Alerts. Alerts do not work. Yes I have enabled notifications and all of that. Would be much better to have alerts in my area as stated in the app. Also the AI is horrible at translating the radio call to text. It’s almost a useless feature.

Nothing going on? Not true!. This app is useless. It is like living in the desert, and while police and ambulances drive by several times a day, and Police and Fire Departments are 2 minutes from my house, I see and hear nothing in this app. What’s the purpose of it when I get ZERO info while at the same time I hear the sirens?

Great app. You can see/ hear events from today or up to 14 days ago. Great app to keep up with live dispatch.

Great app!. This app is so interesting. You really get a feel for what’s going on in the neighborhood. Also makes you appreciate our First Responders!

Nope. This is NOT live,, while the transmission are real police and fire transmissions,,, the transmissions are from about 10 days prior.

No live police audio. It’s old recordings that happened long time ago, and the locations are not accurate. It just uses AI to make a guess as to where it is. For live police audio, I use 5-0 Radio Pro Police Scanner app instead.

Better location correction. The app is fine. It’s great but when you set it up for a certain location, you should be able to only get that location within that mile range not five counties over in that location is nowhere near what you have saved on your phone. It’s very irritating to find out the what’s going on at the location you did say and you’re having to go through five counties over just to get to the location you’re at.

Half way there. No way to manually sort events by most recent. Sometimes it defaults to showing newer items on top of list, but it is very inconsistent. Only gives the initial calls for an event - like the first few minutes. There is no way to know if or how the event was resolved, which is very frustrating.

Meh. I like that it keeps me up to date on things going on around me and other areas I have it set to let me know what’s going on in. However, I don’t like that it doesn’t give you a lot of information on the incident that is going on, and it only gives you a very short description of the incident and very short seconds long call clips. Other than that it’s just ok…

Missing info. I had a pop up and listened to the feed. It was an infant missing at Wynn Hospital in Utica NY. But no mention in the news and came back to show someone the feed and it’s gone. Even if it was an accident why not put that out there. Now it seems more like a cover up. I’m still wondering what happened to the baby

Seems to be good. Seems to be a good app. I just wish I could have the everything sorted by date. That should be the next item to fix. I want to see the newest items, not something 3 weeks ago at the top of my list.

Suggestion. Would be nice if you could put the stuff in order from most recent to the ones that have been from two weeks ago.

New update changed it. It was great until the new update. I couldn’t open the app so I deleted it and reinstalled. All of my followed locations were gone and now I can’t add any new ones. It says I have the maximum number allowed which is zero!! What the heck?!?! I loved this app!

Awesome App. I really love this app and I also keep my family updated with local goings on. I would love to see an option on the home page to view newest to oldest as I feel I have to really waste time scrolling to find more recent activities. Otherwise is perfect! Thank You for making this a free service

App is disorganized with time order. For some reason, the app shows all the Police Scanner calls in random times instead of having it in order of latest to oldest. Also, there needs to be a setting where you can change the time to your time zone because it’s confusing to many people. I’ll change my review if fixes get done

Would be great but…. I wish you could sort on the main feed page rather than the map view but that’s about my only complaint.

Great App, just needs to sort better. I really enjoy the app, only negative I have found is that the home page does not sort by most recent alerts. When you go through the calls it’s completely random. Please update the app to sort by time, with most recent being on top.

Great but some errors. Great app! My sister sent it to me. Only problem is, it shows a mass shooting down the street from me and I think that was in a city about 2.5 hours away from me.

Great Free App. Love the app. I can choose which locations but there's no option to sort by date or search/sort by location. My biggest complaint is the dates, there's no order so the list of dispatches will start with 16hrs ago, 2 days ago, 1wk ago, 23hrs ago, 3 days ago, 17mins ago...

Sort & Filter. While the app is better than any I’ve used in the past, I would love to be able to sort events in reverse chronology. Having newest first or at least being able to filter by time would be so helpful.

Great App!. I would like to get updates in my general area. I’ve tried narrowing it down by City and zip. But still getting updates 100 miles away. I’m sure it’s me. Any suggestions! Thanks.

Almost pointless… only a fraction of events show. I line the concept, but real-world functionality…? I’ve got every call type selected and to receive all. Yet not even a tiny fraction of the calls/reports/activity ever shows up, and it seems totally random what is and isn’t reported. I have a friend in law enforcement and he just laughed when I showed him the app.

Less Alerts (Bug Report). Usually it will advice us on every single 911 call and alert nearby, which will lead to thousands of alerts, now it’s only showing 30 per day, and it doesn’t show all incidents, based off Citizen App. Please fix this, so we should be updated and adviced on every single nearby alerts or call.

Good job!!. This is a great informative app! Developers are attentive, prompt and resourceful. I emailed them with a suggestion, they responded the next morning with a tip that’s helped out greatly with the app. Use the map and ‘latest’ option to see the events in chronological order. Thank you for your hard work!

I have this app. Most of the time when you download an app, it ends up being something expenses and not accurate, but this has been a wonderful app for me It’s like having a expensive police scanner. I’m very pleased with it. The first time I’ve ever gave a review

Needs work. My biggest complaint is that most recent should be showing up on the top of list and older items should be listed as they are reported. It’s difficult to find what you are looking for when in a hurry or just in general. Please correct.

Great but needs sorting. I use this app daily and really like the transcription of calls as well as the ability to play the audio. The one feature that’s missing is the ability to sort based on call time or distance. Add this and I’ll update my rating to five stars.

I love this app. I've tried other apps & they seldom gave me information about the area I live & travel in. This app gives me lots of information in the areas I want to know where to avoid because of police or fire department activity. I've also been alerted to blocking accidents, flooding, shootings, theft ect.

Love. This app is addicting. I only wish there was a “follow-up”app - what happened with the guy walking down 7th Street with a rifle? Or the group of 100 people fighting. Its not in the news. Not this app’s job, of course! Highly recommended.

Great resource. Great resource to have. I wish it gave notifications/ alerts to my Apple Watch. I saw someone’s the store with a similar app and they got a notification on their smart watch about a disturbance at the store next door! I wish I had remembered the name of the app she told me. I thought it was crime radar but it looks like I was wrong.

Very helpful. This app is very quick about getting information. When my sister got into a car accident, this app is how I found out she was okay. Only complaint: the map is glitchy, sometimes needing multiple attempts opening and closing the app to get it to work.

No Alerts & Not In Order. I don’t get alerts for anything despite everything be selected and radius set to 10 miles. Something less than a mile away and no alert. Also home screen is all jumbled: first event from 2 days ago the next 16 minutes ago then 7 days ago and no way to sort for most recent.. Really wanted this app but useless to me with alerts not working and events all jumbled around not in any order.

Very Accurate. This is always pretty spot on! Having a husband on the fire department I can confirm that what is being reported is accurate. I also find out more information on this app than I hear from my husband! :)

Missing kids. I just think it’s a good idea to leave those parts out (missing kids) they are good to know about but the wrong person could be on the app. Like a pervert, or a child abuser, the minute that goes out they can go looking for those kids to. And what happens if they get to the kids before the police.

Great, almost. Great app. I think the only thing it needs is a way to sort the dispatch audio by most recent, by day, etc. at least most recent because having audios from 5 days ago mixed with 2 hours ago is disorienting. Otherwise, app works great.

Great app but.. We would love to see updates after the emergency, for example, the unconscious people did they survive, or any thing like is the person okay after choking, or is the person okay after a medical emergency. All in all great app.

Sort Needed. The home tab is just a random drop of events that doesn’t have any relational sort by time and date. Kind of a useless tab but there is information in this tab that doesn’t appear in the alert tab. Why don’t you combine the home and alert tab with a time sort? Kind of a whack-a-mole experience just to find events. 🤷‍♂️

Love it. I’m nosy and like to know what’s going on and what the be aware of, I always get notifications only about actual alerts and not random notifications apps typically do, I rlly like this app it’s straightforward, easy to use and free.

Accurate. My brothers are state troopers so this helps me keep up with them and to make sure they’re safe and I also get an adrenaline rush listening to the calls. Best app I’ve purchased in a long time.

One of the best apps!. Absolutely one of my favorite apps! Initially was having some issues with this app picking up reports near my location. I emailed creators, and within a few days my the app picking up all kinds of alerts around me. Cannot say how much I love this app!

Never accurate. I received alerts saying this or that “happened in your area” but when I click on the notification, it’s something happening more than 50 miles away! I have my location set and I’m following areas local to me however I only receive notifications for things happening several miles away and on the other side of the state!

Honestly it’s really good. When I got this app I thought it would be fake or something and it actually showed stuff that happened and even my mom got the app to and it shows the 911 radio calls so it makes it even more cool! I really recommend the app!!!.

Great just wish you could sort. Thank you for this app! I just wish I could sort by category or date/time to find items faster. Everything else is great! Please consider this for future updates.

My thoughts. I like this app as it seems to make awareness know. The only improvement I would recommend is being able to slide/delete after being read.

Excellent for Tracking. Emergencies in Your Neighborhood!. Have used this app to track emergencies in my neighborhood and community. Wish it would list the exact locations on fires as I live in an area full of cedar trees and fires spread quickly here. Other than this the app is excellent!

Very informative, would prefer incidents listed in chronological order. I appreciate being able to be kept up to date on local dispatch calls. I think it would be a great feature if it offered an option to select to list incidents in chronological order.

Simple clean app. This app is simple, straight forward user experience. A list of police activity in your area, click the article to open and read and listen to the police radio response. A+

Fantastic; except one problem. App is great and really informative. Provides information quickly. Biggest problem is that the ads are back. Hoping for a premium option to remove them because they really ruin the app experience.

Notifications are hit and miss. Please fix the notification system if possible so we can have real time alerts as they happen. I have every alert on and still don’t get them very frequently. The alerts I do get are usually really late up to 12 hours.

Needs to be better , to pay fir no ads. This was very reliable, up until December. Updates may work, but not for long. There are too many inconsistencies with the app; and controls and algorithm not always working properly. Now there are ads every so often. I might try in another month. I might forget, tho.

Fuels hype among uninformed civilians. In theory, this app serves a purpose. However, it relies on AI to decipher dispatch information. Unfortunately, AI is NOT ready for real world use yet. Much of the information that is reported by the app is inaccurate, exaggerated, taken out of context, or simply wrong. This will feed information and hysteria among uninformed civilians who already don’t understand public safety or what constitutes an actual emergency.

Travels with you to prepare. Like the adapts and follows you and able to keep you in with the local area with events that go own so you be prepared and in the know before even the local helping save lives in

Like a neighbor chat. This isn’t a live scanner that you can’t hardly understand the mumbling but it is an AI interpretation . It gives you a one sentence interpretation of the call. It gives notifications of things in your area.

Great App!!. Hopped on not sure what to expect, definitely blew me away with how accurate and easy the information is too get too, notifications help to know what’s going on right away. Definitely recommend this app!

Sorting. Love the app but it seems to be missing the ability to sort the feed in chronological order. For example, the top 3 on my search results are currently: 1d ago, 18h ago, 3d ago. I’d like the ability to show the newest items at the top.
