ONE OF THE BEST. This by far one of the best Ai video generated I’ve ever used. It can get alil pricey if you’re not careful lol. I’m a graphic how’s full of some many creative ideas I’ll over indulge.

Does not refund when mess up. The AI itself is really good, if you are playing. Unfortunately, it doesn’t not refund you when the image is messed up. I’m out 60 credit because the image didn’t process, and for me to make another one of the images, I will have to spend more credit. I’m pretty that’s against the rules, playing and not receiving anything. I emailed the customer service, and they didn’t respond to me. I will still use the app, but I’m not spending anything big on it, until this problem is fixed.

Good but has problems. It said 3 hours and it ends up taking the entire day and that’s after paying

Please help!. It would be great if we could cancel a task that just keeps spinning. Going on 24+ hours. Wouldn't be so horrible if you could actually work on another task, but you can't. So stuck indefinitely...

Need support link to apply for wrong results. When you give a prompt for a project, if the result is not related to your prompt there is no section you can apply for a refund

Too expensive. Probably the best video outcome I’ve gotten with AI, but making you wait for 6+ hours for a five second video is purely for capital. Videos are great but they are too costly. I was hoping Ai would be for people that never had an opportunity to tell their stories, to finally do so without the Hollywood budget. But it seems that it will go down that track at some point anyway.

Super Duper Love!. I love this app already! My favorite, the fuzzy fuzz effect. I love seeing my characters turn into plushie versions. I also have some recommendations for an update as well. What I think would be cool is, a balloon animal effect. Where you pick a picture of a figure and it turns into a balloon animal. I think would also be cool is, if there’s a feature where I can pick a character, an animation style and put in a prompt and the AI animates my character. Maybe even add them a voice or record your own voice. I don’t know how hard or easy this would be. But it’s an idea and I would love to see my characters that way. As an AI animation. Otherwise, I think this is a great app and it should definitely keep getting updated. I love using this app and it gets my creative juices going. Another thing I love about this app is… I can AI my planets which I was never able to attempt with previous AI programs. Sorry wanted to add, also for paid subscribers it would be lovely if we can receive 100 credits every 48 hours. If this were a possibility that would be very lovely! Keep up the good work!!! 😊💖👍

I’m Shocked!. By the low ratings because this app is AWESOME! I spent hours last night animated my artwork, ran out of my credits and purchased more. Transitions are Sick. - Drez William. I’m a pretty demanding artist in the international urban art world. And I can say that Cleaning has inspired me to keep breaking boundaries and pushing the limits. You’re creative and know how to speak to kling. You’re gonna get some amazing results.

lazy app. why do I have to buy a different app to combine photos that I want to interact with each other? no other AI app made me do that. Also what's the point of 5 second clips vs 10 second clips. If you buy a 10 second clip it literally always plays at half speed so you're getting a 5 second clip regardless. Then it's even more expensive to buy a clip in "professional mode" when it's no different than standard mode. it's a decent app if you have time to combine photos yourself (lame) I'd say clip success rate that you want is around 30%

Kling 2.0 is to expensive. It’s like you wanna loose users/customers. 100 credits for 5 seconds and 200 credits for 10 seconds is ridiculous and completely unrealistic. Millionaires are a minority and most of your users including me cannot afford to be burning money on credits because y’all are money hungry. I wouldn’t even be mad it was 40 credits but 100 is INSANE. I rate this 5 stars so people can see my review. Right now I’d give it 0 stars, did you even think of your users and how much they can afford??? Listen to the community because people will get mad and the their business else wear as there are less expensive ai video programs.

The future of still life photography. I take pictures of action figures and this is the future of toy photography. This app produces incredible videos from images. The only down side is that you’re limited in how often you can use it without paying.

Fun app!. It’s a fun app! I made some adorable, funny, short ai clips. I got more good ones than bad ones. Just have to be specific on the description , and keep it short, simple for the photo video option. Like for example “wearing a witches hat, making potions”. Kinda expensive for the plans but I kinda understand why. I wish I could just watch ads for more credits. Unfortunately, I can’t pay for it. The developers did an awesome job with this app.

Fake Free Trial - Be Careful. When you sign up it says you get a free trial to trial it out which is what 99% of the AI softwares do now a days. What they don’t tell you is no matter what you do they say you are “using a premium feature” and have to pay. They also don’t don’t tell you why or how to test without premium. All I did was upload the image to turn into a video and write a prompt and that’s not included with the trial.

Paid for a year got one month. I paid for the standard subscription for the year. It’s supposed to give you 660 monthly credits. After I used up the credits for the first month they didn’t regenerate the following month on purchase date or day after. Still waiting and I emailed 2 times with no response.

Game changer!. I love the simplicity, efficiency, and overall quality. Amazing job to the designers. Let’s use it for amazing, creative projects that help, not harm.

2.0 is stealing money. 2.0 is not working properly and taking my money. No problem with 1.6. What a shame. This app keeps doing everything in their power to make me leave. Once my coins from this month are over I’m out. Straight up theft when 1.6 works but 2.0 has told me failed now 10 times. That’s 2,000 coins GONE with no explanation why, when again no problem generating the same image with the same prompt on 1.6. Shame on you thieves

Didn’t give my credits!!!!!. I’ve used them for months, on the pro plan for $37… love their content, one of the best AI that I’ve ever used but my card was charged in April but they never gave me credits. Tried to contact 5 times with no response.

Machine learning. I’ve been trying to get Ai to recognize when I want a “Black model” or “Asian model” and a lot of the times I’ll get a “white model” or on the chance that I do get an “Asian” or “Black” model the design is lacking where as the “white” model I noticed that the quality of artistry is a lot more refined.

I’m sure there’s problems. I love it, put the way it sometimes messes up videos seems a little intentional.

Won’t use this app again. I’m very saddened that you chose to use deep seek as your AI generating tool that is a Chinese product. Sadly, the Chinese have made it their mission to destroy my country. So with that said, I can’t in good conscience use your product. Perhaps if in the future you choose to integrate other options, I’ll reconsider but as it sits right now I’m going to have to cancel my subscription and never use your product ever again.

Not Worth it at All. Absolutely disgusting app, gave me free credits to use but took too long to create a simple video , the app forces you to buy the subscription and after waiting for 15 minutes for a 5 sec video , The Video Came out Absolutely Crooked and the Quality Of The Video was extremely bad

AMAZING. I have a book that I want to make a movie out of but I’m only 11. So I can’t. And with this it is free and possible! I just wish it would take less time to wait and be at least 30 seconds long, and able to hold my 22,383 words in the book all at once so I don’t have to split it ^^

Good but. Sometimes when I do photo to video it stops at 99% so I can’t make a new video also if you don’t do the pay thing you have to wait a long time like a really long time I will update. It got deleted so I made a copy of it and I said i couldn’t make videos this was yesterday

User interface needs to be revamped. The user interface and overall user experience need refinement—particularly the ability to save specific settings as presets, eliminating the need to repeatedly toggle them for each project. Additionally, KLING currently enforces the inclusion of an end frame by default, effectively forcing users into professional mode. This results in higher credit consumption for final outputs, especially if users forget to manually revert the setting.

Not worth the time. I have been waiting two days for a video that it originally said, 3 hours to generate, and there is still no video, in the app it says 1491 minutes, the website still says 3 hours. This is a pay to play app, it says it will generate in 3 minutes if I upgrade, but without seeing the quality for myself, on a prompt I gave it, I have a hard time believing it can deliver the way it promises. I would have gladly waited the 3 hours, but I think I’m done with kling ai at this time. Shame cause I had high hopes.

Kling is still my Go To for the Best (especially for the money) Image to Video!$. Holy ****. I follow a bunch of other ai artists and I’m one myself. I saw one using this app so I thought I’d give it a shot. Holy ****. For ONE 5 second video it’s going to take 7 *** **** hours?!? But if I subscribe for as little as $10 a month… you can get the video in as little as 3 minutes! This is severe predatory behaviour. Find a different app. There’s plenty out there that will do your video in 3-5 minutes… FOR ****ING FREE! Not to mention when I tried to upload a picture to use, it said it had “sensitive” information. First! It’s a picture, the only information you should see is that it’s a .jpg. SECOND! It was a *** **** SELFIE! The **** is sensitive about that?!? Again, move along, find a better app.

No good. The Killing AI video generator was advertised as a tool that would create personalized, high-quality content based on our input. What we received was a lazy, recycled video — the same template reused with just a random photo of my friend slapped in. That’s not “AI generation”, that’s deception. We paid for creative value and customization. Instead, we got misleading advertising and zero originality. If you’re charging for content, deliver what was promised. This is not even close. I strongly suggest others avoid this tool unless the developers start taking user expectations seriously.

Render %. I feel like I’m okay with almost every render. If it looks off, it’s probably because I didn’t prompt thoroughly.

Not optimized for iPad. I use this every day via web browser. When the app was announced I was excited to use on my iPad, but unfortunately the interface is barely usable. All aspects of the browser (and iPhone) experience do not exist. Hopefully this is something planned for a future update.

Okay. I love the app. It does what it advertises. The only problem that I’m having is that I’m African American and all images and videos come out as Caucasian, even when you specify black or African American. Not only white skin people uses the app. My money spends just like everybody else’s. So I wish you would fix this.

Plans. I have used this app a few times and I didn’t go on it for awhile- but I tried to comeback and it keeps telling me I need to get on a plan to do something. I am already in a plan that took my money but it keeps telling me I’m not. Kind of frustrating if you ask me.

Where are the free credits?. When I first tried this app I was getting free credits everyday so I was experimenting with it to see if I liked it. Even bought credits a couple of times, but now they no longer give free credits and became another greedy AI image generator.

Not fun anymore. At first I was so hooked on this app. But lately they censor all my videos; meaning the Ai won’t give me what I ask for. I am sick of community guidelines and want real Ai that lets me do whatever I want. Not this censorship trash. Don’t bother responding with that generic nonsense reply either… I don’t want to read it. I am just here letting consumers know that your product is limited.

Loving this app.. So I just wanna start by saying how much I really love and enjoy this app. My issues with it or when you explain in full detail that there’s movement like someone walk towards the camera somebody high-fives or shakes hands and they just stand there and you did 70 credits and sometimes that happens multiple times a day so you’re wasting credits. I think it would be kind of fair if there was a way to get a refund if You explain there’s movement or camera angles and they don’t do anything. So I understand if it’s not 100% to what you’re liking that happens but there’s instances where it’s you tell them to do something. Let’s just say hey I had them waved to the camera and all it does is nothing I don’t think that’s worth 70 credits and I’ve been having a lot of that happen. I’ve been spending a lot of money and I intend to keep spending money but whichever app figures this part out first that’s where I’ll end up going because I’m not a rich man by any means but this is something I really enjoy using. You guys are doing a great job. I have a lot of fun with it. Keep up the good work and I can’t wait to see what you guys do next. That’s my only issue.

While it has some good features overall isn’t worth it. The only reason I gave this two stars instead of one is I like the option they have where can rate each picture and say what’s wrong with it or if like it and say what’s good so they can improve, But currently after trying multiple times only got 1 working picture, basically quality isn’t as good as competitors, I’ll change this when they make the quality better especially tattoo generation.

Interesting App. You have 300+ credits for free after registration. You can use those credits to generate AI pictures or AI videos. Though, the current version of this app does not create decent pictures like other AI pictures generated on AI website, it gives you one more options to choose when you are seeking for some bizarre pics.

Out of stock?. I have a paid monthly plan. And I have receipts. However, when I login it is now telling me I don’t have a subscription and it won’t let me do anything. I’ve tried contacting them numerous times, but all you get is a bot. I emailed customer support as they asked me to, but haven’t heard from them. So let me say it again I have a bona fide paid plan that they are not allowing me to use. When I asked him about it, they say it is “out of stock” Whatever the heck that means. I’ve been relying on this app heavily. Only to get shut off and no response responses from customer support. Buyer beware. I’m going over to Pollo AI.

Can sign in. I recently tried the Kling Ai app but I was put off by the sign-up process. The app forces you to sign in using either your Apple or Google account, which means you're giving them full access to these accounts. There's no option to sign up with just an email, which feels like a major privacy concern. While the app might have potential, the lack of transparency about why this is necessary and how my data is being handled is troubling. I've used many apps that offer secure sign-up options without the need for third-party account access and it's frustrating not to have that here. The developers really need to reconsider this sign-in requirement and make the process more user-friendly and transparent. I can't feel comfortable using an app that asks for this much access upfront without explaining why. Until then, I'll be hesitant to fully trust Kling Ai

Rubbish. Had to spend $8 AUS to get tokens to make a video, then had to wait 1/2 hour because I didn’t have a subscription - the video generated was 4 seconds long and glitchy as heck. Do not waste your money

Failed to generate anything after 2 days waiting. It’s fair that users without subscription need to line up. It said minimum 3 hours of waiting, but I waited for TWO DAYS and get NOTHING but a broken image icon without any explanation. Really disappointing.

Scam. 1 out of 10 videos may follow the prompt I ask for. My prompts are simple to follow yet the results i get they are just standing there. It becomes a waste of money if you pay for credits and only get 2 good ones then you run out of credits and have to buy more. It’s a scam in my eyes just to make you buy more until you get the video you’re asking for. They also don’t regenerate your credits like other sites. The quality is great but the results are TERRIBLE. Won’t be using Kling anymore. I don’t mind paying but at least deliver on your end.

Awesome App, Looking Forward to Updates. The Kling AI app is fantastic to have on my phone—super convenient and easy to use! However, I wish the iOS app had the same functionality as the website, specifically the ‘Elements’ feature that allows you to use more than one image to create a video. I hope this is something that’s in the pipeline for future updates because it would make the app even more versatile and powerful. Overall, it’s a great app, and I’m excited to see how it continues to improve!

Charged me 40$ then removed what I purchased. There was a more simpler kling app that wasn’t as in depth as the website browser version. I payed 40$ for it for unlimited and was using it for a while. (Super slow process times). Ether way what I purchased is now gone. And the app I bought has a changed icon & also now reflects the website version. No idea where my 40$ went for the simpler app they used to have. Theres no receipt in my purchases in App Store ether? I emailed them kling AI & never got a reply back? lol Chinese for sure.

Why do we have to pay?. This is an AI app. It’s completely free to run. It’s a robot that no humans have any involvement in so why are we giving it money? It should just be doing the work for free.

Misguided Monetization Tactics. Most of these developers couldn’t manage a lemonade stand from a business perspective. The continual strong-arm payment tactics have become commonplace. Transparency, value, and a competitive price is all these children who call themselves developers, must understand. Sell the app for $19.99 and move on. Trying to extract or extort monthly premiums while intentionally hobbling features will hurt your brand and earning potential. App deleted.

Bald Musclehead Monster Grave Digger, Skull Crusher, 30 inches biceps, genetically strong, Steroid infused rock hard muscles, Young Masculine girl, Jacked heavyset heavyweight large body, armor No matter how many times I added female four times and female muscle, you give me four “variations” of the same male thing. Then you tried to give me male with boobs? What the heck? Kling AI is a joke. You need to do better.
