It’s Intresting That At The Same Time Your Competitor, Fidibo, Released a New Update Which Resulted In A Way Better Experience Than Your App!

Bad performance. Scrolling is choppy even on latest devices. The apps of you competitors are much more smooth so I prefer to read my books there until you fix this. Also dark mode following the system settings would be a welcome addition.

Please update it’s PDF reader for iPad. Please update it’s PDF reader for iPad, it’s too simple and outdated! Having marking tools in a PDF reader is a must have nowadays!

Can’t read any book. After the update I am not able to open any book. The moment I click a book the app force close itself!!!!

Adding notes and highlights. Please add the option of adding notes and highlights to books . It’s an important quality of a reading app ! And the problem i have is that going through a book is hard , it would be easier if i had the option of searching the page or something like that. Thank you

The app has a problem. In the new version i can’t stay in the app for more than 2 minutes and it automatically kicks me out of the app. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the program several times, but the problem was not solved. Please check and fix the problem

Worst book reader app ever!. The app is not designed for use in US. It doesn’t have any setting or menu options. It shows a simple page with a place to paste url. Very very basic... don’t waste your time on it.

The best app with some minor bugs. I love this app, yet it has some minor bugs.

Perfect opt. Amazing app for the Farsi (Persian) readers. For the ones who don’t have an access to hard copy Farsi books it would work perfectly. The pool of available books is already reasonable and it’s growing. The app gives you multiple practical options for making comments, highlighting and making a personal library. The book prices are amazingly cheap. Areas to improve: Some books are still in pdf format which make them hard to read. I’ve faces some problems recently that doesn’t allow me to highlight the text and make comments.

با تشکر. با تشکر از طاقچه که یکی از بهترین اپهایی هست که من روزانه استفاده میکنم. نظری داشتم که در صورت امکان که اضافه کردن سبد خرید به اپ می‌تواند انتخاب کردن کتابها و قرار دادن آنها برای خرید در آینده را آسان‌تر کند.در این راستا، من برای پیدا کردن کتاب مورد نظرم احتیاج به مقایسه کردن تعدادی از آنها داشتم، که بدلیل وقت زیادی که برد به نتیجه نرسیدم و بیخیال خرید کتاب شدم.

مشکل در آی‌پد نسل ۹. سلام دگمه subscribe دیده نمی‌شود که مراحل گفته شده را بتوان انجام داد.برنامه چندین بار باز و بسته شد.

کراش. روی تبلت بعد از چند ثانیه کراش میکنه نرم افزار

کارنامه مطالعه، هایلایت، صفحه بندی. به نظر میاد وقتی نت گوشی خاموشه چیزی تو کارنامه مطالعه ثبت نمیشه. هر چند من برای ثبت تو کارنامم کتاب نمیخونم ولی اتفاقی بهش برخوردم و اگر درست بشه بهتره. دسترسی به هایلایتهامم تو دو دستگاه مختلف امکانپذیر نیست. اگر چیزی رو با تبلتم هایلایت کرده باشم، با گوشی همون قسمت هایلایت نشده. نمیدونم میشه یکپارچه کرد این ویژگی رو یا خیر ولی بشه خیلی بهتره. مورد دیگه هم صفحه بندی کتاباست که بهم میریزه. ثابت نیست، به خصوص چند صفحه که پشت سر هم ورق میزنی بعد برمیگردی به اون صفحه ای که خوندی، صفحه تغییر کرده، اگر اون تیکه ای که میخوندی بالای صفحه بوده مثلا، میره پایین صفحه. این موضوع هم خیلی تو ذوق میزنه. ممنون

کتاب های شطرنج. لطفا کتاب های تخصصی با موضوع شطرنج رو پوشش بدید در حال حاضر دو تا از انتشارات هستن که در این موضوع کار میکنن انتشارات فرزین انتشارات شباهنگ لطفا آثار شطرنجی‌شون رو بیشتر و بیشتر پوشش بدید🙏🏻

باگ تو اپدیت جدید. از زمانی که اپدیت دادید به صورت پشت سر هم دیگه پخش نمیشه کتاب صوتی مثلا قسمت یک تموم میشه دیگه خودش نمیره قیمت بعدی یا مثلا یه قسمت رو انتخاب میکنی بعضی موقع ها نمیخونه باید برنامه رو ری استارت کنی تا اوکی شه

Dark mode. Thanks for your nice app, but: You change some unimportant parts in new updates… Please, for God’s sake, add the option of Dark mode! Your android version has this option… I usually use Taaghche at night and Light mode harms my eyes… I am sure that it is not just “my” desire. Thanks again.

پیشنهاد. اگر دسترسی داشتیم روی اپل واچ به برنامه عالی بود برای کتاب های صوتی بشه صدا رو کم و زیاد کرد یا مثلا عقب جلو زد که نیاز نباشه هی بریم سر وقت گوشی

مراقب پول خودتون باشید چون برنمیگرده. مراقب پول خودتون باشید چون برنمیگرده چند روز پیش من بسته کتاب بی نهایت رو خریدم ولی در کمال تعجب کتاب هایی که از گوشی آیفون خودم دانلود کرده بودم تا توی تبلت بخونم رو توی کتابخانه تبلت پیدا نکردم و حتی توی اکانت داخل تبلت اصلا نشون نمی‌داد که من بی نهایت رو خریدم و دارم ، با پشتیبانی تماس گرفتم گفتن از روی وب سایت اقدام به گرفتن کتاب ها بکنم ، کتاب رو باز از روی وب سایت هم نمیتونستم انتخاب کنم ( توجه کنید که خیلی وقتم رو گرفت ) دوباره با پشتیبانی تماس گرفتم گفتن آپ رو پاک کن دوباره نصب کن و انجام دادم و باز نشد ، شدیدا عصبی شدم از این رفتار و خدمتی که به من داده بودن به پشتبانی گفتم پشیمون شدم لطفا حساب کتاب بی نهایت من رو ببندید و پولم رو پس بدید ، پشتیبانی گفت که پول رو پس نمیدن و من میتونم از سایت خودشون آپ رو دانلود کنم . این عمل یعنی چی؟ چرا مردم از گوگل آپ رو دانلود میکنن؟ از کجا میشه به اپی خارج از گوگل یا اپ استور اعتماد کرد؟ من رو مجبور میکنن که آپ رو از سایت خودشون دانلود کنم این عمل چه معنی داره؟ خلاصه اگر به مشکلی بر بخورید مجبور میشید که از پولتون صرف نظر کنید یا این که آپ خودشون رو مستقیم دانلود کنید ، حواستون رو جمع کنید قبل پرداخت پول که برنمیگرده !!!!

سلام. این برنامه عالیه فقط اسمش با ایکونش زشت اسمش بذار کتابخانه ایکونشم یه کتاب باز بذار🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

مشکلات نسخه ios. یکی از مشکلاتی که توی نسخه ios هست اینه که وقتی داری توی کتابخونه ات دنبال یه کتاب میگردی که بخونی و وارد صفحه مشخصات میشه اگر بعدش از اون صفحه مشخصات برگردیم به لیست کتابخانه میره روی اول صفحه و روی همون کتاب برنمیگرده. مورد بعدی اینکه توی لیست جستجو نمیشه نشان کرد و حتما باید وارد صفحه مشخصات بشیم. سوم اینکه قابلیت قفسه بندی رو به این نسخه اضافه نکردید چهارم اینکه حالت شب برای کل برنامه نداره و فقط مختص مطالعه هست

مشکل هایلایت کردن جملات در ios 16. بیصبرانه منتظر اپدیت جدید بودم که مشکل هایلایت کردن که چند هفته هست بوجود اومده رفع بشه، اما متاسفانه در اپدیت جدید هم از رفع مشکل خبری نبود! امیدوارم هر چه زودتر این مورد مهم رو بهش رسیدگی کنید .

نظر شخصي. وقتي برنامه اي كه براي فرهنگ كار ميكنه به فرهنگ پوشيدگي ايراني ها كه حتي پيش از اسلام هم بوده دهنكجي ميكنه ؛يعني مقصودش فقط كاسبيه نه هيچ چيز ديگه! از لحاظ ساخت برنامه هم پر از باگ
