Best ever. Love this app!!

After paying full version, now subscription required. I just got the app and paid the full version price. The only information that I needed was Public lands in Ontario. it seems after the update that information is now subscription only. Basically the full version gives me the apple map with the WMU borders on it. If that's all you want, then this is the app for you. I'm not paying $39.99/yr for something that's available online for free.

Love this app but a great improvement would be. I love this app best app there is for finding crown land and hunting but your missing the opportunity to expanded to all out door enthusiasts could you add fishing zones and there limits and open seasons for each species

IHunter review. Easy to use.

Update maps at full price. App works great for the most part but it really frosts me I have to pay full price for a map update. Don't get me wrong, I'm willing to pay for the maps, but would be nice if the updates were at a discount if you already own them.

Hunting Game changer. Using iHunter has allowed me to plan and coordinate hunting spots. I have a good idea of the areas I hunt before I even hit the ground. My hunting partner and I can share our waypoints. I also like that the app has the ability to send your current location to let someone know where you are hunting (aka my wife).

Slow load. Slow reaction on my phone

Charge to trail?. Why are charging to trail Crown Land layer? Why don’t you charge back when I canceled subscription before trial expired?

Great functionality. I love using ihunter when out in the woods, how ever some great changes like updated charts, zoom option on some specifics like MU unit indidcators, and lake/road names would maximize the utility of ihunter. Cheers

Way better than the paper maps. Tried this with the property map overlay. OMg game changer. U can be sure of where you are hunting and the property lines. Also, using Google/Apple maps, you can plan your hunt based on terrain. Highly recommend.

Great app!. Downloading RM maps while hunting is a great tool when looking for landowners permission to hunt. All the other waypoint features along with location hunting times etc make this app a must have.

Best Hunting Tool Hands Down!. I have been using ihunter for several years now and I am continually impressed by how well it works! I rely on it completely as my primary source of all hunting data. The only suggestion I can make is please enable it to work on apple carplay! Being able to see the boundaries of private lands on the trucks big screen while driving back roads would be incredible! Best hunting app I’ve used. The info is up to date and accurate, the developers are receptive and answer emails quickly, and best of all it’s Canadian made. No complaints at all.

Apple CarPlay. Please make it CarPlay compatible. It’s 2023….

Best for Canada!. A clear and concise view of where you are at and with the subscription level that suits you, leaves no question to who owns what. Off-line cached maps leaves you confident in your woods travels, regardless of your cellular connectivity! Trail recordings, way-point storage, image captures , 3D representation, weather information and wind indicators for each way point…how can this app get any better!! This app is a “ must have” for anyone who hunts, tracks and hikes around their favourite Canadian stomping grounds.

Re-centering me. So I’m at home, and trying to look up new places to hunt. 1 minute into searching, the app sends itself back to where I’m at rather then staying at where I’m searching around. What’s up with that and how do I change this from happening. I’m trying to figure out things about the areas around me.

Thunder Bay fly in moose hunt. Was surprised to turn on my phone and try iHunter, no cell service but the gps still worked. Awesome used it all week. No moose 😞

In app purchase. Why make the app free and then charge 4.99 when you download it. Just charge 4.99 to download the app. Very disappointing.

Need a towns overlay for easier orientation. I apologize if I didn’t see it but a towns overlay would be helpful to orientate. Thanks

Best Hunting App Ever!. Has everything you need while in the field or planning your trip. Accurate WMU boundaries and accurate GPS data. 10/10 highly recommended for any level of Hunter!

Junk. Absolutely crap

Better than On-X, and it’s Canadian. IHunter blows On-X out of the water, period. It has everything you need, and none of the fancy useless stuff you don’t. Unlike On-X where the Canadian market was an afterthought, IHunter is made by Canadians, for Canadians. I’ve never had a bug or an error with IHunter. Also, the attention to detail and thoroughness of its designers is very apparent. I strongly recommend this app.

New to the app. Very new to this app , but at first glance , it looks like it’s going to be very useful, as far as waypoints, and if you have to do a long track in the middle of nowhere, you won’t have to worry about finding your way back !!

The best hunting app!!!. This is most definitely the best app for hunters specially in Ontario. I was trying most of them. Maps layers are amazing. Finally some substitute of annoying online Crown Land government atlas. Recommending to all fellow hunters.

Indispensable tool for hunting. Excellent app that hasn’t let me down the back country. Love the features for caching maps and saving waypoints with lots of information and pictures.

iHunter is easy to use. I have used iHunter for about five years now, it is easy to use and I especially like the feature that it allows me to know where I am located when in the field. Knowing whether or not I’m in the correct wildlife management unit (WMU) is so useful.

Map up date. The only issue I have with iHunter is the map update, it would be nice to see it up dated more often

RM maps. I know it's alot, but I would love some RM maps for archerwill, barrier Valley, moose range and bjorkedale. Also land ownership for sold community pastures. Aside from that, loving the app. Keep up the great work!

Most like. Has the First Nations land hi lighted and is always updated

Really awesome app to track and pinpoint locations you wanna keep.. I got to meet the guys who run the app at a out door expo and get a discounted price. I like how you can drop a pin on a location and know what all you can use/ safe to fire. My only concern would be I don’t know if natural resources would honour it.

Such an awesome resource!. So handy for all things hunting! Weather it’s your first year hunting or you’ve been hunting all your life, this app takes so much of the guesswork out of the equation. 10/10 recommended!!

Please fix!. Having an issue where when I’m the open map looking for regions and zones once I find the one I’m looking for I click it and the info/options for that zone appears for about 1sec then disappears. Gets very frustrating trying to pull up the info for that zone when it disappears so fast. On an iPhone 14pro latest update for app and phone. Tried restarting phone but still does it… please fix so it doesn’t disappear!! Thanks!

Great App!. I love this app for hunting and identifying land boundaries. It would be great to have wind direction (radar view) in map view.

Sketchy service. It seems that this year, it’s harder for me to get service from iHunter. I don’t know why. When it’s working, I absolutely love it!!

Great app. I like this for it’s ease of use but too bad it only work with a cell signal ,and it needs a upgrade…

OK app, can’t unsubscribe to autorenew. Apple says your subscription will auto renew and there’s no option to cancel. Emailed app developer, they said there’s nothing they can do about it- blame Apple they said. They’ll take my 10 bucks though. Auto subscribed last year- already paid for an app I don’t use. Google maps does everything this app does if you know what a fence looks like.

Wrong information. I just spent $20.00 on a map and within 5 minutes found 4 properties listed as different owners then county map.
