The user experience is terrible. This is a terrible APP,The scanning and reporting is very slow, and it charges you weekly without any warning. It's a lousy consumer trap that doesn't give you a choice—whether it's $9.99 or $5.99 per week.

False Advertising. Downloaded the app because it stated it was free. Only to find out it’s $9.99 a Week!? No thank you. Not worth it.

Worst app I’ve ever used. If this app was completely free then i couldn't be writing this. This app is the worst app ive ever used. The scan feature takes 3-5 attempts to register the ticket and when it did work it said my drawing was in 2019, its 2024. When i try to manually input the ticket number it automatically changes the date to the present date vs the actual date of the drawing that i had selected. The 1 star rated NY lottery app is better then this. If you wanted to create a easy solution to the countless terrible lotto apps out there, that would have been very easy to do. However, u did absolutely no testing of the functionality of your app and are charging a premium ontop of that when the free option is miles better. Id be more then happy to pay for a working app.

Scam app. This is a scam app that charged me $10 a week and I wasn’t aware this was happening. Why would anyone pay to scan their lottery ticket when this is something that can be done for free! This app should be illegal. BEWARE OF THIS APP!!

Scam!. The California Lottery makes out like it’s a free app…to scan your tickets for a second chance drawing. But once you install it, the company wants to charge you $5.99 a week!…and the only games you can scan is the Mega Millions and Powerball!…No others! No thanks…I canceled it!

Who’s Scamming Who??. I went to this site today at 8:25ish am EST and attempted to use it and was charged $24.99 immediately even though there’s a 3 day trial period given. I demand a refund and have contacted my bank. I will be reporting this the Apple.com/bill as well. If there’s any trial per associated with any App it should be honored or the site/owner needs to be removed from our access. It’s fraud plan and simple. Not happy at all.

No instructions. I knew better than to do this but being a senior on a limited income, I thought I would give it a try and am sorry I did. That guy is a smooth talker but doesn’t tell you how to access anything! BEWARE I want a full refund!!!! Also why do we need to scan our tickets if the AI is suppose to generate our numbers I don’t understand
