Crooks- hidden charges. The app is crap, they would subscribe you for expensive subscription just to see the listings. I did not even know they were charging me until I got my statement . Just use Swapalease instead, much better service

Found no results when I search for Porsche. Please remove me from your subscription. Your website does not worth it.

Excellent & Inexpensive Alternative. SwapaLease and Lease Trader can be super costly when this app does pretty much the same thing. Good exposure as it’s a mobile app only so everyone browsing on their phones most likely has this installed. This and Lease Takeover groups on FB are the best in my opinion.

Quite a let down actually.. This app requires a $20 per month subscription to connect with the listing. Lures you in with some promising listings. You subscribe and reach out to the listings and don’t get any response. Then you realize all they are stale listings from previous years that are probably no longer available, but haven’t been updated . Lister probably gave up after subscribing and not receiving any leads because it’s a paid service.., so the cycle continues. Sleek app, poor business model.

Have to pay to talk to sellers. Was trying this app for the first time an then out of no whree i have to pay to talk to sellers already hate the app I shouldnt havr to pay monthly to try to lease switch a car to my name

No response on 4 cars and company has not refunded my money. I tried to take over the lease on 4 cars and no one responded to my inquiry if it was still available. The company has not refunded my money or canceled my subscription and has not provided a way for me to speak to someone.

Lots of options. A good app to look at swap leases that are out there. Wish there were better search-filter options.

Scam to get you on a $20/mo subscription. Website forces you to download app to inquire about a car. App forces you to pay $20/mo to contact seller. Can’t even tell if listings are teal or just baiting you to subscribe. Feels like a scam.

Old listings. Some listings are out of date, I can’t figure out where the subscription went to cancel it. Had to subscribe just to search. The search parameters are limited.

Great app for sure. I found this app is a good deal. Great idea and im looking forward to keep using it in future. Hopefully more people will join it to spread numbers of users out there.

None of the people respond back. I have been trying to see to get some replies. Atleast the app should notify whether the other person has seen the message delivered or not. It’s like sending a message to Mars and looking for answers.

Customer service poor. To cancel my membership I tried several times and each time I got a message. No one picked up. There is no button to click to cancel my membership after three day trial. So disappointed. I will have to block the charge D May 2022

Technical difficulties make this frustrating. For some reason this app has an email address linked to me that’s not linked to my Apple ID, so for a week I’ve been trying to resolve this issue so they could take my money and I could contact car owners. There should be more payment options to avoid this glitch. Still can’t pay for it as it’s set up so I’ll never know if it’s a good option for taking over a lease or not.

Support phone doesn’t work. Can’t contact support with phone number. Says application error. Make it impossible to try and cancel autopay.

Need location filter. This app would be so much more useful if you could filter listings based on proximity and/or price

SCAMMERS / CROOKS. I downloaded this app yesterday. That evening I had two people text my personal cell phone number. They are trying to get my social security number. My thing is how did they have access to my address and phone number? This app is not safe. Do Not Download This App . The ppl act like they work with this company and are trying to help you r trade your lease.

Car Lease Shopping Has Never Been Easier. For someone looking to assume a lease, comprehensive vehicle information is presented in a practical layout. Seller contact info and ability to message one another could not be any easier.

Needs improvement but can be amazing app. The app needs some improvement to filter cars that are local to your area.

No value. Not enough users.. No value. Not enough users. Difficulty to contact sellers directly. Also no data on what others have paid or what is available in market place. So no tools to adjust or determine if good deal or not. Also no tools for accomplishing this is best way - like standard forms. Then there is the misrepresentation of the site - they have very old cars - low inventory stale ads they don’t take them down for months. Like someone in October who is leaving the country has waited for four months and hasn’t left yet. Ridiculous. I will cancel. Good idea. Not working also not enough support.

Scam?. I’m pretty sure it’s a scam. It says you get UNLIMITED messaging if you get the premium for $20 a week lol but really it doesn’t let you do anything but save cars without getting the premium. If you really want to try it out just get the free trial then change your subscriptions in the App Store and you can get it for $4 a month. I messaged about 30-35 lease offers and not a single one responded. It’s been three days. Some new some old but all had zero response.

Not good.. First, the search function is terrible. If I want to see all cars but sort my distance or listing date, you can’t do it. You just have to scroll through everything. Also, I emailed 13 listings and not one responded which makes me think the listings may be fake.

Erroneous Subscription Charges. Stay away! No way to cancel subscription and they keep charging every month. I am having major issues getting my money back for past months. I might have to force chargebacks and flag this merchant with my card issuer.

Useless. Out of the 16 vehicles that I was interested in, 10 already sold/transferred, 4 never responded and 2 had bad email or phone numbers. Literally 100% of the listings I was interested in were not viable. What’s the point of an app with pretty pictures and a good interface if none of the listings are legitimate? I paid for the app for find a vehicle and all this app did was waste my time.

This is a scam - FYI will keep charging after you cancel. I cancelled a month ago and it just charged me again for this month. Do yourself a favor and try a different app, this one does not operate above board. When I called support they claim to have no live support and you have to leave a VM. Not a chance I ever hear back from this company

Good idea but your better off getting your own car. This is a good idea BUT if your interested in taking over a lease you STILL have to get approved by the leasing company. Save yourself some time and energy and just go lease a car off the lot

Scam. Useless. Waste of time.. User interface is a joke. Filter is useless. Ads are outdated and make no sense and not real. No responses from ‘owners’ and no way for owners to list vehicles anyway or be reached directly. Contact is thru a chat function in the app that no one every responded to. 1-2month old ads, sometimes even older than that. Vehicle locations not shown. The whole app is a scam and useless. Get the 3 day free trial and see for yourself if you must. It’s a joke.

No place to end the subscription on mobile. I am done with vehicle search and I am not actively searching but there is no place I can cancel subscription, I keep paying money every month. There should be an option to complete or end the subscription,

Not working. I tried chatting with 5 people to ask if their lease was still available and no responses for 2 days. I don’t think this app is working. Tried calling customer support and recording said due to Covid they are offering support!!!

Difficult to use. No way to filter search. Annoying ad pushing their premium version with no way to decline.

Not User Friendly. Does not allow you to search your area for all vehicles that are available. You have to search by make and model, extremely time consuming.

Pretty disappointed in first 24 hours. App is to use it easy to use, with good enough information... But messaging system is very basic, and I’m not hearing back from any potential transfer orders. I’ll likely cancel my subscription before the trial is out, although I would very happily pay for it- but I can’t verify if the ‘sellers’ are real or not- may not be!

Good start. I’ve used lease take over before and like the concept. The app UI is solid. The inventory seems thin. And charging potential buyers a subscription is a turn off. The established players like swapalease (web only), is free to buyers to search.

Appears scammy. Not clear on operation. Not clearly stated if this is paid or not. It says you get unlimited messages for $20/month. So what do I get for free? And what service assistance do I get? It all appears to be a scam and wouldn’t help much. Hope this improves.

Good app. Many interesting deals, new design is really good!

Scammers. It says in app purchases and once you download app it automatically tells you that card on file will be charged within 3 days. I blocked their charges, watch out for these scammers. They also have no live support, very convenient for this trash app.

Scam Artists. When you try to search for a car, they put you on a screen to pay for their premium version. There is no X button to not pay for the premium version for nearly 20 seconds. They are just hoping people think you HAVE to pay and do it solely due to that fact. Whoever runs this app are scam artists.

Bad UX. If you just want to explore available options, know that the app forces you to select make and model to show anything. Makes no sense

Predatory, dark pattern subscriptions - don’t trust. The app loads a full-screen modal for its premium subscription, and there is no button to cancel out of the modal and use the app without subscribing. So you feel forced to subscribe in order to use it. After testing, I found that the cancel button on the subscription modal does exist, but it’s on a time delay and only appears after 20-30 seconds. It’s a faint purple X in the top left corner and is easy to miss. No one is going to sit on a screen for 20-30 seconds when they’re trying to use an app — they’ll just hit the subscribe button to keep going — and the developers know this. That’s the point. Any company that encourages dark patterns like this shouldn’t be trusted.

Pretty Good. Pretty good app, well designed and functional. I wish there were more ways to demonstrate authenticity of the seller or buyer, such as ratings or personal identity. Anything else to give comfort to people for these larger financial transactions.

Horrible. Was told I’d have a 3-day free trial, but instead I was charged instantly. Turns out the app wasnt for me at all. Have attempted to contact support but the app isnt allowing me to even create an account, verify my phone or email, or take any steps necessary to be able to even chat with support. I'll just seek a refund through my financial institution.

Not enough cars. Not enough cars to be live yet. Nothing in my area available. Other online lease transfer services are far superior to this. Can’t find anywhere to cancel my account after agreeing to 3 day free trial.

Lack of search options. There are plenty of cars on here but the unfortunate thing is you cannot search just around you so you don’t have to travel across country to get the far you want. This needs to be fixed!

DO NOT LIST YOUR CAR HERE!. There’s absolutely no way for you to remove your vehicle listing once you do. They make your phone number publicly available to others even after you tell them your car is no longer available. I’ve emailed them multiple times without success. They post fake ads that are outdated to lure people in. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

RK. I haven’t use it fully yet, but I do like some of the good prices. Maybe they can get much better with a call center that the company will walk you step by step threw the whole process.

False Advertisement. I have contacted 3 people to find a number disconnected and the cars already leased to other parties. However, these listing have not been removed. Terrible experience in just one day!

Received some good enquireries. I received some genuine enquirers and lot of bogus ones. I finally got a person to transfer my lease though.

Not for serious inquires. Most people here won’t be serious as you will see folks with credit score in the 400s asking to lease your when you know for sure they are gonna be turned down.

Must sign up for paid subscription to see anything!. May purchase a subscription??? No. You need to change it to MUST! You can’t see anything do anything unless you sign up for a ‘free trial’ with autorenewal LOL. Who knows how many listings or what is even on this thing. Probably none if you MUST sign up to see anything at all. DEFINITE DELETE. Waste of time.

Great App. I wish I would be more leases to choose

All the listings are sold months ago. I have tried over a dozen listings in my first day to find a lease to takeover. Each one has indicated that the car was sold/transferred from as little as several weeks ago to a year ago. Don’t know why I paid for this with old Listings!!

Had a car on there that sold over a year ago!. Contacted an owner about their vehicle and she responded back and said they sold it last year!
