accessing your portal screen. Won’t move. Please fix

Not opening. This app isn’t working actually telling me to use the website instead of the app! So what’s the point of the app if it is telling me to use the website?

Horrible. This has to be one of the worst apps I have ever used. I can never get it to even load the sign in page and when I do, the sign in button doesn’t respond.

Bad app. I been trying to get in my portal for three days it keeps coming up with an error saying were try to access your portal and try again this app is useless

Horrible. This app is a mess and a very cumbersome app . It is unreliable, requiring multiple attempts to find information. Results of tests are poorly documented. I have doctors that use My Chart which is so easy and informative…not worth my time to use this “bargain basement” app! Shameful….

Unable to connect to secure server…. About two weeks ago I clicked on it and now every time it says “oops, unable to connect to secure server” and I emailed support only for them to ask for my SSN over an unsecured email. Nope. If I have to login in Safari, what’s the point of the app? Deleting.

Need to reset password EVERY TIME. I need to call and get my password reset every time I access my patient portal. And, every time they say uh-unh. It’s my problem. Im not remembering my info correctly. Really?!

Horrible app. Nothing comes up in the app. It’s ridiculous. I can’t see anything at all. I have to go to my regular Safari and type in Marietta Memorial, and then login that way. The app just does not work for me.

Get Rid Of It!. This app is AWFUL, and that’s going by the fact it wouldn’t let me log in with my new information! it kept rejecting it even though if i go online, the website lets me in. based on other reviews, im glad it wouldn’t let me through. Goshen Health, pair with a better app, please!

Useless. The app used to work and was great, now it doesn’t work at all. I guess I will be missing up coming appointments since I relied on this app to keep track of them. Shame on me for thinking this app would be reliable

App. App is inoperable. Says my correct if and password are wrong. Will fix. Re-enter. Still wrong. I spent an hour on this once, choose not to waste that time again. This worked for years. Now it just plain does NOT. Why do I need I d and password? Why not email. Ridiculous!!

If zero stars were possible.... This app just doesn’t work. Error after error even after deleting and reinstalling. I’ve never been able to log in or view my data.

Garbage app by garbage EMR vendor. I have providers across two different EMR‘s. The majority of my healthcare providers are within a system that uses Epic. Their patient portal solution is amazing. Unfortunately, my primary care provider uses Meditech. Their patient portal solution is absolute garbage.

Hard to set up. It asks for a birthdate but won’t let me type it in. It expects me to scroll backwards month by month for 67 years. Forget this, I’m not using it.

Can’t log on. Was working correctly now I can’t log on or retrieve any of my info, please fix asap

No images. The apps been great. Only thing I wish it had, was the ability to add images, from X-rays, ultrasounds and ect.

Unable to Sign in or Update Info. Very frustrating not to be able to communicate with my surgeons . There has to be a better way to communicate with my drs, So unbelievably disturbing !

Horrible app. Once downloaded, I can sign in and view one time. If I log on again, the app freezes and cannot open tabs at all. Need to delete and reinstall after every use. Horrible app

No message tab. The message tab is gone so there’s no way to message providers. The memorial care now app doesn’t have a message tab and it isn’t working either.

Can’t log in. Since the last update I can’t even log in. It tells me oh we’ve hit a snag try again. Every time!

Poor sign in directions. I have 3 different modes to sign in & none work. The girl I call for problems always can open it for me.

Can’t create new log in information. This is not user friendly. I can’t get a phone call back from my doctor and I have documents waiting for me to review but can’t complete my new UN and PW!!

Fix your app. I cant tell if its the app or the facility but I am unable to write messages or change appointments on this. Its absolutely useless in communicating with my provider on a mobile device. Figure it out.

Carteret Hospital. This account is the 2nd account for my parents and it’s impossible to set up and has support that you get voicemail that will call you within 24 hrs

Sign up for Walmart. So far so good. Just having a little problem.

Terrible portal. It never works well. This time I haven’t been able to sign in for 3 weeks and have spent hours on the phone with employees trying to assist me. Still no resolution.

Absolutely Worthless!. This app is horrible. I have never been able to login and access my information and I’m tired of trying!

Terrible app. It is impossible to get into the app. If lucky and you actually get in the app it helps with many things. After 1 attempt the app locks you out and you have to call the help line.

Crashed. Haven’t been able to log in for over a month.

Update. New update is so much better. Ui more pleasant to use.

Log in issues. Constantly having to call medical records and have info reset as it will not let me Login even with Face ID. It will work great for a few days after reset then back to square one again.

Zero stars if possible. I have to get a new password every time. I save my passwords religiously as well as use a 1Password and this app refuses the saved password from the previous sign on. I hate this piece of garbage used by Avera.

Poorly Designed and No Apple Health. This app is difficult to navigate, and the lack of syncing my health records from my provider to my Apple Health is disappointing.

My portals doesn’t show up. The app doesn’t have my hospital portal on the list even though it uses my location. Besides that EVERY time I log in, I have to change my password because Never recognizes the last one I used. Very aggravating!

Log in problems. Ever since they changed their computer program I can’t login to my account. It’s very frustrating

Login. I can set up and use bank accounts, retail accounts, insurance accounts, but this is a real challenge. I’m going to suggest that I have no access to the Internet, and just send me info via USPS.
