It's alright. They have really great stuff. I used it. It's great for beginners. I do soccer and the stretches help. That was the good part. The bad part is, is that you have to buy other things. The 3main things, (Morning, body core, and stretches) get old and u want to do more. But it your willing to buy it, then have fun. But I don't like buying things. It may just end up being a waste of money.

Yoga. I love this app it's free and it gives u multiple different things like morning afternoon and I also tells you how long it will take and they're just mainly five minutes which is really nice 👍

Relaxing Workout. I love that calming music is available throughout the lesson. I would like have a person direct the moves such as video shorts.

Easy to use. I have down two 5 minute workouts now. I am a beginner and the app is very easy to use. The sessions include relaxing music and a timer that tells you when to switch. It also explains how to do each pose with a clear picture. I like that it offers short 5 minute sessions. I have it 4 stars only because I feel like it switches poses relatively fast (every 20-30 seconds). Maybe that's normal though? I also don't think the poses flow into each other very smoothly.

Great app. Relaxing, some good deep stretches, nice to be able to have a yin class at home. I like the autoplay function that keeps you moving through.

It's okay.. I wasn't flexible enough do to a few of these, but I am a beginner. Music was fine.

Stuck. Can't return to main menu. Nice music though.

I like it but. It’s amazing but I can’t do a split I’m actually right if you don’t know how to do a split skip it

Nothing for free, always freezes. This app freezes as soon as you try and select a yoga sequence. It gives the option of going Pro or staying with the free version, but neither work. Waste of time.

Ok. Some of the instructions aren’t what they mean I.e right foot on right knee - um I know it’s yoga but pretty sure that’s impossible.

Too quick to change positions. I liked it and all, however as a complete beginner, I wish they would take more time between positions when on autoplay
