App won’t open. Can’t open app even after removing and reinstalling ??

Does not work. The app has not worked in over a week and they are still charging people for “Insider Access”. Sticker finder doesn’t update and shield finder results in an error. Best to avoid the app.

Login fail. Since the new album the app fails to log in to see shield finder. No response from support after several messages

Dice. I get on here to claim free dice and it says an hour ago or 35 minutes ago and says I’ve already claimed something when I wasn’t even awake and it’s not the first time I’ve done it probably won’t be the last and it’s really annoying

Dead links. I just signed up this past week for MOGO wiki and I get green buttons to collect dice, etc, but they do not work, 100%. Pages open in Safari and say that it’s a non-working link. Then, when I go back into MOGO wiki, the green link button says reward was claimed Is this really a thing?

Never received the dive. I’ve claimed the dice and never received them. This has happened to me multiple times already

Sign in for free stickers. The sign in is not working. I put in my email and it doesn’t show a place to sign in, can’t scroll down. 🤷‍♀️

No rewards just spammy if you click link it says you have already claimed. Just stealing data. Ridiculous

Reward links don’t work. For the last couple of months the dice links aren’t working. I feel like I’m missing out on a lot of rolls.

Pointless. The links never work for me and now it’s completely out not working

Useless. It’s supposed to list upcoming events, but it doesn’t. It says ‘no upcoming events’ even when we know it starts in an hour or during the actual event! So what is this app actually for exactly?

Updates. Unfortunately other than the dice gifts nothing is ever updated.

Update broken. Can now login again (after 2 months being broken and HORRIBLE customer service). Now update crashes whenever you open shield view

Links to giveaways. The links to the giveaways hardly ever work. The button pulls up the browser tab but then we get a server error.

Links aren’t working. Too bad. I really hope it can be fixed. Trading dice partners and shields all great tools keeping me alive in the game

Never works!!. Lots of times when there are rewards the website never opens them so I hardly ever get the extra dice.

Not working and still charging. My app will not let me in and yet they keep trying to charge me. I have sent several messages to support with zero response Update: still no response and they keep charging me the monthly fee

Free dice links. Some of the links that say “Claim” says I’ve already claimed it. Then why does it appear in bright green and say “Claim!”?

Annoyed. Almost every time I hit the free rolls to claim it will say claimed and won’t load to monopoly so I can claim it I’ve lost out on almost 500 rolls because of this issue

Scam artists. They will take your money and you can send a million tickets to them and nothing will ever come of it. Have to cancel your card to stop payments. Unreal.

Nothing works consistently. Nothing works consistently. I can’t trade stickers or see my people to shut down. It constantly says it needs to be synced but I do that and nothing happens. That’s why I will no longer be using this after 5/14.

Dice. Everytime I try to get my daily rewards it goes through several levels until it gets to the monopoly go download app. Then I have to hit “open” and I never get my dice.

False advertising. It says the dice rewards are already claimed, but they weren’t claimed by me. And it’s amazing if things get updated even once a week if at all.

Pop up bait and switch reward ad links unrelated to monopoly go.. Any app that has pop up ads to trick you into thinking it is a reward link is an app that gets immediately deleted.

Worthless app. Worthless! I clicked on what was supposed to be a 300 free dice link in another rewards app, but it sent me to a website to download this app that does nothing special. Another worthless companion app! Where are my 300 dice???

Can’t connect. Haven’t been able to reconnect my account for 3 weeks now and I pay the $5.99 monthly fee. Customer service doesn’t respond. I cancelled my subscription

It’s a subscription not free.. You have to pay to use this. So not sure it’s worth it.

Dice. When trying to get Dice, it appears that someone already received them, because I did not. I feel that it cheats!

App Broken No Support. App broke in April 2026 and there’s been no responses from customer service when they claim people who pay have dedicated support.
