Awesome when you can get a good GPS signal. I’ve been running this app for over 3yrs now and I really really like it. I connect my phone to an external GPS module that’s mounted under my rear view mirror. I’ve had this app at Road Atlanta, Roebling Road, Barber and Daytona with pretty good results. I say pretty good because on a cloudy day, the GPS signal is sometimes to weak and my video recording with data is sketchy. BUT, compared to some $1,000 units out there, this is very very very helpful. I also LOVE the fact that I can be ANYWHERE to include an airport toilet and I can review my data because it’s always with me on my phone! Love it 🤙

Super useful!. I love the app, it is super useful at the track, highly recommend. And the price isn’t that bad! I only took one star because there is no way to contact the developers, and the app does a beeping sound when it is recording and my helmet Bluetooth is connected to it. That beeping sound drives me crazy! And there is nothing I can do in the app to disable that nightmare beeping. In other words, to use this app in my phone, I need to disconnect the Bluetooth speaker from my phone every time. PLEASE remove that beep or add an option to disable it. I already paid for this app, but I would give $10 extra just to disable that beeping when I’m recording my sessions. That said, best app I used so far. Features I would love to see: * Option to redrawn the track, it happen to draw twice the track wrong due to GPS lack of precision, and I had to create a new track every time instead of being able to reset that drawing. * Option to export a video with only the track animation and telemetry, so I can overlay in my videos using another app. * Let it play all the laps in sequence, don’t need to watch one, click to the next, and so on… I want to watch a session from beginning to the end and compare every lap with the best lap in sequence.

Best bang for the $!. This app rocks. On track video plus data logs is so powerful. I confirmed that my oil system mods were sufficient for the grip I have on my track! I also found out that the computer was pulling ~2 degrees of timing every time I hit the rumble strips on the apex of turns on the road course. Without the video and track map, I may have adjusted the spark map! So awesome!

Love it. I like the update, I raced today with no issues. For the video playback I would like the option of putting the data at the top of the video, but I can't complain everything looks good!!!

GPS does not connect. Buyer beware the gps will not connect. The developer will send you an email to trouble shoot in which they stated it will be an issue with your phone. Both apple and Verizon tested the gps and it works 100% so clearly the app has a flaw that the developer does not care about especially when you purchase the paid version.

Even pro version limits you. Disappointing that you need to buy separate software in order to overlay your videos. Even when buying the pro version of this app you still can't overlay your full video. You can only overlay 3 minutes max

Incredible Functionality and Usability. This app gives data which used to require hundreds of dollars of data acquisition equipment. They have many tracks in their catalog. It tracks your speed and acceleration on each lap. It allows lap by lap comparison. It is helping me learn where I need to improve my approach. I highly recommend this app for anyone who does on-track performance driving.

Needs more camera options. Great app so far but it’s missing options such as being able to select better resolution and cameras. I mean, why is only 1080p 60 available at this stage in the game ? The iPhone passed that years ago.

Great app.. This is a great app. One of my favorites of all kinds. I wish the pc software was included though. Race render. I think it should be. But you don’t have to have, you can do what you need right on your phone so it’s still 5 stars!

Need to spend $270 to get full functionality. Bought Pro version and used in Autocross. iPhone gps is not good enough for auto start feature and data logging is not accurate for autocross. Really need to buy external GPS and be careful only XGPS160 for $150 will work with iOS. Qstar for $90 will not work. In addition, my existing Blue Driver OBD reader will not talk to Track Addict (not cheap Chinese knockoff). So you need to spend another $100 for a Kiwi 3 (not a Kiwi4). There is a full documentation page on HP tuners/Race Render website if you can find it.

Race car game but in real life every day. I live in rural Arizona and have lots of dirt roads and the ability to map out my own courses is super cool especially because we have no local tracks in northern Arizona.I no longer I have to rely on myLady to ride along with me holding a stopwatch I seen great improvements in my stagnant times and it makes going to workAnd coming home a day at the track

Awesome. Pretty awesome app. Wish the pro version wasn’t quite as pricey but I get it. You get a lot of data and info for what you pay. I got some awesome footage of my track runs recently.

Very easy to use.. I like the simplicity of the app. Lots of powerful tools in it but it’s also easy to use. The instant video and playback is excellent. I do wish there was a little more of a tutorial about how to use some of the functionality. I purchased an external 5 hertz gps to get better telemetry. I’d get a 10 hertz one that also uses the GLONASS network if I had to do it again. It makes a big difference in the analysis.

Pretty good app. So the free version was okay. Not enough storage for that. Bought the whole version and that should be awesome. Bought it last year but that was my last track day of the year. New season is here and I’m ready. Let’s hope this app is too!

Works really well!!. Great stats and data. Fun to share screen shots on FB and IG. Shows top speed and track maps and lap times for bragging rights!! Great way to log driving experience. 👍👍👍👌👌

Amazing value!. I have a cheap WiFi OBD2 reader and an iPhone 8 Plus. Together with this app that made an awesome track data and video recorder. This app is a crazy value for only a few bucks! Well worth much more. If you ever do one single track day, buy this app.

GPS fail = garbage data. This app used to work well, but recent iPhone and/or iOS updates have led to 10-20 second drops in GPS data, rendering the app close to useless. TrackAddict recommends the Dual XGPS160 for better GPS data with iPhone but won’t connect to the latest version of this device and had provided no meaningful response to support queries. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I’m sorry I did.

Love it. I’m a new trackie and the app was suggested to fellow track junkie. It’s a pricey app, but considering what we pay for track time, brakes, tires, etc etc etc…. It’s not to bad. I would like to see the option to put the actual “G” numbers in the video. Maybe even the max number posted also. The ability to edit the video if you need to chop out a section. Such as you left it recording after your session is over. Otherwise I love the app.

Great App!. Able to use this app to do what I want in an Autocross setting. I am able to quickly see my previous run easily. Only issue is the GPS isn’t consistent or accurate. Would love for this developer to allow a Race Box Mini to tether in. I’ve reach out to them and they’re willing but has trouble connecting with someone!

ALMOST Perfect Track Companion. Minimal hassle to setup and get recording some sessions. The additions that would make this the only name in the driving-phone-app-telemetry game: - WIDE-ANGLE LENS SUPPORT! Give the GoPros a run for their money! - Sometimes a recorded session does not appear until the app is closed and restarted - Video overlays are getting long in the tooth - Video overlays pt. 2: would be nice to customize and place individual gauges around the screen - UI could use a fresh coat of paint

Great for international racers. Being able use any big track around the world is a huge plus.

Great Value! Works well for Autocross. I am using this for Autocross and it works really well. It seems to work best if you just mark the end point and leave the start point undefined so timing starts as soon as you start moving. I tried setting the start point but for some reason it didn’t start for me. I did buy a 10hz GPS and the granularity is quite good. I can easily see when I take a different line on a run when I’m comparing. I have a mega squirt ECU. It would be nice if I could get telemetry like RPM, etc. from the ECU that’s the only reason I gave 4 stars. Otherwise a solid 5 so far after 3 events.

Great App!. Fantastic app for amateur drivers. Has many helpful features to show speed and driving lines in different sections on the track. Also helpful in Autocross.

TGPR. So I got to finally use this app at Talladega Gran Prix Raceway. App was easy to use and pretty accurate speed wise. Not 100% but close enough. Laps were automatically done and telemetry was nice as well. Just tap the screen when you wanna start and tap when done. Recorded my sessions with ease and it even separated each lap videos for you.

First track day app.. I signed up for my first track day and decided to give this app’s paid version a shot. I was not disappointed. It’s very easy to use. Paired with my OBD2 car connector in a jiffy and was recording sessions back to back without issues. I was able to export the lap videos directly on my iphone without any editing which I found amazing. The app knows when to cut the videos for each lap or something which is clever. Can’t wait to pair this with an external camera and continue to explore more features. Would highly recommend to a friend.

Great app for simple, no fuss onboard video and data!. Some suggestions though: add a night mode, perhaps just dim the (recording) screen. Add a pause/resume recording: for some activities you don’t want to record everything, and now if you press stop recording it moves to another screen and the recording session is over, then you have to start over and not sure what happens if the car is already moving etc. Tap to pause, tap to resume, that’s it. Bonus: find and record the brake pressure, I know the Focus RS sends the brake pressure and steering angle on the HSBUS, not sure it can be queried through OBD though, but brake pressure would be fantastic, with steering angle a plus.

Amazing!. If you autocross or do track days or w/e else in your car, get this app!... and a good phone mount, and an OBD2 port reader if you want extra data (like throttle %, braking, RPM etc etc). I highly recommend it.

Great app. We used this for the first time at Pittsburgh international race complex. The track was already added and sectors in place. Two different drivers in the same car. The app worked perfect and we were able to compare our sector times, cornering speeds and see where to make improvements.

Great app, frustrating audio. I love using this app to track runs on our annual hill climb, it’s super helpful to review each run and have video, but audio within the video is a recurring frustration. Sometimes the audio won’t play during playback, but fiddling with the silent mode switch or restarting the phone will usually bring it back. This weekend, however it apparently didn’t record audio for any runs even though the video is fine, and I can play audio from past years. This has been a recurring issue with the app for years and I wish the developers would build in a better test or something to ensure it’s recording correctly.

Best app ever!. This is an amazing app, very helpful with tons of info to help you get better, not to mention great quality video recording, amazing value for the money.

Free version is just awesome!. I got lately into gokarts and searched for a way to visualise improvement points... Found the app, installed it, setup the track and it just works! I managed to shave off almost 2s noticing where I brake :-)

Great fun. Easy to use, great flexibility, and makes me look fast even when I’m not. Seriously, this is a great app. All the data capture you could ask for and wide support for cameras, ODB II devices and GPS units. Just buy it already.

Great for HPDE. I recently used the free version of TrackAddict for a track day at Road Atlanta. The app was easy to install and set up. While on track, being able to see actual lap times and predictions were helpful to monitor how I was doing. Between sessions, it was nice to be able to look at detailed lap info. I’ll definitely step up to the paid version before my next track day to support development and to allow storage of more sessions.

Sebring Sep 2022. I used the app for the first time during a track day at Sebring. It was easy to set up and use. The data I was able to collect include video was helpful in improving my skills and speed. Sharing the videos with friends was fun too.

Amazing…. This app does so much I’m almost at a loss as to what to do with all the data. Had never failed me on the track or at an autoX event.

Great for track days!. I been using this app to help improve my track skills. Having live timing in car really helps me see how I’m doing on each hot lap. Plus I can go back and watch my laps between sessions and make corrections to my line. It’s also very simple to download an individual lap straight to my phone and then can post to my IG from my phone.

Must-Have app for the track. I just started tracking my car last year and was looking for a fun way to learn whether I was getting better. TrackAddict was highly recommended and has worked terrifically since the first day. Videos, telemetry, overlays and comparisons, and especially the tracking of your potentially fastest lap based on best segments has been a terrific motivator and learning tool. Buy the paid version and the free version is too limited. Only suggestion is easier file transfers better integration with desktop app.

Downloaded 5 minutes ago and it’s already a 10/5 app!. I haven’t seen any apps even close to this level of functionality that don’t either charge exorbitant recurring subscriptions or bombard you with nonstop ads, so that’s already a 4/5. On top of that, the app itself just has crazy levels of functionality and give you almost all the data you could ask for. For the track, street drives, drag strips, off-road trails and everything in between this app really has got you covered. And 8.99 for the full experience? A no brained is an understatement. I could EASILY see Porsche, BMW, etc charging upwards of $1,500 USD for devices that do the exact same thing. All in all just an awesome app.

Awesome app. Fantastic app, very easy to use and to access lap times. I find it very useful when making changes to my bike’s suspension. I race Motocross.

Great app for motocross. I strap my phone to my handlebars using a running armband. It keeps my lap pace. One minor improvement I would request is having the segment option start when you cross the start area. Then, in motocross, I can set 2 points and see what lines are faster as I cross those points for each lap. Then I could have a few laps of data once I finish. Otherwise, this has been a great purchase.

Easy to use. I’m just getting into track days and motorsport, only using my phone with no other data collectors. Given that, this app collects an impressive amount of data and makes it pretty easy to turn that data into intelligence with lap comparisons, various visualizations, and easy navigation. One suggestion: I film with my phone on landscape mode, and although the numerical G forces appear to be correct, the little visualization on the video output is centeres at 1G to the left. If you could add a way to reset to 0G centered at the start of a session, that would be awesome

TrackAddict iPhone. TrackAddict is a great mobile app. I use it for every autocross and track day. And nothing beats it for the price. However, Race Render on PC doesn’t seem to like the video files from the iPhone. Only the audio and data files will load.

Great app.. This app is amazing. Works great. Used first time on track at the FIRM and amazing results. Definitely recommended to anyone taking their car to the tracks.

It’s okay. Just started using this app this weekend at The Glen. Did a good job recording everything however during playback sometimes the audio would work and most times it doesn’t. Seems to be an okay app if you haven’t gone ahead and done something like an aim or garmin.

Outstanding app!!. I had no idea that an app could do all that it does. It takes all of the things I would want in a video and makes it instantly accessible. Makes AutoX videos 100% easier and more enjoyable to watch. Between the map feature and the OBD inputs I couldn't be more pleased. Works seamlessly with Carista!

Incredible Value - Perfect for Weekend Warriors. It is amazing what this app can do for a fraction of the cost of other similar products. Feature Request: Add the ability to export a video of theoretical best lap, to make it easier to visualize what we did right. Automatically build a best lap video from the fastest time in each lap segment.

Track Addict. Awesome app!! Used it at Mid-Ohio and it worked very well. Gives you a ton of data and even records in front of you. The free version only allows for 3 sessions saved at a time, but that isn’t really a big problem. Overall, great app.

Great Product for any Car Enthusiasts. This app is great! I only have the free version but even just that gives a ton of features. Super easy to connect to your action camera and then really lets you relive your best moments on track.

Great track app. So amazing this is only $10! Love using it. Sometimes it doesn’t seem clear when it’s recording video and I’d appreciate clearer instructions on how to connect to car (OBD2etc). But overall I find it fantastic and love using it. Awesome that my local track (NJMS, NJ) is pre-programmed

Absolutely a Fantastic app! No downside.. This is by far the best phone based datalogger I have found. Very comprehensive range of sensors logged and the app saves the data on the phone ready for uploading to email, OneDrive, Dropbox and many other options. I particularly like the interpolated spreadsheet upload. Keep up the great work.

Perfect track day app. Fantastic app - adds so much to the track day experience by giving you a great record of the day - lap times, video with speed and g-force etc overlaid. Easy to use. Make sure you have plenty of storage on your phone - I ran out on the day and was furiously deleting apps and data to make room for video. I had an iPad with me but was unable to transfer data to it as there was no wifi available at the track. Would be great to have direct transfer ability for that scenario. I upgraded to Pro version as soon as I had tried it - highly recommended.

New version MPH only - now fixed!. I have been using this app a few times for occasional track use in Australia and it has been excellent - until the latest update! It now only shows and records in MPH, useless for any modern country outside US or UK. Please fix this ASAP and make it a great app once again! Now fixed - thank you - awesome app!!

Wakefield park. Top app, just needs a faster hertz sampling rate, start/stop line was too inconsistent, very easy to use and great track info.

Great app. The app was a little confusing to use at the beginning with selecting the track, but after a few YouTube videos, this app is definitely a treat. I don’t usually write reviews, but felt like I needed to write one. Only issue I may have is I can’t seem to see or find anyway to organise my runs into a specific folder. Unless when it puts into a automated folder. And when you rename the run, it takes it out of the folder. Other than that, it’s great app for the price and beginning friendly. :)))

Unbelievable Quality. Used this to setup some road courses in my area, worked amazingly! Blown away by how in depth the data recorded is. Very good value, and fun to use. Interface can be a bit rough to get used to, not really a problem.

Awesome. Downloaded this app not thinking it would work to well. Tested it on the track versus the digital track timer attached to my car and it was less than 0.2 of a second off my lap times every lap. I think that may have been because I had my phone in the door pocket rather than attached near a window as the app advised.

Not a great experience. I tried to use this app several times at a track day recently with ZERO results. When another person at the day asked me what I was doing on my phone I told him about the app and he stated that he had exactly the same issue and he had deleted it in frustration. Good hype no results.

Great value app. Impressive capability, pretty intuitive , affordable and fully supports bragging rights via FB - only suggested. Improvement would be a 'STOP' button for when you return to pits but don't pass start line.

Great app. Really impressed. So much better than what I thought it would be. Plenty of functions. Maps, GPS views and review facility is fantastic. Has Australian racetracks already there. Great way to improve your day at the track. Recommend.

Great app!. I had the chance to try this at the track today and didn't have high expectations. I used the free version and no addons. Just stuck the phone to the windscreen with a holder and it worked perfectly!! The GPS timing was very accurate and I only noticed that it was GPS as the lap time took a few extra metres past the start finish line before it displayed. Gave me so much info that I didn't have before and the video plus data feeds were great. I will be buying the full version very quickly.

Good but could be so much better. Really good, but a couple of things: - update the tracks to include the sectors - allow front and back camera of the phone simultaneously (like dragy) - update the interface Other than that it’s great!

Track day. Once I got a hang of it this app is great you can check were your accelerating and braking into corners connect the gopro or use your phone even has the Western Australia race tracks. Get it and have some fun😜

So much information in the palm of your hand.. Track addict is so easy to use and makes great videos of your track day efforts. I love that you can review progress and areas to improve and compare lap times with friends. Buy it, buy it now, buy it with money!

Great App. I used it this morning for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the results. Works really well, gives good feedback with speed shown on playback all around the track. Not sure how to get the camera into landscape mode for the video recording but might just mean turning the phone a quarter of a turn I guess

If you love your car buy it this app. This is a great app! I’ve only used the 1/4 mile option so far but it does everything you could want. 1. Video with metric overlays 2. Auto start which only starts after you’ve stopped 3. Export of data and videos 4. Maps with speed, acceleration and other details And more Lots of plugins like gps and OBD2 devices. It’s easy to use. Useful. Well worth the money! Just buy it!

Great Ap. I use now use the Pro version on my track bike. I have a head stem mount for my iPhone. It works brilliantly. When I'm home I connect the iPhone to my iPad (or computer) via the home wireless network to download the day's results to a larger screen. While it's OK to check analysis of each session on the iPhone it's easier on a larger screen to go through the detail. It's a great Ap, works well, is easy to use and recognises even the minor tracks in the south of Australia so I'm sure it will work well where ever.

Track addict. Excellent I have a Clubman sports car which I use for track days Times every lap every session only problem user has to remember to turn it on when sitting in pit lane generally not much of a problem

Great app. Great app, minimal glitches, easier to use than HLT and race Chrono. Easy to sink go pro, oBD2 and external GPS. Works well with race render, quick and easy to produce videos with data overly. Raw data for viewing in any software you like. I’ve paid for more expensive apps and always end up back with Track addict.

Excellent - except the video…. Great app, does all the things in terms of lap data, more than I can use! Only letdown is the video, which randomly stops recording mid session. Not sure if there’s a time limit or what but it would be good to fix this.

If you are doing track days and the like, and wish to know how you are going, this is the perfect App. Real time lap timing and video work well and transfer, to say something like YouTube, is easy. Weak GPS. I have been using this for two years now, it’s not good at receiving GPS signal and therefore lap time and track configuration are not tracked properly. Sometimes it does not know when a lap is done and will bundle multiple lap times into one lap.

Great!. I’m new to the sport and this is a big help in working towards track time consistency and testing different lines that improve my times. Easy to use and delivers a ton of helpful data.

Best Free App. Best free track app. I tried a few other free apps and none worked as well or had the same features. Plus, this one had our small local small track preset in it. Highly recommend it.

iPhone. Well last update said it would work with iPhone. Well my iPhone can’t even see it at all and yes I pushed the find me on the RTD. If anyone has any ideas. Please post

It’s Amazing - you need this.. I have used this for a couple years. It’s fantastic! I bought the pro version because I wanted to support the app. I’m an instructor and use the data overlays to show students their progress and accomplishments. For my own car it’s really great, lots of Data and the real work is up to me to study the details that the app displays. You really need a nice solid mount for your phone for sure, that’s a biggie. I duct-taped my phone to the back of my rear view mirror until I got a good mount, the motion start is awesome.

Fabulous App. Only used a few things but gives so much data I feel I can extract so much info it will make my driving so much better. If I can’t get better it’s all on me 😬 not on the App. Very happy so I’m going to upgrade to Pro.

Great app. This is a great app works very well, I'm just not sure how to reset the lap counter, I did several lapping sessions and it calculates my 10 laps as one big lap, and all the laps overlap each other on the map...

Simple yet powerful. Downloaded the app at my first track day. Paired with a wifi obd2 dongle with no issues. Data is detailed and simple to understand.

Great tool!!. Fantastic tool for the price. Iam now using it with an xgps150 unit for increased accuracy, but the iphone has decent accuracy for lap time for the average joe. Iam using it on a motorcycle with a gopro too. Only downer is the accelerometer is not working on "tilting" vehicles.

Best track day app, period.. This app rivals some of the top data aquisition tools out there using just you phone. Using this data will definitly shave a few seconds off your laptime. If you wanna get real nerdy, this with a external high frequency gps and a ob2 reader for access to everything you’d ever need as avid track goer.

I like it. I tried to link my OVDII to the app but failed otherwise it’s a good app to get a video of your track lapping day. GPS is close enough! Great tool to see some valuable data. I talked two guys into downloading the app at my last track event.

You Race? You Want.. If you race, this is the app for you. This app provides a wealth of valuable information. I ride motocross and this is just the ticket. Coupled with a gopro, it provides enhancements to my videos I previously thought impossible. A brilliant app!

Open wheel. Please provide the option adding the clock (time) on the recording screen. Otherwise the total time on the track (overall record time).

Never works when you have any tree cover. Tried this so many times for off-road motorcycling and it never records the track properly. My garmin vivoactive records perfectly, so what gives?

Incredible app. It is incredible what this app does. Auto start. Lap timer with best lap indicated. Video with g force, time, track map and speed. Sharing. Super easy to learn. I'm upgrading to the paid version just to give my thanks to the developer. I've only used it once and I'm very impressed.

Great track aid. I did a bit of research and found this app. Tried it first and bought the full version within 5 minutes. Great way to record your track times! I like how it breaks each lap out into a separate video as well. Great app for the money! I have been telling all my car buddies about it as well.

Love it. I use this all the time for AutoX. Yes it’s not solostorm. But it works well for me.

Interface is clunky... ..and unintuitive. Would be nice if the interface was a little more "standard"- not the odd flipping between menus, unconventional selection process, etc. otherwise it gets the job done. Maybe a quirk or two to work out with video transfer, but it's ok.

Good App. Lot of information, a very useful app.

Track driver. This app is awesome for the money you spend you can't beat it it's so much easier than wiring at a system into your car and it's very user-friendly compared other apps I've used at the track.

Great app. This app works great and has a lot of features you might find in more expensive data acquisition systems . Has lots of features and performs really well on track. I use it for running sprint races where forward looking cameras are a requirement to race and also on track days . Takes advantage of all of the camera technology that apple iOS has put into their cameras for a whole lot less

Great App. Great app all in all. Need an option to link with my insta360 camera tho. 3 stars is fair. I’ve had this app for 3 years now.

Has issues. If you’re at a track with low GPS signal then it doesn’t work. Drops signals. Interface isn’t very user friendly - will need to spend some time setting it up before use.

Workin Good. I tried the free App. It worked, but I wanted more (than 3 sessions). So I upgraded. So far I am using it with my iPhone 6+. Absolutely just worked perfectly the first time. I am using it on my Jeep with a suction cup windshield mount. My first mount purchase was a suction cup and flexible stalk to the phone holder. Way too much vibration. My next is an iottie Easy Flex 3. The sticky suction cup has incredible holding power, but still a bit of vibration through the rest of the structure, so I hot glued it. I have not tested it yet, but I think it will be acceptable. I need to find a better one for my Corvette for lapping days. I also plan to add an OBD II WI-FI interface. Just such a cool product.

Crippleware. They crippled the free app. Strongly suggest Terry‘s lap timer if you have to pay, because it’s functionally better than Track Adddict. I will be purchasing Harry’s now.

Love it. Just learning to use it. Great app so far. Video is better than my GoPro. (Using 5s) The lap time is much easier to see than my traqmate, plus all the tracks so far have been recognized. Only negative is that Tech support is a bit slow to respond.

Very capable app. I was looking for a specialized auto performance app and found this great one here. It has a lot of useful features even at the free app level. Given the value this app delivers, I'm likely to shell out the money for the paid version.

OUTSTANDING APP!!!!. Used it for the first time today while running autocross. Setting up the start and finish line for a track not listed in the directory was very easy! I can tell you that this app is just about perfectly accurate as far as times are concerned... Couldn't say so much for the MPH as I had mine going off GPS. If you were to set it up with the OBD2 il sure it would be precise! Again amazing app will be purchasing the pro edition!

Best and simplest app for autocross. I use it for autocross. Its amazing, specially the plotting function with speed, g forces, braking. Very helpful review data after a run. I use on iphone 6 GPS. Have Harry's laptimer app too but harrys is too complex. Plus track addict is cheaper. Highly recommeded

Genuinly great!. I've had a hard time finding a timer app to use in my pocket while on track. Most are either horrible and/or expensive. I was very impressed with this app! I don't use the video function, but love the timing ability. Great app! Give it a try!

Track addict tiny detail. It took me a while to get the video working but now that I have it is wonderful to review. However I cannot work how to get it to my iPad or desktop so my old eyes can view the circuit info better. Some more instructional info would help so that if you need to you can delete the video but not the track detail for speeds etc. this would save space on the phone especially when The camera has sadly taken pictures of the sky for 15 mins! I like the compare feature as we have two drivers in the house and we like to compare results.

Mpvi2. App is awesome just wish you could data log and add parameters with iOS. Unable to get any features with iPhone 12

Not accurate. I had good signal. Made sure phone was secure in the windshield and it’s still way off.. was going to buy the real app but that won’t be happy

OBD2 no longer works. The app works great and is well worth the money for it. However with the most recent update the app no longer recognizes my gopoint Bluetooth OBD2 reader, it had previously. I was not the only one having this issue at the Autocross on Saturday. Was disappointing to not have collected that data.

brilliant app. given the limitations of the gps on apple phones, this app does a sterling approximation of your location on the track. one thing the developers should do is override the phone’s attempt to focus, cuz it’s always wrong. just forcing it to infinity would be a huge improvement.

Great App!. This app was very easy and intuitive to use for karting. No external devices needed. Iphone GPS was adequate but not incredibly accurate for lateral positioning on track. Data capture and playback display is very good. I like the braking and multiple axes data. I will upgrade to full version!

Fantastic app!. Very simple to use and works wonders! My only feedback is to the author would be to add more visible warnings on screens when audio or video is not being recorded during track.

Waste of time. Worthless, doesn’t work, tried all the instructions as well as just guessing and complete waste of a track-day in regards to data. If you want to know your lap time, buy a real/correct tool. Same company as HpTuners- worthless morons.

Huge let down. I used the free app at first along with the free Harry's Lap timer...but Harry's didn't have the video option, and this free version was very inaccurate, as it would not reset the lap time when I would cross the start/finish on my track...(which would be AMP and Road Atlanta for the most part)...so I decided to upgrade to the paid version, thinking it would probably not have those problems. Well I was wrong, the paid version did not work any better on any of my tracks. For the most part the lap timer would run during my entire time on track as one lap, some other times it would time 2-3 laps as one, and then on other occasions it had a random start/finish point that I did not set. It has the potential to be a good app, but I will stick with Harry's Lap timer until these errors have worked out.

Good but seems to have issues with IOS 11. Great app for tracking your runs. Crashes every time I try to export the video though. iPhone 6S.

Great training tool. Used this app for the first time today at the track. I mounted my IPhone to my windshield with an Optrix case and super sucker mount. I was able to reply my laps between sessions so I could make the most of my track time.

Amazing track tool. This App has helped me so much with racing my car on a track. You can see where you are breaking to early. The free version does everything you need, just remember that you can only store 3 sessions unless you buy the upgraded version.

Camera settings are garbage. Can’t set what to focus on, so the camera just focuses on the windshield the entire time and everything behind that is a blur. Also no way to switch to wide angle lens.

Excellent. Worth the money only if you want more functionality than a generic stop watch. It's a thorough application and useful for anyone tuning their vehicle or just wanting to benchmark performance for a car, motorcycle, scooter, atv, boat or even bicycle. Good work and I don't regret the price.

Good functionality. It is easy to use, it's inexpensive and does all I want. It communicates with my Bad Elf GPS unit and my Go point OBDII unit to generate, along with the camera in my iPad, a movie integrating my path, omnidirectional acceleration (separate x-y if you prefer), rpm, speed, gear, with any one of a few basic layouts to choose. It also has nice diagnostic tools (e.g., lateral g's along the path) easy to use on the fly. On occasion I use separately the data and movie files in my desktop for analysis or to make a more custom movie with software like Race Render. I'd give it 5 stars if not for the fact that it crashes at times, and it sometimes misses the start or end points of an autocross course.

Awesome app. This is the best deal of the century. It works perfectly to record track time. You can compare two separate runs and look at breaking acceleration etc. It really helped me improve my performance and it is simple to use.

Good for basic data and video. This is a great tool for getting video of your track sessions. The stabilization feature makes a world of difference.

The best. Best on track app I’ve ever bought. Period.
