Sweat is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on monthly or yearly basis. Customers who choose a monthly subscription are eligible for a free 7-day trial period. Yearly subscriptions billed the total annual fee from purchase date. Monthly subscription users billed per month.
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Kelsey is my trainer and she’s amazing. The workouts are great. If I had a complaint, it’d be that the app can be glitchy.
I absolutely love this app. I had trainers for years but once my financial situation changed due to a divorce I couldn’t afford them. Since I started using sweat, I have gradually increased my muscle strength and definition. It is def worth the money. I have yet to keep up with the diet...some of the items are not found in the US or I have to google what we call them in US...but it’s great that there is a daily menu. I am going to start following the diet.
Amazing workout plan!
I love the beginner BUILD program! It’s timed reasonably and has really helped me get back into working out. I love the variety of the work outs. This app and this program in particular makes working out less daunting.
Had bought BBG many years ago and had it saved as an ebook but this is a million times better. I just completed the post pregnancy plan and really feel like I eased myself back into it without getting injured. I’m excited to try another program!
I’m a regular runner, averaging between 25-40 miles a week. I wanted to change up my fitness routine and I kept on seeing this app sponsored on social media, so I tried it. HOLY $#!+ this app is kicking my butt!! The workouts are intense and I love it! Definitely a great way to switch things up, and I love the flexibility with choosing how I want to workout, what kind of workout, etc. Amazing!
I love my sweat app! I have been doing the PWR program for several months and love it! The app works on the Apple Watch which is super convenient and makes workouts a breeze to get through. Very happy with my choice to use Sweat!
I love the Sweat app because it allows me to mix up my routine if I’m getting in a rut. It also has yoga workouts and great stretch routines. It’s everything in one!
Love the app! Really makes you motivated to do the exercises and I like that it’s a circuit-type training so you don’t get bored. I do wish that when you do one of the workouts that’s not part of your weekly workout that it goes on your planner since it counts towards your resistance workout. I’d like to keep track of which Glutes or Abs/Core workout I’ve done. Also, when doing the cardio sometimes the step tracker freezes and it stops counting your steps. Very frustrating when you’re trying to reach a step goal.
This app is great for step by step instructions and it is even like a personal trainer in my opinion!
A birthday gift from my daughters, this program- fitness, food and other features- has been huge fun. I swear heaps and do t need to over thi k the exercise i’m doing- I just do it. I use my own music from spotify. Enjoying my saturdays getting to know this sweat business. Thanks Kayla
Doing Chontel’s challenge and loving it. Worth the money. The workouts I do I see the trainers doing with their private clients for 10 times the price. I have injuries and there’s always an option to modify where I need to. Great idea. Only feedback for me is could you add a bell rather than a vibration when the timed sets finish? Unless my tights have a pocket I never know when they’re finished until the next exercise has already started which sometimes it doesn’t and just waits for me to check. Otherwise great app.

Such a good app, love it! Best fitness app I have used. I have used other big name fitness programs and this one is by far my favourite so much content, so many programs! I love that you don’t have to change your program if you feel like changing it up you can just do a workout from another one. There’s so many challenges, express workout outs and recovery sessions absolutely the best

The Apple Watch app needs more work. It doesn’t sync the workouts with the phone while using the app. Also, it would be great if it can sync with the activity app in our apple watch :)
The app is simple, easy to use, well thought out and motivating - love it! For the recipes, they are helpful but it would be great if it wasn’t so Mediterranean focused but had a bigger variety of food and flavours.
This program is the first one I have ever stuck to for this long. It really does a good job motivating you to work out and keeps you active. I would definitely recommend. Currently only on week 3 but did the 4 weeks of conditioning first. That was a must! These workouts are definitely difficult! But the fact that you can do them At home makes them totally worth it!

I absolutely love the Sweat app! I have always been intimidated by gyms because I don’t know what to do, and hate the pushy trainers that cost a lot of money; this app takes care of both! Definitely worth the money! Would recommend to anyone who is motivated to change their current body.
I am a frequent gym goer and I started using this app about a year ago. I stated w Kayla’s stronger program but didn’t get the results I wanted. Kelsleys program however is perfect and the new ones are great too. Great to follow I love the timer between sets and I can alter it to suit my workouts. Takes the confusion out of what to do and if there’s another exercise I want to add in the app is really forgiving for that use as well. I use it almost every day.

Seriously this is the best work out/health/meal planning app out there. The absolute best. I love every work out- after it done hahah not really during, but it’s fast- and it works. I have muscles in my triceps that I’ve never ever had before.
This is a great app that u actually do see results from! And workouts are different every week which keeps it interesting! The only reason I havnt given it 5 stars is because I’m using the PWR program & u can’t record what weights u used for each exercise & I really think that would help a lot if u could!

If the app could get me out of bed to do the workouts I’d give it a five. Other than that great fitness app. I love the yoga which has been added and find it helps to have this when I don’t want to do the harder exercises but can get some lighter training in.

This is a fantastic workout app - so much variety on there. Works best with a gym membership but the BBG program can be done with minimal equipment.
