Best Weather App. This is my go to App for weather. You get current and future radar, a 10 day forecast and hourly weather data. It doesn't matter where you live, you can put any city in for a home city and dozens of other cities. Love it!

Fix me!. I just updated recently and every time I open the app it pops up a message about Bluetooth which I have no interest in doing. Both the help menu item and the Feedback menu items are not functional. I guess I still appreciate the weather information, but the pop-up is quite annoying.

What happened. This used to be my fav weather app. Now it is saying this version is not compatible with my iPad & wants me to download the compatible app EVERY DAY!!! Please fix & thank you.

Irritating update. Opens in locked portrait mode, and only map tab has landscape view option. Went back to old app for ipad-friendly viewing. Hope this gets changed before old app is retired.

Ads way to long. It takes this app seemingly forever to load because each time one is made to view “the men of stormtrack” (zero women, really?!) and then an even longer ad screen. The excessive length of time the ad screen is present makes me mad every time- do we all really need advertising just to check the temperature?

Slower now. Takes awhile to open the app and to weather data for it to appear. Getting worse than previous version.

Obnoxious ads ruined great app. Was my go-to weather app until hijacked by game ads every time I wanted to check the radar. I deleted it. It was really good before the dumb ads. We're not talking banner ads, we're talking full screen and difficult to get rid of.

To many adds. I used to love this app. I removed it and now use the channel 15 app because you have to many adds now on the app. Goodbye 27

A step,backwards. Light blue backgrounds with white text are difficult to read. Hourly forecasts only fun for 24 hours max., not nearly as far out as the previous version. I will use previous version until stopped.

Men men men. Now, in addition to having to wait for the GHC ad to clear (too long!), the background for every page on the app features “The Men of Storm Track.” Ugh. Doesn’t seem to be a way to change it. Sorry, but I’ll be getting my weather updates from another app which focuses on the weather.

Ads prevent tornadoes. I generally love this app... Except HEY DEVELOPERS! if you tell me there is a tornado or severe weather WARNING, how about NOT first making me watch an ad??? I really want to first READ the warning and find out what is bearing down on me. I'm thinking. "How can I prevent injury or death" not "Maybe I need different health coverage?." SURELY your app knows if I am in a severe weather zone. Could you maybe make THAT the priority? I'm in a severe thunderstorm warning, and I actually DO have GHC... should I mychart this to Member Services? Or should I take shelter? So hard to decide!

Update. Needs an update for iOS 17 support so the app doesn’t freeze and the ad thanks

Ads pop up randomly. After all the years using the app I’m finally sick of it. Pros: good forecast, detailed map Cons: LONG start, must view their splash for a couple seconds THEN a GHC ad for a few more seconds EVERY TIME IT STARTS. I got used to it but it’s still very annoying. Now, ads pop up randomly without tapping any ad on the screen, with sound (usually loud).

New update step down. The new update only allows Portrait mode viewing on the iPad. I view nearly everything in landscape mode. Turning the iPad to view in portrait mode is a real inconvenience. Classic example of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it."

Very impressive. This app is by far one of the best weather apps out there. Ones I have paid money for are not even this good plus this app is local and free!!!

Pretty Good For A Weather App Because.... I give it a 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because it takes a while to load but further than that the app is GREAT it gives YOU Lots Of Options❗️Not like the Today's news or those top classes apps news. I love it❗️It's awesome. It has great tracking it shows everything u want it to. Stay away. Don't touch this "updated" version of the app at least if you are using an iPad. The thing is terrible looking in landscape, the blue covers almost all of the screen. The advertisements are massive and the map is so narrow that you can't even tell what's going on. Navigation is crap. I seriously think app developers should take a lesson or two in UX design and stop being money hungry. I'm already looking for a completely different app since the old one now constantly prompts me to download this pile of garbage.

So many ads. I have been using the app for many years and have enjoyed it. I have reached my limit with the ads. Open, watch an ad. Click in the radar, watch an ad. It is too much. I am sick of it. I spend 50% of my time watching ads. Life is too short for me to fund your app with my eyeballs.

Not as good. This update has made this app much less user friendly. Traffic is buried and not easy to access. The forecast is not as complete. This is just a poor update.

This update. Can't change the orientation for iPad? Not user friendly. Prefer old version because of this. App crashes on initial open. Have to reopen. This is a pain!!!! Why does app keep crashing? Fix the thing or it’s gone!!! And don’t send weather info via voice unless there’s a warning of bad weather!!! I can see the weather is good without an interruption!!!! Work on this!!!!

Used to be my go to app for weather. This used to be a really good app. The forecasts were accurate and the interface was easy to use. Now it won’t run on my iPad Pro (if freezes on the GHC ad that comes up, although it still works on my iPhone) and it embarrasses me when I’m in public when it never used to. I often check the weather when I’m out, in a restaurant, with friends, whatever. What used to be a silent app now BLARES an advertisement when you least expect it. Having dinner in a restaurant, or sitting in a waiting room for a dental appointment one hardly wants to start BLARING an advertisement for something from their iPhone. I never know what the advertisement is for because I quickly exit the app in order to silence it. This is horrible and I will no longer be using what was once was a great app. The least you could have done was give users a chance to buy the app for $5 or $10 bucks (or charge a minimum monthly fee like 50 cents) in order not to have ads. Or give them a heads up you will be having loud ads on your app when the uses least expects them. I’ll probably change my 6:00 pm viewing to a different channel than 27 as well. Fool me once…

New ads make the app useless. Title says it all. New pop up ads within the app make it unusable. As finishes and cannot actually see the weather. Convinced me to use another app.

5 stars. This is a really good app and I don’t see why the rating for it is low. It shows me everything I want and need to see for my current location and other locations as well. I recommend this app for people that want to stay safe when traveling and don’t want to be one of those people that have no clue what the wether is.

Best weather and storm track app. I have used many weather, and storm track apps. I currently have 5 on my I phone 4. This is by far the best of any I have used. Besides showing more details on current and future weather. It has an outstanding display to show you where storms are predicted to go future-wise. Extremely easy to understand, fun to play with. There is currently a snow storm possible heading my way, so ill give it a full test. Aside from that, I grew up watching meteorologist bob lindmeier on channel 27. I find him to be one of the best meteorologist's out there. So the added up to date video's of him giving the weather forecast, and explaining the storm patterns, is a much added benefit. He really know's how to explain the weather. The only two problems I find with this app, and would like to see one thing added. 1- when watching the videos if I turn my phone sideways, and let the video go to the end. I will get stuck in a black screen. Touching the screen does nothing, nor turning it upright. I use the home button then reload the app. This is on a iPhone 4, possibly just a bug, happens to lots of new apps. 2- I would like to see a way to share the weather/storm alerts. On my other apps I can share the weather alert to Facebook or email even text on some. This would be helpful in sharing weather information. I couldn't seem to find any way to do this. All and all great app!

Poor update. Don't like the new blue background. And it was easier to see the 5 day forecast and write ups. This is a step back

Works Very Well & Is Accurate. I find this app works well on the iPhone 4. During our first snow fall of the season, this app showed where the snow was and where it was going. This app will be very useful during bad weather!

Get thisssss!!!!!!!!!. This app is really helpful I think you should get it it warned me about severe weather right away!

Dewpoint tweak would be appreciated. So far this is my best-found replacement for Dark Sky, but we really really need dewpoint on the extended hourly forecast. Would that be so hard to add?

Was Good. I’ve used this app for years. Was Good up until recently. Now I get notifications for area 25-30 miles away. And that’s not what I need. I need immediate area that my family lives in. Not “Lightning detected 28.6 miles away”

Impressed!. I'm a bit of a weather geek, so I love checking out weather apps. So far, this one is incredible! I love all the features. Very informative and works smoothly and up-to-date so far. (I've only had it a few days)

Ads are annoying. There’s no reason for an auto video ad that starts every time. This app is annoying, if you x out for a split second it starts over. It’s a weather app, stop the ads.

Could use some work. This was great for the blizzard -- handy radar map, hourly and 10-day forecasts, clear notices and text for severe warnings, and video of recent weather segments from TV. But there is no windchill reading -- not great on a day when the WC is -15° (which I only know from going to a different app). Many of the News link also seem to be broken and just lead to a blank page. Has potential, but in a competitive field it needs work on the above.

Need to fix videos. On both their website and app you cannot watch a video for more than 20 seconds without it crashing. It can’t be that hard in 2020 to post a video that works. Great weather station but if you miss it live you can’t find working videos anywhere online

Great Weather App-before the ads. The weather alerts and the app were great until the ads started to appear. Give an option for removing ads and I'll likely be back, but for now it's deleted.

App hangs every time. App shows splash screen, starts an auto ad, that’s it, nothing else. It freezes. Totally useless app. Got updated version without the Honda splash ad - it worked. The Honda ad returned yesterday, and guess what it no longer works. Glad to see the WKOW app is more interested in showing an ad than having a working app. As I said, totally useless app.

27 Weather App. This app has a nice MAP which is great for viewing and clarifying weather status HOWEVER, it is REALLY BAD..with commercials. No options to subscribe in order to avoid commercials. Very disappointing. Will drop this App in favor of 15 Weather Authority App, which is without commercials and much better because of that...also still free....

No. Obnoxious app. An ad pops up for Steinhafels and a video plays. Then it gives you a button for more info. The x out at the top doesn’t work. And that is it. Stuck on the screen ad.

I know it's weather but.... ...you'd think 30 minutes from now wouldn't be all that hard. Not sure where the app gets it's data but it's not very good. Looked at the predicted radar and it showed no rain for hours. 30 minutes later it's pouring.

Was great until you broke it. The last update made the app not work on my iPad anymore. All it does is splash the start then the GHC ad and freezes there. Deleted app reinstalled still samething. Is lower than 1 star now

Works good. Looks like I'm the first review. I'd like to start off by saying I use this in place of TWC. I absolutely despise that channel and want nothing to do with it. Then I went with Weathernation but that wasn't cutting it. I like this app because it's local and accurate. The ONLY thing I'd like to see is a better span of time for the radar. Say like a 2 hour window instead of just 20 minutes? I think that's what it is now. With the storm season approaching 20 minutes isn't enough to see and plan things out, which I do quite often. Until that's changed I have to keep TWC and WN around :/ 5 stars when that's done please and thank you!

Fix for SNOWFLAKE. I had the same problem of having to re-boot 27stormtrack and not getting it to open. My solution (that worked!!) was to delete the app, wait a while, and then go into the app store and re-load it from icloud. This DID work and I have 27stormtrack opening up again!!! Try it.

Please fix it!. I use this app religiously and have never had an issue, until today. It keeps booting me out of the app. I can manage to stay on the app long enjoy to see the insurance ad and then it just kicks me completely out. I’m running the most recent update and even restarting my phone hasn’t changed anything. PLEASE FIX IT!!!!

Ads are ridiculous. The content of the app is great for local weather but I just can’t take the long opening ads on any more. Even if you close for a few seconds you have to look at the GHC ad again (and to this day And after day the hundreds of time I’ve opened the app I have no idea what the cartoon is trying to convey.., a tooth? I think dentist every time I open it.) now you’ve added a second one with what I guess is your meteorologist? Looks like an ad for a casino. I’m trying channel 15’s weather app.

Hijacked with game ads. Every time we press "See More" to look at the radar or other features, we are taken instead to a mini-game ad, so we deleted the app. Also, "App Support" here in the App Store listing goes nowhere. It's a broken or outdated link.

Screen freeze. App won’t open on my iPad. It freezes on the Honda add. What happened? I used to use this app several times a day. What a BUMMER!

Love it. I love the app it's the best in the world but 1 ? On iPad it had a update but on the iPod it doesn't! But other wise it's awesome and I like that if you missed the news in the morning you can watch it after work or some thing! I love it!!!!! So I really recommend this app more than the weather channel!!! So if you have weather channel I recommend trying this app I think you'll like it!!!! No landscape. I am no longer using your app since this new version is only in portrait. Landscape works better on iPad. I have switched to the Storm app.

The new update. There’s bugs in the new update. Won’t allow to follow me on ipad. If this worked correctly I would have gave 5 stars.

Screen Orientation Takeover. Why does this app take over the orientation of my iPad. It never opens in landscape and only through rocking it when I’m using it. And afterwards? Really. Who writes the code? Get someone with more interest in the interface and not so much on the info.
