Launched no tickets, 3 weeks away. How could you launch a product and not show the tickets folks have had to pay thousands for!

Easy to use, complete ALL steps before downloading. Tickets appeared for me 24 hours AFTER installing the app - be patient. It can be slightly complicated to claim your tickets if you bought through a third party such as StubHub. BEFORE YOU CLAIM YOUR TICKETS YOU MUST CREATE A FIFA ID WITH THE SAME EMAIL. Again, if purchased from a third party, you will receive an email saying to “Accept your tickets”. Do this immediately after setting up your FIFA ID. You will then see your tickets appear in your FIFA Marketplace. If they’re showing in the marketplace, you’re good to go and they should appear in the app within a few days.

Horrible. I had to list my 4 tickets for resale. Shows the 4 listed on website but the app only shows 3. Tried everything but now not sure if I have 3 or 4 listed on the marketplace. No help anywhere

Where are my tickets?. My tix appear in my account on the Website. When I log into the app, u see the same account, it reads that I do not have any tix. Not surprised that FIFA is getting this wrong

Can’t access tickets, no support. If anyone is starting a class action lawsuit, I would like to join. I understand people all over the world cannot access tickets bought direct from FIFA.

Where are my tickets. I have 8 tickets, 4 for sale on stubhub, and 4 transferred to me which are being sold on the fifa marketplace. None are showing in the app. What gives

Doesn’t show tickets that were sold on marketplace. Need to show what tickets were sold on marketplace as I haven’t even gotta my money from tickets I sold on fifa website

Tickets nowhere to be found. Multi billion $ organization cannot even hire the correct employees that can officially network the ticketing to show up on accounts that purchased them from primary and secondary markets. 1 star until this issue is resolved.

What in the world?!. What a waste. All the money spent to update cities across the globe and an app couldn’t be created to roll out tickets?! Everyone is out $, there is no support, and tickets for secured matches (such as Spain vs. Cape Verde) aren’t showing tickets for some purchasers.

One ticket short?!. I have email confirmation from FIFA and paid for four tickets to a group game. I’ve downloaded the app and there are only 3 tickets. There’s no way to contact anyone to find out what’s going on.

Chill your boots, people!. Got an email this morning (May 21st) that my WC tickets were available and asking me to download this app. I downloaded the app, logged in using my existing FIFA login details and there were the tickets. Simple. All these one star reviews are from impatient people who downloaded the app before the tickets were made available. Chill!

Populate the tickets or announce when. You are killing us Fifa we have to spend thousands to accommodate this world cup which is fine. However give us a piece of mind early the most important part of the trip (THE TICKETS) GET TO US!!! Then 5 stars

This app does not work. Extremely frustrating experience. I am unable to log into my FIFA Ticket App account. Every time I try, the app either gets stuck on an endless loading screen or displays a message saying I am already logged in on another device—which is not the case. I have purchased tickets for four World Cup matches and currently have no way to access them. This is a major issue for paying customers, especially with such a significant event approaching. I have tried multiple login attempts and still cannot access my account. Please fix this issue or provide a way to reset active sessions so I can view my tickets.

Works great. Tickets shown as soon as I opened the app. I wish they merged it with the regular wc2026 app but otherwise no complaints. I’m not sure if the complaints of missing tickets are using the wrong fifa id to sign in I used the one stubhub gave me when I purchased my tickets and didn’t have any problems.

Tickets not transfering. I received an email to download this app to accept my tickets but still not showing up. I accepted tickets on my FIFA account on a web browser and rechecked the app but still no tickets showing up on the app. DO BETTER FIFA!

Not showing my tickets. I have tickets for 5 different games and none of them are showing in this app. I see them in the FIFA website which makes me feel better, but being less than 1 month away from the tournament, shouldn’t my tickets be there? Yes, I’m using the same account, yes, I’ve waited a few days and they still don’t show.

App works for me. I see my tickets listed. Not sure why other people don’t.

No Login. Still having issues with Login. On and off for the last week this app fails. No support. Missing tickets when I can get logged in. Not very confident for getting into matches with this app.

Tickets Still Aren’t Showing in App. My game is in less than a week. The tickets show up in the web portal but are not on the app. There is no way to force the sync or get help on this issue. After spending over $5,000 for tickets I hope there is a way I can get into the stadium. Just ridiculous it’s this bad.

Cannot sign in. The app just freezes when I try to sign in. I got an email that mu tickets are available and they can only be viewed through the app. But I cannot sign in through the app. I have tried reinstalling several times. Still doesn’t work. FIFA needs to fix this before the World Cup begins. I don’t want the app to freeze while showing my tickets to enter the stadium.

Disaster selling. Can’t sell our tickets. Have them to all 5 games in Philadelphia. FIFA is like a cartel. What is wrong you people?! We bought them 7 months ago and just got the tickets a few days ago (2 weeks before the first match.) This couldn’t be more ridiculous.

Easy to use. Standard tickets appeared but hospitality tickets haven’t appeared yet. Overall pretty simple and straightforward app.

Frozen. Won’t open can’t get past the black opening screen. Hoping I can get the tickets I bought by the time the game starts. My expectations were low but good lord what a joke

My tickets don’t show up.. I purchased tickets during the on sale back in February and was directed to download this app. After setting up this app, there are no tickets to be found on my account. Also, nobody to contact for help. What a mess!

No tickets show up. Been waiting for months to get access to tickets. Here we are with less then a month to go and nothing. I have lined up friends to join and we are all trying to figure out if we need to cancel flights and hotel stays. If our tickets never arrive we all will be extremely disappointed. Finally told get this other app. No tickets. No support to fix the issue. If only fifa had access to hundreds of millions of dollars maybe they could resolve this. If only I had paid unreal amount of money for the hospitality seats.

Complete Trash. Like FIFA, the app is absolute trash and it took a half hour, dozen confirmations, my personal info, and countless other unnecessary hoops only so they can resell my info. Of course, ZERO support! I guess the billions in profit don’t warrant any help AFTER the crooks stole your money. Deplorable.

StubHub purchasers. If you bought on StubHub, the process works flawlessly if you follow instructions. You will receive two emails after your purchase that tell you the tickets are ready, one from FIFA and the other from StubHub. You must create an account on the FIFA site to accept the tickets. Once you do that and login, they show up instantly. They will NOT be in your StubHub app. Then you want to download the FIFA mobile app and login in, and your tickets will be there.

Another bad fifa app. Can’t see my tickets, can’t access for the games I’m re selling, what is the purpose of this app?, just hit downloads and ??? Hope FIFA comes with a proper solution to manage tickets, information, payments, fifa is amazingly fast charging the customer when buying, changing prices.. but when it comes to user experience, the worst.

Where are my tickets?. I paid for my tickets months and months ago. Why am I unable to see any confirmation (let alone actual seat assignments). We’re only a few weeks away from my family traveling hundreds of miles to see a match and I’ve got zero peace of mind right now. Totally unacceptable!

Beware Stubhub iPhone users. Don’t use the private hide my iCloud or else you won’t be able to access your fifa tickets. Need to call apple support to get the emails forwarded to the real iCloud account

Won’t sign in. I can sign in just fine on the FIFA app and on their website but on this ticket app as soon as I press sign in the whole page just freezes. I’ve deleted and re downloaded, power cycled my phone, tried signing on the browser and reopening the app and still nothing. There’s no place to get help with app technical issues and I currently have no way to get my tickets on my phone.

Tickets don’t show up!. Happy that they are on the FIFA website, but they don’t show up in the app. I checked to be sure that I am using the same login and password as the online version.

No ticket. I haven’t received my ticket after I paid More than 10 days ago. My iPhone is old and can’t get IOS more than 15.8.8. I need help. Thank you.

No tickets visible, no support, you’re on your own.. I have a confirmation for tickets, the bots at FIFA say they should be available and after going through their phone tree bots and getting nowhere, I’m not sure where I go to get an answer. This has to be one of the most complicated ways to get tickets delivered. I still haven’t succeeded in getting my tickets for a match that is less than a month away or hearing back from anyone about it or even finding a place where I can talk to someone that can fix it.

Patience pays. Not sure why some folks thought the app being rolled out means all tickets are available immediately. I just got mine loaded, about 72 hours after the roll out.

Tickets not showing. Submitted tickets for resale, but the app doesn’t show them. I can see them on the website, but I have to wait 30+ minutes on the waiting room for that. With all the money FIFA is pocketing from this racket, you’d think they could afford decent programmers…

Resale. Trying to resell my ticket as I do not want to go to the match I ended up with and it keeps redirecting me to the same page. Tried to put the ticket for sale 5 times and it did the same thing over and over

User Friendliness is Terrible. I just upgraded to a new phone and now when I log into the app on my new phone it’s telling me that I have to log out of my old phone! That phone has since been wiped!

Tickets available on web not in app. The 1 star reviews are legit, I got tickets and the show up on fifa website correctly. However, when I login on the app with same account, the tickets don’t show up in the app. Need to hire real software engineer to ensure app actually works for everyone?

SCAM. FiFA sent me an email to view my World Cup tickets on this app, every time I log into the app it says I’m already logged into the app and it says my tickets are open on another device even though this is my only device!!! Contacting my bank to have these charges removed. Complete SCAM!!!! FiFA should be sued!!!

Tickets not here but on website…. This app is awful. My tickets are showing up on the website but when I login on this app, it’s saying I don’t have any tickets. Completely amateurish and unacceptable for such an expensive event.

What do you do with the money!!. Does not load, does not show my tickets, stuck in a refresh cycle no matter how many times you load and reload. When login screen appears it still doesn’t progress. Not only is FIFA’s entire process fleecing to people even their app is a waste of time. Unsure how to get access to my tickets and no support phone lines either. What do you do with ALL THE MONEY FIFA!

Tickets are not showing. I have 3 tickets to the same game at LA but only 2 of them showing on the app, if I go to fifa website than i can see the other ticket too so if you are having same issue dont freak out hopefully they will fix it

Ticket missing. The new app must be having problems because it’s not properly loading all the tickets purchased.

Verification code not sending. I got the fifa email invite as expected, I’m not getting the verification code though on registration or forgot password. I’ve checked spam there also is no issues getting canned messages from fifa support email.

Sucks. Can’t get into the app. Once I enter id and password, it shows a progress bar for about 2 minutes then nothing.

Exceptionally average app. Very basic app with limited usefulness. No real info on games or venues.

FIFA app. For an app that is suppose be used by millions of people for the biggest event of the year; the app is really sub-par experience.

Won’t let me in. Why say I can sign in with my Apple account, but then stop me until I give a code sent to email? I was just curious if I could afford to go to a game.

Missing tickets. Half of my tickets are missing

OTP codes don’t work. I’m setting up my account to retrieve the ticket and every time I enter the OTP code for email verification it says the link is expired. First of all there aren’t any links and the OTPis entered immediately upon receipt so definitely something is broken.

FIFA is a mother of all scammers. It was a first and a last time I’ll have an interaction with FIFA. The way the tickets were sold is the school of scammers. On top of horrible application quality and processes.

Garbage. An absolute travesty of an application. I tried to look at the marketplace and was put on hold while I was already logged in and looking directly at my tickets. At the end of my 5 minute wait, I was asked to verify my account through an email validation code. After I validated the code I was put back on hold for an additional 10 minutes.

Not recieved tickets. I paid $300 for four tickets an only received one for one of the games.

New phone. got new phone and can’t access my tickets on the new phone
