Sweat is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on monthly or yearly basis. Customers who choose a monthly subscription are eligible for a free 7-day trial period. Yearly subscriptions billed the total annual fee from purchase date. Monthly subscription users billed per month.
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

There are so many great choices. Right now I doing PWR at home, but I have done BBG, and Stronger as well as regular PWR. I love this app.
Based on reviews I signed up for a year and paid the subscription. But, what I found it is not worth it at all. The subscription is pretty high and by using the app, it is not user friendly. The app is showing I had completed 3 programs and I didn’t finish any!! It has been 6 month now and it didn’t make me any good. The food plan is not for people who work full time. It needs someone who pays a fortune on grocery and have time to cook. I thought I am familiar with working out as I had lost 45Lbs before purchasing this app. But, since I am trying to use it I gained 15Lbs 😢 All work outs are repetitive and boring, it looks like they recorded once and just repeating it over and over. There are alot of free apps out there and workout videos that might be more helpful than this! I do not recommend it to anyone.
And not allow a refund when someone hasn’t used your product in six months and immediately sought a refund after getting hit for a yearly auto renew!

If you’re like I am and want to get into exercise and HATE going to the gym because of people watching you: this app is a must! I started in January and am on week 19 and I can say this transformed my life! It starts out for beginners and gets gradually harder and my results are amazing! They are such noticeable results and I would pay for this program (BBG) over and over again. $119 may seem steep, but it is SO worth it (and gym memberships are even more expensive than this!!) I have never felt more confident in myself and I am so proud! Thank you to Kayla and everyone that makes the Sweat app incredible!
I love this so far! The workouts aren’t boring and monotonous and I love that they’ve included the warmup movements/activations and the stretching/recovery days for you. I do have just a couple recommendations that I think would be helpful if at all possible in future updates. A place to record what weight we use for exercises and maybe a thumbs up or down so we can track if we want to increase or decrease weight the next go around. Also, a way to input how many miles we have ran or biked or flights of stairs we climb because I actually just set my phone on whatever machine I am using and then it doesn’t track that stuff and I think it would be helpful in comparing how many miles we biked in 20 minutes a month ago to how many we can currently do. Always trying to push myself but my memory is horrible so having a way to track this in the app would be amazing!
The app is great however I can’t use my apple watch to complete any other sessions except for LISS/HIIT sessions (I am doing “Fierce”). I really wanted the watch compatibility for the resistance sessions so I didn’t have to drag my phone around. When I click on it through the watch it just says “unfortunately this workout isn’t available on the Apple Watch yet. To complete it you will need access to another device”. Aside from that the app itself is great there is so much content. Would like to see a spot where you can enter what weights you are using for each exercise so if revisiting you can increase.
The sweat staff were very eager and responsive to get me to sign up to the app on a trial. I didn’t like it or use it so I cancelled the app subscription well before the end date, but was charged regardless. I’ve sent numerous emails and Instagram DMs and have not received a response in over 6 weeks, so I assume they have stolen my money. The app itself is very teeny bopper. Heaps of pop ups distracting you from actual work outs.
I usually get over fitness apps and never stick to them. Sweat has so many different workouts that you can choose from I’m finding it hard to give up on. They have great (easy) food recipes aswell. I highly recommend this to anyone I know
SWEAT is everything you want in an exercise app - great detailed and easy to follow workouts, intricate yet easy to plan future workouts section, a great weekly tracker and goal keeping mechanism and some good dietary guides! All in all a brilliantly developed app that has helped me lose weight and enjoy going to the gym much more!
Takes all the thinking out, I just rock up, work out and leave satisfied every time. The pre-determined week makes it easy to stay on the wagon and the community encourages you to sweat!
Good value if you sign up for the yearly plan.

Really love this app, it would be good if there was a feature where you can record the weights you use for certain exercises, I usually forget or use ones that are too light. This way I can also make sure I am increasing my weights as I go!
I am using the seat app on the one month free trial at the moment and am absolutely loving it! Will definitely be continuing my subscription.
The workouts are tough but you really do see results. The weekly checklist helps you stay motivated!

This is a great app that u actually do see results from! And workouts are different every week which keeps it interesting! The only reason I havnt given it 5 stars is because I’m using the PWR program & u can’t record what weights u used for each exercise & I really think that would help a lot if u could!

I can get up early and get my workout done at home. Love the option of fast workouts and changing it up with other trainers if I’m getting bored or can’t face a workout. I’ve had the app since it was released and it has evolved so much. At certain times I’m not as dedicated but will always come back to it. With four kids I find exercise great for my mental health and a good example for them to see exercise as part of life.

If the app could get me out of bed to do the workouts I’d give it a five. Other than that great fitness app. I love the yoga which has been added and find it helps to have this when I don’t want to do the harder exercises but can get some lighter training in.
