Great Science Resource.. I wish I had a scientific dictionary like this one when I was in school. This allows one access to information in all the basic sciences.

Ok, but needs work…. I recently downloaded this app and purchased its ad-free version. The level of definition varies greatly in depth from term to term. Some definitions dive deeply, and prove very educationally informative. Others just scratch the surface, offering little more than the person looking up the word would already know. Upon first purchasing this app, I ran a little test to see how it would do. After requesting terms of increasing scientific speciality— but not words so esoteric that they would be used by only a select few — I reached the bottom… no definition available for the requested term. I’d say that the app is somewhat useful, and shows great potential, but as a comprehensive stand-alone scientific dictionary, it’s not there, yet. I would hope the developers keep working on the app, moving it toward a more fulfilling realization of the promise it sometimes shows.

Eh. It's decent, but there a lot of words that I need definitions for that weren't in this dictionary. They were pretty basic terms too.

Worthless. If you are in higher level science classes such as genetics, half of the terms will not be found. Save your time. Use google

Too many google Ads!. The app itself is great. But the google ads are disruptive. I'm getting video game advertisements that takeover my entire iPhone screen. It's annoying, I may just uninstall it. If it wasn't for all the ads it would be 6 stars.

Farlex science lnfo.. Farlex is in my opinion equated with excellence and is surfeit with information.

Why can’t I add this app to my home screen in focus mode?. I’m a graduate student and would find it really helpful if I could check definitions while reading journal articles without being distracted by other apps. Unfortunately, this app doesn’t appear in the “allowed apps” settings on focus mode. Would absolutely rate it higher if this could be fixed
