Best Free App for Background Remover.. I've been looking for free version of the background remover and finally found this app. Now I can edit as many pictures as I want without having to pay a subscription or per job charge. I found that some app they say free but later you have to pay for it and some will charge when you want to download. And some just have tons of ads and it's so annoying. Thanks for making this easy for the user.

Free ,,, but. App is free if you review it, BUT it wouldn’t let me fully use the app without writing the required review. This may be an excellent app but I can’t tell yet. Also, I didn’t see where I could access initial instructions. I’m hoping this app will provide what it promises after I click the SEND button. I’ve use it a bit now and it’s actually quite good. Easy to use. The only pro with these kinds of apps it that the can’t distinguish between bright white in a subject and a gray background- but the restore function works well

Premature assessments. I downloaded this app. Then instantly was promised a lifetime free unlimited ad-free account. Upon completion of a review of this app that I haven't even used yet..... Sooo, I must be honest & in good conscience. Conclude my opinion of this application, after I have at least given it a try..... be back with my written assessment soon. -A.A Well I'm back as promised.... and as also promised. I haven’t used it yet but I will update review…. App is free for those who leave a review. It’s the first thing that pops up after installing it. I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt and leave a 5 star to help the developer out but when I launch the app and try it out for the first time in a few minutes, I will update if it warrants a lower rating. I’m going on… Wish me luck! Hopefully I won’t need to change the rating from a 5 star. I really want to believe THIS is the app I’ve been looking for. Update: This REALLY needs an UNDO button. There were a few small mistakes that were a lot harder to fix without this easy to find button. Add that and it truly deserves the 5 stars.

It works!. Such a great app! It just works! I tried with a couple of photos and they all came out perfectly. I had one photo a bit too dark and with a busy background but the erase tool was a great and quick way to fix the extra stuff. Also, smart move on setting the erase tool above the finger! So many apps have the erase tool under the finger You can’t even see what you are erasing.

EXCELLENT FOR BEGINNERS. Okay at first I was not going to leave a review. But after using this app on a photo and NEVER editing before and getting it perfect on my first try, WOW! Really handy app!!. I am an online vintage reseller and I frequently struggle to get decent lighting and/or a proper background when posting photos of my current inventory in stock. Tthis app was very helpful to me. It is simple to use yet very effective. Very good but not perfect. Installed and tried with multiple photos with various settings. For couple of portraits, it turned out very well. However, while using animals like horses, birds or squirrels, the cutouts was unsatisfactory. All tested photos either cut too much, resulting photos losing feathers or feet or tails, or not clean cuts making it unusable.

Works well in certain instances but…. I tested this app on a number of photos and it works pretty well when you have people or pets in your photo and you want to erase the backgrounds from that. Although it really needs an undo button to be more complete. Where it does not work well is if you want to remove the background from an object. I sell furniture and need to take pictures of a piece of furniture and want to remove that background but keep the furniture. This app removes everything as its looking for people or pets but not objects. So it is an easy to use, no frills background remover for people/pets if that’s what you want it for.

The Eraser. Just downloaded this app and trying to figure out how to use this. I haven’t had a chance to make a complete edited photo yet. I’m hoping once I do this review it will allow me to continue after this is posted. I have been able to delete the people out of the pic but haven’t or am not allowed to see the finished product yet. Here’s hoping??

Review -. I have not used this product yet as I had to write the review first which was kind of silly. How can you write a review if you have not used the product. However, as long as your product works and I can get the original photo back if I do not like the changes made, then the product will be successful and most importantly that my personal information is NOT abused. Seems cool, we will see... Upon downloading for the first time, you are asked if you want to unlock a free account. To get the free unlimited account, you just write a review so, here I am. I will update my review once I’ve had a chance to work with this app for awhile. I make my own product for my small business so, taking pictures and editing the backgrounds are a big part of our promotion efforts. I know there will be others looking for good apps that are doing the same as me. So, I will be back with an update for all that are in the same boat.

Dude, you did not want this review.. Was really hoping it was a great product. But every image I tried the magic wand on took about 99% of the image with it. I could have dealt with that by manually cutting it out. Except the cursor is OFFSET from the actual cutting point. like the whole screen is one of those … d@ close up circles that are so annoying! Not useable so far. When it did cut out I found it hard to use to make any correction. There was no looping back if a mistake happened. It was start over. Update: will say the interface and is easy to use and easy to understand. Still hard to do manual corrections and offset on cursor is truly annoying.

Erase background. This works very well erasing whatever you don’t want in pics. It’s simple to use and you can go back and fix any mistakes you make without having to start over. If you hands are shaky it’s a little difficult to get close to objects making it look smooth. But I would recommend this.

Unique App. Just getting started with with this app. So far it seems to be able to discern the intended subject from the background. I would love some tools to enlarge an area to fine tune the process. But even without that it does a decent job on auto. Looking forward to working picts as I take them versus library photos.

So far, so good!. I’m just downloading this app so I haven’t really had the opportunity to work with it. I’ll come back and update when after I use it… Update: I’ve had a chance to use the app and I’m not exactly impressed. It’s not great for intricate design patterns where you want to remove the background. However, for simple editing this app is ok. For that, I gave this app 3 stars.

Pretty good but has issues.. Pros - It does pretty much what the pic art application does for free, that’s a huge plus. - It’s easy to use although, need a bit of a practice on using the eraser tools but gets the job done. Cons: - The sizing the picture with two fingers is always very dodgy because you either have the eraser or the paint brush selected and whenever you resize the picture it messes up your work…too much redo. - Even if you have the background selected as black, and you save it to your phone, it stays black. But the moment you share on WhatsApp, the picture background turns to default white. - The app keeps asking for review every single time. There should be a method where the person who already save their review is not asked to review it over and over again.

Needed white background. I am hoping this app does the trick and is easy to use. I have searched for an app that didn’t have a monthly fee as all I want to do is create white backgrounds. Seems everyone out there wants to charge you for that. Fingers crossed that this one is a winner!

Savior for picture editing on the App Store tbh. This was easy to grasp onto, im glad watermarks aren’t plastered all over ruining the point, the erasing tech is really responsive and overall it’s a less miserable experience than uhh…others that force you to pay just to not have a name on the corner, im pretty impressed this level of independence could be found on the App Store with that much quality

Slight learning curve, but overall a nice app. It takes a little bit of messing around with the features to figure out how to use it with precision, but I don’t think anyone would need to watch a tutorial for it. It’s easy once you figure it out, then it’s great. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for an alternative to Picsart’s cutout tool.

Time saver. I mostly use an app like this for fun and to make memes or to superimpose my friends' faces onto other photos and this app's magic eraser has made quick work of backgrounds for me. Only gripes might be the response to finger movement is almost too smooth/fast (sounds odd I know) and the first tap on the photo either leaves an erased or filled spot that you might not have wanted aside from trying to position your finger at a starting point.

Amazing!. I’ve been following Ed on Instagram. It’s so cool to watch his app be developed and then actually begin using it! It works amazing with people and pets. It struggles a little with objects, but you can always “restore” the parts you want. Overall great app! Ed is also a great developer and person so just reaching out to him, he’ll get back with you and can help fix bugs that are reported!

Best background eraser! Easy to use for all ages. Wow!! This is an incredible app! I’m 41 and have had no issue with figuring out how to remove the backgrounds from my photos. What has taken me hours to figure out and accomplish- now I can do in seconds! I’m not exaggerating- SECONDS!! And they are perfect and professional! I love the adjustment tools for the size of the background removal. Being able to cover a large space so quickly and then switch to a fine, tiny line - makes it easy to finish a project in seconds! Even my more complex pictures where I have had to outline tiny baby fingers- I was able to complete with such a quickness. This is coming from an old lady! I imagine the younger kids could do it even faster! My 14 year old also uses this for his epic photos as well! He usually has a 2-step process he used to remove the background. Now he just uses this one as a stand alone. He has removed all other his background removal tools for just one! Great tool on this wonderful app!

Cutout app. I was looking for a cutout app that didn’t have in app purchases and saw this one that says it doesn’t have any so I figured I’d download it and see if it’s cool. I’ll let you guys know once I can finally play with it! Excited to see if it is true.

Replaces a step in Affinity Photo in seconds!. To think that I can carry this in my pocket and do what takes WAY longer with professional photo editing apps! 😱😍 I am excited to see where the developer goes with this little jewel. I will shout with glee if this becomes compatible with Apple Pencil and one can control the feathering /opacity radius of the eraser. Also the ability to crop with a shape overlay (like oval) and feather the edges would just be AWESOME SQUARED! Congratulations!🎉 🥳🙌🏼

Simply simple. If all you need to do is erase parts of a photo this app’s for you. Forget about a million undo’s or starting all over just jump into restore mode and brush over your mistakes to get that last erasure put back and try again with a steadier hand.

Useful concept. Hard to write a review before I’ve gotten the chance to use the app. Wish I had more to say, but the dev seems passionate, and the app seems like it will be a lifesaver. Edit: I couldn’t get it to work as well as the iPhone native app, but if you can’t get that iOS version, this is free and easy.

A lot better then the app I was previously using.. This app unlike the other one I used awhile back doesn’t have a water mark for me! I’m really glad they didn’t make watermarks a thing on this app like they did on the other. And on this one it’s a lot easier to navigate which options you’d like to use. I’m gonna give it a 8 / 10 because this app still has room for many improvements in the future.

So awesome!. With just the touch of a button, this app automatically lifts the object you wish to focus on free from its background! You can also outline the object In your chosen color and thickness of line. While you can perform such an operation in much more expensive apps, you have to do it manually which is very tedious and subject to trial and error. This app does it automatically! Absolutely amazing!

Pretty good App. I had deleted this app before, but I decided to try it again. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. When I erase something, it shows a white background where I erased, not just removing that piece of the image. For example, I can see the ocean from my deck, but there’s a section of a tall tree that blocks part of the view. I can't remove the tree to show the ocean. Too bad this app doesn't work like it should.

Super easy!. Crazy easy to remove background! I don’t need this feature all the time and I have tried other free apps that were so time consuming to manually remove the background that I would get frustrated and give up. So thankful I found this one!

Did I, & will I keep my lifetime access?. My previous apple purchases show I first installed this app in August of 2022. I like this app, and I’m installing it on an iPhone Xr. I’m still prompted to claim my free lifetime plan (even thought I’m pretty sure I already did so long ago). I’ve had issues with another app by this dev, and I’m now forced to pay for access on that app. Hopefully, this won’t be the case for this app too in the future. As I’ve had previous use of this app long ago, my past experiences is still represented in their review, 5-stars. If things do change like me losing this lifetime access, I’ll update this review again. For now, this will remain 5-stars. Would definitely recommend to photo editors since it gets the job done.

Just what I’ve been searching for!. Just trying to cut certain elements from a pic sure has become a difficult task in the App Store. This app comes with great relief after tirelessly searching through many. I needed a simple to use app that allowed me to finish the piece I needed as quickly as possible. Master of the Universe. This is a mind boggling incredible app that removes background items from your photos. I was skeptical at first because this feature is usually associated with high end cell phones and expensive apps but this really works! When you watch a background item be it a stationary object or person disappear the first time it really is magic.

Simple and easy to use. The touch screen interface makes it possible to edit small details with my thumb on my iPhone mini. I gave it 4 stars because the automatic background erase still needs some work. All in all, it’s a great app and I love its simplicity!

Useful concept. Hard to write a review before I’ve gotten the chance to use the app. Wish I had more to say, but the dev seems passionate, and the app seems like it will be a lifesaver. Edit: I couldn’t get it to work as well as the iPhone native app, but if you can’t get that iOS version, this is free and easy.

Handy App. Very glad to find this app. Have wanted something to clip focus subject out of a photo but didn’t want to spend much for it. Can’t argue with free! I was able to get a pretty good result on my first try and with some practice and maybe the help of a stylus I’ll get a great result!

Awesome!. I was looking for a free photo editor that would easily remove the background in photos. This app did that in the press of one button! Definitely recommend!

Free is Good. A Fair trade a Review for Free Lifetime Use . Haven’t tried it yet but can’t really complain about a app letting me use it Free lol If I can use it for making background white for my items like T-shirts I take pics of then I will be extremely grateful to have this Free to use :)

Great App. I found this App while searching the web and came out to be GREAT and easy to use. We bought it to eliminate the pictures Back Ground so we can post them in our website.

It works great. Does what it says and that's awesome in itself but i havnt used any other tool like this before , so nothing say to compare it to or better than ! I've been missing out should of got this sooner!

The Etaser. I like this app because it’s free to use. The only problem is that it’s a little hard to figure out. Every time I think I’ve got it I don’t. I am learning though. Not a bad app to have around when you want to erase some unsightly things in the background.

Great app for resellers. I downloaded this app mainly for reselling on Poshmark and mercari. Great to Edit photos and background erasers. Makes reselling fun and can bring in the sales quicker than havi g to move around items in your house to get a decent picture.

Just downloaded this app.. I’m just learning how to use the app but I’m having fun and it’s the first app I’ve tried like this one. I like it and although I just started using it, I’d recommend it.

So far, so good!. I’m just downloading this app so I haven’t really had the opportunity to work with it. I’ll come back and update when after I use it… Update: I’ve had a chance to use the app and I’m not exactly impressed. It’s not great for intricate design patterns where you want to remove the background. However, for simple editing this app is ok. For that, I gave this app 3 stars.

Quick & Easy. This was quick and easy RMB. The lighting effect was nice. I was using photos of old photos taken through the plastic. The app was able to work in most of the photos.

Search for BG removal app has finally ended. I have tried so many of these apps that all either make you pay or are unusable with ads and limits. Excited to find that a good developer has finally made an app offering this for free!

Just What I Was Looking For. This app is great and works exactly for what I was looking for. Don’t pay $64/year for another one when you can use this one for free and it offers so much more than the other paid apps.

The eraser. Honestly I’m impressed with how well this works and easy to understand. I will give updated reviews later on when I’ve had some time to check it out further.

App for the people. It says it’s free and if so it’s the best app I’ve found that gives everyday regular people that don’t use photo editors all the time. I don’t want to pay a monthly subscription for something I will use sparingly. Life saver if free and works

Why I love the app. This app is great for at home and on the go , now I just take pictures and just worry about how I look and not my surroundings because with this app I can be wherever I won’t . Love the option on the background 100% the best.

I love that it’s free but I’m having trouble. Having trouble just figuring it out. I’ve not used an app or anything that allows me to remove things with an eraser or even add things. A little tutorial would be very helpful.

Finally found something I like. Have been looking for something that isn’t going to cost me money all the time, and so this is the best option I have found yet, and it is user friendly!

Great App. I just downloaded the app and within seconds I was able to cut out the background in my pic using the Magic Eraser. I haven’t had time to check out all this app offers. Kudos and thanks to the creator!

Very good but not perfect. Installed and tried with multiple photos with various settings. For couple of portraits, it turned out very well. However, while using animals like horses, birds or squirrels, the cutouts was unsatisfactory. All tested photos either cut too much, resulting photos losing feathers or feet or tails, or not clean cuts making it unusable.

Not used yet but excited. I’m excited to see how well this works, the cover looks great and seems you can completely change a photo

Got the Job Done. It works and works well. I’m glad I stumbled upon this app. I needed to remove backgrounds for portraits for an art project and this app got the job done beautifully. I don’t think I’ll ever delete this app, it’s so useful!

Review to app. I am writing this review to complement the developers of the app. I’ve not yet used it but hope it’s going to be awesomesauce!! I hope it erases the background easily and accurately and able to put a plain background or exchange the backgrounds would be amazing…
