Lots of worthless push notifications. Tons of stupid stuff that are not news worth a push notification. Next time I get notified about the Masked Singer, I might delete the app.

Stopped working after last update. This app was only so-so and then they did an update. Now it won’t even open. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still doesn’t work.

No Longer Balanced. Used to be a “Fair and Balanced “ local news agency but not now. Must have had recent management change. Very disappointed.

Latest Update freezes. Really liked the app until the most recent update on the 12th. Every story I try to access freezes up the app. I can't read any of the stories.

Don't waste your time. This is probably one of the worst news apps out there. It would appear that they never proofread their stories before they put them online. They definitely need to update the app and put more up-to-date stories on the website.

Awful. So many issues....

Very poor app. Worst problem is if you are listening to music and open a page in this app it will silence your music?????????? Please fix this! Images and pages fail miserably. They really need to replace whoever is responsible for this app, it is fail city. One of the worst apps I use, but I love Fox Nashville.

Very glitchy. I can hardly do anything on the app. When I first opened it, it was so laggy and then it eventually crashed. Now I can’t even open the app because it keeps crashing

Useless. The app worked the first couple of times I used it, but the next day I was no longer able to open it. Every time I tried using this app, it would look like it was loading... And would stay stuck on the loading screen without ever actually opening the app. I deleted it.

Fox 17. I like the app. The only issues I have is no matter what I do I can't share stories on FB? I can send it via email, open on safari than share? That also don't show lottery #'s :-(

Not a bad start.. Need more text stories in lieu of video. Create breaking news alerts. Like the weather section, but could use animated radar.

WZTV. App does not work on my iPad. It only brings up the instruction pages. No menu

Bad job on the last update!. As someone who goes to work later in the mornings, I loved having the option to stream the local news after 7 am. After your last update, this has disappeared. At least NewsChannel 5’s App works until 7, then they update with viable traffic alerts afterward. Deleting app and moving on since this was the only reason I had the Fox 17 App.

Way too left. There are a few articles that are well written and informative however many of the “journalists” throw their political bias into the stories and corrupts them. Get back to reporting news

I'm not blind. Not sure what prompted the layout change, but it's a pain to navigate with the huge icons.

Where's the Traffic. My main purpose for this app was for quick traffic updates. Is there not an icon for traffic??

Mr Goebel. The app works fine, the notifications are ridiculous, to many and duplicates all day long. I had to turn them off and turn on NC5 for notifications. I reported this and even got a reply acknowledging it but after weeks, still no fix.

Doesn't work on iPad. This is my third time in 3 years loading this app. Each time I deleted as soon as I loaded it. It simply does not work. I really love this station on my TV, and really wanted to stay in tune with this station. You all failed. I will take my viewership elsewhere when I am exercising or on the road.

Portrait vs. Landscape. Why won’t the screen rotate on a tablet. Very annoying when you use your tablet with a keyboard. If there is a solution let me know.

Needs a refresh button. This app doesn't automatically refresh itself with new content regularly. It also doesn't have a refresh button so your left looking at the same stories for days.

WAY TOO MANY NOTIFICATIONS!. Above and beyond an acceptable amount of notifications throughout a single day— so much so I will be deleting the app. Would have kept if there was a way to limit notifications to specific topics that matter to you... and several duplicate notifications! It was honestly so annoying.

“We’ll Be Right Back”. Not a fan of this app. The tv commercial breaks don’t align with the app breaks and you’re left looking at the “We’ll Be Right Back Screen” for 5-10 minutes until I close out, come back, watch a few ads, then I can see the news again. Also, when I’m watching the news on TV I’ll see a highlight of something I'm interested in reading more about scrolling across the bottom of the screen, I can never find the those stories on the app and only sometimes can I find them on the Fox 17 website. They can do better than this poor excuse of an app.

Ads ads ads. Way to many ads, some take up a quarter of the screen! Cut down on the ads, I know you are money hungry but come on!!

Live News Streaming Taken Away. No live streaming from this Fox17 app any more? Why did you think it was a grand idea to remove such a useful function in a news app. The local CBS and NBC news apps are now getting 100% of my attention in the mornings while I’m getting ready for work. Very, very disappointed. Maybe you should look at your ratings and actually do something to reverse the results you’ve created.

No Landscape Mode for iPad. Only portrait mode.

Too many notifications. While I like the app, you get way too many notifications (5-20 per day) with no way to adjust to only breaking news or the type of notifications you want. Most of the notifications are teasers to try to get you to watch the news. I would not recommend this app. I’m deleting mine.

Latest version. Latest version opens to blue screen showing improvements. Cannot get out of that to see news. Version does not rotate screen. Removing from my ipad. New and improved for programmers does not mean new and improved for users. Do they not test updates to see if they work prior to release.

Fox 17 news. My old question is why times can watch this new or system is too slow or very poor can’t see it. Wish near future make more better quality on this page thank you. Still not working great lots bugs and stop working last night. Couldn’t watch news at 9 pm still not working today early this morning until 4 am to 9 am block lots bugs get out . Hope fix problems on this page. Thank you

Latest update. The live streaming no longer works with the last update. No point in me having the app any longer.

Disappointing. I was looking forward to having the traffic report visually displayed live. I could not get it to show up properly. The info would never refresh. I downloaded multiple tomes with the same disappointing results.

Needs customizable notifications. I just want alerts for IMPORTANT breaking news, not human interest stories or every time the Titans score. There are sports apps for that. I don’t see any way to customize content for alerts in the app.

No updates on weekends!. This app is terrible at being update on weekends. Today is Sunday and it has t been updated since Saturday morning

I don’t want to watch videos on the app. If a item only has video, please clearly mark it as video. I want to read articles and it’s annoying when I tap and it’s only a video

Needs More ways to share. This app needs Facebook and Tweeter to share . Emailing isn't going to cut it. Will rate higher once this has been added.

Latest version not working with latest ios. Latest update does not work with latest ios update. We can see the article titles and photo, but when we try to open the article all the text is blacked out and appears to redacted like a report to Congress

Need school closings!. This app is pretty good, but they do not have school closings. Channel 5 is the only one that does. Other than that it's pretty good.

Fox 17 Needs Bug Fixes and Upgrade. Crashes frequently. Video playback pauses involuntarily. App will not post stories to Facebook. Issues have not been resolved after several months of waiting for you to fix the bugs!

Used to work. It used to be quite slow, but it worked. New version today does not work at all. SAD :(

I love you Fox 17 Nashville but this app needs some work.. The layout is awkward, it is difficult to scroll as it goes to unelected stories and the text unclouded odd characters. Please work on this!

Needs More Work. I love the layout but after reading an article and I go back to the home page there are no icons, only a blank screen. Please fix because the app has great potential.

Doesn’t work. When you click on a news story from notifications, it wants to take you to live feed. Not the story from notifications. I like reading the news. Not the video version.

Not bad but needs more. I prefer to read my news on the go. Definitely needs breaking news updates like channel 5 has. Especially for weather and road conditions. But so far seems to be a solid app. Keep updating with more features. Thanks.

Won't play live streaming. They talk about download the app all the time to watch the live morning news but it doesn't work!

Wasted. This app gives you update alerts, then when you slide to read the story it doesn't exist. This is not a new problem. This is the way this app has functioned the whole time. Apparently nobody can fix this problem.
