Use to be So simple. This app used to be so simple when it came to following and unfollowing. The layout was really easy all it took was a tap the followers would automatically disappear and scroll down making it really fast to follow and unfollow. Now after 10 updates it’s the most time consuming thing ever after every time you hit the follow or unfollow you have to scroll and refresh yourself

Cost Conscience App. If you want the most bang for your buck without breaking your startup war chest, you could do a lot worse. We have been using the free version with our other account for over a year and finally signed on for pro, let’s us post to multiple accounts without hassle and doesn’t stick you with a huge bill.

Twitter’s issues. My suggestion is to, instead of the error email sent when the Twitter posts fail a message is sent that you all are having issues with Twitter and detail what you are doing to fix the problem. You should also send a message out via our notification letting us know of the problem rather than it being a not if we sign in with Twitfer (that's how I learned.) Keep in mind others do not sign in that way. Use the same message you used at that sign in. Also, put it in your community blog, tweet about it, put it on all of your Facebook page and wherever else you think will capture the attention of your users and the attention of Twitdevelopers who might worry about the publicity and immediately fix the problem to get you to stop making a big deal out if this. 😉 The key is transparency, do not play the victim (which you are not but for the sake of getting Twitter’s atte) and deeply apologetic. I wish you well.

Worst UI I’ve ever experienced. I saw Crowdfire come recommended in a few blogs I follow, so I decided to check it out. This is hands down the WORST UI I’ve ever experienced. As someone who works I in UX, I’m honestly flabbergasted that this passed any sort of QA process. Logging in was atrocious. I manage multiple IG accounts, but the app decided to look at my login cookies and arbitrarily choose one. Unfortunately for me, it was the wrong login. My only recourse was to sign out of all my accounts, clear my browser cache, and try again. Extremely inconvenient for social media managers - the target demographic. Once I FINALLY logged in, because I don’t use Facebook, it wouldn’t even give me any access to features. But worse, when I tried to get more information, the clunky “login” pop up just kept popping up with each click. Despite logging in previously, it was forcing me to login at each click. Needles to say, I deleted this post haste. Save your time and look elsewhere!

A Great Company with Bad Luck. I’ve been a loyal customer for a couple of years now. I utilized this app solely for the “Twitter Manage” features. Unfortunately Twitter recently updated their Terms of Service completely shut down Crowdfire (Aside from the “Publish” and “Mention” features). I’ve been very happy with Crowdfire and applaud their customer service, but it’s time for me to leave. Thanks for a great season!

Would be higher, but removed "post multiple times" functionality. I generally love this app, but its usefulness took a serious hit when they removed the "post multiple times" functionality. I REALLY don't like to have to manually post my content multiple times. Why this functionality was removed is beyond me. Big mistake. Also, they aren't the most responsive to questions on social media. I asked about this multiple times on different social media platforms, but got no response. Whether I renew this fall or not all depends on functionality. Make it easier for your users to share their content repeatedly.

Maddening. I have two Twitter accounts linked to Crowdfire. The first account was linked through the trial offer. I later paid for Crowdfire and added the second account. It has been a nightmare from the start. I have had to contact customer support several times. Customer service takes 24 hours plus to return my message. That means I try the fix and if it does not work I wait another 24 hrs. Last issue took 72 hours +. I am now locked out of this account by Twitter and have unable to unlock it. The only feature I really like is the deleting of non-followers. The posts provided are pretty generic. I would cancel but I paid up front and will suffer through until renewal. I wish I had never heard of this App. Numerous hours wasted.

Game changer!. I’ve been using crowdfire for almost a year to manage several social media platforms I run. This app has been a Godsend! My audience on each platform has grown, my likes and shares are way up because of the ability to post at the “best time”. It helps me keep up with breaking news on the RSS feed and makes sharing one article across multiple platforms very simple. I’ve had questions and one technical problem, customer service has been excellent... I can’t recommend this program enough...it’s been a game changer for me.

It’s like they want us to stop using the app!. Though the app has had some great features this most recent update is as if they want to make it harder to use! I used to be able to unfollow and follow competitors with a tap of the thumb and the next profile would line up right under my thumb for me to tap again... this was great... now it no longer updates and removes the person I just added and just shows that I clicked it.. now I have to manually scroll to the next one! This is at least 10x as slow of a process. Someone in their User Experience department should not be in charge. This is backwards... things should get smoother and with less friction over time... Crowdfire is going the opposite way... more cumbersome and slow. Well done.

Tip for FaceBook Business Pages. I almost deleted this app. I initially logged in with FaceBook and could never post to my facebook business page, each time I would tap Add Account I could see my pages, but, I’d get a popup to upgrade. I kept removing the app, deleting my account, reinstalling, googling help articles and going in circles for hours. I finally found a workaround that follows. The Fix: If you are a newcomer use your Twitter account to log first then add FaceBook. If you don’t, and login with FB first, the app will consider your personal FB account as the 1 account limit and you’ll not be able to post anything to your FB Business page. Also, each FaceBook Business Page is considered an Account, so you’ll have to buy a plan to post to more than one page. Note: the ability to post to a personal timeline has been removed per FB TOS - similar apps have done the same. Other than the initial setup, the app is pretty easy to use. Aggregating content by keyword is a great way to generate content. The ability to share articles from Google News, directly to the app for post scheduling is very nice. Overall a bit pricy for the monthly plans, but, probably a must-have for social media managers.

Very Helpful but Not Great. I’ve had this app for a little over a week now and I love the concept of it. I can schedule all my post for Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. I even get notifications about post about new items in my store. As good as it is, there are some downsides. 1) Not everyday I get my prescriptions and if I get it, it’s hours after I have my reminders scheduled for. 2) When I try to return to the app after posting to Instagram, the app completely freezes and I have to force close out of it a couple times before the app starts working again. 3) It would be great if I was able to access all the extra content the app suggest at anytime and not only when the “prescriptions” pop up. I feel like if that was easily available it would make this app a lot better and enjoyable. Other than those things the app does what it says, it just has a few bugs and could use a little boost.

Helpful But Buggy And Annoying. The concept of the app is great, but the bugs make it annoying. I bought the premium plan but I’ll be canceling soon. I can’t post to Instagram at all. The new Instagram interface asks if I want to post to Story or Feed. Story works but clicking on feed takes me to my camera roll. I pretty much got the app for Instagram posting so if I can’t post to Instagram there’s really not point. I thought they would fix this but it’s been a month now so I’ve give up hope. There are several other small problems with the app but this is the most annoying one for me. I’m just glad I didn’t pay for the whole year.

No good with IPhone X or IPad Pro. This app was awesome for scheduling posts for Instagram. Then I got an IPhone X & I am not able to use the app with the new iPhone X. After the copy to Instagram - it prompts to crop and then I can’t hit “next” because it get buried ...when I wrote to the developer about the issue I was told it’s instagrams bug & there is nothing Crowdfire can do. There was a work around to just use your iPad. Well, looks like now if also IPad Pro doesn’t work either. ? Can’t post from IPhone X and now IPad Pro & it has never allowed from the desktop. So, Crowdfire can’t be used for Instagram if using current Mac products?

Decent, a few things that could be improved. One of the things I liked most was the twitter management area. However, after maxing out the twitter accounts, the competitors followers stopped populating, resorting me to have to go back to the way I was doing it before which was less efficient. The Crowdfire plugin is very useful, but your content creation tool could be a little more efficient it lags and I can’t get any new content for extended periods of time. Incorporating more features unique to each platform when scheduling posts would be a plus too, not being able to use emojis can hinder finishing touches on content.

Works But Very, Very, Very Buggy. First, you have to be committed to using this app and it’s recommendations every single day. Do that and you could go from zero to 5,000 users in a year. I did. However, I’m a pretty patient person. But the worst thing is, you’re going to need a good dose of patience to work your way around all the bugs in this app. It works, but definitely not for the faint of heart or someone who isn’t willing to put in the time to build a following. The app helps, organizes, recommends and schedules posts you choose, but it doesn’t fly without you.

TERRIBLE!. I’ve had this app for over 5 years now and have never been more disappointed with an update. I’m not that picky of a person either! Their best feature which is “copy followers” that allows you to follow other peoples followers has been messed up by some dummy that works for this company. Instead of clicking on each follower after follower and not having to scroll. Now you click and have to scroll down after every click and it’s completely inconvenient! I might just end my sub tbh because I use manage flitter as well and they’re not making any dumb changes. Changes are a good thing but not when you mess it up. Bug fixes are the only tho g this app needs!

Ugh. I ran into so many problems after subscribing then I unsubscribed and went to get my money back from apple and I should have kept the subscription because apple said it didn’t qualify for a refund, my mistake I could kick myself. So I’m out ten bucks and the problems I had were accounts not working they said they were linked but not showing up and when they did work they wouldn’t post all I’d get is the Oops error screen or the app wanting more money so I’m out ten bucks and I deleted the app. I’m old I just wanted something simple!!

Nosedived to zero stars. Crowdfire has been made worthless. Crowdfire was a decent app prior to the last overhaul. Referring to this catastrophe as an update, a word that typically suggests positive change, would be highly inaccurate. The basic/free app is useless and even with a paid subscription the layout is wonky and services so limited it’s nothing to get excited about, so thanks for nothing. I’ve started using a different and really terrific SM manager, their basic service more than enough for beginners or even moderate users, any $$ is an investment in upgrades worthy the description and nominal cost. Someone developed a grossly-inflated opinion of Crowdfire, reduced the quality and quantity of its free-use functions so drastically that it eliminated any reason to have it. Good riddance. Twitter control-mongers have way too much time on their hands. Some brainiac nerd with integrity needs to develop an alternative to Twitter and a compatible social media manager. Someone who believes in free speech with no asterisks, who has no delusion that only their opinions are correct so no need for those with differing viewpoints to be seen or heard, and most of all understands the dangerous mindset of anyone who believes it’s okay to silence opposition. Those who covet power more than knowing truth fear differing opinions the most.

Pretty good. The app is great for finding who follows me back, finding competitors followers, and scheduling content. My only complaint is with the suggested articles. I did not select politics as an interest, but 80% of the suggested articles are political. Not only that, every one of them seem to come from a specific political point of view. Also, I checked that I was interested in religion, but almost all of the articles on religious matters are from an anti-religious point of view. So for the most part I find the articles useless... occasionally a good one about art pops up.

yeezus. okay hopefully u look at these bc I have some legitimate suggestions. firstly, I love this app & it is so so helpful. I use it for my twitter. with that being said, there are some things u should fix. 1) UPDATE THE CHARACTER LIMIT on scheduled tweets! twitter just kicked it up to 240 so some things I want to tweet won’t fit using Crowdfire. 2) i also CAN’T ADD VIDEOS OR GIFS OR MORE THAN ONE PHOTO to a tweet I compose on crowdfire for the best time and I can’t tag people in those photos 3) please make the limit a little higher with unfollowing and stuff, I love the app but the limit makes it hard to get anything done

Horrible Update. I have no idea why you think making posting more work is an update. I have been using the app less because since the update. In your email you called it customization. Lol. Before I could just tweak it if I wanted but now I have to write the whole thing all over again for twitter, fb, and IG. Also now I have to scroll when I'm tapping on your suggestions when I use to be able to click with one finger and the next one would just appear. Whoever made these changes should be fired.

False Advertising!!. I began using this app to manage my Twitter accounts years ago when it was free and even upgraded to a paid subscription because it was so useful and the best I found. They've since gotten greedy and the pricing is ridiculous! I won't even get into how I was forced to upgrade my app at one time which resulted in having to pay the higher subscription fees... Now, as of January 31, 2019, Twitter has suspended their API access and says it "will not be restored due to prior violations" yet, as of today, Twitter is still listed as an available platform here and on their website with no indication of the current lack of Twitter functionality. I no longer have a use for this app thanks to another free app that gives me the functions I was paying Crowdfire for. If you're looking for an app to manage your Twitter acct, this is not it. I suggest you cancel your subscription if you have one because you won't be able to get a refund if the Twitter functionality is not restored. Trust me...been there with Crowdfire before too.

Facebook pages won’t even work. I know you can’t post to actual profiles anymore but now the app won’t connect to Facebook at all. It’s an endless loop of connection attempts and granting access that leads only to a frozen app. I’ve contacted their support with no reply as of yet. Also the articles seem to be getting worse and worst with more and more spam articles. I’m having to preview everything to ensure it’s not click bait or even porn. May have to only use the RSS feature until our paid membership expires and then cancel.

App forcing subscription. I am updating my rating back to five stars. I was confused at first when the recent patch stopped letting me unfollow nonfollowers after 10 of them. The way the popup worded it it seemed that I was done and this app was now past some kind of new trial period, and I would never be able to use it to unfollow nonfollowers again unless I pay $10/month. This was right after it prompted me for a review when I gave it five stars... Not the best strategy from the developers there, and I suggest rewording the new pop-up to explain that the next day you can remove 10 more unfollowers. That is more than even needed for a normal Twitter user like me if I am using the app more than twice a month.

Dissatisfied customer- Twitter still not working, why isn’t Crowdfire giving me a refund I requested. I feel the same way as a previous customer feels. I was not reimburse for the month that I could not use crowdfire when Twitter cracked down now on new rules,( API)now the app I wouldn’t recommend it because it’s so much confusion with it it’s not simple anymore I have not been able to use crowdfire. I just upgraded my account and I’m still not able to reconnect my Twitter account what is going on and I wouldn’t recommend this app right now it was awesome great in the beginning but now I just used feel as though I am wasting money. I would definitely be canceling my account if I am not able to use Twitter this week it is going into two months. And I too have not been reimbursed for the months that I was not able to use the app. I have tried over and over again sending emails after emails with no response to try to resolve this problem.

I think it does pretty good.. Right now I'm just playing with it to get used to the features with my normal Instagram and Twitter account. It works great. Still, wish Instagram would unblock third-party posting instead of having to go into the app to post. One issue I'm having is the notifications chat thing is freezing up the app after you schedule something. I have to force close the app and restart it. Way annoying.

Worse and worse. I’ve been using this app for a few years and I finally unsubscribed last year and so happy I did. This app gets more and more horrible with every update. It used to fun, helpful, and exciting to use just for free, then you had to pay for that which I didn’t mind. And now the app is just frustrating and highly limited and just officially broken. They had a great thing going and now I even see their rating has fully dropped by a star and will continue to drop with joe crappy they are doing things.

Affordable, great resource articles, and caring tech support. I used them in the past and don’t know why I changed. But I’m definitely back and they have been very helpful with making sure everything is working well. I highly appreciate this platform!

Update still didn’t help my concern.. Still slow adding and deleting people. I feel like it will never be the same. Edit*** After the third update I’ve lost all hope on this app. Still can’t quickly follow people like I used to. I bought the plus version a few months ago simply for that feature. I’ll still wait out my subscription before I cancel..... I tried several times forwarding the suggestion and get excited with every update but still nothing..... I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but my experience has been that I was cheated out of my subscription. I rarely pay for apps and once had full faith in this one.

Your Fired!. I read all the comments and sad to say I have to agree with what the majority is saying. I’ve had this app idk since 2016. I used it it was useful. Stop using it because I have so many apps, decided to come back and use it. The thought was been about 8 months since I haven’t use it , so it must be Banging with cool features now. UPON updating the app, the interface design is alright however the things that matter are non functional. For example programming team on an iPhone 6 Plus updated to latest Apple build. It only allows you to manage 1 account. THE ONLY REASON I GAVE OT A 3 is because I have faith In you guys and the app was decent a year ago. Let’s Pro-gress not De-gress. Peace be upon the team. And here’s motivation for you, I’m going to develop an App now do not let me finish before you guys actually make a working app , if i complète my app before you guys fix this then my friend I will be sending you my resume lol; peace family .

broke after 4 days of use. this app initially worked pretty well, but less than a week after i downloaded it, the same phrase kept popping up whenever i tried to do anything. "You need to reconnect your Twitter account. Clicking on Reauthenticate below will do it for you[Reauthenticate button]}". after searching through the app several times, looking for the reauthenticate button, and even deleting and redownloading the app, this message still popped up, so i was unable to use it.

New Update Killed App. This used to be my favorite app for managing my social media. The new update has now rendered it useless and I will no longer be purchasing a subscription (& I was yearly). This app crashes more often than it works and the fact that I now have to scroll to unfollow has ruined the ease of use- the whole point was to just have to click one spot so I could accomplish other tasks while following/unfollowing. There are literally apps that unfollow for you- which I’ll be switching to now. Why, why did you have to ruin such a good app? Oh well- there are more (and now better) fish in the sea. Not to mention they’re free...

Won’t even open.. I used Crowdfire years ago, and from what I remember I liked the app a lot. But for a period of time I got less serious about my instagram and stopped using apps to help me schedule posts and the like. I recently got really into my social media game though after starring on a dating show though, wanting to capitalize on the following that it helped bring me, and I remembered Crowdfire and saw that people were still using it! I apparently still had it downloaded so I updated the app and I’ve been trying to access it for days. However, no matter what I do this app will not open. I just get the main page and it says launching forever. It may be a decent app, if it was usable, but at this point it’s needlessly taking up storage on my phone. Looks like it’s fine to delete and find another app.

Instagram, and now Twitter. Crowdfire, you need to refund us for this time that Twitter suspended your API access. That’s the whole reason I purchased Crowdfire, was to manage my Twitter. Of course, you also claim to work on Instagram, which you don’t, but that’s another story. Anyway I’ve tweeted at Twitter to reinstate your access, but they just ignore me. Suggestion: In the Recent Followers future, you need to enable posting images. I like to thank new follows with a picture. I can’t get a Crowdfire to connect to my Instagram. You say we need to connect the accounts, and then authorize Crowdfire through Instagram. But Instagram does not offer a way to authorize Crowdfire. If Instagram is blocking you as a third-party app, you need to tell us that, and don’t advertise Instagram as one of the platforms where you can use Crowdfire. if we can’t use Crowdfire on Instagram, you need to tell us.

For all of you who liked to follow/unfollow. When you read most of the reviews on here it’s people complaining about not being able to unfollow a bunch of people. the app does what it says it does. The updates are to comply with IG and twitters new terms. As someone who hates the whole follow/unfollow trend, I’m glad this app limits that nonsense to 10/day. Your content must be pretty bad if you have to follow/unfollow 100 people a day just to gain followers. Instead of bashing a decent app why not look at your content first. I will say the app isn’t as user friendly as other apps I’ve used. But at least it does what it says it’s supposed to do.

HORRIBLE/AGAIN & AGAIN. Oh my goodness! They’re back at it! What a Horrible Horrible App. It is kicking me out to do a ‘reconnect’🙄. The oddballs will contact you and say it’s either you follow to fast or whatever. Hey! Write a program where that isn’t possible you idiots! Oh my... and then thy’ll try to ‘teach’ you how to follow.. lol😂. LISTEN UP SLOW POKES.. WRITE IT SO THAT CAN’T HAPPEN!!! Oh my my my... No logic. And to unfollow, you go through a list of nothings... past ones? Who gives a sh.. show me only the ones who don’t follow right now. Oh my..it kicks you out and says reconnect ALL THE TIME. LoL.. 😜 I hope someone develops a good app cuz this sure isn’t.. I give it one star bcuz that’s the lowest I can give it.

Should have read the reviews. So i just purchased the annual and found out some of the main features listed are not working. I use Instagram a lot and unable to link my business account due to oAuth error. Support says this is an Instagram issue which is complete BS as I’m able to authenticate other mobile apps using oAuth just fine. Second issue I just found out is that I’m unable to post to Facebook now. Based on previous help, I’ll have to wait a day for an answer. At this point, this app is more of a glorified post reminder than anything else. Sorry to say, but buyer beware on this one. P.s. if the developer responds asking me to email the details. Please check with your support team as I have already submitted the details. UPDATE: Issue was resolved with regards to adding a second Instagram account and posting to Facebook. I’m not clear how it was fixed but retried 1-2 days after reporting issue and there were no more oAuth issues encountered.

Grandfather Rights Please!. This app used to be the best app around for tracking Unfollowers. From the beginning I was able to unfollow 200 who were not following me back daily for free, with this latest update it has dropped to only 10. Now they want a monthly payment of $9.99. The best feature about this app is that it shows you oldest to newest followings, giving them time between tweets to decide if they wish to follow you back or not instead of unfollowing someone you just followed yesterday. I used to love this app but Greed has lowered its ratings and has been very discouraging. In addition, the Unfollow feature has changed and has slowed down functionality drastically. I hope they will consider giving grandfather rights to long time users if we promote this app from our account. There are many different features to this app that are very helpful for growing your Fanbase. Please don’t make me delete you Crowdfire

Use to be better not so much now. I loved this app 2 years ago but not so much now. I have deleted it for a few months and decided to download it again. A lot has changed since then and although it's not entirely frustrating as far as what's new but it would be nice if the app actually worked and didn't keep freezing and needing to be deleted and installed every second 😒. Wish I could enjoy it without it crashing so often. I'm barely even doing anything since I just started.

Cannot stop billing. I started using this app around 4 months ago because I took over social media content creation with my company. Everything worked well and I enjoyed the features of the iPad and iPhone app and I even upgraded to the paid subscription on Black Friday when the rates were discounted. I moved to another position in January and no longer need the paid subscription. Here’s where the issues began...I CANNOT DOWNGRADE! The page to view your subscription/upgrade/downgrade is 404 and doesn’t exist. It’s not in the app nor is it on their desktop webpage. I have reached out to their support email and their Twitter account; neither have resolved the issue. Since I cannot stop billing, I’ll either tell my bank it’s fraud or contact the BBB; not sure what else to do since the page to downgrade to the free account literally doesn’t exist. I’m about to pay for my second month of not needing the service.

Great For Growth. I came here today because I was experiencing the same issues as everyone else (which I have read is out of y’all’s control). Please keep us updated on the status of the Twitter API. I have only been using Crowdfire for about a week now, but after testing it out, I immediately subscribed to the premium version. I have seen exponential growth in (real) followers for my niche poetry account using the manage feature of Crowdfire. If the app is used correctly it is well worth the monthly fee. The app could obviously improve in some areas just as any app could—but overall it gets the job done and allows users to spend less time on growth and more time on content. I hope that things are back to normal soon! Looking forward to getting back in my routine. Thank you, Slade

My Review. I don't usually write reviews, mainly because if I don't like an app I delete it but I actually need an app like this. When I first got it years ago, it was honestly splendid and helped me maintain my fast growing Twitter account. Now, it barely works. I'll open it up and it'll lag and the features will never load. The annoying thing is that I actually found a way to make it work, and that's by deleting it and re-uploading it. Whenever I upload it the features load and I can actually use this, but the quality of this app has gone so far downhill that I'm honestly looking for any other app that does the same thing as this app. Get your act together Crowdfire, you use to be good

Good but not Perfect. Crowdfire is the tool that every Social Media Manager should have and would have. Buggs and Issues are the reason why I didn't gave the app 5-star. Suggestion: Add Telegram channel management ability to the app. In #Iran we have over 40 million people that use this messenger and the its channels are so popular over here and managing those with Crowdfire would be awesome. I showed you a 40 million Potential User with their Persona.

Needs more work, but valuable. There are a lot of UI/UX enhancements needed to make it less cumbersome and more intuitive. How about a single click to like all recommended likes and follow all recommended follows. Scrolling and tapping 100 times is unnecessarily time-consuming. And having to scroll through all non-followers to find the 1 or 2 that don’t follow you? Why not just filter for those you need to take action on? But for $36/yr (or whatever it costs), it’s totally worth it. Just wish it was less onerous to use.

Automatically linked to another person’s Facebook account. After I logged into the app it automatically log me into another person‘s Facebook account. It auto populated their email address and password, neither of which I had, and I could even push the see button and see the password. I tried deleting that Facebook account and entering in my own and the app kept automatically connecting me to the other Facebook account and wouldn’t let me connect my Facebook account. Even after I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it it still connected me to this other person‘s email account. Then I tried searching all over the Internet to find someway to contact help and get assistance and I couldn’t find any way to contact any person. I finally found an option called mini crowdfire where you can send an email and that was even broke!!! When I tried to send the email The system bounce back and wouldn’t said the email through. What the heck!? Why is there no way to get in touch with any person related to to this app?!?!🤯😫😤

This App Used To Be Great. I Had This App Since Day One & It Was The Best App For Social Network Managing. I Was Able To Follow/Unfollow Using Multiple Accounts & It Was Actually Helping Me Build My Accounts. It doesnt work at all, only when it wants to. So i got a free trial to start using the app, everytime i went to share now. It said i needed to upgrade to schedule posts… which i wasnt doing. I was trying to share now. Obviously a bug because 2 times it worked the rest it didnt.. I paid for the subscription just to see if it would be better. And no, now none of the stuff i tried to post even goes through. It leaves a green check like it worked, i go to twitter, fb, nothing there. What is this?

Great for Twitter just ok for instagram. I got this to clean up and improve who I followed and who follows me on Instagram. The app does make good suggestions for post that attracts more followers, but they have to be posted manually in the Instagram app. However, with Twitter (and Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc) you can schedule CrowdFire to automatically post even add custom tags. It is a great tool, but not working well for what I want.

An App That Just Keeps Getting Worse. It's bad this app became worse as Twitter has destroyed it because it was a great app. Now you have to be a slave to Twitter. Time consuming piece of crap at least crowd fire was doing its job but then crowdfire started charging and now it's less unfollowers you can take out only 10 like what, what will I do with that waste of space on my phones hard drive Not only does corporate companies hate that you have a great app like crowd fire to delete unwanted Twitter followers but then they have no choice but to make it worse and charge you for it. Back then it could unfollow Instagram not anymore. Piece of crap.

Use to love this app, now it’s useless. I used to not only love this app but recommend it to everyone. However over the years as it changed to Crowdfire and then Twitter cracked down on it, it’s gotten worse and worse. Now I’m expected to pay extra for basic features that my social networks already have built in and the features I’m supposed to have access to (like analytics and recommend content to post) don’t even work! So now I’m left with paying for an app that only lets me schedule content. Sorry but I just can’t pay for a feature Hootsuite already does so much better. On top of that for the month or more when the features of the app were unusable because Twitter suspended their API use, I was not given a refund for my money. That’s $15 a month I was paying for absolutely nothing at the time. Seems unjust to just take people’s money and offer no service. I only found out because I opened that app to recommend it to someone and then was presented with a message about it currently being unusable. They really should have refunded anyone paying for their service during that time, but it feels like ever since they rebranded to Crowdfire they have been struggling to tread water. Unfortunately after using this app for years and years I just couldn’t justify the cost with the lack of service and had to cancel my account.

Keep being asked to re-authorise! I want a refund!!. I was actually very excited to use this app. I saw many great reviews and thought I’d give it a go. I payed the monthly $16 subscription for the Pluto pack. All I’ve wanted to do is have the ability to unfollow people not following me. The entire time since I subscribed I’ve been bumped off for lack of better words every time I’ve tried to unfollow a single non follower. So this app is basically useless to me and I paid $16 for it. I reached out over 12 hours ago to your “support team” to no avail. No one has been in touch with me to help me trouble shoot this. I’ve looked around on twitter and this seems to be a recurring thing with your app that’s been happening for quite some time. I’d like a refund please. This app is useless to me.

Useless. This app used to be great when they first launched. Then they made some changes and it became more limited & difficult to use, although still useful. I spent the $$ to subscribe in the hope of getting the initial features back. No such luck. In fact, shortly after it turned out Instagram changed their algorithms overnight and Crowdfire became completely useless. I contacted them asking for a refund of my subscription fee but of course never heard back. Goodbye money. Goodbye Crowdfire.

Crashing - Can't use it. I used the app for a few days and it seemed to work great, but after the last update it just constantly crashes on opening and is unusable. Will wait to see if a new release fixes the problem.

Actually really good!. Awesome app to increase Twitter and Instagram. Can glitch once in a blue moon but if you have issues with your account the HQ team at crowd fire I can't fault! They go above and beyond to keep you happy and fix your Acc. Worth every cent!

Essential for Twitter users. This app is great for anyone who wants to see their following steadily grow, and has a lot of good tools to help. Could be better without following limits, but I think that's out of the developers hands anyways.

Best one there is. I've been trying to clear out some of my followers but still want to follow people back and I've been searching for so long and out of all the other apps I have tried, this one is by far the best. It is so easy to use and so hard to make a mistake with. I am now unfollowing all the people who've unfollowed me and now my twitter feed is as I would like it to be :)

Best follower building app by a mile. No stupid coin systems, just a simple and easy way to add followers really quickly. Built up 15,000 genuine IG followers for one app over a 2 month period and 2,000 for another in 3 weeks using this app. Deleted all the other follower apps and just use this one now. The copy followers function is outstanding.

Incredibly useful social media tool. This is an awesome application for monitoring your Twitter and Instagram accounts. The ability to tidy up your lists by removing any inactive followers in particular is incredibly handy.

Useless, no customer service either. I was super excited about this app, I had a play with the content searching feature, and was convinced I’d found a solution to all my first world problems. But when I decided to add my Facebook, it wouldn’t allow me to and sent me on a frustrating cycle of “please subscribe” “try for free” “please subscribe” no matter what I attempted, I still couldn’t add my Facebook. Then came the pathetic excuse of customer service, there is no contact support option anywhere, just a page of irrelevant help topic links. This was supposed to save me a few hours a day, not cost me 3 days of productivity to the tune of $600.

Recent changes makes app useless unless you pay monthly subscription. I started using this app a few months ago. It was fantastic. It helped me quickly get my account noticed by the right audience, grow followers and weed out the disengaged. Now, without warning, I can only follow/unfollow 25 accounts a day I am currently stuck with nearly 1000 accounts I follow who are not responding in kind. At this rate it will take me 40 DAYS to whittle them down! Crowdfire have seriously misjudged this move. It won't convert free users to a $10/month subscription. Just ludicrous! What it will do is turn a lot of very engaged social media users to their own accounts to vent their spleen and give a lot of bad reviews. Don't tread on the little guys Crowdfire. You got where you are now by offering a free service that was GOOD. Now you're just greedy.

Misrepresents the free features. Hey just joined crowd fire the introduction says i can connect up to 5 accounts. So i did - Facebook, instagram and twitter - makes 3 Now i go to add 4th account - linked in. - your app asked me to upgrade? Why don’t you explain this upfront that up to 5 means a total of 3 accounts and not linked in You wasted one hour of my time and then i had to find this out and collected my information for free? You know you can ask for a fee upfront and be clear about it. There is no need for a free service. But the mis representation makes me wonder if i want to do business with you. What sort of a scam is this? Are you a legitimate service?

Doesn't work at all. This appears to be a scam app, when opened it asks you to log in with instagram, then it takes you to 4 static pages that you can swipe through, similar to the example images they have on the app store. There's zero functionality and none of the buttons show any indication that they are anything more than just an image on the screen. I'm an experienced app user so I'm confident it wasn't user error. None of the buttons are clickable, the user can only swipe through 'images' of the app interface. If you have downloaded this, delete, report, and change your password immediately.

Used to work.... I had this app a while ago and it worked fine I didn't use it for anything but unfollowing unfollowers. Then I got a new ig account and decided I'd log out of my first account on this and use it for my other account when I logged out, and tried to log back in, it wouldn't work. Just as I clicked log in. It takes me back to the homepage! It does it with every account I try with!

Helps one number of followers increase. I like to DM new followers, but once you get above 400 or so, the rate of increase in new followers rises. This app allows me to send an automated DM. Mine is set to say it is automated and that I'll respond personally with reciprocation once I have checked them out. Getting weekly stats by email also useful to keep track.

Not updated and frustrating. iPhone X has been released a while ago and the layout hasn’t been updated! Impossible to press the close button , many glitches just due to the UI. Few contraints to modify, come on just do it.

WOW! 500 New Followers in the first 3 Days...!. I had 880 followers which I struggled to get over 4 years! Now I've got 500 new followers in my first 3 days with the App! Great app...BUT.... Every time I try to add another Twitter account the app crashes. I've rebooted the iPad mini and it still does the same thing. You might want to fix that, it's so frustrating

Please add scheduled video uploads. Great app but only problem is I can’t schedule video posts, when it goes in to my camera roll none of my videos come up

Very useful!. I love this app, it's never been so easy to be able to unfollow all my unfollowers, and keep track of my stats, to be able to whitelist friends, now you can schedule tweets which will be a great help when I'm out or at school, I recommend this app to all instagram & twitter users!

Terrible. I've had this app for over 2 years and it has been nothing but difficult and annoying to work with. The follow and unfollow limit is now 25..? So it's not even worth the time. I've had such big issues with this app, it constantly forgetting my password resulting in me having to re-enter it every single time I open the app. The layout is super ugly too. Sorry for harsh feedback but just hoping you guys can improve a bit. For now I am uninstalling and trying out the followers app.

Great app to help manage IG. overall this app does a great job at managing followers on Instagram. There are some features that are left to be desired the app has a feature called admirers which is great, but I would like to see the opposite who isn't interacting with me

Functionality Abandoned. I’ve happily used this app to help get some time back into my days by scheduling posts in advance. I noticed some performance issues so updated my app and it was the worst decision I made. I wish I had persisted with the sluggish performance because after upgrading a new subscription feature was introduced which means I can no longer use the app in the way I have enjoyed it. The developers have introduced a new barrier which means I can only schedule one post a day unless I upgrade to a paid plan. Being forced to pay for a feature with no warning of the change is enough to push me to abandon this app altogether and find an alternative app to schedule my posts. It’s frustrating that I can’t schedule even 2 posts a day - there is now no reason for me to use this app at all. Great job at alienating your user base Crowdfire, a subscription model should have been better planned before being rolled out. I’m sure there will be many other users rudely surprised and frustrated like myself and now given the motivation to take their service elsewhere. I will no longer be recommending Crowdfire.

Nice improvements - but crashes often. Overall a nice clean interface with useful info and easy to navigate features. Adding multiple accounts crashes the app. Every single time, so not so useful for someone like me who manages multiple Twitter feeds.

Need improvement. This app is a bit annoying. I can make a schedule post on instagram unless I do it manually. If it manually so what’s the point?

Very expensive. I wouldn't suggest using ad very expensive. Initially the app identified a few non-followers for free so it worked well if you have a small account. Now it is very expensive subscription if you want to receive anything over a few non-followers. I would suggest looking elsewhere...

Can’t even use it. It won’t recognise my perfectly valid email address as a valid email address so I can’t even use the app. What a shame!

Awesome! But buggy.... Love this app and its ideas and philosophy. It's intuitive and well featured. I've encountered a few bugs in this latest version... 1) the new Instagram scheduling feature fails to copy captions to Instagram (tried 5 times, it drops the caption every time). 2) Whenever I click the "We are listening. Tell us *HERE*" link at the bottom of the app menu the app freezes and crashes every time. Hoping the bugs will soon get sorted! One thing I would love to see included with this app, or its sister app 'Stats', is the ability to see your top 10 most liked Instagram photos which would really help in analysing the visual formula and subject for more successful posts. At the moment I'm still logging in to Iconosquare for that data.

Greatly Improved. I bought the early version of this app and it was awful. It had kept crashing and even though I'd unfollowed people through the app it wouldn't happen I the actual site. However, I'm glad to say those bugs were fixed and the app runs smoothly. I would suggest another feature though, to where you can select a particular user and choose to follow all their followers or all of who they follow with only the touch of a button. It would save time, rather than scrolling right through the list since, if that's what we wanted to do, we could just do it on the Twitter app itself.

Brilliant functionality. I have used many apps over the last 5 years to tidy up my Twitter stream. This one is top shelf and supersedes all others! Easy and intuitive I'm giving it 5 stars as of 6 Sept 2015

Never write reviews but. A really comprehensive and professional way of gaining momentum in a business online. Doesn't encourage fake followers and doesn't make you buy much. I got 800 followers in a week from it, and I haven't lost any, unlike other apps where most unfollow after a day or two

Ideal app for Twitter management. This app is like your little social media manager, keeping track of categories of interest. You're not obliged to follow the suggestions made, which is great that you can have that kind of control... My only gripe is it trying to force users to a membership just to upgrade the size of blacklists and whitelists... Not cool, guys...

Getting really annoyed. I'm getting really annoyed by the pop-up asking to rate the app. It comes up all the time even when you press "No Thanks". Not sure if this intentional or an oversight but I would suggest you guys get that pop-up right out of my face. You've got a great app and this has been the first time I've been left with a sour taste. You don't want people to get so irritated that they start looking for alternatives. I've paid money to use this App and I don't need your pop-ups springing up when I'm working. Yes, I'm actually working when I'm using JustUnfollow. So, please let me work!

Great App but.... Great app, however, the update didn't fix the issue of the app raiding the fridge during the night. Added posts last night ready for today.... all gone today :-(

After the latest update. Not sure if that best time on take off is working. It keeps telling me to post pictures at 7am every morning. I know no one is on Instagram then (at least, not my followers), because I get more likes in the afternoon. What's up with that? All the rest is pretty good though.

Fell out of love. This used to be an amazing app before platforms changed there policies. Still very useful, but now very limited. No fault of the company or app.. Just corporations making it hard for the little guy, sigh..

International Buyer. I'm sort of trying out Crowdfire but at this time I don't know if I like it. Why are you not integrated with Twitter & why is there a monthly fee instead of the yearly fee of $4.95?

Was good at first but can't even open up functions. I can't open up the app because it keeps on freezing on the AI screen. I have to keep on deleting and re-downloading the app just to make out ONE function to share post. Was good at first but this is ridiculous and waste of my time and money.

Horrible. They updated their app to limit like crazy what free users could do. Can't even follow more than 10 users a day on Twitter without crazy popups asking for money. Cant schedule more than 2 posts anymore. I used to pay for this once and a while but not anymore. Great way to piss off your users.

Crowdfire is Great!. This review is more based upon the app on the desktop then the app on the iPhone or iPod I feel like the Crowdfire is very useful and there's like new features coming out every few months. They're planning on implementing video with your posts as you schedule them on your desktop. You can connect all your social accounts to it! One of the features that I love is the scheduled posts because it's so convenient. They recently added RSS feeds to Crowdfire on desktop which is so cool! Try the apps out, now!

Update ruined everything. This app used to be useful, now it's not. Now it's just severely limited. I had to uninstall.

Wont let mw cancel my subscription. Horrible experience trying to cancel! I’ve tried to cancel in the app, it says someone from the team will contact me and I haven't heard anything in weeks. Then I get charged for another month. Tried cancelling through apple subscription and it doesnt give me the option to even though that’s where I signed up.

Good but most useful features gone. Great app but auto dm has been removed. Also you are not able to spam follow or unfollow so you are forced to follow and unfollow by clicking and then scrolling to the new accounts.

Love this app!. Been using it for almost a year! Through daily hard work and this amazing app I have gone from 3000 followers to 23000 followers. They are also really helpful and supportive if you have any questions, and with new features with every update it just gets better! Love this app!

Glitch. There is a glitch that will not let me post anything unless it’s on the computer... beyond frustrating.. keep trying to wait it out and see if it will have an update that fixes it but nope.. sad to lose it

Love this app. It's been really helpful but for what it is, it's very expensive ($13/mo in Canada). The free portions of it were scaled back quite a bit to get you to subscribe. Other than those issues the app does what it says it will do. Expect to pay to add/remove more than a handful of people per day.

Use to be free. Not worth paying for if you’re just a casual Twitter user. No one likes seeing something that you have to pay for when it use to be free.

Review. Crowdfire gets you engagement within your posts, however, you do not gain much followers. Before I got Crowdfire, I was gaining 25-30 followers a day, for the two weeks prior. However, Crowdfire did not help me gain followers at that same rate. If you have a business with a decent following already, it's great. But, if you don't have a solid following already, I wouldn't recommend this app.

Pointless. It sounds like all the useful features for IG have been removed. I just downloaded the app but I see no point in it whatsoever.

Terrible customer service. App didn’t work for me.. I have 3 Twitter accounts and for some reason this app keeps on picking the wrong one despite the fact that I use a totally different email address. After almost 2 days waiting for a response of the support with no luck, I decided to remove the app and install it again and start over again. Unfortunately the same problem occurred again. So now the app is deleted again, but for good. It’s ridiculous that after more then a day sending in a simple question I only can receive a automated answer “we will get to you shortly”(?). Works great ... for a limited time. nothing but positives to say about this app and the growth I've seen, that was until I used the app for 2 weeks. This was when the pop ups started asking for money and I became incredibly limited in what was available to me as a free user.

What about insta. This app is just for Twitter. As far as insta goes it pretty much does nothing at all

Went down hill. I used Crowdfire everyday a few years back, when it even had a different name. It was my go to app, it worked great. Then I went back to it recently, and they took away all the basic features. If you want people to keep using your app, at least let us use it. A 10 unfollow limit a day is horrible, I’ll just go use another app. I use to be able to unfollow 100s, and now you make everyone pass an excessive amount for that. It’s greedy, I understand your company wants to make money, but this is just horrible. GO BACK TO YOUR OLD ROOTS.

Not Recommended - Fraud-ish Behaviour & Lack of Service. I purchased Crowdfire's upgraded service package. I received an immediate email confirming payment receipt. Within 24 hours they sent me another email message telling me that my account had been deleted. I contacted their support department by email to bring this to their attention. I received an auto reply indicating that I would hear back from someone with 48 hours. It's now been 5 days - and I have sent 3 follow up messages - and have heard nothing back. Not happy that they took a full year's payment, and not only am I not able to access the service, but I can't even get this company to answer an email. Very disappointing, and starting to feel a bit fraud-ish.

Jack killed this app. I see twitter has taken yet another step in the wrong direction all for the sake of saving precious stats on a platform that’s slowly dying. Crowdfire used to be an app that you could easily manage your twitter account but after they wiped out managing followers, it just became a way automate posts. Sad but so is @Jack. So, after many years of support, I’m dropping this app.

Something I can count on. 5 stars for Crowdfire and the Team led by a great group of leaders. I’ve had a response to all of my emails. With a screenshot they are currently taking care of the technical issues on their side. I have a twitter account. Used this app as a free app. It’s helpful. I have purchased the plus to help my account clear the wheat from the chaff. I enjoy interacting with active accounts. I’m grateful for the great service provided by Gwen, Demetrius, Amy, Kim, Ash and Ann. Having an app that clearly shows activity and mirroring what Twitter is doing is a Big Plus. LOL (lots of lag). The application seemed like a perfect fit for broadcasting myself on all of my social media outlets, well every time I attempt to load it on my (in good condition) iPhone 5S, it takes at least a minute to load up, and then will freeze and lag if I click out of the messages section. Anyway, it's good to use on computer. Just not a decent app right now :/

DON’T BUY IT! Does not do what it says at all!!!. This product is supposed to help simplify using multiple social media accounts. Yet! Twitter, Instagram and Facebook are now no longer supporting this app and you cannot use it with any of the three (Twitter works at the moment but is scheduled to drop it very soon). I tried to cancel my account and nobody got back to me! I’ll be contacting the authorities as it claims to do something that it doesn’t and they continue to take people’s money in a deceitful way. Shane on you Crowdfire!

iOS 11 Update?. UPDATE: Still a little buggy in a few areas, but much improved now that it has been updated for iOS 11. Will continue to use for the foreseeable future and look forward to future updates. Is this being updated for iOS 11? Since updating, the app is rife with bugs. So much so, it’s nearly impossible to use at the moment. I’ll be canceling my paid plan if this isn’t fixed quickly.

Kind of useless. Was using to preschedule post feom my laptop on Instagram. The app Wont actually post automatically, you have to go back on Instagram and do the post. You need to have the photos on ypur phone too so you need to send from your laptop to your phone. App crashes very often

It’s an amazing little programme. With the latest upgrade 11.1, it takes a bit to get familiar with the changes in navigation, (but that’s due to being comfortable with the previous layout.). It’s an amazing little programme that has grown a lot since it’s little red/white rocket icon.

Buggy. Great when it works properly there’s a bug that keeps telling me to reauthenticate my account after I have 100 times

Just delete the app. Loved the app. Helped out my company, big time. Then the dreaded upgrade happened and everything changed and got limited. Went from 5 stars to 1 star. I recommend #HootSuite.

Good, but getting pricy. I’ve used Crowdfire for a while, but since the recent updates of their program prices, I don’t think I will be. I only use it for Twitter, because that seems to be the best social media for it, but now you have to pay more for 2+ accounts per network and I like how it doesn’t even tell you that they changed it very clearly in the App, seems ridiculous. I understand expansion, but don’t get greedy. Make it more user friendly.

Doesn’t work any more, another app bites the dust. I’ve used the free version of Crowdfire for over a year. Within the last two weeks, the app has been unusable. Crowdfire states that it’s Twitter’s fault, but magically it seems all of my problems can be solved if only I upgrade to what I consider to be a very expensive version of Crowdfire. Hmmm...sounds fishy to me. I’m just one customer though, right? Am I the only one, though.

Their upgrades are downgrades. I've used this app for 2 years now and it seems like with every update they get a little bit worse and this last update was my last straw. I bought a years subscription and I want my money back. They used to be the best app for mass following on Twitter and Instagram.... and now they've made it nearly impossible to mass follow without it taking hours.

Deceiving unethical. At the beginning when I used this app which I’ve done for more than a year, it was ok and it worked. Many changes cane to place and the post weren’t getting any engagement and the feed they offer you to share is more self promotion. They auto renew and refuse to give you your money back, even if it’s only been 5 days since. They don’t even give you notice. To me they are just out there taking advantage from people with software that is not worth it.

Not so great anymore. First they took away Instagram features. Then they took away fast following for Twitter. App is useless for me now. I can do the exact same things that this app does for free on my own with a little effort. Unsubscribed and uninstalling. I have been a paying customer for years, but I think this app is officially dead now. It’s like with every update there was a downgrade. And after the last update took away fast following for Twitter that was the last straw for me.

Disappointed and unusable. The most recent update to this app is terrible. As a former loyal user and subscriber. The API never connects to Twitter and leaves you in an endless cycle of entering your log in details with no error messages or successful sync. The web application still works great but incredibly frustrated and disappointed by this release. This issue has been going on for months with the iOS app, pathetic.

App is going downhill fast, hard to justify cost. They’ve slowly been removing great features, it won’t even clear out those you stop following. It just leave them there and you have to manually move on to the next person. They don’t have any filters to target following campaigns, for instance I don’t want to automatically follow or retweet/like anything in a foreign language that I can’t speak.

Total garbage. The app prompts you to upgrade no matter what you do. I got the paid version to simply complete a tweet thread and it still prompts to upgrade even after. Total waste of time and money. I tried to cancel and got a message that said “someone on our team will get back to you shortly” with a button you had to click saying “cool”. Not cool at all. Buyer beware.

Extremely Satisfied. I am an indie author who uses Crowdfire to build my brand and maintain my social media presence. The platform is seamless, user friendly, and affordable and customer service is fantastic. Would recommend to any other business owners!

Useless update. I got charged my regular plan fee, but it still says I have a free account so I can’t access the features of my plan. I’ve been using this app for years, and this is by far the most frustrating thing I’ve had to deal with. I contacted the support team with receipts and they just keep giving me the run around. I’m just going to cancel my plan all together if things don’t get worked out.

Class Action Lawsuit Anyone. I have never paid for this app because I barely use this app. I’ve had it for years and now I can’t cancel it because it says I have to downgrade my paid subscription (that I’ve NEVER had nor EVER signed up for) but I digress..... because it does not allow me to downgrade my paid subscription that I’ve never had because it blocks out any options to do so and will not let me delete my accounts either. I will seriously be reaching out to the lawyer if I find out that I have been charged anything.

Love/Hate Relationship. This app can be a great resource. It's helped my twitter followers increase by threefold. I enjoy the suggestions they offer and how the app works overall. However, I wish it worked more on for Instagram. I also wish the app would actually open. Some days it takes me over half the day to eventually get it to open to where I can post their suggested posts. By then its hours after their suggested best time to post. Don't waste your money.

Without warning puts on restrictions & wants $. I have been using this app for about 2 years (free version honestly didn’t know there was a paid version ). Only used it to unfollow non followers now 2 days ago without any notice it will no longer allow me to do that without payment. You wold think it would let you know something/anything before it cuts you off completely. Will be deleting & finding new asap.

Something’s wrong.... App used to work, but now never does. I don’t know if it has to do with Facebook but before I can figure it out I have to restart the app and start all over. This is far too frustrating when this app was supposed to make it easier to post across social media platforms. Maybe disable whatever is causing the problems so it can’t interfere anymore with posting on other platforms? This app is going in the “delete” category for me.

A PR Must have!!. This app has helped me engage with my audience more effectively! Also I find great content to share and schedule posts. Also, prescriptions don't always load daily. I would love if the app always provided prescriptions! Please fix! Thanks for This app being free

Can’t switch accounts. It’s helpful but only for one account. I connected my comedy page and wanted to switch off. So I delete it and click log in and it automatically logs me back into that. I try to add an account and it asks me for a monthly subscription. I don’t want more than one account on there though I just want to switch my account. Please actually help.

Is it me or this app is no more. I used to have a Pluto account, had the app since 2016, I even recommended this app to many of my friends, since last june 2018, I am trying to explain the app to a colleague and I just can’t, I guess is loosing the battle, I just cant use it any more, it used to be a great app, but sadly is not more, hope they fix all that was good and be better soon, for now I am walking out of it and will tell my colleague, what I think.

Crowdfire. Whatever this app use to be prior to these new major updates, it isn't anymore. This app is no longer useful. I use to see everyone who was following me and decided to stop following me, I had complete control of all my followers and non-followers through Crowdfire. But I see it is no longer used for those things, horrible review; this app doesn't serve any purpose to social media growth.

Not Very Useful. Not worth $10 when all I can really do is schedule my instagram posts. I wish there were more features for instagram. Also the app constantlyyyyyy freezes when I open it. This has been going on for days where I can't even use the app because it freezes as soon as I open it. Very disappointing.

Bait and switch. This app used to be amazing. I understand that Instagram changed their terms so you can’t use Instagram with the app anymore. But I’ve just tried to view my twitter analytics and was asked to pay a 9.99 monthly fee. The best features on this app have been free until now, which is a shame, but it’s not worth the cost just to see who unfollowed me.

Just need a way to unfollow non followers.. The only reason I pay for this service is so I can find and unfollow non followers. Once you get past a few thousand it is far to difficult to do without help. I have my own content and do find it a bit irritating that the service continues to push content at me - but I’m sure others like it.

No thanks. Since the new app rollout, you are forced to do a trial of the paid version, and sit through an absolutely infuriating animated presentation of the new features, from which there is no escape. While the trial runs, the navigation makes it super difficult to access the most useful features - who unfollowed you, etc. when the trial is over, it doesn't go back to letting you use the basic features of the app. You can't do anything unless you upgrade. Pass. Deleted the app.

What are you doing?. This app gets worse as time passes. Who is in charge? Fire them. This app is nowhere near as functional and simple as it was just last year. If you had to change the unfollowing system because of Twitter rules, tell us. It just looks like you're destroying a great app from here. Every update it gets worse! JustUnfollow was the peak of this service! If no changes are made in the next few months I'm refunding this trash. This should be a free app.

New Update = Not Good. I’ve had this app for so long because it was so nice and helped me track who’s unfollowed me and who’s been inactive for a certain period of time. Since they went down for a few days and now updated to this whole new feature, it has completely taken away its original main function. I will definitely be removing this app now as it has absolutely no use for me anymore.

Yes. Gives good help, and work to gear you profile (Twitter, Facebook, etc) in the right direction of what you want it to go. Helps cycle you following (in regards of twitter) and post. Gives you the option of when to share it. I've only access the free account for several weeks now and it's been helpful. Idk what's up with the app lately but is a solid app.

Used to work. This app used to be great. Suddenly it just stopped working. I schedule posts but they disappear. Then they show up but doubled. I delete on and everything’s fine until I close the app. Then the scheduled posts are gone. Never to be seen again. I’ve spent too much time just trying to schedule important posts without success. I have real work to do. This is garbage now.

Useless and doesn’t work. This app is absolutely useless and doesn’t even work - I had it for a week and a half and every day I’d go in and check analytics the app would tell me there was no change in my activity even though I know for a fact that couldn’t be possible. I was posting and receiving follows and unfollows and the app didn’t report any of that. Don’t recommend at all, it just doesn’t work.

From ok to worthless. This app is only (somewhat) useful with twitter, nothing else. It is very, very, limited with Instagram and Facebook even though there are numerous other apps that can do way more than this one and are free. With every update, instead of improving, this app just gets worse and worse with new limitations and slower processes. Not worth the money. It wasn't worth the money 8 months ago when I got it, it's worth even less now.

Is it just me?. This app has been my go to app since launching my business over a year ago, I’ve always recommended it to my clients, but recently I’m not sure what’s been going on. I no longer receive my prescription alerts and when I go to settings it keeps turning prescriptions off. So I’m no receiving the great benefits this app offers. I’ve done all the troubleshooting I could. I tried reaching out to support to no response at all. It breaks my heart but I have to find an alternative.

Good concept, terrible execution. Downloaded the app, not a user friendly design but had good ideas for helping to grow my Instagram account. It wouldn't auto upload anything I scheduled, but actually ask me to share each individual post with Instagram and re-write what I had originally written with the scheduled post. This app literally just adds more steps for you to post anything and won't post on your behalf. Hope they fix the plethora of bugs plaguing the app.

Great app paying is lame. As with all trial runs and limited usage apps when the trail time is over you’ll be asked to pay. Love this app. Haven’t paid to use it yet but maybe one day I will. Fun social media boosting and good features it works great I’m just cheap when it comes to social media

Refund Please.. This update has rendered the app completely non-functioning. I really only used it to unfollow inactive users but it's definitely not worth paying for. Can I get my $40 back please. The page doesn't even load and all I get is a white blank screen. Really bad guys.

Amazing app!!. Crowdfire is BY FAR the easiest app to manage all my social media accounts!! It’s like a one stop shop, I can literally do everything on this one app verses paying for 3 separate ones. Thank you Crowdfire!!

Best Social Media App. I’ve tried them all. Crowdfire is the only one that does what I need it to do. It’s got all the features like Best Time posting, RSS and topic feeds for content generation, etc. I’ve used both the paid and free versions. Currently using the free again and loving it.

Liked the old design, hate the new one. New design is so frustrating and annoying. Zero ability to choose where to go in-app,how to set it up, or when to access other information. Super annoying that the designers messed with a product that worked before the overhaul. Deleted the app and I’m now looking for a replacement with more user control. Oh well!

Review. I don’t like the new update, won’t renew again unless I can unfollow my non follow back people fast like I used to be able to. I used to just be able to hit the red minus button really fast in one spot at the top right and now I have to scroll down and tap it and it takes so much longer! :(

Keeps Crashings. I was thinking of paying for the pro version because it has all the functions I wanted but after trying it I realized it’s not worth it. The app keeps crashing every time I try to publish a post with more than 5 photos. It’s very difficult to do my job if the tools I have don’t work, so unless you FIX that I’ll go back to Buffer

Completely useless, buggy, can’t even sign in. I don’t know what’s wrong with this app. I got it to help manage my small business posts. I keep trying to sign in with my Instagram name and it won’t let me it automatically populated my first and last name in the user name/phone number/email box every time. When I try to delete it lets me but as soon as I go to delete the password it automatically puts in it puts my first name right back in (in place of what I had just typed in). It will let me sign in for my personal account only.

Can’t even login. I thought I was try an app to help focus on my Instagram more, so I downloaded Crowdfire. But when I click on “Connect with Instagram” and it brings up the in-app browser, I can’t login. No matter how many times I click on a field, it never brings up the keyboard. I’ve tried in the “Sign Up”, “Forgot My Password” but no luck. Great deterrent from keeping people of using your app.

Used to be good... Ever since twitter gave them the axe I don’t have any use for this anymore. The app used to have features where you could keep pressing in a certain spot on the phone and on follow people quickly, but the last update before the most recent one disabled that, making the app very time-consuming and clunky. It would be nice if everything returned back to how it used to be.

Atticus. Why, though?—If you’re going to make an app that doesn’t work, why do you even do it? Nobody (yes, I mean NOBODY) likes this app anymore. I think that should be an indicative of “Hey, we should change this,” and “Hey, maybe we should bring back these features our users need,” not “Hey, let’s make this even worse for our users next update.” I don’t want someone from support to apologize and tell me they can fix this with an email, or give me steps. There are no steps that can fix disappointment, and I don’t want anyone from support to waste the precious time to answer me instead of the other hundreds of other negative reviews this app receives constantly. If you want people to be happy, stop apologizing, and start WORKING.

Killed it for me.... I used to love this app when I was able to follow / unfollow 100 people in a 24 hour period...now it's down to 10...I'm out...I will not be blackmailed in to paying a monthly/yearly fee...I'm sorry, let me rephrase that...I meant to say, extorted...not blackmailed... Update: Meg...I understand why you made the changes...You need to make money...and I understand that...And hope you understand that, I used to be able recommend this app to my friends and followers, but now, in good conscience, I can no longer do that...

Awful. I came back to Crowdfire from a competitor who I am now running back to. Truly awful experience. I managed to post two images. After posting fine this morning, I got notification to post the second and the notification sort of got swallowed in something. I had to fumble around to find a way to try it again, but like your drunk uncle at your wedding, the app couldn’t get out of its own way.

Free costs too much. Two years ago Crowdfire was very useful. Problems with my old phone prevented me from using it for about a year. Once I got a new phone I updated the app. Now Crowdfire hides everything that’s useful behind a pay wall and since I’m not willing to pay them I cannot even remove permission from them accessing my social media account. This organization is corrupt to the core do not use.

Great tool for small business owners. If, like me, you love what you do but struggle to market yourself effectively on social media, this is a great tool. It's helped me be more active and involved on line without needing to spend more time marketing than I do making.

Used to work. This app used to work properly. I used it for about 2 years, had its issues here and there. But when I tried using it again for a new business it didn’t work at all. When I schedule the posts it, it would remind me. Once I went to post on Instagram it wouldn’t copy the photo. I used twitter to contact support and they said they knew about the issue and were going to release a new update. It’s been 2 weeks and still no update. No fix. No nothing.

Publishing issues. The “simpler“ publishing and scheduling layout is not working! Whenever I miss posting a post on Instagram it does not allow me to simply post it when I’m ready. It says it does, but does not. When I try to reschedule it “forgets” the picture. Please please fix this. I cannot use the product when I cannot post on Instagram outside of my scheduled times.

After sending an intense message to the Facebook page Meg explained some things to me and things were clarified now I will say I do like the twitter scheduling as well as the content that is offered to be used very interesting I’m going to change my one star to 4 stars I will say I think the Instagram situation should be more clear upfront

Please make the app more useable. I pay for this.. Hello yes I would like to suggest a way to make the app more useable. Back in the day, you used to be able to very quickly and easily manage unfollows and follows. With new Twitter rules, Crowdfire decided to make it more difficult for the user to manage follows and unfollows, as to limit spam strikes. I think this was the wrong approach. Instead of making the app more difficult and unenjoyable to use, why not let the app take care of spacing out follows? The app already automatically spaces out and times posts, so why not follows? I think doing it that way would make the app way more usable and effective. I hope this review gets taken seriously.

Really,,,. You have to pay to breathe in this app. I used to use it to track my unfollowers and followers so I could see the kind of people enjoying my content and the ones that weren’t interested. I also used the inactive feature to unfollow accounts that closed or become permanently inactive. I’ve had this app since 2014. This app is now a waste of space on my phone and I will be deleting it because paying to do a few things that were free to use a week ago really doesn’t sit well with me.

No Customer Service & Just Gain your Contacts. Downloaded this after reading many reviews online. I specifically downloaded it to use with my Instagram account. I logged in, gave them account access permission for my Instagram..... and then, nothing but tweet. The app doesn’t have any IG management, just Twitter... in which I did not even give permission for that. I sent multiple emails to them immediately, no response. This seems to be a great way for them to gain access to your followers to build their list. Disappointed that the company won’t even respond. I only have the free version, but can’t even consider purchasing it if I can’t even test out using it.
