Very helpful. This has helped me a lot about understanding course management and making the right decisions. It has helped me lower my scores. I recommend it to anyone who wants to get better and shoot lower scores.⛳️🏌️

Must for better golf. Worth every penny. Finally someone has applied strokes gained and shot dispersion and probability statistics to golf target selection. There is a lot of info here that helps me select better targets, as well as some very helpful putting drills.

App issues. Seems like some great content so far (had the app a week), but the app is terrible. Continues to log me out. Won’t accept pasted passwords - which are fairly standard with pwd managers out there. Some videos just hang. Frustrating to pay $100 for this UX. Went from excited to bummed fairly quickly.

Amazing. If you are serious about improving your game, and willing to be honest with where you are this app makes life so much easier.

A Must for Competitive Golfers. I have been using the decade app and yardage books for a little over a month now, and it has transformed my thinking. I watched the videos and used the book as designed and I almost qualified for the US Amateur missing it by a few strokes, and have become a first alternate for the US Mid Am. If anyone is wanting to shoot lower scores, definitely recommend!!

Better Scores. This is without question the lowest hanging fruit towards shooting lower scores. Without any physical improvements, you can significantly improve your scoring simply by following these “common sense” principles and REALLY doing it.

Very confusing layout. The layout and functionality of the app is too confusing. The questions asked when inputting scores aren’t clear (bogey from 150+ in… what about worse than bogeys from in?). The rest of the app also makes no sense on how to improve and manage your game better. Disappointed with the current structure. However, if the creator of the app decides to make it more user friendly and clearer, then this has potential.

Product did not work as advertised. I purchased an annual subscription to this product based on the glitzy marketing. I was traveling to Scotland and the product was unable to produce the green maps for several major Royal clubs I visited. When I came back I tried to stop services but since I purchased an annual subscription they were unable to credit me for the 11 unused months. Shady mc’shady business practices. Customer comes last

Great content, Horrid App. I am only a few days into trying the app but I’m about to give up. I love the content — incredibly insightful — but getting to it is almost impossible. The video player is buggy and awful. I’ve played a bit with the other features and they seem like something I’d love to use use if they worked but based on other reviews I doubt they will work either. I’ve been involved with software and app development for 20 years and to produce something this poor is inexcusable. it’s not fair to the author and I hope he fires this development firm and hires another. I usually don’t post any reviews but this content is so good and the execution so bad that I really do hope he starts over so I can buy the new app.

Buggy, poorly designed app with great content. Three major frustrations with this app are: (1) The video progress bar is in a bad spot. The progress bar for the videos is at the very bottom of the iphone screen, so it takes immense concentration (and precise fingers) to move the progress bar without wanting your iPhone to switch between apps because you’re dragging left or right. The progress bar needs to be repositioned. (2) The videos stop playing or won’t load for seemingly no reason. The only remedy I’ve found is to switch between several apps then come back to the Decade app. This usually gets me another 2 minutes of content before I have to do it again. (3) The app must be opened to hear the audio. Most of the videos are audio heavy. But, the app won’t play a video once your phone goes to its Lock Screen or you switch to a different app. Great content tho. But the content is far too hard to access.

App is disappointing but content that is there is good. There is not much to this app for Foundations. Some videos posted that are very insightful but not organized. There is seemingly not any regular program to follow. Yardage book function does not work on the app — but is available on the website (although setting the correct tees so far has not worked for me). The “Tiger Five” feature is hopelessly broken. Overall not very well thought out but perhaps they will develop it over time. Possibly worth it just for the insights in the videos but in terms of a regular program and the quality of the yardage books... best to keep your expectations low.

Best course management app out there. The best app of you are serious about becoming better at golf. Highest recommendation

Essential to improved golf. Golf is much more than making good swings. Even the best players in the world have a shot distribution that influences their choice of shot and target. The DECADE app accompanies the DECADE program that is useful for anybody that has a somewhat repeatable swing all the way to top players in the world.

Turned my golf game around. Started with Decade before the app came out but the app made the system and ideas around Decade even easier to follow. I would pay the money just for the Decade strategies alone, the stat tracking is just a bonus! Literally a must have if you’re serious about improving your golf game!

Great content and approach to getting better faster. The content and approach in this app is amazing and truly helpful to lower your scores, if u follow the process u will get better

Great learning tool. Very good content. Hours of videos that explain how to play great course strategy for both high handicaps and elite players.

Open your eyes, new way to approach the game. May seem simple to some, I’ve played golf my whole life…after decade golf is easier. Great mental thoughts and reasons to play shots you KNOW you can hit vs. HOPE you can hit. The elite membership with stats tracking is my favorite golf purchase in the last 10 years. I can’t believe someone made the software that enables regular players to track a few stats and have strokes gained numbers available to them for their personal game. Keep it coming. Will have a subscription for a long time.

Love it five stars. But, if you could fix the driving tool so it works on my home course which consists of three 9 hole courses that would be great. It glitches out the driving tool when I try to load a nine hole course. Still love the app and am giving it five stars 🍻🏆

Yardage book issues. In the most recent updates, yardage book downloads no longer work, which is the main reason I have decade to begin with

Game changer. Do yourself a favor and invest in something that will improve your game. This is what you are looking for, not a shiny new driver. Wish I would’ve had this 10 years ago.

Gave up after 30 minutes. Very little worked on this app. I had to shut off my phone after entering data for it to save a round. Couldn’t add anything relating to strokes gained. I’m an IT pro and after 30 minutes I gave up. Concept seems great. Execution? Poor, especially at that price. I’d come back if it worked properly

Awesome!. If you’re not using this strategy you are leaving shots on the course. It’s simple math. Use the app, follow the strategies and you will shoot lower scores.

Home Course Only Shows 9 holes. Port Ludlow only shows the tide 9 which is holes 1-9. How do we update to show the timber 9 holes 10-18? Thank you

Learn quickly. This app is golfing gold. You will accelerate your learning curve for the proper strategy. This is the single quickest way to score lower.

Great if you put the time in. If you want to put some time into your golf game to shoot better scores then buy this app AND follow the program and learn every month. If you want a quick fix then go buy something from a golf commercial that will “fix your game today”. The Decade app is a decade SYSTEM that really hits its stride in months 2 or 3- but you need to learn the month 1 info for the later months to make sense and keep your head from exploding. So buy this and put the time in- your scoring average will thank you

My friend has more options than me but paid for the exact same thing. I’m just a little confused on how my friend who introduced me to this gem has more options available to him. I know there’s 2 versions of this app, the $50 version and the one that’s more. My friend and I both paid for the $50 version but he has the ability to place his shots on a gps of the course while mine does not. He also has a different screen to enter in scores that looks much easier to navigate. I’m not sure if my phone is missing something or what but it’d be great to find out what’s up.

Excellent Course Management Tool!. This app is awesome for learning course management in a way that has never been taught before. Teaching you correct targets based on the math is just the correct way to go. I see why so many college players and tour players are using the DECADE system!

Decade has evolved me as a golfer.. This app has helped me get closer to the goals I have set for my golf career. Without DECADE, I would undoubtably be more frustrated and disappointed with my results on the course. DECADE has allowed me to enjoy the game more by giving me perspective that is backed up by facts.

Essential to improve at golf. If you want to shoot lower scores and your swing is decent, my advice is to play a lot with a player who shoots the scores you want and learn how they manage around the course. If you’re like me and don’t have regular playing partners who are at that level, you must use Decade to learn how to navigate this game at the highest level. Simply googling golf course management will give you too generic of tips, many of which are simply incorrect, like playing less than driver club off the tee “to get the ball in play”. (Fyi, the correct tip is to practice more with your driver and/or get lessons and turn it into a weapon. You should be bummed when the correct play is less than driver 😁) The Decade system is based in math and strokes gained statistics. The app continues to improve. Scott holds regular webinars to answer questions and explain nuances.

The app is so incredibly bad. I have truly love the learning content so far. Found the concepts very helpful, and at times mind blowing. But the app is detracting from its usefulness. Tried to go through the putting simulation and the short and long fields just disappeared. Had to do it from the web page which is comes up in a really small box that i had to zoom in on. Also would help if the FAQs were actual FAQs and not random videos. An introduction on how to move through the program would be helpful. I specifically bought the foundations to work through the concepts slowly. Did I have to buy the elite to get a better app and user experience?

Can’t even create an account. This app seems very bad. I can’t even create an account. The screen just goes black and you have to start over and it does it again.

Cannot login. Tried to create an account and login, on both screens I just get a grey spinning loading wheel.

App Crashes. Cog Hill Course 1 crashes when navigating to the 4th hole sequentially from the 3rd hole via driving target tool.

Join, embrace the program and get better. At any level this system WILL enable you to score better.

Update to app does not work. The new update has caused a lot of features to not work. The driving target no longer works, and you cannot put in multiple distances. Yardage books won’t download. I would wait to download until they fix these things

App needs a lot of attention. Entering stats part crashes all the time. Then you can’t get back to the round you were working on. The help part takes you to nothing. The yardage books and videos are great. Can’t find anyone’s contact info to email when having problems. I want it to be great so bad but I just get so frustrated I’m just done.

So much more than just a stats keeper. In my opinion I think this is the best golf app I’ve owned. I have had multiple other apps and statistics keeping systems, however decade really is different. Not only is stats tracking just as easy if not easier than than all other stats keeper apps, but Scott has clearly taken a ton of time to create fantastic, easy to learn, and informative content. This all shows shows exactly how to pick apart golf courses, and how to make the best of optimal decisions in every type of situation to give yourself the best scoring opportunity. And what’s funny is that that isn’t even the best part! It literally produces videos showing you how to improve based on the stats that you compile! I really can’t recommend this app at all. I was lucky enough to make it into the U.S. Amateur last year after coming off injury and it was 100% because of the fact that I employed all of Scott’s strategy, and had a much better understanding of my game because of this app! I know this probably sounds like and infomercial but it really is just that good.
