Easy to use. This all is easy to use. Everything is straight forward. It does a little confetti when you make a payment. Makes it fun.

Mobile App. So glad you finally got the mobile app. It makes it so easy to keep taps on spending especially when traveling.

Love the new app!. I’ve been a big fan of bread rewards for a couple years now, but I’ve always thought the website was hard to manage through A mobile phone. With the new mobile app, checking balances and making payments and also cashing rewards is super easy. Great work!

Shouldn’t have to switch. I have a few credit cards through Bread Financial and all my credit cards should be in section and I should not have to log out of one to log into another. They should all be on there as soon as I click it. It should open so my suggestion is you make it easier for people to switch between credit card accounts.

Raisin for a complaint. I didn’t realize that I had to do this for a credit card. I usually do my credit cards on my computer. I got a notice this afternoon about my credit card was due. I could not do it at that time. I’m doing it at 8:30 and you made me go through the whole thing and put it on my telephone and then you tell me that I’m late, I think this is a poor corporation and I don’t like to use this for my phone. Goodbye.

Payment made today was easy. Glad I was able to pay in full before I ran outta cash to even make this payment possible 🤬

Excellent website. This is a well designed, easy to use website. I go on frequently to check current transactions and never have any negative issues.

Login. It is very very difficult to find the login page on web browsers. I still cannot find it I had to down load it onto my I phone. Even on the I phone app it is still difficult to set account up. When you call you speak with a person that only speaks broken English. They fumble around trying to find the English words from their language.

Finally an app for my Caesars Palace Credit Card. I got myself a Caesars Palace credit card to get the perks and status the card gives you but to my surprise when I got it, I had to go through a website to check all transactions and pay the card. I check all my cards on a regular basis and use my phone to check and it was never possible for that card. Now finally with this app I can do that on the phone. I have stopped using the card because it is such a hassle to log in and see. Good move to offer this app now. I will see if I use the card now. I will change my rating if I encounter any issues but so far I am glad it works.

Reward usage procedure. Other credit cards allow you to use your reward points in the actual transaction as you pay off the balance rather than waiting for the reward dollars to appear on your statement. Also, I should have a $100 credit bonus after spending over $1000 within a few months time after opening the account. So far this bonus has not appeared. Thank you.

alert !. i WAS happy to see that an app for my bread rewards account had finally came out, but i would soon to find out that with in the next day my hard was hacked into and also my information was stolen. not sure if it was a coincidence or what but feels like it’s starting to be a domino affect from downloading the app. also customer service is not the greatest and i have also been wait on an authorized user card for months. i have requested twice already and nothing is ever sent.

App will not open. I tried on the occasions to get the app to open and it won’t so I cannot pay my bill. The website tells you to access the account through the App which will not open.

Amex cash back card. I really like the ease of use on the app and how SMOOTH the interface is. It’s everything in an app that I would have loved to see in my other major credit cards that I use. But I won’t be using this card now simply because of one thing that’s missing. Push notifications for purchases. Why is this not an option for such an advanced OS? I love being in the know in real time on purchase made with my card. Its how I’ve caught fraudulent charges on my other cards in the past and was able to stop it before it was too late. Needs to be added. Also another reason is cause the gas station precharged my CC 175 dollars for 9 bucks worth of gas. I know this is a pending charge. But it still affects my credit line in the meantime which I don’t like. This is not an issue with my other CC’s.

App needs work. Clunky and glitchy. I haven’t been able to get in it for three days. My spouse got in once but then next day got same error message. I just can’t count on the app to feel comfortable using the card attached to this app so we decided to put most of our spending on another card which is a shame. Hope it improves some day.

Payment over the phone. Never miss a payment before I did call to make a payment why’d it not went through don’t know this is bull

Slow updates on Auto Pay payments. This is 2024. Everything is done electronically instantly and automatically. But, this company wants to continue acting like it takes 1-2 billing cycles just to update any setup or change to your automated payments. It’s an obvious scam to hope you forget to pay or have to keep checking to see if your auto pay has kicked in yet. Most people will not remember to check, and be slapped with a late fee. There is no telling how many thousands of dollars this company makes just from this one scam alone. Totally unacceptable! After all, none of my other 11 credit card companies take 1-2 billing cycles to do this. After all, it’s 2024! Did I already say that??!

Horrible App. Shows $0 due, yet I haven’t made the monthly payment and magically when I go to set up a payment (because I know things are due roughly mid-month) a due date finally appears in the calendar. Make it make sense. I thankfully set up my own reminder to check this account since the company fails to properly set their app with appropriate data - maybe they purposely do this to gain late fees?

App doesn’t work and no app support. I just downloaded this app and added my card. So far so good. But when I try to log into my account I get the “It’s not you it’s us” message others have reported. I’ve been getting this for several days. When I click on the app support, it takes me to Bread Financial’s website and there are no options for this app. Likewise, I’ve called the number the “developer” lists in other reviews for help. There are 2 options and neither are for app support. Picking either one (and hoping to get a human) gives me a recorded message and then the system hangs up. I’ll delete this app and continue using the website. As others have said - it’s 2024 - you can’t make an app that actually works?

Customer Service. I am a new customer. I was told that I put in the wrong payment information but I know I didn’t and customer service went out of there way to give no solutions but more or less threatened me. They made it very clear that the computer was glitched continuously went down. They went so far as to inform me that I must of used my debit card instead of my checking information which made no sense since the routing info was correct but the checking info was so off that I even tried my best and hardest to very calmly explain that I felt that the glitch may have tripped my payment info but they refused to hear any of it and told me my account is frozen until paid off and than I must wait several weeks after that before I am entitled to to use it again. So until than my CREDIT WILL BE DESTROYED BY AMEX TO THERE DESIRE BECAUSE OF THERE COMPUTER GLITCH AND ZERO ASSISTANCE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to figure out on my own how to after several days get back into my locked out account finally update the payment info and than pay the account off as quickly as possible. I will keep the account but under the (Freedom Act) I request a complete history print out of my payment info from Aerospace when I opened the account just here back in November 2023. Should you deny this request please let me know immediately. Please let me know as to exactly what day I may use credit card again officially. Thank you very much for any and assistance in this matter.

Decent card. They were one of the first cards to give me a limit over $2,000 when I was rebuilding my credit which really shot my score up and qualified me for far better offers. Trouble is then you start taking offers and wind up like me with 25 cards and accounts plus a mortgage and thank Godess no car payment at the moment. But rewards are excellent for a mid range credit qualifying card. If you have a 600 or 590 try it they just might give it to you and improve your credit !

Great App!. Frankly, enjoyed the old Comenity App for its ease of use and easy layout. When I saw the update to go to the new Bread App this month, via a download from the App Store, I was less than happy. But, I love the new App! It’s got the same bones, but it’s newer and fresher. Super easy to navigate and very responsive. Like a bright shiny new car. Great job! 💛

Terrible support for the app. I was asked to download this app from one of my credit card companies. I downloaded and was asked to log in with my credit card company info. Unfortunately, there aren’t enough spaces for my email on the log screen, two characters short. I clicked on app support and it got me to their web page but place to report any app related issues. Totally worthless.

Ongoing Technical Issues. “It is not you! It is us. We are experiencing a technical issue, our team is working to resolve it as soon as possible. Please try again later” I have seen this message about a hundred! time in the last 3 months! The Bread Financial phone app let me in only 2-3 times out of a 100 trial!! The website doesn’t work either. The only thing costumer service recommends is to change my password. When I change password, then the system shuts me out “for my protection!!!” for 10 days. And after 10 days nothing changes, I got the same message from the app. Very disappointed with the Bread Financial app and the Bread Financial/Comenity website. IT attention is highly needed!

Love this app and the cool features. Woot woot! This app is awesome, especially because my favorite card is their Amex Cashback product. Love being able to see everything in a clear view and able to track my rewards right away. Some really cool features they put into this app, and made it an easier way to access all the necessities I need for my card.

Amateurish, serious usability gaps. Nothing good to say so far. Can’t paste an account number form the clipboard, so you have to type it out. Rewards section permanently states there is an unspecified “technical issue” preventing rewards from being displayed. Was blocked from setting up automatic payments and directed to contact support. Support couldn’t figure it out, then mysteriously a few weeks later the option to set up payments stopped erroring out, but the auto payments won’t be active for 1-2 cycles. This app reeks of a non-professional developer/product team, and I shudder to think what this might mean for their security and privacy practices.

Direct Deposit for Reward Redemption is Sloppy and Disconnected Customer Seri. Redeeming Rewards via Direct Deposit to a Checking Account is an absolute nightmare. Here is my experience: 1. Searched for a way to redeem via the app or online and it is impossible. You must call them. 2. Called them and was told there was a “glitch” and to call back later after 15 minutes on hold. 3. Called back later and was told to wait “24 hours” 4. Waited a week and called again and a Rep who could barely speak English abruptly took down my routing and checking account numbers with no verification of any kind and said. “It’s done” 5. After waiting a week and seeing no sign of any reward redemption activity on my account, I sent a message via the app. 6. After 72 hours with no response I followed up and a couple of days later was told. “We have no direct deposit information” 7. Called today and after going through 15 minutes of verification questions, was told. “We found your info and it will be posted this week by the 28th” 8. Asked for a confirmation number and was told. “we cannot give this out” Unbelievable and I truly hope they don’t lose my money

Very very difficult to find my account online. Since switching to the new card I am always wasting about 30-40 minutes trying to sign in to either the wrong account or the website doesn’t work. Very poor infrastructure. And of course because of this I wind up paying my bill late which I thought I had already scheduled but probably on the wrong site. Annoying

Service. I tried to make my FIRST payment 5DAYS early. Days after my due date passed I get a notification stating my payment is late I immediately reposted the payment after realizing it didn’t go through with the SAME info . But miraculously it went through now late. But they cut off usage to the card . Stating if I make 3 payments they will unlock the card. I no longer want the card .

Easy to use. Unlike some credit card apps, this one is quick and easy to use for any task you choose. From checking your balance, to seeing your balance, and to pay your bill.

One way mirror/ No way to contact. This app is about seeing activity and paying, if you have a problem there’s no way to communicate with a human or a chat bot in real time. A message submitted says 48 Hours to reply. What year is this? I really appreciate fraud detection, I truly do. Sending me an alert via the app is great - but then a dead-end. Yo have to navigate calling internationally in my case (from an airport). At bare minimum please plop a button in here that connects users to a human to provide real service.

Add other accounts. I’m still pending for the Ross credit card and Sally beauty credit card to be added to the link. Do you know how long it’s going to take. I would like to be about to have it for easier access and to view. Also to make payment.

Great. it was much easier paying this way than on line . I always have problems with the password! Thank you for making it conviene !

Scammers. I took a bread split pay loan for $920 and they didn’t send the money to the retailer I was using. I contacted the store and they told me it wasn’t in their system so I contacted bread customer support and they couldn’t help me. So I basically am out of $920. I did everything in my power to find a solution with emails and phone calls with absolutely no help from them. They pretty much told me to figure it out myself. That shouldn’t be up to me to do. I’ve used bread multiple times but this past time has been very infuriating. I was robbed by them and I can’t do anything about it. I went ahead and paid it off all at once to see if it would trigger something in their system and see that they never sent it to academy but it didn’t. Anyways hope everyone sees this and decides not to use them. I hate to be this person but I feel violated in a way knowing I’ll never see my money again and how they took it. If someone higher up can contact me and help me sort this out I’ll delete this review if it has that option. But like I said I’ve done everything in my power to figure it out myself with no help and leaving reviews about my experience is my last resort before I do more research to see how I can take legal action.

App not working for days. For at least the past 5 days the app has not been working. When you tried opening it it just showed a blank white screen(and I had tried closing and re-opening the app). I have no access to my account information and being overseas this is extremely frustrating. There is no communication from the bank about this issue, so I am not even sure if it’s a systemwide failure or not.

About Time!. I’ve had my AAA Visa through BoA and they sold the account to Comenity Bank in Oct. 2022 all this time I had to go into my email to access account to pay on line. Thank you for catching up with EVERY other financial institution

Easy to use. I was offered this card when I went to AAA for trip information. I was going in vacation to Texas and I used this card for all my hotel and gas purchases. I could check my balance daily and it was very easy to set up my bank information and pay my bill. I will use this card for most of my transactions. Thank you

Not Customer Friendly!. I received a message today that my payment was due, which I very much appreciate. I immediately went in to make a payment. I get in and the payment was due 3 days ago?!! I received no bill, no emails, nothing until today. Now I have to pay a late fee. I will pay my account off and close it. There are plenty of other stores to choose from. That is a shame.

Payment Due Date. Why can’t BreadRewards AMEX be like any other credit card company? If a payment is due on July 7th, then your customers should be allowed to make payment by 11:59p on July 7th. Why should your customers remember that payment should be posted by 5p on their due date; if not, then a late payment will be assessed. This just makes me to use your card less, especially when other companies have better rewards for purchases. Just so disappointed……

Small inconveniences to the user. I tried paying my bill and was told to pay before 5pm EST, in which case, I might forget one day to pay and be charged extra as a result. Almost all other credit card companies allow you to pay as soon as you can. Also, if you would like your cash back rewards sent to your bank account, you have to call customer service instead of choosing the options through the app. Why??? Please fix.

Great app terrible features. The app looks great and is very clean. Really enjoy the user interface. The reason for the two stars is because there is not an option for purchase alerts. Hopefully this is fixed soon I saw this is a pretty common theme on the reviews, please listen to your customers and add this feature!

No Access for Midas Card Holders. I was told to download this app in order to manage my card because I didn’t want to have to keep using a website. The Midas card is still not available on this app yet I was told this is where I should go to manage my card? Someone should update your AI responses or let your employees know that Midas isn’t supported in the app. This was just a waste of my time. I have all of my other cards in accessible apps, this is the only card I have that I have to make sure to set a reminder in my calendar to make my payments because there is no way to get notifications unless you sign up for paper billing, and that’s just not a thing I am trying to do. If they ever add Midas or send me a new message to apologize for their error, I’ll update this but as for now, this app is useless if you’re a Midas card holder.

Great design, easy to use!. Finally a banking app which is clean, modern, and easy to use! I love the way the app is organized, and I found it easy to find the information I needed. Overall, I am really happy with this app.

Absolute crooks. This institution is predatory and has no respect for customers. I got a AAA credit card a few months ago and immediately enrolled in autopay. This bank takes 2 months to initiate automatic payments so that they can hit you with finance charges while you assume your balance is being paid regularly. Once I realized they stole $70 from me I called the customer support number and received the absolute worst support I've ever experienced. After multiple escalations there was (and still is) no resolution. They're rude, dishonest, and predatory. Customer beware.

For now works well. Functional, nothing complicated. I hope in the next’s updates be better

User id information. Today I got the new Bread Amex credit card, I was able to get activated it and setup online account so for it’s went good. While logins my account(App and website ) it’s showing up user id or password is incorrect. I tried to reset online but it says “”sorry we are unable send OTP by text or email “ with out OTP how it possible to get in to the online account??? After multiple attempts, made call to customer care people they suggest wait for one week for update my account. My bad is that works in current world we in 21st. Century.

Well organized. Well organized efficient card and app, only suggestion need more generous credit lines for established customers and some lines for small businesses from $500k-$900k - especially for existing customers, otherwise great always recommend!

Perfect Credit Card App. I like it just as much as the Apple wallet app for Apple Credit Card. (Quite a bit) Bread Financial did a amazing job at fleshing out this app for credit cards, managing it, seeing rewards, and making payments. If you have a credit card that uses this app, I highly recommend you get this app to make it easier for managing your card!

Making life easier. Since I started using the Bread Financial app, paying my bills, checking my balance and interacting with customer service has become so much easier. I am impressed.

Review. After having a card with you for just a short while paying my card off in full then the next month you charging me interest after it was paid in full I will never use this card again

Payment. Are setting everything up it would not allow me to change the date to next day since at was after 5. Not sure if system problem but eventually changed

Total amount to add. After every transaction, it should show the total amount which will help the consumer with the balance.

Monthly payments. Glad you finally went to electronic payments! So much easier and convenient!!

Online Payment. This is the easiest online app for making payments! I’m really enjoying using it!!

No notifications Or Credit Score. When I make purchases or if a purchase is made that I didn’t authorize. I will never know until I check the account. I would love to see my credit score, but you can’t cause the app don’t have that perk. Hopefully that will be something for us bread customers to look forward to!!!

Down more than up. The majority of the time that I log into this app, it is down. Technically poor app. Easier for me to log into my account via web browser. Definitely needs some work.

IKEA credit card. When will it be available for the IKEA card?

Headache to setup. First of all I didn’t find anything n the app that this is Comenity Bank. Second, when I neglected to check the authorization button, I had to get out of payment window in order to reset everything before I could check authorization button.

Won’t Let me sign in. I just activated my NFL Extra Points credit card, and after setting up my online access on this app, it won’t let me sign in. Keeps saying info doesn’t match what’s on file despite me confirming numerous times that I inputted the correct info.

App will not open!. Comenity Bank just switched to using this app. Previously had accessed online banking via Comenity’s website. This app will not open 😧 At least the website worked used to work, but it can no longer be accessed from a mobile phone 🫤

Easy. This app is so much easier than navigating through the Kay site to get to your credit account.

Love it. I wish more credit card companies had this kind of service. Very convenient

Nice and Not So Nice. App worked great for the first few months, easy to navigate all info clearly provided. But for the last week when the app is opened all I get is a white screen. No notice of any issue from the provider, glad the website still works to access my account.

Great Experience. I just downloaded the app and my card was found with great ease. Any charges abroad generates an alert for security, and payment is seamless. Love the confetti and words of affirmation!

App doesn’t open. Last week or so it takes multiple attempts to get the app to open on my iPhone. Deleted and downloaded again and same problem. Needs a bug fix update please!

Credit cards. You cannot submit any other credit cards on this app. I have two more credit cards that I want to put on there, but it will not let me it Keep saying they’re not available

App never works. I haven’t been able to use this app for over a week now. Just keeps giving me a message saying “it’s not you it’s us. We’re experiencing a technical issue. Our team is team is working to resolve this as soon as possible. Please try again later. I understand that sometimes things go wrong but a week is a bit much.

Check boxes. The check boxes in the app do not respond right away or are too small for my finger. Anyway, I had to tap them multiple times to get them to work.

Quick and Easy Payment. I find the app easy to use. My payment is made quickly and efficiently. I save time.

Remember my user name?. App over last handful of updates does not remember user name after checking the box to do so. So why have the box? Also rewards are still not showing up on home page after numerous updates.

Are you serious?. Your web page to set up is ridiculous three weeks your system says the same it’s not you it’s us we are working on the problem and can’t even sign up to make payments or see transactions!

Bank info must be manually entered. Would have gotten 5 stars but Bank info must be manually entered instead of copied and pasted from bank app. Could be more user friendly.

Late fee. Why is a payment late if it is made before 12:00 on the date it is due?!!! Not right! Payment must be made before 5:00? It should be at the end of the day payment is due—-12:00! You are just taking advantage of your clients! I have dealt with this type of policy before and it was eventually changed because it was WRONG!

Easy Peasy. I think this is one of the most easiest credit cards to ever submit a payment to 123 and you’re done

Poor service. Got approved with a $2800 credit line, had bought something for $20 with Apple Pay. Got my card in the mail all for it to be already closed. So you approved me sent me a card and then close my account. I’m extremely perplexed. Stay away from this card they will ruin your credit by opening and closing your account.

Beautiful app. This app compliments the Bread Cashback AMEX card beautifully with a simple and intuitive design. Would love to see notifications and apps for other Comenity cards (like the AAA cards).

Using the App. Love the new app! It’s easy to use and love the celebration at the end of posting your payment.

So far. Just started using the app and it’s ok:/ it freezes up a lot. Even after reinstalling app and turning off phone and turning it back on. Please fix, so I can give a better experience review.

Very fast and clear. Very fast and clear website

Poor interface. Outdated user experience. Took about an hour to track down how to report fraudulent charge. Then I had to struggle through several transfers, having to re-enter the same list of identifying data each time, before I could clear the charges.

Update. I was not happy about doing an update and the having to do a new password. That’s why I like photo id

Easy Peezy. It was so easy to pay my credit card bill!!!

Trying to go paperless as they suggested. Can’t seem to activate the paperless switch. Trying to avoid monthly fee.

Excellent card. Bread cash back is a really good card if you keep current they are generous on extending credit don’t hesitate get it you won’t be sorry.

Nice app. This app is surprisingly easy to navigate and it runs very smoothly. I was expecting it to be clunky like most other bank apps, and have been pleasantly surprised.

Great Card. Great card for 2% back on everything. Quick approval and easy to use app. A lot of Amex benefits come with it. Very happy!

Bread Financial. I have a few different credit cards thru Comenity, I wish the NFL CARD had a mobile app to make payments easier…..

Doesn’t work. I’d give a zero if possible. Trying to search for my credit card gives me a blank screen. I highlighted a “box” once and hit OK, but I have no idea what it was OK with. If I leave the app, I have to close it and wait a few minutes before I attempt it again. I keep repeating this pattern and I am expecting a different result. Does that make me insane?

Confusing. I really thought it said authorize that I was supposed to check the box, but I guess I didn’t bcuz it only went through when I left it blank

New app. They just changed over to this new app and it was not a friendly transition. I’ve been trying to get in and all of a sudden I got in and see that my payment was due on the seventh never missed a payment with this card since the day I got it all due to this new transition trying to get it. SMH

Please add store cards soon. Please add ability to pay/monitor store cards like Ulta and Victoria Secret soon! Paying via app is so much easier than going to the various payment webpages for each card
